One-way Transfer From The Airport To The Cruise Port

Our driver did not show up to take us from FLL to MIami port. Contacted customer service who contacted the local office but no one showed up. After waiting for 1 1/2 hours, we decided to take a taxi to the port and we almost missed our ship! So unprofessional needless to say. However, after we returned home from our cruise, we contacted the headquarters and spoke with someone and this person was very professional, and apologetic. He immediately processed the refund for us and less then a week we did receive it.

Was not disappointed very pleasant and easy getting picked up from the airport and taken to our port and he also came back and got us after the cruise was over

No one ever showed up and all I got two days before was a text with the barcode to scan IF they would have showed up!! I called (Viator)at the airport they gave me another number to call assuming this is the company that was suppose to pick us up and they stated they don’t have any reservation. Again, I never got anything from another company telling me where to be at. I called my bank to get my money back.

Everything turned out fine, but we almost didn't have enough room for the luggage. Six people going on a week cruise will have a lot of luggage, especially if there are three women! We had 5 big bags and 4 small bags plus backpacks. We ended up putting some luggage on our laps, but like I said, everything turned out ok.

Booked a simple shuttle ride to the airport. This company after I booked it through this website cancelled our shuttle without telling us. Good thing I was checking emails our I would have been stranded. Was able to rebook through another company.

You screwed up the reservation and cancelled and then have the nerve to ask for a survey you want more my husband is in a wheelchair which is why I prebooked you to leave us stranded at the cruise port in Miami. Would you want that to be done to you when you have just got off a relaxing cruise and then trying to find your way to fort lauderdale Airport not knowing the area. NO! I will never use or recommend your service infact I would tell anyone who would listen to avoid your service. You had better not try to charge my account

We originally set this company up through Viator, and paid Viator $140.00 to shuttle 7 of us with 7 suitcases from Ft. Lauderdale airport to the AC Hotel Ft Lauderdale. Viator set us up with Volta Concierge. A Volta representative called us to verify the details. We reiterated that we had 7 passengers and 7 suitcases, and we needed something large enough to accommodate us all. They said that they could accommodate us. We told them that we would also like to set up a return trip for a week later, and contracted with them directly for that service. After traveling all day, we reached the airport in the late evening and their driver was on time and pleasant; however, after seeing that we had seven people and seven suitcases, he told us that he could not fit us all in. He called his office, and the office told the driver that they could take 5 of us, and then come back and get the other 2. He said it was a short trip and could be back in about 1/2 hour. He mentioned nothing about charging us extra, which we would not expect since it was their responsibility to bring a vehicle that would fit us all. My Husband and my son in law ended up waiting about an hour in the baggage terminal for the driver to return. When we got home from our trip, we were charged 5 times in total for 2 trips. Once by Viator and 4 times by Volta. What should have cost no more than about $220 or so, ended costing us $572.60. We called Volta, and the rep just argued with us. We sent Volta an email to the customer service email address that the rep told us to send it to and have never received a response. They have made no attempt to resolve this, and were rude to me on the phone. I would encourage you to look elsewhere. Side note, on the return trip, we ended up waiting for them to show up for quite awhile, and there was a private shuttle van that would have taken us all for about $25 less, and we would would not have been waiting. Be careful with this company!!!

The driver was very professional. He met us at baggage claim and he went over and beyond the call of duty.
