Itinerary
Once you have booked our service a confirmation via email will be sent. 24 hours prior trip you will be receiving your driver's information starting the one on one full communication via SMS status notifications. Driver will help you during the whole process how to reach the meet point at the ground Transportation level. Once you are onboard of our vehicle ride will take 30 minutes or so depend on the traffic.

The driver started out communicative, but as my pick up time drew closer he went silent. At my pick up time, I checked the map and he was still at least 20 minutes away. When I called the dispatch no one answered them called me back with a vague "did you just call". This is all unprofessional and be filing for a full refund. I recommend taking Lyft or Uber black car (who picked us up within 5 minutes).

Tito was at the airport when we landed and greeted us at the luggage area and helped us load all nine of us into the sprinter van. He’s a very accommodating gentleman and would definitely recommend using.

We had changes to our arrival and didn’t exist the airport until after 12am. Our driver Jose was already outside waiting and even had water. He was nice and kind.

Great welcoming service! Introduced himself and was super courteous on trip from the airport to our hotel. Super clean and Adan had waters waiting for us. Great service! We were in the Sprinter van.

Glad we booked this private transport to our hotel. Our driver Anastacio was already waiting for us at the airport and after a long trip, it was nice not having to wait for a ride. Highly recommend this service.

I can’t recommend ATC travel enough, fantastic prices and a very friendly company with amazing customer service. Driver wise, we’d highly recommend Humberto who was great accommodating our year old twins! We had a major issue with our flight which meant instead of flying into MCO, we landed in Tampa the next day. It only took a WhatsApp message with immediate response for ATC to go the extra mile and fix our journey for us. I’ve attached a screenshot from our conversation with Dispatch. Jorge was a great driver and got us to the Polynesian resort very quickly. As I’m not a Florida local, ATC are the only private transfer company I’d recommend and you can 100% rely on them. Thank you ATC and I’m looking forward to seeing you next year!

Excellent service for our transfer from Orlando airport to our Airbnb in Kissimmee. Flight from UK delayed by one hour by bad weather in Florida preventing us from landing and then baggage handlers at the airport couldn’t move bags until lightning had subsided. Coupled with the passport control queue we were 2.5 hrs later for our rendezvous with our driver than planned but he waited patiently, handed us bottles of water and cheerfully delivered us to our destination. Good service.
