Miami To Key West Bus Tour With Narration

Bus tours can be booked directly at Lincoln and Washington in Miami beach inside the Surf Style shop with either Alberto or Myrna. Both are very helpful and informative. They offer many different tours including boating, helicopter and land . They pick you up and drop you off at your hotel. Service is excellent and you have six hours in Key West Florida to do as you please.

Asides from getting to Key West and having a great time. The bus company is just a headache. I mean honestly hehe unless you have your own van, or private jet to travel comfortably then hey better than this bus company. So to begin with, very limited leg space, or leg room. Cramped cramped feels like one is a wrapped up smashed taco 🌯 burrito haha. On another note, there is no space to put your camel cargo in hehe, so you are planning to bring bags, or a big backpack then give you high five cus u r going to be carrying it all the way as there are no overhead compartments and better be a sultan with a camel that carry your stuff than your own legs bam. Furthermore, so sup sup then the restroom is like a will be Spiderman climbing up the walls haha to get to the toilet, and the toilet looks like an old filthy cooking rusty pot that hasn't been cleaned since ancient Roman times hahaha not even since BC. Now, how about asking is there any toilet paper in there ?? I guess this company forgot that women..women in mind this is what happens in a machismo transport company, companies that skyrocket their prices like fireworks in the sky but don't like to even maintain or purchase toilet paper. So to put it all in context, the company I guess believes in like "hey you wanna use the toilet to do 1, then prior to getting on board either yank a tree branch, use them tree leaves haha and wipe off yourself hahaha u get the point. Company lives in gorilla times if it ever existed. No wifi oh yeah plan on doing some work if any while u spending. Only on a vacation forget it them deals won't get closed using our laptop 🙃 unless u have ur own wifi hhah. As an overall experience thus is my take on this, I hope u enjoy reading this and made you laugh cus we all need it. Just come prepared, light packed, bring them rolls of toilet paper or wipes, and also your own carry stool for ur feet and u will be good. Also bring ur own thirst quencher as well enjoy !!

The people didnt say anything, not even good morning, until they wanted tips. The bus was old and dirty! Sticky floor, gum on handle on back of chair and the 3.5 hour drive back, the AC didn't work!!

Was a long ride but Key West was nice. Wish we would have had a bit more time there. I recommend staying over night if possible. Bus driver was good but bus could have been a little cooler, especially after being in the heat all day. Overall pleased.

That was the worse trip I have had, the tour bus was hit we had a 3 hour bus ride in the heat felt like we was closed in a box and besides that roaches was crawling on us and other passengers. I will not book that company again for the Miami to key west trip again. But on the return trip it was better the ac on the bus was good and no roaches. Thank you

The small amount of history was interesting but not worth the cost. Stopping at a tourist trap for 'breakfast' was insulting. $4.50 for a 10oz coke and a sign that says 'workers get $5/hr so tips are encouraged'. !!! CONFLICTING texts on meetup address and type of bus: Street number 450 verses 440 and white minibus verses red double-decker bus. UGH I have enjoyed viator bus tours in the past but this one didn't pass.

This is transport only. You need to decide in advance how you will spend the day & book accordingly. Most of the options available are not cheap. Very little information provided on bus apart from “ask your friendly guide” who is also driving the bus at the same time ! The breakfast stop was at a small place (overpriced) with only one option & other buses were also there. Another bus from the same company had broken down so people were transferred to our bus which meant we were at capacity. Air conditioning then broke down on our bus. Could not recommend this tour.

Had the most amazing transfer to Key West with this company, they were puntual and professionals. Kids had a blast in Key West. What a charming Town.

The most important thing for those going on this trip to know is that the Holiday Inn closed about a year ago. You will be standing in front of an empty building. EVERYONE who got to this location wondared around looking to see if this was the right place. You definitely should update your information to include this. One group was dropped off by Uber and the driver was confused because of this. Parking at the Bayside parking garage was $50. Dios was a nice driver. He was upset when several members of our tour were 10 minutes late getting back on the bus when we stopped at McDonalds. This group didn't seem to mind that they made the rest of us wait before we left. Dios explained the importance of being on time and to be respectful of others. He did a great job driving and I felt very comfortable.

Our trip to Key West was incredible the views were Amazing! My husband and I enjoyed our experience tremendously! A great Big thank you to Dios our driver who was polite, informative and entertaining! He was a safe driver and punctual! Thank you!

It is a long day, but that's clearly stated. Stopped for a quick breakfast. No toilet on the bus. Seats were comfortable and times were clearly stated and repeated

The tour was successful in getting you efficiently from Miami to Key West and back at a reasonable price. The prerecorded narration during the ride there was minimal and not very good. With very little expense it could have added much more to the experience to have a good informative recorded narration. Also, the pickup point was at the holiday inn. It was early and chilly and the holiday inn did not allow you inside for warmth or to use the restroom. While there was one rest stop on the way to Key West there was none going back to Miami. It would have been nice to have one on the 4 plus hours. While there was a bathroom on the bus, hard to use in a dark moving bus and it is not the greatest. The driver pulled over and stopped to use it. He could have stopped somewhere for 10 minutes to let everyone have a rest stop. I would recommend the tour if someone wanted a round trip ride from Miami to Key West, but not for anything more

Amazing! Def book it! Dont be scared… only con the bus was an hour late, but we still got our full time in key west. They stop at McDonalds and dollar tree in key largo

He had a beautiful day in Key West. The driver was amazing. I wish the bus would have had heat, it was a cool and rainy ride to Key West and we froze in the bus.

This was basically transportation to and from Key West. The narration was minimal. It was very cold on the bus even though we had warm clothing and jackets on. We received a text with a travel tip beforehand saying people find the bus cold.. The driver did a good job navigating and was friendly. He arrived at the pick up place on time and got everyone aboard. The time we had in Key West was plenty for us. Our driver was an excellent and we felt safe throughout the drive.

Absolutely wonderful! Be prepared by taking jacket or blanket, bus was very chilly the entire ride. Dios our tour guide, was top tier! He made us all feel like family and made sure we made it to Key West safe and sound!!!!!

Family of 3 from Boston. After staying at Miami downtown, we needed to go to Key West one way. This tour bus was the most convenient way. Most on the bus were day trippers. Our luggages were stored in the side compartments of the bus. The trip stopped once for lunch/bio-break. The trip to Key West takes about 4hrs or so. About one hour into the trip, front right tire blew out and the bus pulled to the side. No one got hurt, and while some moderate damage to the side of bus, no luggages were lost. The two drivers were professional. Called for back up right away and about 45mins later a replacement bus arrived and the trip resumed. Arriving around a bit after 1pm.

The bus operator was very kind and sweet and disposition was good. The trip was great. I love the narration I saw in the comments that someone said that it was a simple script that was being narrated. It doesn’t matter to me whether it was a Stript on a phone that’s being narrated or not I completely 100% enjoyed it. I really really enjoyed it and I thought it was very well thought out and done as some person who talks all day every day at work, I can understand making sure I don’t leave out anything and putting it on a strip so that everyone can get the same information and it is consistent throughout the trip. I can appreciate that The bus was clean. It was a bit cold, but I can understand that you can’t cater to one or two people you have to cater to the masses and they do suggest in their listing that you bring a blanket or a sweatshirt to cover up in and I think that’s even true for your trip unless it’s the dead of winter you wanna bring something that you can cover up or used to be warm it’s the same thing like flying on an airplane. You know you’re gonna be on the airplane if you feel like you’re gonna be cold or you a cold nature person then prepare for it so that’s nothing to take away from them. The only thing I can suggest is if you decide to eat at the stop that they make on your journey to Key West understand that he did say that the bathroom is a bathroom, but not the best so understand that do you wanna bring sanitizer in a way to wash your hands and also if you’re vegan or vegetarian Make sure like you probably do always that you take something to eat and snack on if you feel like you may want something to eat on the way, going to Key West are coming back. We ordered the tofu and fries, and the fries were overcooked and hard. The tofu the fried tofu was good. It’s just that for what you’re getting your pain of their a lot of money we spent $20 on the fried tofu, the side order of fries and a small coffee we pay right at $20 and I’ll understand that things will be expensive when you’re traveling, but that was a bit much and the lady that was helping the guy with giving out the orders. They wasn’t communicating too well together because the coffee my husband got was less than a size probably 1/3 the size of a shot glass because she kept telling us to go to the vendor beside them, but we purchased a coffee from them not the vendor beside them so that was kind of upsetting to me because my husband didn’t get the coffee he ordered with his order, but outside of that the trip was amazing. The driver was very safe very attentive and very careful to take care of the people who are interested the trip to himcoming back was amazing. It was raining cats and dogs, but he navigated through it and drove very very carefully and safely. I would recommend this excursion to someone else. I think it was very, very nice and very pleasant.

Disappointing. The guide, (he just drove us to KeyWest and back) spoke no English, used a translating app to give some basic info, dropped us off at a carpark, and left us to our own devices to find our way round. On the way back he was talking on the phone throughout, which was rather annoying. A couple of other tourists with us echoed the same. Please dont sell this as a tour, it is just a taxi service to and fro to Keywest from Miami.

Our Bus company called us as we were late for pick up at the Holiday Inn Miaimi. We were given a completley different address by Trip Advisor. The tour bus company however were fantastic and sent another driver by car to pick us up. They were fabulous. The trip was superb and we enjoyed our experience

Received this message in my confirmation text, " Please be ready in the hotel lobby between 6:50 AM at 7:00 AM — we’ll be rolling out right on island time!" We got to hotel at 5:40 am as we were staying in Hallandale and weren't sure if there would be traffic. Went up to the locked hotel doors and the cleaning lady held up a sign stating the Holiday Inn is not affiliated with the tour company. So we had to stand outside in the dark until the bus arrived around 6:30. Then there was an issue with people being left because they weren't at meetup place by 7am. We stopped for breakfast and waited for them to be dropped off to join us on the bus. Despite these issued I enjoyed the tour. The bus ride didn't seem long. Time on the island was sufficient for me. It was hot when we got there. We just walked (a lot of fast walking) around down to Duval Street, had key lime pie, went to a restaurant and looked in shops. You will definitely get some steps in. It was a good day.

Trip was good and well organized. Picked up on time and given nearly 7 hours free time at Key West to explore at your own pace and see what you personally want to see. The group size was not too big, giving plenty of room on the coach. Made a stop both ways for a bathroom stop and to have a quick snack/drink. I would recommend.

Sixteen hour trip. Good for water sports. An rent a street legal electric cart for $110 for five hours

It was a great experience for my family and I. My kids enjoyed the trip very much. I will book again on my next visit.

It is a good tour, but unfortunately VERY disorganized. The bus arrived late and the tour guide was not organized for calling the names. The tour guide told me I was not there and he didn’t check his list. There was two more buses in the same site. People were trying to find where to go. We had to wait an hour because some people were not in the list. They should send the tour guide an hour in advance to organize people in a line. They should put a mark or sign for the people to know where the line starts.

It was a nice trip, there was confusion about the bus at first. There was no narration . The bus driver was a great driver Miami traffic was super crazy coming back and he got through it nicely

It was a great experience, our narrator described everything to a T! We got to enjoy Key west for a few hours . There was alot to do there. Definitely would book again!

Nice tour guide and comfortable bus although somewhat outdated. The only issue is that they were late for 30m, and our pickup place had no place to sit. We enjoyed this service.

Defective air conditioning; overnight stay in the bus Due to a bush fire, the route was closed for a long time on the way home. All participants had to spend the night on the bus. The problem was that a faulty air conditioning system blew cold air into the passengers' faces all the time; the controls on the individual seats did not work. Under these circumstances, it was almost impossible to sleep. The tour management refused to switch off the system. The route closure was force majeure; the defective bus was an imposition.

Everything was well organised and the trip went smoothly. The only concern is that the AC where we sat was too strong and we had to even get blankets at a supermarket during the stop on the way to Key West. But overall, can certainly recommend this tour.

Pick up ok, 2 buses and we were booked on the second. Once got going the trip was smooth. Good narrator

This trip was amazing. First time and I would definitely book again. We have so many pictures. The views were amazing. We had the chance to book other excursions while we were on bus which was helpful. The tour guide was extremely helpful and friendly.

We experienced very reliable return transfer to Key West. Only one -ve observation- bus was definitely old with some broken chairs - provided company should complete maintenance check. Otherwise good trip.

Key West was beautiful and fun to visit. Orlando was our guide. He did a great job explaining what to expect along the way and when we arrived at Key West. Orlando is multilingual and was able to communicate with those who spoke different languages. Orlando offered discount tickets to some of the activities on the island. We purchased tickets for the hop on hop off trolly. The pick up stop for the trolly was a short walk away from where we were dropped off. It was a great way to get around and see the island. There was a surcharge if you used a credit card, so it was best to pay with cash or Zelle. There were also a lot of people on bikes and golf carts. The bus is an older one. Going back and forth, has put some wear and tear. The seats aren’t the most comfortable. My Dad thought the ride was a little bumpy. There was no place at your seat, on the upper deck, to charge a device. We stopped at McDonalds for a quick opportunity to purchase some breakfast. It would have been nice to do a quick stop on the way back to Miami to do a quick comfort break. Lots of delicious eats in Key West, you can always bring back a snack for the ride home. We were so glad we spent the day in Key West.

Travel was safe but bus was dirty and no air flow, after a hot day walking around town. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable of area and what is best to do.

We met at the designated hotel for pick up. The bus was there on time. Bus was clean. Driver was nice. Tour guide, can’t remember his name but I do remember he said he was from Cuba, he was very helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend this day trip for anyone who has never visited Key West. The drive is long but worth it when you get there. Just enjoy the ride. Great experience

I went on this trip with my cousin. It was the first time that either of us had been to Key West. We had an amazing time. I wish we could have stayed and caught the bus back to Miami the next day. Our host David was very nice and the driver did an amazing job getting us there and back safe. I can't wait to do it again

I recently had an unforgettable experience in Key West that I can't recommend enough! From the moment we arrived, the island's vibrant atmosphere and stunning scenery captured our hearts. The turquoise waters and charming streets set the perfect backdrop for an incredible getaway.

The beautiful place, the very nice people, unfortunately we had to deal with temperatures of 15°C with thermal sensation of 10°C which was definitely not what you expect to live in a trip to, this beautiful place, I hope to come back and be lucky with a warm climate. Regarding the trip the very professional driver to whom we thank for taking us and bringing us in perfect condition. The very professional guide with a lot of knowledge of the place. I really recommend the tour, that does look for less risky dates regarding the weather.
