Ocean Parasailing Adventure In Fort Lauderdale, Fl

Viator sold me tickets for a canceled tour. The parasailing tour had been canceled that morning due to heavy winds, yet Viator still sold $220 tickets and when we arrived at 2pm we were told the tour had been canceled and no refunds for weather conditions if you didn't purchase additional insurance! Im out $220 and a missed memory parasailing with my daughter on her bday! Very disappointed and disheartened. I should have to process claims with another third-party to get my refund when a ticket should have never been sold.

Our first time parasailing was an absolute blast! The crew was fantastic, taking great care of our family of four and making sure everyone felt safe, comfortable, and had an unforgettable time. We loved every minute of soaring above the water and would happily do it again on our next trip to Florida! ☀️🌴

Mike a disgusting captain never again will I book as long as he’s there. My 2pm boat left at 1:50 when I arrived instead of two like they said. Trying to find it when Mike was extremely rude talking to me like he knows me and I’m not a customer?? Disgusting

Viator lists this experience as parasailing with a description of the parasailing experience. However, the listing was actually as an observer in the boat. We had to pay cash at the boat to actually parasail. I don’t know if this listing mistake is by viator or by the boat company but it is upsetting that there wasn’t more clarity in the listing.

This team told me boat maintenance so it was canceled, after ten days I stil didn’t get the refund, but the team told me the refund is going to processed ten days ago

Experienced crew and fun small group of people. If you have been debating whether or not to do this, don’t hesitate! Not scary at all and absolutely beautiful and calm flight from and back to the boat! No hard landings…a breeze!

Despite having known their boats had been under maintenance since I booked, they called only one hour before my appointment to tell me they would need to reschedule to the following week. I was leaving the following day. They said I would receive a refund, but they did not know when I would get it. I’ve only been getting notifications to rate my experience ever since.

Booking was cancelled twice, supposedly due to boat maintenance. If the boat was unavailable for service, we should have been advised much earlier and the company should have made every effort to find us another booking. I can't believe they have only one boat. Unacceptable.

We show up 30 minutes prior and they canceled the trip 30 minutes after the time it was suppose to start. I had to call the company 5 different times for them to tell me they canceled it. And we never got notified, by call, text or even email. That had all day to reach out to let me know it canceled before coming. Never again will I book through them.

You should not go on this trip you might have a great time and live a little would recommend for everyone

Do it!! Wow I was so excited. He took us up so high in the sky. Fun fun fun. He dips you in the water then back up again. I had a blast. I wanna do it again!!! The guys were very nice ….. don’t fret they are professionals and I felt safe. Thank you Mark S Jackson

I booked an observer ticket because I was nervous and wasn’t sure about doing it.. then I decided to upgrade and I’m so glad I did! It was the best experience and the views were breathtaking. Mike and Matt were awesome and very knowledgable, the took some funny pictures too lol… Thank you for a great trip and unforgettable memories!

The crew, Jude and Mike, were very helpful and entertaining. The whole experience was great and I did not feel unsafe at any time. We had never done this before and it was helpful to not be the first to fly.

Mike and Jude were absolutely, hands-down two of the best entertainers, captain and first mate we could have asked for. They are wonderful, even talked my five-year-old grandson into para selling and he loved it. We had the best time with them. I would recommend them times 1 million!!

You meet at dock a which is directly behind the marina village restaurants. The guys are cool, work for of tips too so bring some cash to take care of them. Additional video and pictures can be purchased for $60 for just one and $100 for both the go pro and the pics. You travel with a handful of other groups. There were 10 of us Flying on the boat total. Your flight lasts about 10 mins and you will watch the other groups go. The dudes on my boat ruled and we had a blast. I went with my wife and 11 year old son. Great experience.

It was wonderful and the parasailing was peaceful when you are in the sky. The two men in charge were terrific too!

Mike was great! He called to make sure we knew where to meet. We also learned a lot about the homes and yachts in the waterway at the beginning of our trip. I would highly recommend this experience.

Great experience! Our group ranged from 10-69 years old, and everyone loved it. Jude and Matt were professional and hilarious.

Great experience - fun ride, safe and engaging operators, and got some bonus stories about the super-rich in the area on the way back.

It was such an awesome experience. The guys were so funny and had so many interesting facts about the area. The music was a wonderful touch! We had a large group with kids ranging from 16-7. 10/10 would go back again!

My 12-year-old daughter and I did this together, and it was absolutely amazing! Booking online was super easy, and the directions and timing were very clear. The boat was clean, the gear was in great condition, and we felt completely safe the entire time. The staff was friendly, fun, and easygoing—but also very professional and made sure everyone followed the rules. We decided to purchase the GoPro and photo package, and I’m so glad we did. The pictures and videos are incredible and will be memories we cherish forever. I was a little nervous going in, but the parasailing experience ended up being much less scary than I expected—it was actually peaceful, relaxing, and truly awe-inspiring. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience! Took my daughter for her 18th birthday. And she loved it. We recorded the entire 10 mins in the air! Would definitely recommend for ANYONE

They messages us earlier in the day saying “ Sea Rocket alert! Incoming weather may affect afternoon parasailing. Call to rebook to 12 PM for better chance to fly” which does not indicate the trip is cancelled so we showed up 20 min before and waited. After nobody showed up, we called them and they said that message was a cancellation message and that the 12PM was also cancelled. They also said that we could not get a refund since we didn’t get trip insurance. A few minutes after we called them, they sent an email saying the trip was cancelled, which was also after the trip was supposed to start.

Professional, skilled, safe, fun, excellent tunes for zipping around 😁 we had never done this before, they were terrific, and we would do it again and recommend it to anyone.

My reservation was cancelled and I wasnt even notified. We bought an uber there and back. I need to be reimbursed for the tickets and the uber rides from my hotel. I also tried calling to support number so many times. No one picks up.

Fantastic time! First time and pretty good for us being in our early 70s. I’m afraid of heights but loved it. So glad that we went. SeaRocket crew was great, highly recommend this to everyone!

Loved Matt and Austin they were wonderful. Parasailing was great Problem we bought the insurance and two of our party had to cancel. And they would not refund our money. So I am out $230. So a fun day turned out pretty pricey
