We booked the sunset cruise for our family of four, and the time on the water was fantastic. Our teenagers loved being out on the bay, and the overall vibe was great. I was worried it would be packed, but the boat wasn't overly crowded at all. There was a nice amount of people, but we had plenty of room to spread out and didn't feel like anyone was right on top of us. The only frustrating part of this experience is the outdated ticketing process at Bayside Marketplace. Even if you purchase your tickets online, the company requires you to arrive at least 45 minutes early just to exchange your digital voucher for a physical paper ticket. It was a bit cumbersome and confusing at first. In 2026, an online purchase should just send a digital pass directly to an Apple or Google Wallet to scan at the gate. Once we got past the ticket booth, the actual boarding process was very easy. The cruise itself is beautiful, relaxing, and a great way to see the Miami skyline. I would definitely recommend it to other families ... just make sure you factor in that extra 45 minutes to get your paper tickets printed!

The Millionaire’s Row sightseeing cruise was a really enjoyable way to see Miami from the water. The ride was smooth, the views around Biscayne Bay were beautiful, and the guide kept things interesting with stories about the celebrity homes and the islands. It had a relaxed vibe the whole time — not rushed, not overcrowded — just a calm, scenic cruise where you can sit back and enjoy the skyline and the breeze. A simple, fun experience that shows off Miami in a really nice way.
Excellent experience and guide gave detailed explanations during the trip. Recommend this experience to anyone interested in this boat cruise around Miami bay.
The tour was about 90 mins long and you get to see quite a bit. The inside seating was nice with the ac. The guide was great. Lots of information and was very entertaining. Drinks were pricey but no different than any place around that area. The seats were comfortable. The only issue, during the cruise they say they have a raffle to win a prize. And the prize is a free vacation. They target specific people and try to talk you into coming to a two hour sales pitch. They were very pushy to get you to agree to come to their sales pitch. They offered to pay for an uber ride. It sounded sketchy so we said no and they moved on to the next people.
Absolutely Loved this Tour, I highly recommend this, the guy in charge of doing the tour was freaking amazing and hilarious, had an excellent time and would do it all over again.
A perfect 90 minutes on the water around Miami/ Miami Beach. Got to see some cool houses and a different perspective of Miami from the water.
We booked this on a whim to wrap up our girls’ weekend, and it was so much fun. The tour was great, the music was on point, the drinks were good, and the whole staff was friendly. FYI: If you “win” the raffle, it’s basically a timeshare presentation- but everyone was nice and there was no pressure. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a fun way to see Miami from the water.
We did this trip as part of an overall tour of Miami highlights. It was relaxing and enjoyable. The boat was clean and well maintained. The narrator was helpful. The homes and the yachts are amazing to see. Skip the raffle - it's just for generating timeshare sales.
The Island Queen Millionaire’s Row Boat Tour is a fantastic experience and a true highlight when visiting Miami. The boat is very clean and comfortable, and the entire operation is seamlessly well organized. Our guide was highly knowledgeable and engaging, sharing fascinating insights throughout the journey. The route itself is awe-inspiring, passing stunning waterfront homes and beautiful scenery. The 90 minutes fly by so quickly that you hardly realize how time passes. It’s relaxing, informative, and visually spectacular all at once. A traveler’s must-do in Miami and an easy 5-star getter!
This company runs a very misleading operation. At Bayside, they collected everyone’s names for a raffle, saying it was for a free cruise. After gathering all the names, they announced that only two people “won” — and I was one of them. We were told the cruise was free and only asked to pay a $40 deposit and attend a 2-hour meeting. However, when we showed up on the scheduled day, the story completely changed. Suddenly, they demanded $150 per person for “port fees” PLUS another $150 per person as a deposit. None of these costs were clearly disclosed upfront. The fees kept increasing only after we arrived, which feels like a planned bait-and-switch tactic. A legitimate free cruise does not turn into hundreds of dollars in surprise charges. We refused to pay and walked away. This experience felt dishonest and manipulative from start to finish. ⚠️ Do not trust the raffle ⚠️ Do not give them money or personal information ⚠️ Absolutely do not recommend
Excellent. I did the Millionaire’s Row™ sightseeing cruise. A lovely relaxing sightseeing experience. A 90-minute boat tour with commentary in English and Spanish. You can either sit in the climate-controlled main level or on the open-air top-level. I would recommend the top-level for the best views. Super friendly staff. You can purchase snacks and drinks on onboard. I purchased a ticket from the ticket booth located in Bayside Marketplace near where the yacht departs for the 13:00 cruise. I would recommend getting there around fifteen minutes or so before departure. You can then get a good seat. The boat departed punctually and returns to the original point of departure. Price for an adult ticket (November 2025) was 35 USD. The cruise takes you around Biscayne Bay with lovely views of the Miami skyline, the Port of Miami, Fisher Island, Miami Beach and “Millionaire’s Row™” – the Homes of the Rich and Famous™.
This tour was very informative and fun. A must try tour when visiting the city. Pray for great weather.
Wife and I went on the 11am cruise. It was hot, but not as hot as it would be at 2pm. You get to see a lot of Miami harbor and all the different islands, houses and mansions. It lasted 90 minutes and was well worth it. The narration is in both English and Spanish. Definitely something to do while in Miami
Boat is nice and clean. Boat crew nice and polite but not much of a tour. More music and sight seeing with your eyes with a few callouts of places and homes. Hard to hear commentary in the cabin below so you do have to go upstairs if you want to get information about what you’re seeing.
What a fabulous way to spend 2 hours. Cruising around seeing all the amazing sights from the water. Very good guide explaining everywhere and everything.
A great experience on the water. Drinks were good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s was lovely to see the homes of the wealthy.
Super fun and amazing view of the skyline! Loved seeing and hearing about all the celebrity homes. They were so beautiful!
This is the worst tour ever. We got the “ticket” from the booth. Then 10 minutes before the board time. They told us this is not a ticket and told us to go to another booth to get the real tickets. Then we ran to another booth and then they told us this is the real ticket. Then they told us to go to another booth to get the tickets. Back and forth half an hour running around in 100 degrees in Miami. Terrible experience. Never go this tour.
Easy to board. Lady we brought ticket from ( booth in bayside market near the boat) took us to the jetty . 11am sailing. Large boat with very few people ( less than 20) on so plenty of seats.and we could move all around to take pictures. We sat on top deck at back so could get both sun and cool breeze. Some interesting facts and good trip around the bay. As I say it's the kind of thing we like to do. The guide was clear and loud and spoke English ( think also spainish but didn't need to on our trip). Bar was a bit expensive but no different than other trips. But, there is a scam or selling scam on board. They run a raffle for a free holiday. We didn't enter as we from UK so didn't think a free USA holiday would be any use. We assumed it would be drawn at end of season but no, it was drawn on the day. Couple next to me won. They were excited ( for about 15 mins). They were taken downstairs but came back angry. It's not a prize draw it's a way to lure people into high pressure sales presentations , and part eith small amount on the boat. I assume for timeshare or similar. The saying if it's too good to be true then it probably is definitely applies to this free holiday draw. But we enjoyed the trip
The tour was mediocre and most of the “famous “ peoples homes were generally unknown and NOT household names. The info was given in English and Spanish, and although I’m more than ok with that, his accent was so heavy that we could barely understand what he was saying half the time. At around halfway through the tour, two shady looking employees wearing company blue shirts started handing out papers to put in a ballot for a chance to win a holiday. Hopeful , I filled in our info. One of the 2 reps collected everyone’s entry including ours. Minutes later, the tour guide called out the winners and we were one of them. At first I was excited . About 20 minutes later, the guy who gave out the raffle entry tickets came over to us and brought us down to the bottom level of the boat. He put us in front of an iPad and asked us which of the 3 types of holiday we wanted to claim as our prize. We chose the resort prize and he took our info and said that it would be valid for 18 months and we could use it anytime, but first……we had to attend a VIP tour where he takes us to the Uber and we go to some part of Florida where we have to complete a 2 hour tour. He also said that in order to secure the tour, we’d have to pay 40.00 which we would get back after the tour. My husband, out of a momentary gullibility (and the hasty vibe from the guy who was helping us), paid him the 40.00 deposit. It wasn’t until after that my husband said something didn’t feel right about this so called prize. Other couples had also won, so it seemed too good to be true. When we went back up the stairs to our seats, I googled “island queen cruise Miami vacation scams” and lo and behold, it came up from numerous people who took the boat tour!! I feel turned off by Miami now , and don’t think we’ll be returning. I know scams happen everywhere, but I don’t understand how 2 sceptical and intelligent people fell for this rubbish! 🤦♀️ And we got stiffed 40 bucks!!! After the boat tour was over, the guy waited for us near the exit and we told him we are cancelling and had no iIDs with us, and that we wanted Our 40.00 back. He said “you have to call to get the money back, I can’t help you “. It was at this point we just walked away and noticed one of the other “winning” couples walking behind us, who were told to wait for their “prize representative” to take them to the VIP tour. I turned around and quietly said to them, shaking my head “it’s a scam”. They were pretty grateful! I also believe, that they target foreign tourists, who may not have fluent English language skills, in order to be able to manipulate them easier than native speakers. All in all, give this cruise a miss, and just watch YouTube videos of the millionaires tour for FREE! I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TOUR. Waste of money and scam participants!
There were no signs directing you to the boat! We finally found the boat & we’re told it was out of service & put us in a dingy smaller boat with no overhead coverage on top. It was crowded and the music they played was horrible. It was hard to understand the tour guide. It was a disappointing ride. We’ve been on many of this type excursion & this was by far the worst. We saw a few homes. Would not recommend this one. Low budget operation
Boat tour itself was fine. Direction on how to get to the dock was completely missing. I arrived at the address, it was a big mall and then had no idea where to go. And then voucher codes on the phone could not board, they had to be printed out so I had to walk to the booth. What a waste of time.
We enjoyed this cruise!! Although we weren’t familiar with many of the millionaires that owned the homes on the tour, it was still interesting to hear the stories. The guide, Jorge, was very knowledgeable. Overall, we would recommend!!
I want to express my deep dissatisfaction with a deceptive practice that occurred during the Millionaire's Row cruise by Island Queen. During the tour, a supposed "raffle for tourists" was organized, in which we were informed that we had won a cruise. However, to claim the prize, we were required to attend a presentation the following day at a hotel. What was not disclosed at that moment was that this presentation was, in fact, a sales pitch to sell a travel membership from the company Holidays Lounge. The presentation was extremely long (over 4 hours), filled with false promises, confusing information, and misleading conditions that resulted in a terrible experience. We believe that allowing such fraudulent raffles onboard your cruises damages your reputation and exposes your customers to dishonest practices. In our case, this situation ruined our trip and made us waste valuable time trying to resolve something that should never have happened. However, I must clarify that my dissatisfaction is not based solely on participating in a raffle but on how it was conducted and the consequences it brought. A genuine raffle should reward winners with something tangible, like a dinner, a cocktail, or a tour, without additional conditions beyond enjoying the prize. In this case, what you present as a "raffle" is, in reality, a deceptive process. To claim the prize, we were not only required to pay a $40 USD deposit (which, although supposedly refundable, generates distrust), but we also had to attend a presentation without being informed of its purpose or provided with clear details. This presentation lasted over 2 hours (in our case, more than 4 hours), making us waste valuable time during our trip. What is most concerning is that this presentation turned out to be a sales pitch for a completely false and misleading travel membership, designed to trap tourists without giving them the opportunity to research the involved company beforehand. What you allow onboard your cruise cannot be considered a legitimate raffle. These practices not only ruin the customer experience but also severely damage your company’s reputation, as they facilitate questionable activities by other entities. I hope you reconsider allowing such "raffles" and evaluate the risks and consequences these practices bring to your customers and the trust in your service.
We did this tour as part of the Big Bus Tour. We had to first go to the Big Bus Kiosk at Bayside Marketplace to get our tickets, then go to the Island Queen Kiosk (10 steps next door) to get our tour tickets. The captain of the boat was amazing, and the tour guide was very detailed in his information. He did say everything in both Spanish and English. I can see how certain people would get annoyed at the repetition, but he did explain that there are A LOT of Spanish speakers in Miami. As others have said don't put your name in the draw or get pictures - they are more hassle then they are worth.
One and a half hour cruise around the port of miami visiting Millionaires Row and a great perspective of the city of Miami by boat.
Overall, it was fine. They seem to be the top company giving tours. It was reasonably priced and a fun experience. The boat was clean and in good shape and the narrator was entertaining. Be wary that they try to take advantage of tourists. They hit people up hard for tips, try to get you to buy photos, and they literally try to sell timeshares. There’s a mock raffle where the “winners” get a special offer.
Went on cheaper tour a few years ago and upgraded to this for $35 each. Started off badly with a really rude guy taking photos. The girl told us to sit left hand side facing forwards to see the houses. This was the wrong side ! The tour guide was playing on his phone most of the time and gave no history of the properties as the competition did and only passed some of the properties. All in all a very poor experience. The only good thing , I ignored the free holiday draw and realised that everyone who entered won??? Keep clear of this dud.
Enjoyed the tour but left a sour taste that we were conned in to thinking we had won a holiday. It was a scam and lost 40 dollars which we had paid in deposit. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Don’t know howThey can do this to anyone day in day out
Lovely trip and well worth the money, seen loads and was a quiet and liesyytrip…staff friendly and informative
My cruise was dreadful ruined by these people who are on this boat offering a free prize draw my name was drawn out I have won think this to good to true. You get taken down stairs they tell you won a free holiday choice of a cruise a holiday in cancun a holiday in USA here’s the catch you have to visit a resort centre for a 90 minute presentation they also want a $40 dollar apparently refundable not back on your card but on a visa card at the time I felt under pressure as my wife couldn’t believe our look when I got of the boat i thought what have I done so I looked online and many other people had the same experience my advise is avoid this company and use another company I have now got to go threw contacting my credit card and getting my money back from these scammers
This was a last minute booking for a 6pm cruise, but had a fantastic experience with the cruise. The tour guide/ narrator JB was by far the best & he kept us entertained throughout. He fluidly switched between English & Spanish & showed us the true flavors of Spanglish while pointing out all the must sees along the way. He added an extra personal touch by offering to take creative photographs of Miami skyline & us creating extra special memories . Excellent bar service & an overall fantastic experience .
****SCAMMERS ON BOARD**** ask everyone to enter raffle free of charge to win a vacation they chose me and my husband "randomly" than bring us downstairs to get all our info and ofcourse they need to hold $40 so you can go to a 2 hr conference the next day where they give you your prize only if you agree to sign up for a BS and shady time share. Could've been a fun and memorable experience if it wasn't overshadowed by the $40 we lost and the time they took away from us enjoying the ride. How these people stay in business is beyond me!!!!!
Super great informative tour, great fun Miami vibe. Drinks were great on the boat, lots of options. Photos are available for purchase when you come back to the dock
Raffle Scam. Stop your partnership with these scammers. Disgusting. People pay money for your cruise. Just let them enjoy the cruise.
It was a nice experience. Love the scenery. The guy that gives the tour was funny and knows how to take pictures and videos. I think he's name is Pablo.
This tour was amazing! The boat was so comfortable with shade, AC, and a bar! JB was the tour guide and he did a great job describing each celebrity home with very funny jokes in between. I would definitely recommend you do this when visiting Miami. Bonus!- it’s only 90 minutes so you have plenty of time to enjoy the rest of your vacation.
I went into this tour for my son's first birthday along with my family. I paid for the photo album, which included the digital photos from mystoricard. When we landed, I reminded the sales person for the digital photos, but received a QR code card instead. When I tried to check the digital photos, it mentioned that it will take 24 - 72 hours, which it understandable. When we arrived home, the QR code card received were showing the digital pictures blocked. I called Island Queen and spoke with a representative, who wrote an email to mystoricard. No response, I called Island Queen again and they don't have a phone number for mystoricard. The email provided is a general email that feels like no one reads because no one has responded until this day. My trip occurred on May 4th and I am yet to receive a response for the digital photos I already paid. The QR code wants me to pay again! I was working on a collage from our trip and it's unbelievable that I am yet to receive a response to this day.
Wow!! I had so much fun. Me and my family had so much fun. We did not want to go home. It was Mother's Day and the weather was great. Most of all the tour guides, the complete staff was OUTSTANDING! They was dressed for the part too, especially Capt. Albert. He is an all around Capt. He is best navigator, entertainer, very professional and knowledgeable about everything on the waterways of the Miami shores. Me and my family knew and felt so secure being in the hands of Capt Albert and his crew. The cocktails was something to die for, they was made just right and the snacks was on point as well. It was so refreshing and truly so much fun. We were really glad that we went. We actually, got a chance to wave at a very well known celebrity, siting by the water relaxing at the mansion. Most of all, Capt Ricky, the supervisor of the Island Queen Cruises was just superb, excellent and very attentive to ensure the yachts and the crew was alright. "He seems to like it." Very grateful for Capt Ricky. Job Well Done! We can’t wait to come back👍
The tour guide was excellent. The staff was courteous and kind. Every thing started on time and ended on time. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and very informative. A great time with family & friends.
Enjoyed trip around islands. Day was beautiful. The narrative could have been a bit more engaging to have enthusiasm.
We had a great time! It was our first time in Miami. We really enjoyed our tour guide’s material and his sense of humor. Everyone involved did a fantastic job.
great tour for 1 and a half hours, worth going, good memories, highly recommend, especially when you have only 2 hours to kill before the flight
Honestly, i was lead to believe it was going to be a glamourus tour of beach houses for millionaires, it was mediocre most of the houses were hidden by trees or under renovations. Me and my husband kept falling asleep from how bored we were.
Great cruise with good information about Miami we did not know.We will refer this cruise to other family and friends when they travel to Miami.
I recently took a boat tour organized by Holidays Network and had a fantastic experience with my family. The tour was breathtaking, offering stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere. Alex from Holidays Network was incredibly helpful in arranging the vacation, and ensuring everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Holidays Network and would like to thank Alex for helping me have such a wonderful time. Cheryl
I and my family had a great time cruising south beach, and biscayne bay. It was such a delightful experience, and the kids love it.
We hade a relaxing ride on the nice day when it was not crowded. We spent the trip at the front of the boat outside. It was okay.
The tour was good. Nice to see Miami from the water. What was not at all cool was that they chose “winners” for trips. What it really was was a time share trap. Don’t believe you have “win” anything when your name is called! Unless you are looking for a time share, beware!
Miami is best seen from the water so the millionaire row cruise is a great way to see the city. The trip costs $35 for an adult and overall it is a very good trip. Boat is comfortable and lots of space to get good pictures. Narrator was decent. One piece of advice - ignore the “free raffle” as it’s nothing more than a timeshare scam. We refused tickets ans felt sorry for the “winners”.
