Milk District Eats Food Tour

Dave was a very knowledgeable & friendly tour guide and had lots of information about this local district as he grew up in the area. The history of this district is vast, the food & drinks at the local eateries were excellent! Thank you for a wonderful experience during our stay in the sunshine state!

Tracy from @WanderingPalmAdventures was our tour guide, and did an awesome job. We visited 5 different locations in the Milk District. Each one was uniquely different. The food and drinks were great. My husband and I loved this food tour and we highly recommend it! We ate delicious food and got a great walking tour of a historic neighborhood! All the stops were interesting and the varied! We ate and drank so much! It was the perfect date night! We want to take other food tours by this company! We loved our guide! Five stars!

Tracy was so knowledgeable about the Milk District and its history! We really enjoyed David’s private tour behind the scenes tour at the Primrose! The Thai chicken sandwich at Milkhouse was unique and sooo good!

Great way to sample some local favorite foods and learn about the Milk District in Orlando. The food on this tour is excellent and really gives a nice variety of tastes to satisfy everyone. Tracy, our guide, does an excellent job of making this tour a top-notch experience!

What a wonderful time my friends and I had when Tracey led our group for a food tour of the Milk District. We visited four fabulous restaurants and tasted delicious small bites that left us yearning for more, but filled us by the end of the evening! We were treated to beer in a Bristish pub and a delicious cocktail at Primrose Lanes where we also enjoyed their delicious hot dogs. At Bad As’s we gorged on sandwiches to die for! Finally at the Milk House we were treated to wings, kale salad, ice cream from Kelly’s and cookies from Foxtail. On top of all this, we learned so much about the history of the area. I’m looking forward to another food tour with Tracey.

Tracy was knowledge of the area. She had great connections at all of the places we stopped. We even got a tour of the inner workings of old cool bowling alley. Every place she took us had great food and drink!

Tracy gave us a good mix of history & local flavor. The hit dog at the bowling was surprisingly delicious, and we got to go behind the scenes to see the old alley equipment working! Every stop had fabulous tastes, and we were very full when complete. Great experience!

I really had a wonderful time to learn about the different types of foods and also to learn about the history of where the local eat. My tour guide was really helpful with everything and I will be book her again very very soon.

There were so many yummy tastings and learning the history of the Milk District was very interesting. Tracy, the tour guide was very knowledgeable.

As Orlando locals, it’s amazing how many areas we haven’t spent much time in. The Milk District is one of those that we’ve never explored, so this tour was perfect. Our group consisted of 9 people plus the guide. 4 couples, and one child. We had 5 stops in the area, the first being an appetizer, the middle 2 being mini meals, and the last another appetizer, and the finale was dessert. ice cream. I recommend booking in groups of 2 because it’s easier to split the food that way. We had more than enough to eat! Tracy was a wonderful guide and not only brought us to some cool restaurants, but taught us a lot about the Milk Districts History. We’re eager to book another tour!

Tracy along with Dave (Uncle Dave) were great guides on this tour. Very informative and entertaining along the way. Multiple items were available to taste but below are what I tried myself and really enjoyed at each of the places stopped. All were small/shareable portions offered but very filling at the end of the tour. Very much recommend this tour. Sideward Brewing - scratch made Korean Style Pork sandwich with homemade chips Primrose Lanes - Hot dog (house-made dog) on a brioche bun and French Fries Bad As’s Sandwiches - Ninja slider and housemade chips Swine & Sons – Southern Inspired - Smoked Chicken Wings with 4 different sauces to taste, Kale and apple salad Kelly’s Homemade Ice Cream - Strawberry and Zombie

I had a great time with Tracy She showed us some great places within the Milk District in Orlando as well as facts about that district and Orlando in general. Our group had fun exploring places and food from a traditional pub dish over hot dogs in a beautiful bowling lanes place over yummy sandwiches to wings and last but least ice cream Would do another tour with her without a doubt

Tracy was wonderful and picked out some delicious food for us to try. She was so friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We were full by the time we finished.

This is an excellent experience with lots of great food. We went for a night out and met with Tracy and Dave. They went fantastic and really had a lot of knowledge about the Milk District. The food did not disappoint. The portions were large and we didn’t leave hungry. It was nice to relax and get away from the theme parks. If you love food and just want a calm and relaxing getting away then I highly recommend

Our tour was great! One of our guests wants to come back to Orlando to try these places out more. The Primrose was our favorite place so unique and the best hot dog ever! The Milkhouse was so delicious and unique! Poms was just as delicious! I would recommend going on this tour! Our guide gave us interesting facts and shared her knowledge of each location and the area. It made the experience even better! It was also wheelchair friendly. They were also able to accommodate to our guest that is gluten and dairy free.

This was such a well rounded and fun food tour. I truly enjoyed each stop. The food was all locals based eateries and a story behind each one was shared. And the food was amazing!

This was our first time visiting The Milk District and first time doing a food tour here. Tracy, our guide, provided a wonderful tour of five restaurants providing insights about the area and the history of the restaurants and their respective owners. The choices of restaurants/ food were eclectic, delicious and plentiful. We recommend Tracy and thoroughly enjoyed her and the food.

Our tour guide was great! Super friendly and showed us some great local spots in Orlando. It even rained but she was prepared with umbrellas for us all.

We truly enjoyed Primrose Lanes. That is a place we would definitely want to host a party. It was fun to learn more about the Milk district and sample some of its' restaurants.

If you are looking for a chill time with good food and a great tour guide, this is it. Tracy was incredible, very knowledgeable about the area and well-entrenched with the restaurant owners. My adult son and I enjoyed our time with Tracy and we learned a great deal about Orlando and the hidden neighborhoods. We certainly did not leave hungry and will do again.

We visited 5 different restaurants during the tour and had samples at each one. You get a decent amount of food! Everything was delicious. We had a little hiccup with our tour, but the tour operator was very communicative and everything turned out fine. I highly recommend the tour to anyone who likes seeing where the locals go.

We just moved to the area and wanted to check out what’s around. The tour was a lot of fun, the food was excellent, our guide told us some cool facts about the city, and we found several new places to go. What more could you ask for?

Not that charming a neighbourhood. Not enough food for 6 people. The 4 of us had to share with two other strangers. One bottle of soda for four of us. We could have taken our $400 and had tons of other high end food!

Great tour guide. Too expensive for what you got and we had to share with strangers. For example: 1/2 a rice ball for two people and one bottle of pop for 4 people.

The guides were great their choice of foods and their knowledge of the area was amazing. Great experience in a new area.

The venue choices were varied selections of different ethnicities. Some common food items common, others new to us. Portions substantial, different courses. Walk very easy. Stacy very personable.

We got lucky and got a private couples tour given the night, but on top of that we learned some amazing history we did not expect in Orlando. The food was great and Pom Pom was fantastic stand out! In addition to all this the tour operator is a gem. Highly recommend her services and we will be back for another if in the area.

Although we live in Orlando, we learned during the tour how many fun places with delicious food could be available to explore in the city. We learned about the Milk District history as well as the story behind each place we visited. The selection of places and food made by Tracy was impeccable. Her service, courtesy, and knowledge were outstanding. We will be back to each of the places we went. And we will be taking as well, other tours offered by the company. Fully recommend the tour. We have taken similar tours in Europe, but this one was special.
