Miami Jet Ski Rental: Chase The Ocean, Ride The Waves

Overall the jet skis didn’t live up to the hype that it shows online. Some of the boat guides were nice but when you get out to the actual jet skis/cars they are just focused on girls they are attracted to. They also make you pay upfront with cash or debit card so you cannot be issued a refund. It’s disorganized as well. Would not recommend. Jet Cars need a lot of work as well. They vary in speeds but the one I was on (yellow) didn’t go more than maybe 5 mph and went around in circles instead of a straight line.

This was my first time riding jet skis and the experience, crew, and anyone else involved were great!

Loved this activity! Would go again in a heartbeat! Enjoyed the view and the jetski's were in good, clean condition and easy to use.

Had the most amazing time! Everyone was so nice and helpful from start to finish - Stephanie was patient and so sweet with organizing everyone for waivers and proper preparation. Guillermo was straight forward with the rules and regulations and clear about the boundaries or the experience. Sebastian was an amazing instructor and did the coolest tricks. He gives helpful advice (faster=more stable 😅) and he will take such good photos/videos of you since bringing your phone is a recipe for disaster. They let you go as fast as you can and as long as you stay in the boundaries you are free to roam and race!

We were left stranded in the ocean for almost an hour in pelting rain after the boat left us behind. No bathroom facility obviously and Took almost an hour for the next boat to come and pick us up. Driver of the pick up boat was driving distracted and was the WORST boat ride of my life. Jetski was great but would NEVER use this company again.

This tour never happened because they changed the location at the last minute. I showed up at the meeting point mentioned in the app but they were not there. I will be requesting a refund.

The fine print was very fine. I paid for a reservation not for the actual event. $18 and the event was actually nore like 180 or something close to that. And I couldn’t get a refund.

Me and my son went for my birthday. We had a blast. It was kinda hard to find you need to explain in detail how to get to the people with the jet skis but other than that we had a blast . The guy was really nice and had me enjoy our time

My most memorable part about being on the jet ski was being able to share the experience with my bestfriend. I was nervous at first but once I took off it was so much fun!!! I’d do it all over again and again!!! YOLO!!!😜🤸🏾‍♀️🥰

Our jet-ski experience in Miami was fun! Zooming through the waves was an adrenaline rush like no other, and the guide took pics & videos of us which was nice. Whether you're a thrill-seeker or simply looking for a unique way to explore Miami, this jet-ski experience is an absolute must-do!

This excursion was great! All the staff was extremely pleasant and Jeff was a great tour guide. They have a very quick response rate if you have any questions as well. If we had stayed in town longer we definitely would have considered booking again! Can’t wait to be back in Miami!

Our family had a fabulous time doing the Miami Jetski tour with Germaine yesterday. He was amazing leading the kids around the rich homes and making sure they were in good shape before leaving them in their own. Thank you to the entire team! They’re so friendly and make sure we’re safe and enjoy the tour. I would recommend this tour to others.

This was overall a really awesome experience! I've never jet skied before so the instructors took their time to make sure we felt comfortable navigating the waters on the skis. Also, my main guide on the water was really encouraging and took us far out around the island with skill. The ONLY reason I'm giving this experience 3 stars instead of 5 was the lack of professionalism with the main guide Moises and some of the other crew. The amount of swearing and cursing the gentlemen used throughout our time with them was extremely off-putting and unprofessional. I've seen this happening more and more in certain spaces where people feel like it's okay because you're younger to speak anyway they want to around you. ALSO - Moises made a lot of offensive and unprofessional remarks to me while I was training with him. One of which had to do with me "undressing". And while in the moment I brushed it off not wanting to cause a problem, looking back on the experience I found it to also be very inappropriate. There was also a situation that arose on our way back that required them to be on the phone with a manager / colleague. Our captain spent the remainder of our ride back swearing loudly on the phone with this person with little regard to us hearing the clearly private conversation. I would say if you want the experience of jet skiing, go for it, but just be aware the team is definitely not concerned about making a professional presentation or impression.

The whole experience was very stressful logistically. It took a long time for us to check in and get to the jet skis which are parked in the middle of the bay, on a floating marina. The jet skis are trashed. Mine had low fuel and kept beeping all the time, which is kind of unnerving. The guiding consisted of going in a straight line under one bridge, hanging around in a small circle for a bit and coming back. Lots of waiting around for others. Couldn't really let her rip. I was hoping for a more tailored experience, showing us a few hidden pockets, etc. logistics of this place are terrible. They have a ton of throughput, so the experience suffers. They were nice people, but need help with operations.

tour guy was great even tho we had to wait 30-40 past our time in 100 degrees weather , but over the experience was cool

So there was a delay, which is normal for almost every event in general. But all in all it was an amazing experience I will definitely come back again!

I did not have a memorable time because it was a bad experience. They gave us jet skis that did not have gas and left on of my teens stranded. They had to get picked up by the workers. They told us we would drive the jet skis for 1 hours but we only got like 1 hour. Very disappointed.

I tried several times to get a hold of this company because my flight was canceled and we were unable to make it to Miami. I have anted to know about a refund or at least a credit for the next time we are in the city. I heard nothing back. Someone called me around the time of our reservation and then rudely hung up on me when I started to explain my situation. I still have not heard back from the company in regards to a credit , they only keep sending me info on how to rate my experience.

This was the highlight of my day and my trip I loved everyone of it I had so much fun and watching our tour guide do all his tricks and crazy moves makes me want to ride more I would do it all over again if I could this didn’t disappoint at all would recommend any and everyone to do it

The lady merasol was great she just didn’t really have any help. our tour guide was late so no tour we basically drove in circles around this little doc. I had to get off in middle of the ride because I was outta gas. It should have been filled up before hand. Half of the group stayed on the little doc while the other guy kept taking off and bringing other people. But the lady that did all the work rode the others around. She is the only thing holding this whole little operation together. It was lil Getto

Marisol was the bomb we give her a 10 star!!!! And Moises we give a 8, but the experience was not good the tour guide didn’t show in time so we never got a tour. We was at the mobile office the entire time. Didn’t get to get a picture package because no tour! They did try to accommodate us for the tour guide not showing on time. This was our first time, traveled from NC! Again Marisol you would be the reason to give a second chance!

I don’t even know where to start. 1). Firstly as soon as we arrived they instantly started talking about smoking weed and saying it was okay to “blow down” even stating that they have weed on them at the moment. Which to my knowledge is illegal. Then tried selling it to me on the side. I think one of there names was Luis. 2). They kept talking about running from the cops while we were on route to whatever location. Everything seemed really fishy. 3). These 2 girls fell off of the jet skis and another company or jet ski tour guide had to help them out especially since our tour guides weren’t around. 4). Lastly the same guy Luis Brito gave us his Instagram and said to cash app him for pictures and video. I sent him the money and never deceivers any pictures or video. I really feel like this whole entire thing was just shady and misleading. This guys Instagram name is @aqua.brito

We met at a dock and were taken through a scenic boat ride to where they had the jet skis. We didn’t go out to the open ocean but we did have a ton of space to jet ski around. There was a guide to ensure we met speed limits where it was required.

Booking this Jetski Tour was the highlight of our 6 day vacation in Miami. Lewis was an absolute treat to hangout with as well as made you feel confident and comfortable on the water. Amazing photos were taken, we got to see the most gorgeous houses and boats. 10/10 Recommend and if you’re lucky enough to have Lewis make sure you show him some love with a tip! He’s the best in the business!

My second time with these guys. Love them! My go to whenever I hit Miami. A plus that they remembered us it feels like home lol

We had a great experience with the whole crew. Everything was wonderful. Will definitely return. The instructors were so patient with us and thoroughly explained how to ride. We were first time riders but we quickly learned with their help.

The entire staff was informative and really friendly. I would definitely do this again when I revisit Miam!!!

The tour was cancel due to weather conditions. They were nice enough to reschedule but coul not attends due to me leaving the next day but was offer a full refund back

Amazing jet ski experience and such good value for money! Initially couldn’t find the start point but if you are also struggling you meet at Slip 16 5400 Collins Avenue. Basically a boat picks you up and transports you about 30 minutes to the jet ski landing so although the experience is classed as an hour it is actually at least a couple of hours which was an added bonus! Sailing past all the millionaires mansions and out into the jet ski area was an absolute pleasure! You board the jet skis in the middle of the water way out from the shore. You can take bags etc with you and just leaving them on the landing stage (they are safe) A member of the crew stays with them. An instructor takes the lead and all the jet skis follow him. There were 4 jet skis in our group. You started off at a reasonable speed and gradually built up the speed as you became more confident. We reached a top speed of 90 mph!! We are in our 50’s (so not to young anymore!) but I can honestly say it rated amongst one of the best things I have ever done in my life! So thrilling-it took your breath away but not scary at all! Felt very safe and so well organised. The instructors were so friendly and helpful. 100% feedback for these guys it was superb. Thank you for such a memorable experience! So jealous they get to do it everyday!!

First of all I am so glad I found this tour by accident. I was on the beach at the kiosk and they were rude and double the price with just a little area for you to use the Jetski. I went online and booked the tour they were really nice and definitely let the group experience they right way! The price was like i said half for more time and you get to ride on I nice boat out to the Jetski so all in all 5 star and we will be back.

It was fun and a good experience. There are a couple things they need to fix but overall it was fun!

I had an ok time I feel that the people should be a little more friendly, update their life jackets 100% and their jet skis 100% Me and my daughter fell off after a a wave hit us while we were pretty still! The young man came straight over to help us fast however when we went back we were a little shooking up so we took our time because we didn't want to fall again however he left us totally alone and we were very scared we finally made it back they were getting us off improperly and we were telling them that and Roberto said no don't worry I got you and my daughter fell in so he tried to pull her out all while she was bleeding from her thigh to her foot I asked them for care and a first aid kit he stated that they didn't have 1 and gave me a shirt and said my friend left this but he doesn't work here anymore and laughed and then when we finally got on the boat to go back he said how was it overall we said ummm ok he then said all man f you which was extremely rude unprofessional so I probably would not use their services again and or recommend them either!

Guides were great took great care of us. This is mostly a jetski experience and less of a tour. They took photos and a video for us for a small fee, and they were super friendly about making sure we had the nice background for our pictures. (would have uploaded them, but the site here failed to accept them)

Fell in the water in no time. Worker doesn’t take time to teach you how ti jet ski at all. Good luck.

They pick us up in Miami Beach for a short boat ride to Biscayne Bay. We boarded a floating jet ski dock and got on our jet skis for a fun time. Great activity to book!! Jet skis are fast.

It was so much fun! Initially we needed to wait very long (about 20 mins) before the tour actually started (our tour guide disappeared and it was unclear where he'd went), but once we got out to the bay we got plenty of time on the jetskis, great instructions and even complementary photos taken for us (usually it costs 20 USD extra apparenty) because it was my boyfriend's birthday. Can recommend this!

Our booking was at 1 we didn’t start til 2. They have no respect for peoples time and I was on a time limit.

The crew was so friendly, patient, helpful, and made our first time experience so positive fun and memorable! Was so scared at first and they walked us thought it all… also loved the fact they took pics and videos for us so we could have them!
