We had an absolutely fantastic experience wit the bike tour company in Miami Beach! From the start to finish, everything was exceptionally well organized. The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure our entire group felt welcomed and taken care of. Out tour guide was outstanding... knowledgeable, engaging, and full of energy .He made the tour both informative and fun, sharing interesting facts about Miami Beach while ensuring everyone was comfortable and enjoying the ride. We had a great bicycle tour with our guide Sebastian. Seen most important places like the versace hous and houses from celebrities at starisland.

We did a 2 hour bike ride tour in Miami beach and it was a wonderful experience! Our tour guide was Papa Joe and he was very informative, very friendly and made sure everyone was comfortable. He showed us some stunning views and beautiful parts of Miami. Truly an amazing experience- highly recommend!

We had a great guide. She told us a lot about Miami en was great with our kid. He was her personal assistent. The bicycles were super,nice and comfortable. We had a great time with are two Kids. Dont doubt and book your trip with them.

Ride through Miami Beach with a guide that covers some of the history and landmarks of the areas. It’s an easy ride and finished right at 1.5 hours. A stop at the beach and a couple other spots on the way.

There were several memorable stops, but our favorite was the Holocaust Memorial Statue by sculptor and architect Kenneth Treister. Our guide was informative, personable and safety conscious. We'd definitely do it again and highly recommend the trip. For 1.5hrs it's about 5-7 miles depending on your course and number of stops. Great having the earphones!

We had a fantastic experience with this bike tour. Our tour guide, Malik was very friendly, personable and knowledgeable about the area. We will definitely use them if we go back to Miami.

We had a wonderful time touring South Beach with Alex! He was very knowledgeable and fun. He made sure we got some great shots in front of the sunset and even gave us recommendations for dinner that evening. I would highly recommend this experience and book Alex if you can.

I booked this tour because we could start @ 9 am in the morning. So it was just the four of us. Great guide and we even got a picture of us with emilio estefan on star island. Would defenitly recommend this tour. Greetings Tim , Belgium

We had a fun time touring South Beach. It was a beautiful day. Our guide was French and had only been in Miami 3 months. He was very nice but I feel they need to get more seasoned tour guides who know the area really well and can actually speak about the Art Deco architecture that South Beach is famous for and have a little bit better handle on the area. He did show us quite a bit, but I guess he thought we were picture takers, which we are not. One picture is fine. We don't need multiple opportunities. We all got a little bored an hour plus into it which I don't think we would've had the guide been more seasoned. I like taking bike tours to get the lay of the land and get a little history etc. I've been on ones in Copenhagen, Santiago, Seville and Key West which were all outstanding. This one did not measure up.

This business makes a great presentation on-line, but my actual experience was a little chaotic. When you call, your supposed to press option 2 for tours. It hangs up on you. So you have to press option 1 for rentals if you want to speak to someone. I wanted to do a bicycle tour, but there was some confusion about bicycle tours being scheduled at the same time as segway tours even through the online booking system showed the bike tour at the desired time. The lady I spoke with said to show up at 9:00 and depending on who else signed up there would either be a bike tour or a segway tour. That was odd. So I showed up at 9:00. It's a small little place, kind of run down and not exactly what i was expecting. But whatever.....I'll go with it. There were no tours scheduled, so the guy behind the counter (who turned out to be my tour guide) had to call his boss to get permission to take the tour. Well, I hated to have spent $20 on an uber to get there only to find out there was no tour. So they went ahead and did the tour. But to conduct the tour they had to close the shop because nobody else was there. That was odd too. There was confusion about the price. The website said $39, but it rang up $49 and their in-store literature said $49 as well. So, they honored the $39 price. Once we hit the road, my guide TC was awesome. Very friendly, knowledgeable, personable, and conversational. We had a great tour hitting Ocean Blvd, South Pointe, Miami Beach Marina, Star Island, the Holocaust memorial, and a few other locations. It wad a good way to see some of the local sites an soak up some of the culture. Warning: No helmets are supplied, and you are riding on city streets with traffic. Overall it was a great experience even if a little different that what I expected, and despite the reservation, booking, and pricing issues.

Alex was our tour guide. He showed us all around the Art Deco area, and gave us some dining recommendations. He brought us along the ocean view and even got us into the millionaire row area. Very hot that day, but Alex gave us plenty of rest and water breaks

Tony was a great guide. Very friendly. Told us a lot about our surroundings and was a lot of fun. We rode our bike in Lummus park to 1 Ocean dr. Through the marina over a scenic bridge to Star Island which was very beautiful and serene.

<p>Great Saturday morning tour with Alex which we booked online before leaving UK. Although the group in the picture looks quite large we were the only two booked for a 9.00am ride so we had the personal attention of Alex for a two hour trip around South Beach and Star Island where the stars live in style.<br/> Very enjoyable trip with brand new bikes and well worth the money. All the team at the South Beach Tryyke Shop are really friendly and very happy to chat as well as getting you on the tour. Recommended.</p>

Booked a 9.00am tour and had a great time. There were only the two of us booked so as well as having the benefit of brand new bikes, we had Alex our guide to ourselves for two hours and he didn’t disappoint. He’s very knowledgeable about the area, told us about the Art Deco buildings, called at an interesting little museum housed in a Cuban restaurant, visited the marina and took us over the bridge to ride around Star Island and see the houses of the rich and famous. A great way to spend the morning and great value so thanks to Alex and the team who are lovely people and were very happy to spend time chatting to us and telling us their story after the ride.

Nice family tour to explore Ocean Drive

Miguel welcomed us very well; he is very smiling and friendly. Several types of bikes are available depending on your needs; I highly recommend stopping by his place for your rentals.

Nice route through Miami Beach with a friendly guide! Been to beautiful places along the coast and guide told well. After the tour also helped us with recommendations in the area. A lot of bikes so if you like more explanation and less cycling this is not for you. No problem for me at all!

Was a fun tour. There were four of us and got the tour from the son, It started to rain really hard after fifteen minutes. Luckily there were ponchos available. But unfortunately it rained too hard to enjoy it. In the end we were able to shelter together and this time was not taken off the tour. After an hour of waiting while enjoying a drink we continued with the tour. The tour led us past the highlights of miami south beach. What I also really liked was the Bluetooth earpieces we got so we could hear everything fine without missing any of the info.

Excellent attention from Miguel, we had a great time, I recommend 10000 out of 10 rent bikes with Miguel, plus they have skates to rent! I recommend them!

Perfect rental to visit Miami

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent experience that I recommend. To do at the beginning of the stay to better understand the neighborhoods and dynamics of the city. In rollerblading or pastel-colored cycling, Miguel will advise you perfectly to allocate a comfortable bike.

We were with our family of 3 children (15-17-19) and were lucky enough to have a nice, youthful guide who also spoke some words of Dutch. Both the children and we enjoyed it and learned some new things. We passed beautiful places that we will remember for a long time. Thank you Josue & team!

Had a very nice bike ride with Sebastian. He gave us a lot of information and showed all the beauty of South Beach. Upon entering we were warmly welcomed, were given bottles of water for the road. Good service and nice staff here! Highly recommended!

Super recommended to see the city and know Miami. Very accessible and safe for the use of bicycles and more if you go from Segway are very attentive and close. Very friendly employees.
