Overall, my boyfriend and I had a lot of fun together. It was our first parasailing experience and the 2 tour guides were attentive and made sure we were safe. However, it’s advertised we will get 10 minutes in the air. We timed it and we only got 6.5 minutes. So did the other groups we were with. They definitely short changed the experience in that regard. if it wasn’t for that, I would give a better review.

I brought my older kids (teens/ 20's) to do parasailing and the experience was great. The main guide, Jason, was awesome. He was friendly, funny, highly competent and in control. The Captain did a great job. Everything was easy...and mostly, parasailing is just a great experience. Very peaceful, low stress.

It is both exhilarating and relaxing at the same time. One piece of advice—definitely purchase the photo and video package. It captures incredible moments while you are in the air that you simply cannot take yourself, and it is well worth it to relive the experience afterward. Whether you are visiting as a couple, a family, or with friends, Chute ’Em Up delivers an unforgettable adventure. Their professionalism, attention to safety, outstanding customer service, and fun-loving crew made this one of the highlights of our trip. We cannot wait to come back and fly with them again!

The process of ordering the tickets via Viator number one was quick and easy! Chute em Up is a top-shelf Clearwater parasailing experience! I’m so glad I chose them for our first (and not last) parasailing adventure….their professionalism and knowledge (and humor!) made this a perfect experience in every way…and the photo package was so worth it…over 200 pictures to smile at and look back on. Great crew, entire team was friendly and fun while still being safe. Set our expectations for a choppy ride (simply because the waters were rough. Appreciated Jason, Justin, and Captain Mike. I was a nervous wreak but the experience was beautiful and well worth it.

What an amazing experience! The staff was funny and friendly, reassuring of any nervousness my kids felt. When up in the air, all you feel is calm and quiet, with a beautiful view of land and ocean.

Absolutely incredible experience! We went parasailing today and it was AMAZING from start to finish. The crew was outstanding — the team member who handled the safety equipment was extremely thorough, made sure we felt comfortable, and explained everything clearly so we felt completely confident before going up. Our captain was awesome and made the whole experience fun and memorable. On top of that, we were lucky enough to see dolphins while we were up in the air — and even saw them jump out of the water, which was such a special moment! Everything about this experience exceeded our expectations. We felt safe, well taken care of, and had an unforgettable time. Highly recommend to anyone considering parasailing — you won’t regret it!

Great time with Mike and John! Check-in process was efficient. Boat ride out to the gulf was fun and the views were unreal. We had our two young girls who were a little anxious at first but the crew was very comfortable and helped them relax quickly. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic time at parasailing. The staff were great, efficient and friendly. The views across the beach are incredible. You cannot imagine how peaceful and quiet it is 'up there'! The whole thing is far more gentle than you would believe so great for anyone of a nervous disposition. You get brought down to dip your toes in the warm water and then go high again for a bit. Highly recommend.
