This tour took us on a route through South Beach Miami to see the different architecture and history of the location. Then the car/boat went into the water and took a tour around the islands to view the millionaires and celebrity homes along the waterfront. It as a nice tour.

It’s a great way to get around and see the city highlights by land and sea. The guide Rick was very knowledgeable.
Great trip out seeing the sights of Miami, Miami and some of the Islands where the rich and famous live Rick our host was top quality, great balance of insider knowledge on history, eating and drinks recommendations plus a few trivia bits The transport was comfortable (maybe take water as can get hot), perfect time slot of 90 minutes & a few places to jot down to revisit after you have got off We loved it
Tour was wonderful. Captain Peter and guide Rick were very professional and entertaining Our only problem was viator telling us to pick up tickets at a location that had been long closed. We had to scramble to find a ticket outlet. Chat room AI was useless kept giving the same useless answer five times
Me and my family had a great time on this tour. The pilot and guide were nice! The guide was very knowledgeable and had a fun personality! We really enjoyed that the vehicle could tour on land and water. I highly recommend this activity.
Wifey and I had a wonderful time with captain Pete & Lexi. The tour was informative and Lexi was a very entertaining tour guide.Captain Pete navigated the streets and Biscayne bay professionally.
They canceled our scheduled tour twice with zero. First time they rescheduled second time they canceled due to lack of people. Calling them to get a refund has been fruitless. Be warned.
Great and unique experience. A cute way to see the highlights of Miami beach both on land and in the water!
SO MUCH FUN: Land and Sea tour was fun and the Duck Boat had a shade cover which protects you from the hot sun and rain. Wish they provided Duck Whistles as they did on a Washington tou many years ago
The Captain and our guide were so much fun! Very informative and have me wanting to see more of South Beach.
We had a great tour with an entertaining, well informed and wonderful guide (Lexi) who made the excursion so much fun. We even won our own little ducks to take home! She took photos for us and was so professional. I would strongly recommend this excursion as a Miami experience for couples and families.
This was a nice tour to see some different sites of Miami. I enjoyed learning more about the history of Miami and seeing a few houses owned by famous people. Overall, I would recommend this tour. It was not too long, but just long enough! Our captain and Lexi did a wonderful job navigating us around!
Very informative nice narration of the entire experience Enjoyed both land and water experience Beautiful scenery
Took my credit card payment 2 days prior as agreed then cancelled the evening before for no legitimate reason.
I pay this company by credit card received tickets from Viator.Arrived at the Duck Boat to be told we could not go because Viator had not passed on my money for the trip. After sending Viator an email.I received an email from Viator stating l would get a refund to my credit card, this also has not happened.Avoid this company at all cost.Having travelled from the Uk this entirely ruined my last day.
Fun and informative tour! Lexi and the driver were very helpful and kind to my mom who has mobility challenges. Loved the tour itself, but the skate shop they do pick up at is a problem. The staff made clear they didn’t want to deal with duck boat people. Definitely started things off on the wrong foot….
The tour was okay, the guide mostly talked about food, and a little bit of Miami history, the tour was not what it used to be.
Really enjoyed. Great tour guide and driver. Both fun and educational. A little expensive @ $60/person with taxes/fees for a 90 min tour, but we are glad we did it
Everything ran smoothly & to time, very informative & funny guide, would recommend for any age. Only problem being it leaves you feeling very envious of the lucky people that live in the exclusive homes.
It was a great experience. The driver and the tour guide made the trip fun, entertaining and informative.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ What an amazing experience! The Duck Tour was so much fun — we got to see all the best of South Beach by land and water. The guide was super funny and informative, and the views of the skyline from the bay were beautiful. Perfect mix of history, fun, and sightseeing. Highly recommend for families and groups!
Great tour! Rick was funny, energetic, and informative! Driving through the art deco neighborhood was very interesting! A great time!
Fantastic commentary and just really good fun. We got a whole lot of insight into the Miami Beach area.
The owners were so fun to just sit and chat wiltg when we pucked up our boarding passes. The captain snd first mate did a fantastic job!! So much fun
Great experience. Great Captain and tour guide. The history of SOBE is very interesting and seeing the homes (and boats)of the rich on the islands👍
Lexi was our guide and very animated. She shared a lot of info about the areas visited. Very bubbly and made it fun. Also included trivia questions and gave us ducks as prizes which made it fun for the kids. It's a fun tour since you also get to do a boat tour.
They canceled and I still don’t have my refund. No reason weather was fine. I figure they over booked it. Either way I paid for it and didn’t go.
We had an absolutely fantastic time on the Duck Tours South Beach! From start to finish, the ride was smooth, fun, and full of energy. Both Peter and Alexi did an incredible job— their commentary was not only informative but also hilarious, keeping the entire group entertained the whole way through. It’s such a unique way to see South Beach, both on land and water, and definitely a must-do when visiting the area. Out of our whole trip, this was easily the most enjoyable 90 minutes. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, memorable experience!
Wonderful Tour of South Beach including Collins Ave and the Art Deco district on Ocean Drive. The highlight was our time spent in the water where we saw the homes of the rich and famous. My boys enjoyed the tour and I would recommend this tour to all.
Duck Tours South Beach is always a great activity, especially for taking visiting family and friends on. This last tour was my 8th one :-)
Really good with interesting informations. Fun for the children..Captain and guide wonderful!!Good choice!!
We were in Miami Beach recently for two nights. We wanted to see the city, but didn't have a plan. We stumbled across the Duck Store and saw a sign for the Duck Tours. We booked it and it was great! We were able to see the Art Deco buildings of South Beach before going out on the bay, where we saw some beautiful homes. A wonderful way to spend the afternoon!
Fun, Informative, & the tour guide was fantastic. This was our 2nd experience with Duck Boat Tours, and it did not disappoint. A combination of sightseeing, history & going from land to water.
Great, friendly crew. Very informative. Learned a lot about the Miami Beach history. Felt safe while traveling in land and sea
Very funny and informative guide. Was very interesting from the beginning to the end. The best Duck Tour!
Rick was a very good tour guide, he was knowledgeable and funny. Even though it absolutely poured shortly after starting our duck tour, the Captain and Rick did a great job.
Disaster. Tour broke down half way through as the vehicle couldn’t get out of the water. Hung around for 30 mins whilst they repeatedly tried to pull it out, but rope kept snapping and vehicle felt very unsafe. Scary experience and the operator won’t refund despite us having to jump out and pay for an Uber back to the hotel. Radio silence. Dangerous. Tour host did well given the circumstances.
Done this awhile back and it was great. Did it again with my cousin and our teenage daughters and it we learned and saw a lot. Not many celeb houses left though. It was worth it, money wise. We skipped another boat activity later from our City pass options as this was enough for us. Reservation fees are a bit much, like to have reserved ahead so I knew that they were likely going to go at that time - makes for easier planning and no lost time. Waivers are done but they don't ask to see them. Also, it get sent to email so if you do it on the spot and don't have roaming you cannot access email as they don't seem to have wifi in the office.
Our guide was full of information, we saw parts of Miami Beach that we wouldn’t have seen on our own and we had great fun.
Tour as advertised, however that said would have appreciated more historical information about the development of the area. Different from most Duck Tours in that more time was spent in water than road touring. Would definitely recommend for those who are mostly interested in seeing the high end star homes with a little history. The operators are exceptional, the detraction is due to local ordinances for the water travel.
The tour was excellent! The host and captain were not only highly professional but also incredibly fun and engaging throughout the entire experience. They made everyone feel welcome and comfortable, and their knowledge of the area added an educational and entertaining element to the trip. The boat was well-maintained, and the entire tour ran smoothly and on time. It was a perfect combination of relaxation, adventure, and great company. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable outing.
Great, fun way to see Miami Beach, learn something about its history, see the art deco of the city & also get time on the bay to see the rich & famous homes. We had Lexi as our tour guide & Peter as our driver. Both excellent guides. Lexi was very knowledgeable & also made the tour fun. Had a great time
We had done a duck tour in miami about 13 years ago and i remembered that it was great. This time when coming with kids i knew it was one i wanted to do. They arent cheap but honestly they are well worth the money. My son says it was the best thing he did all week in miami. The captain was polite and the tour guide was exceptionally knowledgeable and clearly naturally interested in architecture and history. Would highly recommend
The tour starts to finish was brilliant, informative, funny, interactive and involved the whole group. Captain Peter and the tour guide (sorry for her name) were so friendly and helpful. Can't recommend this tour enough.
Really good, especially the tour guide, he gave us so much information.Definitely worth doing while in Miami.
Great, informative, fun tour on land and on the water. Just the right length of time at 90 mins. Really enjoyed this and have told our hotel reception so they can tell other guests.
Our noon LuckyDuck land part was ok - tour guide shared lot of details about Miami Beach. Once we get to water driver said something is not ok and he want to check the vehicle (it's pretty old) - so we got back to shore in 5 min. Then we wait for mechanic, water test and eventually (after ~45min) we were told we are going back to city, water part can't be completed. So there we saw nothing from water part of tour :( Once we got back - office was closed and nobody picked up the phone. On my email they responded later that day that once we completed land part and half of water part (200 yards from the shore and back!) they will refund 25%. My other emails about water part were just ignored. So my experience was bad, waste of time and money.
The captain and the tour guy did a fantastic job, explain everything and the overall trip was beautiful
Efficient, informative and right length of time. Guide was great, booking was easy and perfect for kids. Going from road to water was different and fun.
This was a nice way to see the vibrant city of Miami during day time. The tour guide was such a vibe, he was so fun giving the history of the areas and he also volunteered to take our photos if we wanted. It was also my birthday so everyone on board wished me happy birthday. It was a memorable part of my day.
