What a great location and super friendly staff… The Jet Ski was in top notch condition, and the pre-check in process made the rental a breeze… We would definitely repeat this next time we are in Orlando.
My boyfriend and I had such a great time riding the jet skis! 🌊💦 Everyone was so nice, friendly, and helpful, which made the whole experience even better. We had so much fun being out on the water and definitely made some unforgettable memories together! We would 100% do it again and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for something fun to do! ❤️

The people and atmosphere are very friendly and nice! But the ad is a little misleading stating you get a hour for a 2 people booking, where it is only 30 minutes for $79 ! I would suggest changing the wording.

It was false advertising it said 1 hour but it’s only 30 mins it doesn’t tell you that it’s actually 30 minutes until after you buy it
We had a great hour jet skiing on Lake Buena Vista , we are a family of four and my 16 yr old daughter had never skied solo so the instructor went out with her for a lap and she was good to go. Beautiful location and great team, really straightforward enjoyable hour on the lake. Would definitely recommend, 👍👍

This is a good professional outfit and the jet ski instructor was very good and friendly . Overall great experience. Only thing the lake is not large and you have to drive around in a circular pattern only one way counterclockwise which is limiting.

I rented 3 jet-skis for my adult sons and they loved every minute of it. This was their first time and they handled it like pros after being tested and given instructions. Would definitely do it again!

The jet ski rental is on a lake. You’re only allowed to do circles within the perimeters of the lake. It felt like a very restricted area. We were the only renters and I understood why. The staff was extremely polite and very helpful, but riding a jet ski on a lake wasn’t my idea of fun. I wouldn’t recommend it or do again. Great and knowledgeable staff!!!
My wife & daughter rode on 1 jetski; I rode on another. Nice, friendly staff. Nice lake area. Would definitely visit again. Definitely recommend doing either the 1/2 hr option (we chose this to see how our daughter would do ride backseat, who by the way rocked it!), but they also have 1hr options, and other activities. Was provided with almost new life jackets. Was accommodated above and beyond my expectations. Cooperated with me to modify my time from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm for better temperature. Jetskying at lake is much easier for beginners compared to sea since waves at lake are light.
The jet ski experience here was really good but it would be nice to have some snack bar available or some food.
Our family rented jet skis and the lake/staff were fantastic. Facility is easy to find. The Sea Doos were in perfect condition and the water excellent. I found pricing reasonable and there were no hidden charges or fees. I highly recommend Lake Buena Vista Water Sports. We will return again if the opportunity arises.
My daughter and I visited Buena Vista Watersports on Monday, 18 July. I called ahead to find out how much time would be spent on paperwork and going over the rules and the female representative that answered the phone was extremely pleasant and answered all my questions in detail. I was EXTREMELY nervous because this was my first time driving a jet ski and I had my 10 year old with me. But the instructors were great, went over things very slowly, answered all my questions and got us out timely to enjoy the full 30 mins we paid for. Somehow we were the ONLY ones on the lake for that 30 mins which put me at ease even more. A couple of hours after departing, I received an email stating the $500 hold on my credit card was voided. I was expecting it to take a few days.
While the jet skis were in great shape and everything worked well, and the overall organization of the rental process was fairly smooth, the lake is far too small for any fun with jet skis. Also, about half the lake is blocked off and cannot be used by jet skis. You are only allowed to ride in a circle in one direction inside a fairly small area. Going at a decent speed, I could complete a full circle staying as wide as was allowed in 1 min 35 seconds. Seeing the lake, I immediately regretted renting for 1 hour, as it basically meant doing about 40 circles around the lake ... just mind-numbingly boring! I have rented jet skis before both in lakes (much larger) and oceans and this was by far the most boring jet ski experience. After all, how much fun can you have going around a small circle on a jet ski in one direction for an hour??? I barely made it to 40 min and returned to shore.
Easy to find, park and check in. Lovely little beach area for those not participating to use whilst waiting. Also got to see a wedding going on in the grounds. Partner enjoyed the experience. Had the jet ski area to himself for the full half hour as we were the first there
Was surprised by the $500 deposit and I felt barricaded in just going in one circle. But other than that, it was a pretty decent experience.
We visited here with a family size of 9, kids of all ages. We had a most wonderful time. The grounds are picturesque and the staff is friendly and eager to help. The most important piece is they operate 3 seater jet skis which can easily accommodate 1 adult and two kids. More importantly, their jet ski rental is per HOUR timeslot, not per passenger. We were able to switch drivers and passengers during the entire rental giving all the kids enough time to drive (17 years and above) and ride. The lake itself is a perfect size - not too big that you need to be concern your teenager will get lost. All traffic follows one pattern to eliminate the concern for collisions. While not riding, my toddler frolicked in the water and sand. I would return!
We were a party of 20 with 9 being children under 8. There was unlimited fun for us all. The kids were able to participate in everything. The boat/tubing, jetskis and kayaks. Paul And Laura were our team leaders and made sure each transition to each activity went super smooth. Capt. Ryan/Kyle did our boat/tubing and oh boy did we have a ball. The youngest (6) didn’t want to get off the tube. If you have littles this is definitely a place they are welcome. Pure family fun! We will be returning. Thank you guys for making this one of thee best family vacations EVER! P.S. no grill on premises.

Scheduled a jet ski appointment for this past Friday with this company and when we showed up, we were not even on the list or had a spot for our reservation. We asked for a refund be we still haven’t received any contact or reimbursement.

My son and I rented Jet skis here in February 2020, had a awesome time. The staff was super friendly, they have a nice little private beach area. This was much more fun than going to Disney World.
My husband and I went jet skiing for the first time here. We went on a warm day but it was very windy (had a wind warning in effect), so the lake was pretty choppy on one side. My husband doesn't swim so was nervous but going out with Gorge first made him feel more comfortable. We did the half hour and that was perfect time as since it was windy it was a good arm workout on the choppy sides. The machines appeared in good shape (we really wouldn't know much different but they were clean, went up to 54miles and felt good). The lake itself isn't huge so not sure if it would be somewhere we would go repeatedly but definitely a great first jet ski experience.
Absolute stunning location. The staff were the most friendliest, nicest, people I’ve come across in our 3 weeks here. My 16 yo enjoyed it so much we came back the following day & hubby joined in too! Great value for money, jet skis are mint condition & all look new. Could not fault one thing. Thanks BV Watersports for helping create a fantastic memory!!!

The location is beautiful and most of the staff is great. The girl who checked us in was preoccupied with conversations about drinking the night before, chatting with co workers and didn’t seem to care if we had any questions. It felt like we were wasting her time. The rest of the staff was very helpful and made the trip worth it.
We could not have been more impressed with the staff here. We had to change our dates/times on two separate occasions and the staff could not have been more understanding or accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. The pre-start briefings were very professional - the whole team are excellent and extremely customer service focused. The Jet Skis were excellent and the whole family had great fun.
Went jet skiing with my teenage kids. My daughter was able to ride as she was 16 after sitting the PWC test The Lake is great with a lovely beach to sit at when your not riding They had brand new jets skis that were just great. Not the cheapest around however lovely setting and great bits of kit The staff were great and it was no trouble for the guys as we kept coming in to change riders
Me and a couple family members contacted Lake Buena Vista Watersports to jet ski while on family vacation. Daniel was very patient and helpful when I called to book..We reserved 6 jet skis for an hour and when we arrived they were ready for us..We had a blast! Staff was cool and helpful..Perfect location on Lake Bryan..It was my family’s first time jet skiing and they really enjoyed it..Will be back again for more fun!
So my husband and I rented a jetski for an hour early in the morning and I'm glad we did. We had all of the lake to ourselves, which made for a fun morning. The property and jetskis are well maintained and the staff was very polite. Would recommend.
Very affordable price, the activity is on a lake more limited than at sea but the sensations were there. Direct proximity to our Holiday Hotel in Orlando
