This trip was well organized from the beginning. Selecting a pickup location was easy. Orlando was our guide and he is fantastic! He spoke English, Spanish, and Italian. He will guide you thru the whole process if you listen and pay attention. The trip to the Keys had amazing views along the way. Dolphin watching, snorkeling, and drinks on board after. Great staff and great experience the entire day.

FRAUD STAY AWAY! This company is a scam guys. They changed the pickup time last time from 5:30AM to 6:45AM, we were at the meeting point ON TIME and waited for 20 mins. We called them, no answer. No one showed up to pick us up and we got an email 30 mins later saying that we didn’t show up and can’t get a refund. They sent no message, no phone call, no proof of their arrival time while we have multiple missed calls, emails showing we were there on time.

Terrible. I did not get picked up. I was at pick up place 20 mins early and waited over an hour. I confirmed multiple times that I was in the right place and nobody came. I called all the contact numbers provided to me and nobody answered. Nobody from the company tried to contact me regarding a cancellation

Key West, particularly the old town, was amazing and is not to be missed. In fact, we plan to return to spend more time here. This trip, however, was terrible. We only learned the name of the driver, Manuel, due to a prerecorded message reminding us to tip him (played more than once). We were supposed to be picked up from our hotel but received a message the day before to say we had to make our own way to the company’s office. We were dropped off here at the end of the day as well, but then watched as the bus turned into the street where our hotel was and drove straight passed it. Unless you were buying a trip from the driver, he refused to speak to you. We discovered we were stopping for breakfast when the bus pulled up at a roadside cafe. There was no stop on our return journey which was over 4 hours. When we arrived in a Key West bus park, the driver wouldn’t even point us in the direction of the attractions. He honoured us with a reluctant and gruff ‘yes’ when we asked whether we needed to return to the same place at the end of the day. We didn’t take his rudeness personally, he was equally unpleasant to everyone. Really terrible service - but stunning destination.

We booked this tour hoping to see dolphins and we did! Great experience with an energetic guide on both the bus and boat. Thanks for making this day special.

Before I start I loved key west and would go back in a heartbeat. The trip down was ok and the scenery stunning but that’s where it ends. We booked through Booking.com and It started poor as we had booked a pick up from our accommodation as we didn’t have a car. All this was confirmed in the booking and via text the day before. The pick up never showed and we got a phone call 25 minutes after our pick up was due asking if we were still going on the trip. When I said we had a pick up we were told we had to make our own way to downtown Miami within a very short space of time to get a bus there at additional expense to us. Which we managed courtesy of Uber. However we got the bus and we’re advised the driver knew nothing of what trips were booked which I get but surely there should have been someone who could tell us what the process was. As a consequence although we got to key west we did not get our planned activity. Even the initial paperwork didn’t give an actual itinerary so we had no where to go to ask and struggled massively with internet. I did send a text to the lady who asked if we had made the bus I had no reply but the text was read. Then on the way back our drop off point changed without us being notified to further away without us being advised of this. If it was a family with children this could be very difficult. Would not book a trip this way again. The upshot of all this is that we loved key west but would definitely not recommend booking this way. We had booked a trip the day before with a local company who were amazing so there was no comparison I’m afraid to say. Please don’t be put off going to the keys though they are lovely.

I was told my pickup window was between 7:10-7:30am. I arrived at 7:26 and I was told my pickup time was 7:15. I’ve requested a refund and they are denying it. They lied to me and our taking my money. Viator isn’t doing anything about it either. They haven’t asked for my proof to fight for my refund. Don’t waste your time with either companies. Just go to key west and book something. Both companies are CROOKS and can’t speak any English.

Beautiful, exciting bus drive to Key West with knowledgeable guide. This, and sufficient time to walk around exotic, Caribean Key-West - it was worth it. However, the dolphin trip could have been better: more time for searching for dolphins (we just saw 1-2 from a distance, and then the captain stopped already searching for them), and the snorkeling part was a bit disappointing because we did not go to the best/hard coral areas but sticked to the underwhelming soft coral areas (mainly plants with a few fish).

Beautiful views on sea & islands. Good atmosphere on the ship/nice crew. However, after we saw 1 dolphin, the captain stopped further searching for them. Snorkeling was nice, but not on the right spot for hard corals, so only a limited number of fish. The bus trip was nice and beautiful, and crew lead Luis was informative and cooperative. Exploring Key West on foot was very nice. Next time I would join the bus again and either stay in Key West, or take another snorkeling trip.

We went to Key West for first time, it was amazing. The tour driver and guide were excellent. The process was so easy, and will do again.

The tour guides were helpful and funny. We saw dolphins. Rented a wet suit, saw fish. Went snorkeling. Overall an amazing experience.

Great overall tour, happened as advertised, don't let the negative reviews scare you away like it almost did for us. Only the ppl with bad experiences will complain. Louis was a great guide, very proactive and made a good effort to make sure everyone got what they wanted. I would do this again in a heartbeat and recommend it to others as well!

It was okay, we decided to walk around. Other activities such as snorkeling, trolley ride and glass bottom boat we’re very expensive.

a long day but I Knew it. If you take this activity you don’t have time to go city tour in one day because bus and train stopped early . That’s ok. The sea view is beautiful .snorkeling is just so so only see some plants . But the guide on the bus was so rude ,her name is Lily ,talk to people without respect .she doesn’t like her job. Another girl just want to make sure she was standing the right place to wait the city tour bus , Lily side oh , people don’t read .and talked with me in an unacceptable way . Very rude .

I never went I’m in Chicago where I live I booked for May 10th and was told I needed to change my payment information on the 8th via email I click mange my booking put my card information in to change the payment information only and some how they sent me a email saying my reservation were for may 8th I never changed anything but my card information reached out to the company for help to put the date back to the 10th because clearly i had no idea how it changed in the first place and they told me it would be a no show and there was nothing they can do even though they where able to see I originally booked for the May 10th and I explained to them there was no way I would’ve changed the dates when I’m still in Chicago I got no help at all just being put on hold by people who I felt like did understand anything I was saying I wasn’t even requesting a refund and they told me there was nothing they can do and tried to convince me to pay them again if I wanted to go on May 10th. I should’ve looked at the review rating and went the other way but I wanted my children to snorkel for their birthday but if you google there are other companies that offer this same experience with better customer services and pricing

Snorkeling - dead reefs, no optic goggles for customers who cannot tolerate contact lenses; almost zero visibility - very turbid water, and low-quality equipment: total disappointment! Negligible and disrespectful attitude by a one boat crew member ruined whole trip :( giving only one star because of dolphins: we were lucky enough to see two couples of dolphins who definitely gave a lot of joy and excitement just only seeing them; Don’t pick snorkeling, opt out it - just waste of time and money.

I booked this trip the night before the tour. It said it was still available and it processed my payment. Shortly after booking it, I got a message saying they were full due to covid restrictions. I wasn't upset but kind of ridiculous to allow people to book something that they limit capacity. They asked if I could reschedule for another day but it was going to be my last day in Florida so I let them know it wouldn't work. They replied that they would issue a full refund. 2.5 weeks went by and they won't respond to me and still no refund. I filed a complaint with PayPal and now there's an open claim against this fraudulent company. Hopefully I can get my money back! 🤬 Travelers, beware of this company!

Wasnt a great trip. Most of our activities were canceled. When we called Viator the customer service rep was very nasty.

When I booked my trip I clearly told the lady I need transportation to be picked up and she booked it with no pickup/drop off so I wasn’t able to make it to my trip and still haven’t heard from the company on seeing if they can refund me since it was a mistake on there end

I was one of the first stops and everything was fine until we kept making stops and the entire bus was filled to capacity. I was forced to sit next to a stranger, they false advertised and are not following any law in regards to covid or social distancing. Honestly I’d rent a car and drink myself next time. I reached out to Viator and the customer service was horrible,

This trip was terrible. The bus ride was absolutely horrible. Seats were gross and the smell from the bathroom made you want to throw up. They would turn the air off on the bus so the smell would get worse. Really have no idea what I paid $220 for but I am not happy

US2U uses a bus company called XcursionsUSA. When I booked I thought the prices were reasonable, and I was excited and ready for my trip. I was told that my meeting point was a hotel 1.5 miles from the one I was staying at. So, I got up early and walked the 1.5 miles to only get on the bus and go pick up more people directly across the street from my hotel! They never asked where I was staying and I ended up waking up earlier than I needed to and walking in the humidity. As if that wasn't ridiculous enough, on our way back to Miami from Key West, 4 lug nuts came loose on one of the wheels on the bus! This left us stranded for FOUR HOURS and we didn't get back to our hotel until 1:30 in the morning. Loose lug nuts should never be an issue, this company clearly does not use reliable mechanics and our lives were endangered. If something as simple as lug nuts was messed up, what else could be messed up? Book with someone else and make sure your bus is not a XcursionsUSA bus.

But still had so much fun! And all the mimosas included?? YES! Plus i took a dramamine cause im a pansy and I had ZERO issues. Kinda gross we all share the snorkels but whatevesssss... I do recommend that if you're not a strong swimmer (heck even if you are and its choppy) to inflate your life jacket ALLLL THE WAAAY DESPITE WHAT THEY SAY! Especially if you have never snorkeled in choppy waters with a deflatable vest! HUGE DIFFERENCE from a regular foam vest. Do not let your "brave little sh*thead" stubborn teen son go without a life jacket. My friend witnessed one teen almost drown cause he didn't need it but had never snorkeled. Insert eye roll. Overall lots of fun and after a few mimosas you def make a lot of friends on the boat hahahahaha

First of all and most importantly, the bus never showed up. I waited a hour before my departure outside my hotel to sadly see all the other tours get picked up. I called the numbers provided to me but they went straight to voicemail. Like what??? It said I would get a email telling me exactly when my pickup time would be. Nothing came to me at all. So dissatisfied with this experience and now I’ll have to reschedule to go the key west some other way.

Pickup went ok the ride down and back is very tedious. One stop going down and non coming back. the bus driver did an excellent job getting us there and back. however one drive is enough next time i will fly.

It's a convenient choice if you don't want to drive. Our pick-up time was 6:50 and they were on time. Time to leave Key West was 5:15 and we left right on time. I wish it was a little later so we could've enjoyed more time there. We were back by 9:15.

My pickup time was at 6:40 am I called number provided at 6:50 am to ask if they were at hotel for pickup. A man answered very rudely and told me they were “long gone” and that they waited 10 minutes which was a lie because I waited in Lobby. I imagined like any other place they would give a courtesy call to let the customer know they were at arrival. I called to complain to Viator and they did NOT offer any solution to reschedule or even offer a refund.

This is good tour. We were picked up at 6:45AM from hotel, stopped for breakfast at Mcdonalds, returned at 8:30PM. Long day. We had about 6 hours at Key West. There were choice extra activities we could buy - we chose glass bottom boat tour. It was fun informative tour. We had about 3.5 hours after boat tour to take in key west atmosphere. This is is a easy was visit Key west. Bus was comfortable, AC, good driver. Only nit I have English part of narration was minimal. Highly recommended.

<p>The wind canceled the water activities. Other than that, it was nice.<br/> We did not buy a city tour, preferred to use the free bus and walking.<br/> The money we saved went to Cuban restaurant for lunch. You do need a map to guide yourself.</p>

Absolutely loved this trip. The drive down the keys is interesting, the driver gives plenty of information and insight with a quick stop at McDonalds to grab breakfast on the way. I did not pay for the Conch train, instead getting the free Duval loop which pretty much follows the same route without the commentary. Hemingways house is fascinating, especially the cats who own the house along with the archictecture, sun and hot tropical rain - never lasts long. Completely different feel to Florida and Miami, may be a long day but worth the effort, if only for Kermit's Key Lime Pie.

<p>We really loved this tour but be prepared for a long day!! The only drawback is that you have limited time to actually walk around Key West. We also booked a glass bottom boat tour and in hindsight I would have preferred to soak up the atmosphere of Key West. We were extremely rushed trying to fit everything in. A must do is the Conch Train which gives you a tour of Key West and the commentary was fantastic. Overall it was an amazing day and would do it all again minus the glass bottom boat!!</p>

<p>We had an excellent trip to Key West from Miami! We were picked up very earlynot a problem but were taken to a McDonald's for breakfast, not the best!! We made our way across the beautiful Keys commentary very good. Once we arrived in Key West we had five hours to ourselves which we thought would be too long, no we took the hop on hop off bus tour. After arriving back we then took a walk to the southern most point, stopping at points of interest along the way. In amongst this we had lunch. We just had time for a drink before it was time to leave. All in all a very enjoyable day.</p>

<p>A great trip. Lots to see in Key West. If planning to do The Little White House make sure you do it early as you go through with a guide. We didn't have enough time. The only downfall was the tropical rain and the streets flooded.</p>

<p>Great way to see Key West without driving. Makes for a long day though. Enjoyed the trolley tour of the island and visit to Truman's summer White House. Just wish the tour company had told us they were picking up people at a hotel across the street from ours. They told us to go to a hotel over a mile from where we were staying forcing an unnecessary cab ride when we could have just gone across the street.</p>

<p>Long bus ride but driver and helper was great. Bus was packed with people for Key West. Assistant sold excursions for Key West if you wanted to do different things. I have booked this trip before and I will do it again.</p>

Nice opportunity to experience Key West in one day. We especially liked the dolphin tour, our guide pointed out many fish and even dolphins and we were able to take great photos. We were a nice, international group and it was a successful day all around.

An excellent experience to see the dophins up close. Our guide was super nice, thank you to the whole team for this beautiful outing.

Verschrikkelijk. Boot vol zuipende toeristen. Ik had snorkelen met dolfijnen geboekt maar viator zegt dat ik het verkeerde heb aangeklikt. Ruim 500 euro betaalt voor een Snorkeltrip. Ticket geeft aan dat ik wel dolfijnen had geboekt maar of ticket staat snoekeltrip. Wijzen alles af. Normale snorkeltrip was veel goedkoper. Kapot rif. Weinig te zien

Wake up early, it's a long trip of about three and a half hours departing from Miami. Just go, it's worth it, the look is stunning. The place is wonderful, and the most interesting is the amount of chickens loosened on the streets, which is a legacy of the rhinestone galls that were banned and ended up loosened on the streets of Key west.

In a private car one morning with my family I left for Key West, which I had heard a lot about. From Miami is a nice trip but worth it! Along the way you wonder how they built such long bridges over the ocean but when you arrive you realize that it was worth connecting a big city with the last strip of land before the Ocean. Walking on the main street you see quaint shops, buildings that have a history or curiosity, tall palm trees on whose trunks walk undisturbed small iguanas and encounters everywhere small roosters. A lot of people catch your attention........ it's sunset time: a large ball of fire is skimming the ocean water with a sky of unimaginable colors. It is an authorial painting

He left badly with the pickup 40 minutes late. Then we had to pay the difference of 44 us on the bus, something talked to the person who sold us this tour, Mirna. On the bus we are told that they only accept cash that cannot be paid by card, that at the stop there is an atm where I can take money. Later on the same bus we asked about jetski rental, it was one of the reasons we were also going, as Mirna told us that the hour of rental cost 50 us, we were told that there was only the possibility of taking jetski tour that in Key West you can not walk without a guide... finally we took a snorkeling tour option. Key West we found beautiful, but the sales agency lousy!!!! It's worth going and staying anyway, but going by car, as it's very easy to get there and not get lost

After the storm "IRMA" in February 2018 you could still see the bad tracks on the ground. Boats swept ashore by the storm, entire caravan settlements broken and much more..... Despite everything, the residents are trying to restore everything to a good condition. Key West - People overflowing since cruise ships had docked - an ageing place - hotels are demolished and new ones built - the old wooden houses have their flair and are well painted All in all, even the Keys should be seen.

Waehrend der Fahrt hat uns der Tourguide viel interessantes erzaehlt. Ausserdem konnten wir ueber ihn Rabatte fuer Attraktionen in Key West bekommen.<br/> In Key West hatten wir dann 6 Stunden zur freien Verfuegung. Abends ging es zurueck nach Miami.</p> <p>Zusammenfassend: Ein gelungener Tag!</p>

<p>No tengo queja de la excursión,pero tal vez un poco de la organización del tour.Según las instrucciones del voucher,debíamos llamar 24 horas antes para reconfirmar la hora de recogida.Al comprar el tour,nuestro hotel estaba dentro del listado de puntos de recogida.Era muy muy centrico además.LLamamos y nos citan en otro hotel a casi 15 minutos a pie del nuestro.Al llegar el autocar,nos confirman que no estamos en su lista de pasajeros.les enseñamos el voucher,con las indicaciones dadas el día anterior,y el nombre de la agencia proporcionada por ellos y comentan que es muy extraño pues son los únicos que tienen guía en español...20 minutos después de la hora,y ya desesperanzados sobre si finalmente haríamos el tour,ya con fuese,la verdad, nos llaman para indicar que nos recogen en 10 minutos.Nada que objetar del guía ni del conductor,pero de todas las veces que he contratado Viator,esta es la que peor organizado ha estado el tour.</p>
