Miami South Beach And Downtown Helicopter Tour

It was a great experience. Both Jeremias at the front desk and Mike, who flew the chopper, were very nice. The flight itself was excellent. I flew with my father because I wanted him to reminisce about his younger days. It was exactly what we expected: a very smooth ride with beautiful views.

The captain Michael was the best ever!!! This was a great experience for my daughter, I really recommend this company 10/10

Pilot was brilliant. Knowledgeable about the areas he showed us. Even saw some marine life from up high. Overall great tour.

We never got to go. We scheduled a flight for March 5th at 1pm. On the 3rd we received an email saying due to mandatory maintenance we would have to reschedule and were given some dates and times. We rescheduled for March 6th at 3pm. At 10:15 on March 6th we received an email saying our time was no longer available and we could do 7pm or 7:30pm, this was not an option. Asked for a refund, which a quick email reply said a refund has been requested. This was very disappointing as this was the one thing we really wanted to do and were looking forward to.

Fantastic flight. Flew at night and it was dazzling. The Harbor, the city and South Brach came alive. Great pilot with tons of knowledge.

Very beautiful experience and excellent customer service! Staff were very friendly, welcoming, and nice to us! Highly recommend to anyone.

Awesome experience! You have to live this at least once in your life! The people who organized everything were very helpfull with all our doubts.

Absolutely incredible experience — 10/10! The helicopter ride was smooth, breathtaking, and unforgettable. From takeoff to landing, everything felt safe and well-organized. The views were out of this world — a truly unique way to see Miami. Highly recommend it!

Absolutely mind-blowing! From the moment we arrived we were treated like VIPs. The team was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made us feel safe. It's something everyone needs to see at least once in their life. The pilot was amazing, pointing out landmarks and sharing fun facts that made the whole experience even more special. THANK YOU!

Extremely well service! I’m in a wheelchair (quadriplegic) and they carried me into the helicopter. I’m 6’1ft 180lbs and they made it possible! Highly recommend it!

We are an Argentinian couple who had the wonderful experience of flying over Miami and seeing the architecture and beautiful beaches. The company was very punctual and provided excellent service, well worth checking out. It was an unforgettable and beautiful experience.🤩🤩

I had the most amazing experience on this helicopter ride with Helixperience.miami! From the moment we took off, the views were absolutely breathtaking. Flying above the city and coastline felt surreal — like something out of a dream. The pilot was super friendly and made us feel safe and relaxed the entire time. Everything was smooth, and the ride itself was so peaceful and beautiful. It was definitely a once-in-a-lifetime experience (although now I want to do it again!). If you’re thinking about doing a helicopter tour, don’t hesitate — Heliexperience.miami is 100% worth it. I’m still smiling just thinking about it!

I was scared to get on the helicopter… now I don’t want to get off! 🤯 Amazing experience. I’ll definitely do it again. Big thanks to the whole HeliXperience team!
