We had a great time at Chocolate Kingdom! Our tour guide Donn was very knowledgeable and funny, and made the whole tour a lot of fun. Highly recommend it if you are in Orlando.

We are local to the Orlando area and took our daughter and one of her friends as a fun birthday activity. We had a great time! The tour guide, Cheryl, was fantastic and knowledgeable. The story line was fun and entertaining. And the tasting samples were delicious. I do wish we had brought a cooler to keep our goodies from melting the rest of the day as we continued with the rest of our fun adventures we had planned. We bought lots of yummy chocolate to try and ended up carrying it around with us the rest of the day so that it wouldn’t melt in the car.
Had fun & guide was personable. I thought we might see more of the actual production of chocolate
George our tour guide was great! He made the tour super fun and interactive. The samples along the way were amazing as well! The custom chocolate bar you can purchase at the end of the tour was even better and it’s pretty big! Defff visit!
The best chocolate tour we’ve ever done. The guide was remarkable and the pseudo-interactive video story was fun. We enjoyed the tastings as well.
What a delightful experience this was! It was not only fun but most enjoyable, funny at times, and the chocolate was out of this world. Delicious! We were there with friends who brought some of their children, and it was so exciting to see the children so happy and giggling. It was wonderful to be with friends and have some moments of creating our own chocolate and then getting a chance to talk with them. This is a place I encourage you to visit and to take your time to enjoy what it can mean for you and your family to create a wonderful experience. This is one you do not want to miss! Terry Brock
We really enjoyed the tour! We enjoyed our special candy bars that we designed!
Lovely experience, very entertaining. Nice to see a family business thriving. The staff were friendly and the samples were excellent. It was worth the money and time.
Amazing! A must do in Orlando. The chocolate is the best we have ever tried no Joke. This is a small business little chocolate factory. Has a very cute 1 hr tour for groups with taste testing and option for custom chocolate bar with a cute rotating real to receive it when it’s done at cashier. The kids very much enjoyed this and so did we. We will def be back again next trip. I don’t even like chocolate but loved this. The store smells amazing and makes u feel Like your in a mini wonky factory. Tour guide Cheryl was super awesome and great energy for the kids and so was the owner. 100% a must do.
I am not. major chocolate lover but I decided to do something different and take the chocolate factory tour. It was very informative and the chocolate tasted amazing!
Was a fun and tasty experience! Very friendly and welcoming staff! Tour guide was amazing!! Chocolate is delicious!!
It was super informational and you get to sample the chocolate all along the process of how it’s made. The tour guide, George, was great and made the experience even better. Not to mention, the chocolate is amazing. Highly recommend making a visit!
Excellent activity with family. Guide explained the whole process of the beginning to the end of the chocolate process. Plus you get samples along the journey. Very informative, entertaining, and yummy!
I feel like this was a hidden gem. It was a wonderful tour. This attraction is family friendly, has great exhibits, and the tour guide Cheryl was fantastic. I was able to learn about the history of chocolate, taste different flavors, and have my name written on a chocolate bar (optional). The place also sells a variety of chocolates that are absolutely terrific. I loved this tour and would highly recommend it. Kudos to the staff for being informative and friendly. The establishment is clean. The tour waiting room Is great and the videos are funny and informative. I could only rate this experience 1 through 5 stars, but I.would give it 20+ stars if possible. A great job!
Wonderful experience for all ages! We learned so much about cocoa! We tasted samples of cocoa beans and liquid, and some chocolates. The staff members were the friendliest ever! We really enjoyed the tour and shopping there!! The only think we didn't expect was that the ''make your own chocolate'' wasn't hands-on, you just chose the ingredients you want and someone else made it for you behind a glass. My daughter loved hers- those people do fantastic job!! I definitely recommend it!!
Fabulous explanation about the history of chocolate. Fun for everyone in the family. Bonus, the chocolate is delicious!
Such a cute and informative tour! Age's from 11-86 in our group enjoyed the tour and the delicious chocolate! Definitely worth the price and time!
Jorge was a fantastic tour guide. The chocolates are delicious! I especially liked the dark chocolate and my friend enjoyed the milk chocolate. Both of us enjoyed this experience
😱 Omg!!!! Out of this World Chocolate. I live right across from Bruno's chocolate factory and go there often. I have to say this place takes the cake. Got so much different types of chocolate for a great price.. If we had gone to Bruno's and bought what we did it would of cost$100. It was only$44. For the same size box we fill at Bruno's and also two bags of chocolate. So worth the calories. Didn't do the tour but will go back.
This was my 4th visit to Chocolate Kingdom. I love the tour and always learn something new about the history of chocolate and the process. Their chocolate is delicious and some of the best I've ever tasted. I will always visit whenever I am in Orlando.
Very fun experience with family. My 6 year old was engaged the whole time. The tour was just the right amount of time, informative and interactive. I would definitely recommend visiting this establishment and taking the tour. Our tour guide was great and the staff was very friendlh
Did the guided tour and ended up becoming a private tour! Was very informative, got to taste chocolate in various forms, and we paid to have a custom chocolate bar made.
My husband & I traveled from The Villages, Florida to visit Chocolate Kingdom & it was our first time seeing this place. I would highly recommend booking your ticket it’s definitely worth your money. Stephen our guide tour did an amazing job explaining how Chocolate Kingdom was inspired & kept our group well entertained 😎!!
I recently went to chocolate Kingdom and the experience was really great & very education educational. I recommend other parents or teachers to take their students or children so they can learn where the chocolate came from it was very nice. Me and my students enjoyed it very much and were even able to try different chocolate samples. I highly recommend. Thank you Viator and thanks to my travel agent at Ocean Aria Travel for helping me book this trip!
Very enjoyable tour. The guide, Jorge, was really good. I would've liked to sample more chocolates as part of the tour, but they did sell you a 1/2 pound custom made chocolate bar for just $10.
My daughter gave me this shared experience and we enjoyed such a fun time together. I was probably the oldest in the room at 58 and I'll bet the youngest in the room was 6 or 7 and we all had a good time. Don't go expecting to learn about the finer points of chocolate making - there's no tempering chocolate or chocolate collars going on here, but a very approachable and laid back way to have some fun, eat some chocolate, learn a few things (and I didn't think I had a whole lot to learn!) and enjoy. We bought some chocolates on our way out to give as gifts because we came away with a lot of delicious chocolate we had made or had a hand in making along the way. This is a great find in Orlando and something I will keep in mind to recommend to friends and family visiting the area!
Awesome..Carol was the best guide..very knowledgeable..made info fun and interesting..I had no idea chocolate was so interesting.
Made a last minute decision to take this tour and it did not disappoint! The tour was fun, very engaging and informative! I cannot remember our tour guide’s name but he is an amazing storyteller. My 9 year old had a blast too. If you’re looking for something different to do in Orlando, I’d highly recommend you visit Chocolate Kingdom. Their goodies are priced really fairly too and they’re delicious!
Wonderful way to spend an hour! The tour was very informative, fun and interactive and the chocolate samples were delicious! Kudos to Don the tour guide…his knowledge and presentation were top notch! Highly recommend for kids and adults alike!
This was a very fun, interesting, informative, and interactive chocolate tour. I highly recommend! Cheryl was such a fun and friendly tour guide. I havd been to other chocolate tours in other cities before, this is by far the best. I recommend purchasing your customized chocolate bar. Their chocolate is super delicious 😋 Very fun time!
Tour guide was knowledable and outstanding. Group enjoyed the tour but for the price, we all felt samples could have been better and/or a small take home piece of chocolate.
Cheryl, our chocolate tour guide, was wonderful! The smell is heavenly and the samples were delicious. Fun for the whole family! Don't forget to purchase some chocolates on the way out they have a lot of great combinations. Highly recommend.
Chocolate is delicious. Fun tour and you get to learn about chocolate
It was a informative tour and our host was entertaining. I ordered the personalized chocolate bar and I loved it. Highly recommend you buy, the chocolate made my mouth 💦 ☺️
Not the first time at a chocolate factory tour, but we learned so much about the beans and how they're harvested. Highly recommend! Chocolate was fantastic!!
If you have a couple of hours in between tours or plans definitely consider Chocolate Kingdom. What an absolutely amazing time. The tour, the young lady directing the tour and the whole experience was a 10; plus, you get some free candy along the way. Met one of the owners and her story about Chocolate Kingdom is as magical as the store.
What a hidden gem! And it is indoors so we got to avoid the 90 degree weather for a while! Found this on Trip Advisor and we had a blast! And we got to order our own custom bar of chocolate! We did half white and half milk chocolate with Rice Krispies! Our tour guide was awesome (not Veronica - that is an inside joke there) I learned so much about how chocolate is made from the equatorial cacao countries to what is in dark, milk, vs white chocolate! I totally recommend...have a joyful and fun attitude with the presentation...little kids are going to enjoy this also!
This was very fun to do with the family. It was educational and there were lots of free samples. We had fun catapulting marshmallows into the dragon mouth. We were out of town on Easter and this made a really nice little adventure for my family to do when we were already pretty tired. It was way cheaper than so many of the other things are Orlando had to offer. The tour guide was amazing, very engaging and great with my children. Of course we love chocolate, so getting to decide on a custom chocolate bar at the end was fun too.
It is very educational and fun. It is great for people of all ages!! The chocolate is amazing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Look forward to going back next time I’m in Orlando.
This was a very fun experience. George was our guide, he was fun and entertaining. It's more than just a tour of their chocolate making process, it goes through the history of chocolate and you can sample it during all stages of the process. The rest of the staff was great as well, very helpful and accommodating.
Very well organized and presentation was awesome . Chocolate was delicious. Presentation was thorough and well presented
Almost gave a poor rating. The tour guide lady was fine and very nice. The tour was mediocre. The factory section was not very large. The samples given on the tour were very good. I enjoyed that part. I had a problem in the store after the tour. We were looking at stuff to buy and the guy behind the counter asked if we wanted to taste it. We said sure and 3 of us tasted it. Then I did not purchase any chocolate and on the way out of the door a worker yells "Hey, are you gonna pay for that candy you ate?" I replied I was told it was a sample. He said " We don't give samples ". I didn't understand but went to the register and paid. I felt called out like I was stealing from them but I definitely was not! My daughter was also at the register with a $3.00 item and was told to use a card he would have to charge her $5.00. She stated well not getting anything and he charged her the $3.00. So the store experience ruined it for us.
The chocolate tour was fun. Our guide was funny and had a nice singing voice. It was very interesting to learn about the origin of chocolate. We sampled forms of chocolate and had hands on experiences with the chocolate journey.
The chocolate tour was absolutely amazing! Rachel was so fun, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly entertaining. My friends and I enjoyed ourselves thoroughly from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, the facility was beautiful, and the entire experience was wonderful. Highly recommend!” 🍫✨
Well worth the time and cost. Very informative and the tour guide was awesome.
It was awesome. Fun, informative and tasty! Prince Jorge was the best.
Lots of chocolate tastings, great interaction and history. Quite fun, great photo ops. The personalised chocolate 🍫 bar was an added bonus, made to our specs
Great would go again. Very educational. A lot of work to get a bar of chocolate. Didn’t know it was a fruit and a nut.
The entire place smells like chocolate! The tour was quite entertaining and informative. Our guide, Cheryl, was fun and obviously loved her job. She was super sweet with the littles that were in our group. And the chocolate….chef’s kiss!! Definitely recommend!
I had a few hours to kill and had read reviews on this so I decided to try it. Yes, it is awesome for kids but I have to say, I learned a lot. It was interesting because you learn the whole process starting at the tree. Sampling each stage as you go. It was cool to just understand it all. The chocolate was amazing! I definitely recommend it. It is great if you have kids because there is so much education and history. The employees are incredible and proud of what they do. Nice hidden gem!!
