Orlando Airport Mco Shuttle To Lake Buena Vista Resort Area

Communications was slow in responding. When we landed in Orlando we received a note on where to go and said to reply once we were at the location. I replied when we arrived at the sign and did not receive any response. Sent again in 15 mins and no response. Went back to original booking and sent message to them after thirty mins and finally received a response. It took about 45 mins for shuttle to show up from first message. The driver was fantastic but communications could use improvement

Our plane was delayed and once we landed they texted us and kept in contact until the shuttle got to us.

A perfect way to transfer to Disney hotel , quick and easy, great driver and pre arrival contact , made a great start to our holiday

Our driver was extremely friendly and informative. He was kind and full of energy. We loved the information he provided and volunteered! Once I called he arrived shortly later.

Immediately upon landing we received a text from the company who noted we landed 30 minutes early. We were told that since we landed early, we might be able to. Make the next shuttle instead of waiting. We texted back and forth about where our group of 8 was. Pictures were sent and we made the shuttle since we arrived early! I would use this company again and again! Communication was great and that ranks high with me!!

The driver was helpful but we had to wait 45 min after our flight landed before he arrived. I had a credit from a previous tour so it was tolerable but if I were paying out of pocket full price it would not have been worth it

We had 21 people go to Disney World this June for a family vacation and galaxy was great. They arrived on time to the airport, picked us all up & took us to the All Star Movies Resort on a Coach bus. I would recommend them to anyone.

Good communication from tour operator. They called me shortly after we arrived to let me know where the meet up point would be. Our driver was very friendly and the vehicle was kept very clean

Luiz was a phenomenal driver. Our flight was delayed, and he was already contacting me to assure us everything was good. When we got our luggage, I texted him, and in 10 minutes he was there ready to load us up. Very clean shuttle. Definitely, a great value.

Picked us up at MCO - driver was great. Very convenient way to travel from airport to destination. Van was very comfortable.

5 star review. A good service provided throughout. I was first messaged to check on my progress while passing immigrations and then given an ETA on my pickup. Shuttle arrived at the pre-arranged designated pickup point. Shuttle was clean & tidy. Driver (Jose) was very helpful with onboarding & offloading. This was a more cost effective way to transfer 6 people with big luggage from the airport to the hotel oppose to booking 2 taxis.

So reliable and courteous. Went above and beyond to fulfill our booking even though we were very delayed meeting our driver Luis. He was so helpful and friendly and seeing a happy, welcoming face at the end of our long travel was such a relief to be safely delivered to our hotel. Thank you so much. I will recommend.

We used Galaxy shuttle RT (for 6 adults and 2 children) from MCO to the All Star Music resort early Oct 2023. I was a little nervous that the shuttle would not be on time especially leaving the Disney property at 4:00 am. However, the shuttle was exactly on time and the driver Luiz was extremely friendly. The entire process of booking the shuttle from the information emails with Florencia to the online reservation process was simple and exactly what was advertised. Great customer service and I highly recommend Galaxy Shuttle in Orlando

Driver texted after we landed. We were late getting in. Texted driver when we were at designated pick up area. Very friendly and courteous. Dropped us off at our destination. Good experience.

Wasn't pleasant experience, driver wad unpleasant, unkind and unhelpful, he was using vulgar language

Great experience very professional on time. Waited for us flight was delayed a bit helpful polite. Overall we loved this experience looking forward to booking gain.

Harold, our driver, was very professional and courteous. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend him. Tom Keith

Since Disney's Magical Express is no longer available, we looked at numerous options for round-trip MCO-WDW transportation. When we saw Galaxy Vacations listed on TripAdvisor and Viator (our favorite go-to sources for excursions throughout the world), we knew we could trust the excellent reviews. When I had questions, Florencia was so prompt in getting back with me and very helpful. She represented Galaxy in a very positive way and is an asset to Galaxy. We opted for the private shuttle for our family of five so that we could be taken directly to our Disney resort as well as the return to the airport at the end of our vacation. We were picked up promptly at our chosen time. Harold, our driver, was polite and greeted us with his smiling face. He's a safe driver as well. We will definitely choose Galaxy Vacation shuttle again.

Our driver Harold was the best. We took longer than expected to get to the gate after landing and to get our baggage. He called us to make sure everything was ok. Very satisfied with him. I called Galaxy to compliment him.

Easy quick and organised service. Clean tidy coach. Helpful driver, who loaded the bus. All in all a good experience

great service driver waited for us even though plane was late. would highly recommend this shuttle comfortable bus and smooth ride

Communicated by text the day before with description and photo of where we should meet. Car seats ready. Very smooth ride. Will recommend to all my friends!

Our flight was very early, but we only had to wait about 10 minutes for our driver. 8 adults and on toddler in our group, so it was nice to have private transport to limit exposure to covid, flu, etc. Driver was kind, polite, and professional.

Excellent experience! Great communication. Driver showed up early and was very professional. Smooth ride to airport and even gave us directions to check in with our airline

Prompt, on time , courteous driver Reasonably priced Easy to schedule online Prompt communication Done

Best transfer we have ever experienced. Absolutely perfect in every way . Alfredo was always at our side to help with transfers from Orlando Melbourne airport to international drive in the most luxurious, and at hand for any shorter journeys to and from Disney, although he is quite busy most of the time,so it’s sensible to book him in advance, and continue to talk to him as your holiday moves on.He was also available to take us to Port canaveral for a cruise, and to collect us from the cruise back to Orlando and the airport.Prices were very competitive and service was as good as we have ever had.Thank you Alfredo for helping our vacation so enjoyable. Alfredo YANES. +1 (407) 837-6801. You will be glad you did!

Absolutely fantastic service highly recommend. We were a party of 13 including infants our driver was fantastic. Communication and patience were beyond impeccable. On time for pick up even with our flight delay and 5 minutes early for departure.

Our flight was delayed which made our pick up time unavailable for other clients also had pick up times but our driver was very helpful and came to get us later. Because there was an infant involved the other passengers had to take an Uber to their hotel.

Preordered and prepaid píck up did not work. We had to take taxi instead. No communication worked with Galaxy and Viator. We request refund of paid fare. We have also cancelled the other order .

Transportation was good and the bus was very clean. I would recommend this provider to others. My family and I were comfortable and the ride was smooth.

Excellent communication from the driver giving us peace of mind and very timely arrival meaning minimum wait for us in the heat at the airport - very reasonably priced too

We are from Quebec (french) and the whole experience was amazing! Everyone is very helpful and nice. We will definitely use their services in the future!!! I recommand.

Right on time and great price!!! Would recommend for anyone. Also great communication and great drivers!

My driver was such an amazing communicator! It was so easy! I highly recommend this option! It was quite inexpensive. I really appreciate the amazing service I received and would book it again when flying into Orlando.

Drivers very friendly. He helped us with our luggage. he also told us some stories about Disney and Orlando on the way to our hotel.

Great service, very punctual. Very friendly drivers. The reservation process is very simple. Great value for the price. highly recommended

I am very pleased with the service we received when using Galaxy’s shuttle service! The answered the phone very quickly each time I called and answered all my questions. Upon arrival they excelled at communication and never left me wondering. We walked out of the airport and right onto the shuttle. It was beyond a smooth and simple experience. Thank you!!

Excellent service, punctual and friendly drivers. The bus was clean and on time. Everything was perfect. I will reserv my transportation with Galaxy in my next trip!

Excellent service, the driver was super punctual. He wrote to me a day before arriving in Orlando. Everything was perfect. Thank you very much Galaxy

It was our first trip to Orlando and we had the best experience. Very efficient service, on time. Our drivers were friendly and we felt safe the entire time. Good value for the money. We'll definitely call them again!

Galaxy Vacacionts is highly recommended! Great service, punctual and super friendly drivers. They are in contact all the time. Thank you Galaxy Vacations!

Galaxy Vacations provided our transport, arrived on time and was very clean and well maintained. Our driver, Laercio was not only a very good driver, he also pointed out and gave information about the destination. Galaxy Shuttle Highly recommended! 😉

Great service! They were at the airport on time and communicated with us before our flight. We also took the shuttles to the parks and the driver was super helpful!

The driver is super friendly and they were in contact with me since the time I landed. They were contact us by text.

Good service and Valeria very attentive and understood us very well, the food was delicious and I would be very happy to return a thousand times.

Super service rapide et efficace! Le rapport qualité/prix est excellent! Je le recommande chaudement pour se rendre aux hôtels Disney.
