After inflating the chute, 2-3 person at a time will be released from the rear of the boat to enjoy a scenic flight 400ft in the sky! Getting wet is optional, you will land straight back on the boat. 7min Flight; Total experience between 60-90min.
This deserves NO stars! We arrived and they said it was too windy and they won’t refund the money back! They said I can use it as credit! WTF and why would I want credit, it’s not like I live near the beach!
Captain Tom, Tommy, and BB were gracious hosts! That work release program he completed that morning really taught him well!😆 it was fabulous and I will do it again first chance I get!

The excursion got canceled due to the rain storm! Unfortunately it’s non refundable when that happens and we were only here for one Night so that was bad! So plan accordingly!

We had such a fun time with this parasailing experience! Our guides were funny, friendly, and incredibly helpful, which made the whole experience feel comfortable and exciting. It was great just know if the boat is full, you will only get to go up for 9 mins one time, also the reservation time you selected does not mean you will do the sport on time. We were supposed to do our activity at 10:30 and they let other people who were paying on site go ahead of us, so we had to wait till 11:30 to do our activity. Overall our experience was amazing.
Tommy was phenomenal, a really cool guy who made our experience worth it! Everything was on time and well put together!

Parking was a bit of a challenge, had to find a parking lot that was allowed and walk a little ways. Followed the link to sign the waivers the day before but got all the way through and it failed. Then had to sign them last-minute (only option was online—would have been nice to have the “old school” option of a paper copy) when we arrived and encountered some problems which delayed the check-in process. I’m an aerospace engineer that uses computers for a living, the attendant at check-in was borderline condescending when she joked that it’s a generational thing of me not knowing what I’m doing online. The boat captain made several jokes about drug use, that started to get a little old. But otherwise the whole experience on the boat was good and we all enjoyed our flight.
They do false advertisement. Money is then taken and they are very rude when their obligations to the requirements are not in fine print. Also issues arise due to hidden fees then they deny your entry.

Wonderful experience once it started. They ran 2 hours behind which was upsetting because there’s no refunds and no accommodations when I had to pay for parking
There was no directions that my son would not be able to go alone parasailing bc of his weight and we had to wait for hours and then come back again the next day and wait again.

I visited Miami and wanted fun activities to participate in. Parasailing in Miami is always on my list. You go on a boat and get to enjoy the water, go high enough to see Miamis views, and could even pay for pictures/videos of your experience. I have went parasailing prior to this with Tommy and Tom being the guides both times. I highly recommend and would do this again!!!

Went parasailing with Tommy and Captain Tom (and his dog). BEST experience ever. They explained everything really well and we were entertained the entire time. Captain Tom is really funny. I think we saw Pitbull's house?

A wonderful life changing moment that you you can only obtain once in thought, but actuality you can recreate this over and over again without fail and no disappointment.
We reserved for 4pm got there on time checked in filled a wavier out then was told the 4pm boat was filled and they could get us on the 5pm boat. It was 530pm and we still wasn’t on the boat. We called for a refund and were told we have to wait 3 days. Wouldn’t recommend. While waiting there we heard other people stating they overbooked their activity as well and there have been there longer and are still waiting for there are turn.
It was our first time para sailing and it was amazing!! Pierre and Tommy were absolutely wonderful and explainedeverything as we went along! I was extremely nervous but that went away the second I saw that view! We saw dolphins, manatee and stingrays. All I can say is YOU GUYS ROCK!!!!

Our captain had dreads, and he was the best I’ve ever dealt with. I will go again when I’m in Miami. Guy is a great captain and his mate was official. Best experience in Miami for as much as lunch is gonna cost for my wife and 10 year old.

We had a blast && the tour guides && boat driver were great. I forgot their names but one had dreads && the other one I think he said his name Tommy! Would I do it again lol idk but it was fun but I def was scared!
