Miami Private Transfer: Airport, Hotel & Cruise Port

It was great! The person we texted in the morning told us exactly where to go. I messaged when we were in line to get off the ship. Jose pulled up to the meeting spot right as we were walking up and he was so kind and knowledgeable about the area. Overall, this experience was easy to navigate and made leaving the port stress free.

I had a 3 part transfer on different days (Airport to Hotel; Hotel to Cruise Port and Cruise Port back to Hotel). All pickups were done professionally and promptly. The drivers were courteous and handled our bags with care. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to my friends.

He was an hour early to avoid the traffic, waited a half hour for all of us to get there, was excellent at getting us to where we needed to be, all around great.

Very prompt, courteous, kept in contact and understood my timeframe. However no choice for I was a solo rider so I had to reserve and pay for two passengers since that was their minimum. Driver was very courteous, and understood my urgency but I ended up having plenty of time to catch my plane.

Horrible experience over all. I don’t plan on booking ever again. Most of the drivers barely speak English so it’s super hard to communicate with them!! Driver came 30 minutes late. You can’t call the driver for an update because he speaks no English.

Our driver called me ahead of arrival to clarify the meeting location and gave me an ETA. He further called upon arrival and quickly loaded our luggage and we were on our way. Very professional, expedient, and cordial. I highly recommend trusting your transportation needs to this business.

The driver was nice and the shuttle was clean. I just wish the shuttle was there right when we got our luggage.

Make sure enough vans can accommodate your party at same appt. times before securing times. Time slots were selected for me just to secure business and my party was separated during transport. The good is we made it work along with them as well. They were very helpful with making the times work for us also

Our driver was in constant touch due to the traffic at the terminal. He was there to pick up my family 4 adults,2 children and one infant (car seat included). I appreciate how he handled our luggage and made sure we were comfortable. When we arrived at the airport he parked at an area where there was no traffic congestion - very appreciative. He unloaded vehicle and made sure we had everything. He remembered my daughter since he was their driver when they arrived for the cruise. Polite and attentive.

We had a pick up from our hotel for 9:30am. When the driver didn't show up on time, we called at 9:32am. The operator assured us that the driver was just entering Miami Beach and would be there shortly. At 9:50, he still wasn't there. We called again and were given the excuse of traffic and police, we could see no traffic and not blockages on our maps. When we asked how we could accept this, the operator hung up on us. The driver finally arrived at 10:20am, nearly 1 hour late. More excuses of traffic and police. We saw no traffic or police on our drive from the way he drove to our hotel. When we looked it up, the base for the operator was 45 minutes away from our hotel. We felt lied too and that they weren't honest with us that they made a mistake and forgot about us. The driver was not confident in getting around the port area. We asked how we were supposed to accept this poor service and communication and when we asked for a refund, they denied it with no apology. HUGELY disappointing and a very stressful way to start our vacation. Our group of 8 cannot recommend this service to anyone.

I think this driving service is top notch. I would give our families experience 10/10. From booking the reservation to being dropped off at our destination; the administration, driver, vehicle was all impressive. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Very professional and comfortable. He arrived on time and was a great driver. There was twelve of us and all the luggage fit perfectly. Used Viator for our trip to port and the experience was exceptional too . Although there is a language barrier he could get a person in phone to explain to us

Tour operator communicated often, with us, as we experienced numerous delays in getting to pickup on time. We were so thankful our driver waited for over an hour for us at the terminal.

Driver was a no show Didn’t respond to messages till after the time and then canceled We had to arrange another driver st the last minutes.

Horrible experience in Miami. I know they can’t control traffic, however, plan accordingly. When a pickup is scheduled at a designated time, be ready at that time. We were scheduled for 10:30 pickup, didn’t get picked up until 12:05. Then to top it off our driver didn’t speak good English, so it was very frustrating trying to understand where he was. He was nice and friendly but still. Thank goodness we didn’t miss our flight, however we only had 10 minutes to spare before boarding time. We won’t be back to Miami ever.

Driver spoke very limited English as requested He called repeatedly and I had to ask a Spanish speaker to translate as we were getting off ship. She explained we were still in line and would be 15 more minutes. He told her to tell me he might have to leave if they asked him to move van. It was still before my pick up time

Excellent service including loading of 7 large suitcases. Baby seat and booster seat were provided. Got us from the cruise port to the airport safely and quickly.

We had an amazing driver. Great communication and timely pickup, nice van for transport. We had a bad experience with a different service a few days prior so we were extremely grateful for how courteous and organized our driver was.

The pickup at the airport was seamless and perfect! The return from the cruise ship was TERRIBLE! The driver arrived 45 mins early and left to shuttle others because we were 8 minutes for our pickup time. There are scheduled times to leave the ship and he kept telling me to come down now. Our group of 10, with 3 seniors was then forced to sit in the heat for an hour before anyone came to get us getting to the airport as boarding started. STRESSFUL! No phone number to call. Noone responded to the chat. Just programmed texts with no response when I text back. AWFUL! Choose someone else. Felt like they had our money and didn't care.

I believe our driver’s name was Jose. He called me at 1:02 stating he was 15 minutes out, my reservation was to be picked up at 2:00. I missed the last hour of my conference. He didn’t get there until 1:40. His driving made me feel uncomfortable, very unsafe. He shared with my husband that we were his last pick up for the day and he would be off after dropping us off at airport. So I missed the last hour of my conference so your driver could be off. Mind you I used your service for pick up from airport to hotel and the experience was absolutely amazing, but not the return trip.

Easier getting out of pier terminal than in past. That area is a zoo of congestion but we were picked up ahead of time. The only hiccup came when out driver thought we said Delta instead of American and he drove past our drop off point but said he couldn’t go back and drop us off at correct place. That was inexcusable and resulted in a long walk for us. Didn’t bode well for future business from us

Our shuttle driver indicated that he could not speak english, so communicating was difficult. If there had been an emergency how would he have understood? Basic english is a must or did he just not want to communicate?

Our driver was able to pick us up a littler earlier than scheduled. We really appreciated it due to the extreme heat in Miami!

My scheduled pickup time was 11a, when I called the company to ask where to pick us up from, they gave me the information & informed me the driver was already on the way to pick us up early from our cruise. This was truly a blessing.

It didn’t happen they told us at the last minute they couldn’t come to our location so he said he found a different company and then instead of coming to our Airbnb he sent them to the Miami port we had to be out our Airbnb at 10am so we stood outside in the heat and order 5 Ubers and they was there less then 10 mins all at the same time
