Need to do a better job with pick up instructions. It was difficult to communicate with the driver as to exact location

Orlando was a great driver. He was early to pick us up from the hotel but patiently waited for us. Our SUV was very clean and in good condition. Conversation was light and friendly throughout the ride. We were dropped off at the cruise terminal and our luggage was unloaded for us. Very nice trip.

The transfer from our Orlando hotel to Port Canaveral to board our cruise ship was perfect! Reserving this service on Viator was very easy. The instructions provided were very easy to follow. We received an email the day prior to confirm the details of our transfer and to let us know who our driver would be. Jose was prompt, waiting for us at the lobby entrance, got our luggage loaded up quickly and we were on our way. Conversation was easy, the ride was relaxing. We were delivered right up to the front of the cruise line entrance and we were on our way. Such a great service. We would definitely use this company again.

Transport drivers were very professional, on time, and communicated with me the entire time. They updated us on arrival time and were so nice and considerate.

Driver didn’t help with bags, he didn’t open the door and he didn’t map a route until we were in the vehicle and driving. He still had trouble accessing so my husband took his phone out and started giving directions. Lastly, I told him the terminal number but he still went to a different one and had to turn around and go back

Hugo was an excellent driver and host. Hugo was on time, great attitude, and plenty of smiles. Hugo also communicated when needed and I had no problem finding him at my busy hotel.
