Miami To Key West Day Trip With Optional Hotel Pick Up

The pick up location did not show as described as "holiday Inn"! The bus came in 30 minutes late. Request for Optional Pick up, but did not receive ant response.

The diriver Emanual or Mannual, scammed us by saying he would be booking guided snorkeling tour and left us nowhere which no proper communication on where to go . Too much rushed and no time to lookout as he brought us very late to the destination. The snorkeling tour operations have credit card system , even then he just he asked for cash which we dint have and had to go to a near by ATM , which doesn't make sense. We could have paid through credit card at the counter where we could have saved some money. Our experience is very bad, and couldn't do anything at the end of the day. The driver name is Mannual / Emanual, he is unethical , unapologetic and no respect for people's time and money.

So unorganized! Absolutely nothing was done according to the instructions we received. We arrived on time at the meeting point but there was no one from the company wearing the designated "white t-shirt that says Miami 90 Mile tours". There was a guy wearing a red t-shirt with nothing on it, who wasnt quite sure what was going on. He turned out to be our driver. A second bus arrived around 7am and that driver was wearing a white shirt, no logo. He also had no idea what was going on. Finally we were loaded on to the bus (no one ever scanned our tix) and sat there for 45 min., waiting with no explanation. The two drivers just stood outside smoking and chatting the entire time we were sitting on the bus. No explanations for those of us on the bus. Finally a bunch of new people arrived and that's when we left. It was 7:50 by then . The delay cut into our 6-hours in Key West. The bus itself was dirty and our seats were broken. My seat belt was broken. I would not recommend this company for a day trip to Key West. There are others. Try them instead.

Stop at Islamorada was disappointing. Our driver was constantly on his phone talking really loud. Seemed very distracted and not very attentive to passengers. Very poor english skills.

Our trip from Miami to the Keys was a highlight of our vacation. The day started perfectly with a prompt on-time hotel pickup, and we arrived at the Keys exactly as scheduled, giving us plenty of time to explore. ​What really stood out, however, was how the company handled a challenge. On the way back, the bus had a mechanical issue. Our driver was incredible—he worked tirelessly to fix the problem himself. Despite the delay, we were able to head back at 9:15 PM. ​Even with the late start and the technical hurdles, the driver’s main focus was our safety. He went above and beyond to ensure every passenger reached home safely. It turned what could have been a bad situation into a very positive experience. This will definitely be one of those memorable trips we talk about for years! Highly recommended for their reliability and dedication.

Bad from Start to Finish Bus was late to pick up No idea which bus to get on Loading of bus was terrible people in line first last on bus so at the back with very cold AC Think people from all different trip companies put on same coach. Driver I think was using AI to talk to us as Spanish was his first language. He told his life story which we did not need. On return no bus no communication Until we were told new bus on the way from Miami 3/4 hours away. After 2 hours original bus returned and that was when we got our first communication Again very cold AC Driver almost begging for tip Very bad communication from start to finish Key west was wonderful Travel not at all good

This was great value for money. The driver and guide were exceptional, and went above what was expected. Very informative, curtious, and so so helpful and pleasant. The instructions were clear pick up was straight forward. The drive was safe and comfortable. Stopped key large for breakfast very busy McDonald's but dollar store recommended and used. Had 5 hrs in key west. Great instructions and pickup at holiday inn and drop off at key west at Caroline Street were perfect. Will do trip again as really good value

Had troible as most of amnouncememts were in spanish and the english was hard to hear. Then bus was late leaving as it broke down.

Beyond being a pro behind the wheel, they were: ​Knowledgeable: They shared great stories about the history of the Keys and pointed out hidden gems we would have missed on our own. ​Entertaining: Their humor kept the energy up during the early morning start and the relaxing ride back. ​Stress-Free: They handled the logistics, hotel pickups, and timing perfectly, giving us a full 5 hours to explore Duval Street, the Hemingway House, and the Southernmost Point without a care in the world.

What a fun experience. We got to relax and enjoy the scenery from Miami to Key West. A must do if you are vacationing in the area. The bus was clean, comfortable and the driver was funny and entertaining. Worth every penny spent.

Definitely a must do if you have a full day to spare. The bus wasn't packed. It was clean and cleaned again while we were on the island. Our bus driver even pulled over so we could catch the sunset. The guide was actually a recording in English and Spanish translations. I couldn't quite hear it clearly. Had I known I would have asked for an alternative option.

The trip went really well. From pickup to drop everything was so smooth and family friendly. It was our last min purchase and was worth booking. I will surely recommend them.

Seem to be unorganised at start with 4 buses of 48 one couple paid & didn't get on. Our bus had cracked side window & broken seat back rest. Some commentary would have been an advantage. Morning stop at McDonalds was overwhelmed with the number of buses we opted not to get a cup of coffee didn't think we would make it back on time for the bus leaving.

Dios was an a amazing driver. Everything was perfectly translated in clear and loud voice in Spanish and English consecutively. On our way to the Keys, we saw a tour bus stopped in the middle of the highway. All the tourists had descended and the driver was struggling with smoke coming out of it. Our driver immediately stopped and ran to offer help while at the same time police vehicles were arriving. He offered help while at the same time not putting us in danger, parking a bit away, while at the same time without jeopardising our trip. The moment he checked everything was under control, we were immediately back on route. He brought us on time to our first stop so we had time for a relaxed and stress-free breakfast at McDonald’s (not burgers but what is closest to a normal breakfast), stretch our legs and also buy things we might be needing (from soft drinks and water to toothbrushes and swim wear and shoes) at a huge next door store, also at very very low prices. Upon departure, a vast line of buses and tourists were already swarming the area and queuing for breakfast. He also bought from that store cookies and crackers that he kindly offered all passengers before departure. Very sweet, polite, punctual and professional. Be mindful that Key West is incredibly beautiful and though it is small, it is impossible to indulge in its beauty by simply moving around on foot. Given also the sun and the heat, it is highly recommended to rent a bike. I did so by booking one online ahead of our arrival. I booked one using key lime bike tour, a local agency renting bikes. This way you can skip the fuss and loss of time about where to go and what to do and how by directly heading there to retrieve your booked bike and start moving around. We overall had 4 hours and 30’ and biking around was proved really helpful and convenient. I managed to see everything: the southernmost point buoy (you need to prepare for a queue to be photographed next to it so to save me time, I just waited on the side for some minutes and managed to take several ones during the change of previous people queueing and next ones), Higgs beach and Zachary fort/Truman beach, the Ernest Hemingway house, the Key West lighthouse and most important streets like Duval, Fleming, Petronia, Olivia, Thomas and Whitehead street along several others with amazing houses, porches and facades. And still I had to run to do all this so I wonder what people managed to see on foot. Particularly for the Zachary beach, which apparently is the most popular, I saw a huge line of vehicles jammed and lots of tired pedestrians arriving while the few bikers quickly arrived and went directly ahead. Biking is very safe and convenient with several biking lanes jn many places. Be ready to ride a bike with breaks on the pedals. The owner very quick, friendly and relaxed. I really liked him. And all this for overall 21$. Our driver was right on time at 4pm to lead us as promised to the Seven Mile bridge for 20’ walk and photos during the sunset. It was incredible. Just find the stairs that lead on the bridge for pedestrians. Utterly amazing.

The driver didn't speak English at all, it was very hard trying to communicate with the driver for non Spanish speaking passengers, at one point in the drive the driver started talking about some history of key West but it was in only Spanish so if you didn't understand Spanish you have no idea what was said, also the food place that we stopped at only had half of the items on the menu and it was 8 in the morning, not a great selection at all.

Booked thru Get your guide app. Received my booking confirmation at 8:39pm. Slept early just because of the 6:45am pick up time. I waited at the pick up location and its already 6:50am so I decided to call the tour operator. I gave my details and was informed that the bus was on the way. After a couple of minutes the operator called me that the bus already passed by and the guy who answered me even lied to me that my booking was missed because it was already received past 12mn. He informed me of a refund when I asked if there’s a way the bus can come back to pick me up since it’s still 7am but instead of rectifying their mistake of missing my booking, the tour operator simply ditched me off by offering a refund!! I was so mad because it completely ruined my day!! Wasted my time waking up at 5:30am just to get to the meeting point at 6:45am!! The worst ever tour company!! I informed Get Your Guide customer service about the issue and they reached out to the tour operator. Upon inquiry the tour operator said that their office closed at 9pm!! That’s the reason my booking was missed by them not because they received it at past 12mn which was a lie!! From Get Your Guide I was informed that once booking is confirmed from them it will automatically received by the tour operator. Anyway, this incident would have not happened if only the tour operator double check confirmed booking on the day of the tour and not make a print out list before their office closed!! They allowed late booking yet doesnt have a system to double check all bookings on the day of the tour! Worst tour and customer service!!!

Exactly as advertised. Informative guide kept us updated on our tour. Enough time for a great day in Key West Highly recommended

Comfortable bus, good driver. Even though our driver didn’t speak English he used a translator app which worked just fine. He was very specific with his instructions as to when to meet the bus and when it would be leaving the designated spot. I recommend this trip.

The Key West Roundtrip was absolutely amazing!well organized from start to finish. The bus was comfortable, clean, and air-conditioned, and the driver was friendly and professional. This trip is a must-do for anyone visiting Miami

Decent day all round, lots of information avaliable and knowledgeable guides. Expensive though, felt a little ripped off the trolley bus was $60, too much that. Weather was scorching, definitely hotter than Miami. Tour guide didn't drop off at both of the first locations in downtown miami due to a concert and the roads at a standstill.. then he had a go at a solo Asian girl who missed her stop... so pretty much shamed her in front of everyone else. That ruined his tip for me...But the day itself was great.

They cover is more money than advertised, because it didnt clarify well, that you have to pay apart the comeback drive to Miami, and the bus doesnt have Good a/c the drive doesnt turn on the a/c like only first 10 minutes of the trip and at the end, and in summer is terrible! the Good part was the astonishing views you can see in the trip, but next time, I will try to find another company.

No microphone in the bus makes it very difficult to understand information especially when most of information on Spanish

The experience was top-tier. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Love the pickup at the hotel.

It was a great experience. The bus picked us up exactly at 7.15am and the journey started on time. Joseph, our guide, was very helpful. The return back journey was peaceful and relaxing. A little note for fellow travelers- it’s a long bus journey, takes about 3 to 4 hours to reach Keys West so plan accordingly and pack a little bit of snacks for the bus journey.

Long day trip but well worth it. Saw lots of sites along the Trolley route, swam in tourquoise waters of the Gulf and great selection of eateries. Guide gave great commentary.

Had to transfer busses in mid route as bus was having AC problems. There was a group of about 30 ladies on board they were very loud and annoying, making it hard to hear the tour guide ( who's English was a little hard to understand anyway) The tour guide was actually very nice and did appologize for the group of ladys who were betond his control.

A bucket list check off. Only problem was not being picked up at our hotel as promised and the crappy seats for such a long drive.

Be prepared for a very long drive - three and a half hours each way. Definitely worth the scenery on the drive down and the Key West vibe.

If you are thinking about driving to the Keys, forget about it! Take this bus tour instead. You’ll have the opportunity to take in the scenic views without interruption of navigating traffic and plenty of time to spend on the island once you arrive. The charter bus was comfortable especially on the upper deck. Our guide was knowledgeable and entertaining throughout the journey. Highly recommend this package for anyone at any age.

Utter disappointment!!!! Do not book!!! The pickup time was delayed by 50 minutes, and no one knew when it would actually start. They left us in the rain without any information. Then the bus arrived; poor organization, all names were called out in a confusing manner. The bus itself was okay, but the air conditioning was off, and everyone was sweating the entire ride. Additionally, there were distorted announcements made in poor English by the bus driver, making it impossible to close one's eyes for even a second. Due to the late pickup, a 45-minute break, and a refueling stop, the 4-hour travel time suddenly turned into 6 hours. This left less time in Key West. But the highlight was the return trip. The advertised 3 1/2 hours turned into 6 hours with a 45-minute break, even though it was already 9 PM. Furthermore, the bus driver was driving significantly below the speed limit, as he apparently had not been trained to refuel in a timely manner. After driving like this for two hours, he refueled a third time at a snail's pace. During a stop at a gas station, the bus driver had to call someone because he apparently did not know how to refuel the vehicle. We want our money back!!! We purchased from 6:50 AM until a maximum of 9 PM and 6 hours in Key West. We received 7:40 AM - 12:45 AM and only 5 1/2 hours in Key West. A complete disaster. And then one is obligated to pay the bus driver a $5 tip per person. When one politely asked to shorten the breaks, one was only snapped at... We have never experienced such disorganization before. Thus, a beautiful island day that we were very much looking forward to turned into a pure nightmare.

1h30 waiting for the bus with a simple message informing us of the delay without giving us delays , which reduced our time on site at the keys , Driving the private bus , seat of the back c is difficult to stay there because abundant smell of toilets next door , a stop not even 20 minutes to eat breakfast so avoid the "big coffee " that will end up in the garbage , a second stop of 30 seconds to take a photo of a crayfish in statue , return 4 hours without any stop ... I recommend not with children
