Just do it because it's worth it. The DJ was entertaining and the beautiful sunset view of Miami is a must while you are visiting.

Ricky did a nice job pointing out buildings and homes of interest. He was friendly, engaging and humorous. If I were to change anything, it would be to request a view of the famous beaches in the east side of Miami Beach.

Great value for an interesting cruise around Biscayne with a beautiful skyline and amazing mansions. Tips are pushed for hard at the end, but no obligation. Drinks weren't excessively expensive for those who wanted cocktails or beer. They also sold empanadas which was a nice treat. The area where you embark is a nice family friendly boardwalk with great shops and amazing restaurants and bars. Saw some homeless people and a few crazies after 9pm. Had a scary incident with a crazy guy in the public parking lot across the street. Pay for closer parking to the boardwalk.

It was a massive and entertaining boat ride experience. The cold breeze from the ocean crowned the soothing feeling.

It was a great experience. I took my girlfriend and she enjoyed it as well. Only thing is they try to sell you other things on the boat.

This cruise is to tour around the south islands near Miami beach to see rich people's houses. Its beautiful and we took the 5:00pm cruise and the boat didnt start until 5:30pm and came back around 7:00pm.

Beautiful boat ride, at times the tour guide was difficult to understand heavy Spanish accent. However, she was pleasant and accommodating.

The cruise was fun and very lively. The cruise guide was also a hoot! Lol! And they show you some great points of the city from the water. The night views are gorgeous! I'd definitely recommend this boat ride.

We were moved from our time to a later time when we arrived. Then because of the weather no more trips were allowed. Was told to go back to get a refund. When got there they said had to go through original reservation to get refund. However they’ve made it difficult because of “48hr cancellation policy” I didn’t cancel the venue did. So still waiting on refund

The description on Viator vs actual experience was different. We actually got a mansions cruise. The crew was great, the Miami Vice drink was fire. I would still recommend but fix the description. Very misleading

The cruise itself was nice and the tour guide was friendly. It was hard to see the “sunset” and it was over crowded so visibility was bad. People were standing up because there wasn’t enough seating. And they were blocking views. The biggest turnoff was one of the boarding staff. I asked her to simply take a photo of my husband and I and she refused saying she can’t my phone. Like seriously people travel so far and pay for these moments and you can’t even take a picture for them?? So rude

Booker the day before whilst we were in Miami. This trip was one of our highlights to the holiday! Absolutely fantastic. We boarded the 7pm trip and was lucky enough to see the sunset. The tour guide was brilliant and full and of lots of information and really friendly.

Great tour of celebrity houses... One weird thing was the tour guide was giving a small speech on evolution and telling the tourists that's what he lives by blah blah blah... Totally unnecessary and quite weird. Can that stuff.

Sunset tour is basically the mansions tour but during sunset. Only got night cityscape on the way back.

The above deck filled up fast. Unfortunately some sat on the stairs, were stuck inside, or at the back of the boat. The staff were friendly and professional.

Great excursion for the price. Enjoyed the commentator and beautiful views of the city and bay. This was our second trip and enjoyed the same. There are drinks and snacks available for purchase. Also a photo was taken before boarding and printed for purchase $20.

I booked this very last minute, about an hour before it was due to leave. I did have to take the bus across to downtown Bayside, however it was worth it. Once I found the location, after asking numerous people… The actual cruise was worth every penny. Great way to relax and unwind after a hard day of vacationing 🥳

Great value for the money. Park in the parking garage. Walk towards Victoria Secret and the booth is behind it. You have to get the boarding pass before you get in line. If you’re looking to see celebrity homes sit to the left of the boat. We sat upstairs closer to water. Skyline is amazing from the right side. We picked 730pm ride and it was perfect for May. They have a Mojito bar on board but you don’t get a lot of time to get the drink before the boat takes off. The boat is nothing fancy but it did the job. Guide Cello was good.

Great boat trip but there was a "lucky draw" and it turned out to be a selling opportunity for unlucky ones selected! That is not a good experience for your customers so Id suggest rather having someone there for interested people to talk to than pretending there is a prize.
