Brilliant day . Sawgrass mills is massive. Brilliant choice of shops . I saw people walking round with suitcases and can understand why now as the shopping is so reasonable . Our driver was excellent . We were picked up and dropped off exactly to time. I would really recommend this trip if you like shopping .
There was no information about pickup times until after I booked the tour. On Saturday we had pick up time at 9.40 AM and return at 9 PM (which are the only options on saturdays). Pickup was late and it took over 2 hours to get to sawgrass, since there are A LOT of pickup points. On the way home the busdriver started yelling at us and we had to walk off in the middle of the street, and not at the hotel we were picked up from. The bus is cramped with no noticeable aircondition. On the way home it started dripping from the vent in the ceiling. Would not recommend this company to friends or family.
Super! The driver was friendly; he picked me up on time and brought me back to the hotel in Miami Beach. There was plenty of time to eat and shop! It’s a fantastic outlet—they have everything, and you can buy anything there.

I have to say this company were very efficient. We were picked up on schedule every time we used them. The drivers were friendly and informative. We had Daniel, Jose and Lucas during our time and we will definitely use them again when we are next in Miami
I was given wrong information about the what was offered. I requested a transport from Miami port to Miami airport. And even called to confirm but apparently they don’t do that.
As solo traveler who was not renting a car but wanted to get to Sawgrass without the high Uber cost, this was quite an efficient option. The service was quite good, from communication to comfort, an easy ride and on time.
Excellent service. I booked at midnight to go to the following day, and they helped me to coordinate the pick up. The van (mini bus) is confortable. You have two options, one from 8am to 5pm and another one from 9:30 to 9pm. I took the first and in my opinion it would necessary a few hours more. The Sawgrass is really big.
The driver who took us there was punctual and very kind. He gave us tips and provided tourist information along the way. It was a pleasant trip to Sawgrass Mills.
It was my second time using this service to go to Sawgrass Mills, following the one during my last travel to Miami. Quite cozy and safe travel to and from the outlet. Of course, as it is shared transportation, picking up all the passengers takes a bit of time before heading to the main road. But, overall, a very nice option with a reasonable price.
Had a wonderful time at Sawgrass Mills with the family. The pick-up and drop-off were very convenient and close to where we were staying, which made the trip even easier. We also received a coupon book that gave us some great additional discounts—definitely a bonus! Overall, a fantastic shopping experience and highly recommended.

They pick you up right in your hotel and then they drop you off as well. They arrived on time and the driver was a very funny guy. Everything for a fair price considering it is around 50 minutes ride.
Confortable bus, good driver. But the time table wasn't shown buy the time I booked the ride. When I called Customer Service they told the bus would leave as 9AM, and when I was wainting for the bus at the hotel, received an e-mail saying the time would be 9:40AM. The time table for going and came back the mall, should appear at the booking page.
Very bad organization. Have take fast minibus ride....and than big bus come for us and ride take almost 2 hours....driver knows 4 word of englis....allways late.
It took 2,5 hours to get to the mall…the bus was hot and it picked up people from many different hotels and we just sat on… In the evening we waited 15 minutes for someone who never came into the bus…

Was a really really long drive - took 90/100 plus minutes each way. Unfortunately they were not able to pick us up from our hotel so this was another 15 minutes to the journey. The bus was very clean though and honestly it is half the price of a taxi!
The drivers are super attentive and kind. It was very convenient for me to get to the shops and come back to my hotel without being worried about how to get there
Great mall, lots of shops and restaurants to chose from. Good offers all over the place, you need a map as there are so many shops. You also get a coupon book that gives you even more discounts at some retailers. Definitely worth going, you can spend a day there but be ready to end up buying an extra bag like we did 😂

I was really happy with the transport. The driver picked me up on time and it takes 1.5h to get to the mall. He was super nice and friendly. He also gave us all information for the pick up after shopping. This was great an on time too. Also this driver was nice and friendly and helped everybody with their stuff. The busses were very easy to recognize. It was definitely worth it.
A little long to get there with all the stops to pick up passengers but driver was very nice and had us back to hotel quickly 😀 x
The customer service by whatsapp was great, always answering within a couple of minutes. The journey itself was fast; the driver was a little bit reckless and not that friendly. But the service itself was good and punctual.
Driver was perfectly polite and punctual. Took an hour to get there from our pick up point at National Hotel and then an hr and half to get back in the night.
Great bus. The driver came and dropped us off in front of our hotel. The outlet in itself is very big with lots of store options. You will also be given coupons in the beginning which is great !

The driver could not speak English so we were reliant in a poor automated translation. The journey was fine but when we arrived he was clearly lost as we drove round the same route several times. We were not happy that the drop off was at Primark which is a long way outside the main shopping area and is not a store that any tourist would go to Sawgrass mills for. Because the driver had wasted time driving round the complex and because he dropped us so far away, by the time we got to the designer stores they were already packed even though we were supposed to arrive when the complex opened.
Not a good experience. It wasn’t fast since he stopped in every single hotel to Get everyone. There was no air conditioner and everyone inside was so disrespectful. The driver also left us in a place wich we had no idea of where we were.
The trip from punctuality of pick-up, the actual journey and interaction with driver, were all excellent. I wasn't sure of pick-up point though, as my hotel wasn't listed. The email I sent to the operator seeking clarification wasn't responded to in a timely manner. But my wife and I walked to the meeting point (about 10 minutes away) and all was well in the end.
Really bang on time - reliable and efficient service to take you to a huge outlet option. Return at 2100 having been picked up at 1000 spot on to give You the time to have a balanced time to check out all the various options 👍

As much as I have a bad experience, I am never one to rate negatively, although I do review only the inconveniences. The booking was digital and super easy, the price unbeatable, but the experience had some setbacks. I booked an hour for the trip there and an hour for the return, and once everything was paid for and we were waiting at the appointed time, they never showed up, and the only option they offered us was a refund or to go the next day, since for that day the times chosen by us were sold out. When you book digitally, until the operator gives them the okay, they don't know if they have availability for what they sell you... hence our problem. We requested the refund, which they processed immediately. We took the same excursion with a physical travel agency so as not to lose the day in our schedule and everything ended up being a misunderstanding that luckily was resolved in the best possible way.
It was exactly as described, punctuality and convenience and the competent professionals when opening and lowering everyone's suitcases.

Everything good, within what was expected, the pick up near my hotel, it took a little while, but within what is tolerable, the trip with stops but it was known that it was like that. The pickup was on time, everything good. I decided to stay and forgot to notify them and they called me to tell me that they were waiting for me, which I thought was very good, others simply would have left you!

The journey took more than 2 hours since the transport stopped more than 20 times. Sometimes the driver made random stops during the journey to extract envelopes of money. The return transport was even worse, as the van was in such precarious condition that it had to stop in the middle of the journey to change a van in the midst of a heavy rain on a dark alley, putting the integrity of all passengers at risk.
Without being flattering, the service is exceeded my expectations. A service combining proactivity, empathy, speed and expertise. It created a memorable experience in my modest person. Imagine that the waitress Hadiyatou Diallo having noticed that I contracted a cold, m-+ immediately proposed a hot ginger waking me up all of a sudden. This lady (Hadiaya Diallo), if only I could remember her image!!! A caring, available, proactive, effective, efficient person who dealt with me in person and not in numbers with his colleague Mariam Djouf, also available and committed. There is only the service of Hadiyatou and Mariam Jjouf, believe me, I will return again and again not alone but accompanied. Thanks to the pool bar team for their availability!!!

Excellent service! Impressive punctuality, both when going and when leaving. I had a dinner scheduled at Sexyfish at 7:00, and I was afraid of not having time. The company assured me I'd be back in time. And that was exactly how it happened. I had ideal time to shop and still come back and prepare for my dinner. The driver's attention and zeal for the passengers was gratifying. When I get back, I'll search the company again!
