Miami Millionaires Sightseeing Cruise

The tour guide was fantastic! He was knowledgeable and funny. Unfortunately, we chose seats on the left side of the boat and were only able to see a couple of Houses on the tour because all the rest were seen from the right side and other passengers were standing in front of obstructing our view. They should have been told to sit down so everyone could see but that didn’t happen.

The tour guide was funny, she was very knowledgeable about the celebrity homes. The boat was clean and had good drink options.

It was a great experience to see the ocean views of the mountains in Miami. It’s definitely a must see if you come down to this area.

This was a pleasant ride. Arianna was am amazing tour guide. Super funny. Not sure about that raffle though. I guest that's the gimmicky thing to keep tourism going in Miami.

Price was quoted as $18 per person but actual charge for two was $47. Other than that the trip was lovely. The port area had many interesting things to see and the food was fantastic at a local eatery.

It was a nice opportunity to be out on the water and all staff were fantastic. Drinks were good! Just my own preference for activities, but I am glad the tour didn’t cost more than it did

Nice experience! Even though it’s hot, we’ve got roof ! Tyler is a good guide, he mixed it with some funny jokes! Amazed with the mansions!

Very informative. Undercover for rainy days and enough space if you are wanting to enjoy the sun. There were plenty of options from the bar, snacks and drinks and toilet facilities were very clean.

First come first serve to get good seatings. Be sure to go to the locket to check in and get a paper tickets Bring amall change for tips at the end of tour

This cruise is a pleasant way to experience the various luxurious neighborhoods surrounding Biscayne Bay, and the incredible mansions of the rich and famous. Our guide knew them all, and was both informative and humorous--he added a lot to the cruise. All in all, it was a very good value, a fun time, and it showed a way of life almost all of us can only dream about. Highly recommend.

They canceled our 4:30 tour and they rescheduled for 5:30 but we couldn’t make it cause we had different plan for that time. We asked for refund they said we should contact viator. We called the number that they provide no one answered also I emailed them but I haven’t received any respond yet.

Cruz director and the cruise was great lots of really neat things that she showed us. But we kind of got a bad taste in our mouth at the beginning. My friend walked by the lady taking pictures, not even paying attention to what she was doing and very loudly she said oh my God that was so rude of you people and we both turned around and I looked at her and said I’m sorry that she kept on and I said wow that I can’t believe you said that! That was rude!! You might talk to your pic lady

Location of departure was not easy to find. Ended up missing the trip. Very little communication on where to meet.

The pirate was a great host and knowledgable. He made he really enjoyable! Really recommend doing this tour

The tour guide was amazing! It was a really great time! The front row of seats on the main deck was hard to see anything if people were standing but still pretty cool!

We really enjoyed this sightseeing cruise! It was a fun and relaxing way to see Miami from a different perspective, especially the beautiful waterfront mansions and stunning skyline. The views were fantastic, and it was a nice break from exploring the city on foot. Definitely worth doing if you’re visiting Miami for the first time. Highly recommended!

Great trip. We did the 1030 departure which was good as weather wasn’t too hot. Had to ask for directions to specific departure point though and then when we got there, had to go to a different location to collect tickets as the electronic tickets issued by Viator aren’t accepted at the boat and you need physical ticket

Really well organised. Nice trip looking at some fabulous houses. Good music. Margaritas went down a treat in the sunshine. Good value for money.

We had a great time on this boat. It was covered so although it rained our experience was not ruined. The tour was perfect length. The guide and Dj Pirate was very engaging and funny. There were drinks and empanadas on board for purchase. I would skip them because the drinks were not strong and the food was mediocre for the price paid. Overall great tour!!

Easy pace rise around the bay. Remember to get your physical tickets at the booth pass the boat if you only have them on your phone

It was really good and lots of fun, with music drinks ans a good tour. Can only recommend, a must do when in Miami

The cruise boat we ride on was not the one you advertised. I was told by staff the original boat eas rented out. However, it seemed all your boats were the same quality.

It was a beautiful sunset and millionaires homes are breathtaking. The boat crew is awesome. It gets windy at night out on the water but a light jacket takes care of that.

It was about an hour. There was good narration about the places and sites we were passing. We did not get anything at the bar, but they did have nice looking drinks and some food available as well. I understand about mentioning tips, but I did think giving a certain dollar amount was a little over the top.

Nice short cruise, worth the money. About 90 minutes long. Make sure to check in at the actual hut behind Victoria’s Secret for your paper ticket - they won’t take the mobile ticket. They try to upsell you a few times with drinks and photos, but you can just decline. Ricky was an entertaining bilingual tour guide.

A perfect way to see some beautiful homes from the water. The weather was sensational and the staff was professional and very knowledgeable.

We enjoyed the boat ride. Before lining up for boat ride, you need to “check in” at booth (there was no signs with instructions).

Ultimately an enjoyable boat tour, but our booked slot was cancelled and the organisation a bit poor. Having already been asked to arrive 30 minutes early, we then had to wait a further 30 minutes for the next boat. Clearly the time we went for was cancelled due to lack of demand… but it would’ve been better to have just offered fewer times to begin with. We were then late for subsequent plans. Email correspondence about location was also confusing, and drinks were overpriced - $31 for 3 small cans of lager. Finally, the push for tips was a bit much and awkward. Given the cancellation of our boat and price of drinks, I didn’t want to tip and made to feel awkward for not doing so.

We didn’t get to experience the cruise. There was an accident on the expressway which caused traffic to be delayed for over an hour. I tried calling customer service at least 10 times, Each time I was placed on hold, and then the phone hung up. Very frustrating situation. We were not able to reschedule or get a refund.

It was so much fun so worth the price

For the money, it was worth it. Just long enough to be relaxing but short enough as an putting between work and dinner.

Fabulous tour if you need to kill some time before a later flight out of Miami or if you are looking for an enjoyable shorter tour! Great value, with an excellent tour guide!

We had a wonderful time on this Miami sightseeing cruise with The Pirate tour guide giving us an entertaining and funny commentary. It was a great way to see the beautiful waterfront homes, exclusive islands, and impressive mega-yachts around Miami. The views of the Miami skyline were spectacular. The tour was relaxing, enjoyable, and a great way to experience another side of Miami. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area who wants to see Miami’s luxurious waterfront lifestyle and beautiful scenery from the water. From the Vancouver Crew!

Being out on the water was an amazing experience. The boat itself was very nice and clean. The guide was good. But they allow a group of scammers to do a raffle on board for a “vacation”. Just to get $40 from you to go to a “90” minute event that is actually 120 minutes (first lie) where they force you to purchase a membership. All on your last day of vacation. When you politely say NO, Max treats you like you are garbage and moves on to the next victim. It is very obvious what they are doing and it is very sad that they allow this behavior on their boat tour. We observed this guy one after another. And only nice when someone said yes. They should be ashamed!

Staff was very nice, funny. Your guide was knowledgeable of the bay! It was a little full so there weren’t seats for everyone (def get there early) but then people were standing a lot making it hard to see! Overall a great tour. Didn’t visit the snack bar to rate that!

Did this trip on 2nd Oct. Boats were great, easy to get boarding passes once we arrived at the bayside, tour guide on the boat was very informative about who lived in the houses we passed, some amazing houses to be seen and some spectra views of the city whilst out on the boat, definitely recommended and great value for money.

It was a little chaotic. Drinks are available. Most things to see are on the right side, sit there facing out.

The best experience ever..if in Miami you got to check it out and the price is great. Came all the way from NY this made my experience here so much better thank you..

Over priced drinks especially non alcoholic ones. Free Raffle on board which was a scam to get you to sign up for a cruise or condo rental.

I went on the cruise with my sister and niece; we had a great time. The cruise was well worth the price. I appreciate the opportunity to have a cruise and availability at such a short notice. It was a last-minute choice and Viator came through again with another great experience. We saw the Miami harbor and surrounding areas. Thank you, Frank

Must arrive 30 mins prior to check in. This may not be obvious on the confirmation emails and messages. If you don’t arrive by then, you must wait until the next tour. The bar/QR code on the email is not enough. It was nice to be on the water at night and the tour is bilingual English/spanish, but I’d recommend a different tour. The boat is fine, but the tour is not very informative, and the host is very loud and has a weird vibe that’s hard to avoid. There is extensive, high-pressure tip campaign at the end of the tour. Walking around with a bowl asking for cash, and begging for tips over the intercoms system.
