Naples Keewaydin Shelling, Dolphin, Beach And Sunset Tours

A Wonderful Day on the Water! We had an amazing experience on our boat ride out of Naples, Florida! Captain Kerrick was fantastic—friendly, personable, and very knowledgeable. We were lucky enough to see dolphins, and he took his time allowing them to play in the boat’s wake. It was such a special experience! We also visited a beautiful island with very few people, which was perfect for walking along the beach and collecting shells. They even provided shelling bags and water, which was a nice touch. The boat was brand new, clean, and very comfortable. We did encounter a little rain on the way back, but Captain Kerrick took all the appropriate precautions to keep everyone safe. It actually added a little adventure to the day! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re visiting Naples and looking for a fun, relaxing day on the water with dolphins, beautiful scenery, and great shelling, I highly recommend this trip. We would absolutely do it again!

We went on the dolphin viewing and shelling tour of Keewaydin with Captain Kerrick. It was such a fun day. The trip out to Keewaydin was very cool as we had dolphins flanking both sides of the boat when we were producing a wake. The beach was secluded and beautiful. We had some weather on the way back and had to make an unexpected stop at a dock to wait for it to pass. We felt safe and secure with our captain and the detour actually made the trip even more fun. We will be going on another trip with SandDollar.

Very nice experience. We had a lot of fun, a small group, with enough time on the water and enough time to explore the island that we traveled. Captain Kerrick did a great job, telling us something about the way we traveled, gave us some advice about the shells that we can collect and even lead us through a small storm, handled the situation very well and we all made it back safely. In the tour we saw some dolphins, turtles on the beach and some really nice places and houses. If I ever visit Naples again, I would definitely do the tour again and hope for another tour led by Cptn Kerrick.

Was a. Amazing experience. We were able to see dolphins chasing our boat and jumping next to us. The seashells were amazing. Joey our captain was professional and so knowledgeable. He was so kind and thoughtful during our adventure. Highly recommend

I’ve lived in Florida for 25 years and never have I seen so many dolphins! The trip was fantastic! The shells were plentiful. Captain Kerrick was knowledgeable, personable, and even found some beautiful shells for us.

Captain Kerrick was amazing! My husband and I enjoyed our trip to Keewaydin so much we booked for a longer trip with Capt Kerrick the next day! We loved all the info he provided along the way and we got to see three eagles. We came back with our bags full of shells - one being a rose murex! We will tell everyone we know to book this tour and will dream of coming back! ❤️

Paul S was a fantastic captain and I would do this experience again! We got to visit 2 islands for shells. 1 was basically made of them! We were a bachelorette trip of girls and he was very patient and funny! He was very knowledgeable about the wildlife, and even helped us hunt for shells!! He is not a lazy, sit down type of captain. He’s walking the islands too!! We even got lucky and saw some dolphins. We had a 3 hour excursion booked!

This was our second trip with Sand Dollar and first with Captain Paul Stancati. He made a detour to island if shells, and it was literally the best day ever! Dolphins in our wake and shells for miles. He knew ALL the shell facts and was just a good human. We will be back.

My cousin and I had a fabulous experience with Keewaydin Shelling Dolphin and Beach tours! Joey our guide was very knowledgeable throughout our tour, explaining things to our group and he is easy to talk with and ask questions. Thank you Joey! The shells at Keewaydin were awesome finds, in limitless supply in the thousands! There was another lovely couple from Italy on our trip. We got back to the boat earlier than we needed to be. But it worked out great, because we had time to engage with some dolphins, who swam and jumped in our boat’s wake, it was awesome!😎 Thank you Joey for making that happen, seeing dolphins was on our bucket list!

We celebrated our anniversary by taking a morning boat and shelling tour on San Dollar Boat & Shelling Tours. We loved it! The morning was lovely, Capt. Joey was informative, professional and even got us a great Dolphin experience...Dolphins swimming and jumping beside our boat. As we left, larger tour boats were arriving...so pleased we decided on Sand Dollar...a more boutique experience!

Captain Jaime was a great guide. She knew a lot of fun facts about the area and aimed to please her group. We had a great dolphin experience. Our particular day there was not much variety of shells but a fun trip anyway.

Our 3-generation family wanted to book a group shelling tour, but only had a specific day free for it, so I researched several online. After communicating with Capt. Evan about my in initial choices, he said he'd gladly book the tour I initially mentioned, but suggested we perhaps consider a completely different time of day, and even a different boat, for a more successful event. He was right! The ambient temperature was better, the tides were much more favorable, the shelling beach was deserted, the kids loved the boat and everyone had a marvelous and engaging experience. The naturalist that accompanied our group was delightful, and both she and Capt. Evan were entertainingly knowledgeable about the plant and animal life in the area. They know their stuff! I'd book with him again in heartbeat!

We had a great time with Captain Karrick! He was fun and knowledgeable about the area and we came back with lots of wonderful shells and also saw some dolphins and other wildlife. We took the morning 4 hour tour and it ended up being a small group of only 6, which we loved!

Had a great time with captain Megan and Captain Paul. They were amazing and super knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour.

We took the 8 a.m. tours with Megan to Keewaydin and it was fantastic! The boat was very comfortable with padded seating. We had been to Keewaydin once before on a larger boat with metal seating, and this was way more comfortable and personable. Megan is a great captain who knows her stuff. We gathered lots of beautiful shells at Keewaydin and Megan took us to look for dolphins on the way back (which we did see) because we had a little time left to do that. We had an awesome time, enjoyed the stories with captain Megan and the other passengers. I would definitely recommend this trip, and Megan!

Captain Paul S. Was amazing! We saw lots of Dolphins and facts I didn’t know about them. We went to kick island off the 10,000 island shelling tour and found nice shells. He went along shelling and shared his findings with us😊

Sand Dollar Shelling Boat Tours was fantastic. The description of the tour was spot on. They emailed clear directions and I had no trouble finding the marina and parking. Megan, the captain, was the best. She was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. She informed us about the wildlife in the area and explained the boating rules while we were on the water. The shelling on Keewaydin was wonderful. More shells than I could carry and a beautiful uncrowded beach. I plan to do this again on my next vacation.

Captain Paul S. was amazing!! Very knowledgeable and fun to listen to. Plus he was super helpful to me since I’ve had 3 lower spine surgeries. He drove our boat to the calmest waters & navigated waves from other boats so there was no jarring. Definitely recommend Paul S. !!!

Captain Dave was amazing! The boat was spacious and comfortable. We wanted do see Dolphins and he found a pod so we coild get some great pix. The beach was awesome and we found some beautiful shells! Highly recommend. 3 hours was the perfect amount of time to sight see, find dolphins and spend some time on the beach.

My husband and I took a shelling tour with Captain Paul S. and it did not disappoint! He was an amazing host for our first shelling experience and we found so many amazing shells! I have recommended Captain Paul and Sand Dollar Shelling to everyone who asks me about my shells. I can't wait to go back on another tour.

I would not recommend this shelling tour. It was supposed to be 3 hours but in reality it was less than 2 hours shelling time. The captain was just ok. The shell guide Taylor was very helpful and friendly. We only went to one island whereas other tours take you to 2 islands. I felt like I overpaid for this trip. There are better tour options in the area and I definitely don’t recommend this one. The captain spent too much time chasing dolphins and letting the kids drive the boat. It was not worth the money!

Our captain Paul, greatly enhanced the entire experience. He was so fun, knowledgeable and accommodating. The boat was clean and comfortable for our family of five. Will highly recommend this small, intimate experience.

A friend and I went out for an early morning shelling tour with Paul S. and Taylor. They were very kind and told us everything we wanted to know about the local wildlife. Taylor helped us find A LOT of different shells. We saw ospreys with their babies in their nests and then some dolphins cruising around feeding on fish. There were about 10 people total on the boat which made for a more personalized experience. Would recommend going out in the morning before the sun gets too harsh. We spent about 2 hours combing the beach for shells. Wear water shoes or hard sandals that can get wet to protect your feet from all the shells that you walk through. They will provide a bag for you while you collect shells on the beach and then we transferred the shells to our own bags when we returned to the boat. They provide bottled water on the boat (stored in a cooler).

Captain Paul S took us and our friends out in great weather and calm seas. Taylor was our naturalist. Both fun, knowledgeable and engaging. Paul found us dolphins almost right out of the inlet and several times during the excursion, with nice dolphin facts from Taylor (they worked well together!) Stopped for an hour to shell and boy were there shells! Taylor mingled with all of the guests to help identify shells and any questions about the island. Overall, we all enjoyed the trip. I’d recommend it to anyone

I took my teenage daughter and her friend on an afternoon dolphin and shelling excursion out of San Marco Marina for low tide shell search. Captain Paul S. loves what he’s doing, shares his knowledge and enthusiasm with his customers and made the trip great despite some inclement weather that rolled in. I’d book through them again and hope to soon and recommend to others!

Captain Joey was a great and knowledgable guide. Enjoyed passing by the mansions and loved seeing the wildlife- dolphins, egrets, bald eagles. The shelling beach was secluded with plenty of shells- and a sunset to top it off! I would do this tour again and do recommend!

We did the shelling tour off Marco Island with Sand Dollar Shelling Boat Tours. Captain Paul and first mate Taylor (not Taylor Swift) were awesome guides! We were able to see a lot of dolphins on the way to the island which was a bonus! The shells were amazing and both Paul and Taylor were very knowledgeable and fun! Paul was also very nice in giving us recommendations of places to eat-Celebration Park was awesome, thank you!!

Great shelling experience, with nature interaction in natural environment. Birds, dolphins and shells. Staff very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. I would highly recommend this tour to my family, friends, and tourists!

We had a great time on a tour with Paul S and Taylor. Picked up a lot of beautiful shells and saw a couple of dolphins who were swimming aroud us. Kids were thrilled and we enjoyed jokes and boat ride. Highly recommended!

Paul S. Is an amazing a Captain who aims to please. We were able to visit 2 islands and find shells we hadn't previously found. We are avid shellers but the dolphins swimming in our wake was absolutely amazing. Great experience and he was very patient as we are easily distracted by shells. Thanks again Captain Paul S.

Captain Lauren was so cool & knew everything about Naples. She had fun stories and drove the boat totally perfect! We had such a great time and saw so many awesome things; Ralph the dolphin, mansions on the water, shells galore, birds & more birds and Mexican lizards. A stop at the private, uninhabited island was literally the best. 10/10 would recommend!
