Fancy Nancy was dancing in the driver's seat while waiting for the next tour to begin. I told my friend "I want to be on her bus"! Wish granted. What an awesome tour guide! She took us everywhere in Miami. She gave an informative, historical and bilingual tour sprinkled with humor. I highly recommend this tour company. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! The Virginia Girls
Guide was very knowledgeable about Miami, funny and was able to say everything in English and Spanish. Great music for the ride too. Coordinated with locations. Kept us engaged. Water and Cuban coffee were offered in the tour.
Cito was awesome. Really nice van, great tour! Take this tour if you can, eat in Little Havana! !!!!!!!!
Tour is very informative. Tour Guide is very entertaining. We recommend this tour to all non-Miami visitors. I feel closure to the culture.
Thé driver/guide was excellent and accommodating, however more specific directions should have been given as to where to meet to begin the tour. Directions did not say INSIDE a mall. Stopping in Little Havana was the best part. Last your last question should include ‘maybe’ not only yes or no.
The weather was terrible so we just drove by the attractions and never got out. The driver was very good and did her best. I’m sure with better weather we would’ve had a better experience. The van was packed. We had very little room to move around as we were in the way back. The tour started 45 minutes late.
The van had big windows and a tall ceiling, but Miami has a lot of stop and go traffic which can be difficult in a van if you get motion sickness. Fortunately, the driver had VERY cold bottles of water available for guests and I was able to take some medicine which definitely helped. The driver knew a lot about Miami which was what I was looking for in a tour. It took us a while to find the meeting location as we came in the back way of the mall.
Vehicle was not as described. Unprofessional crew. People crammed into small commuter van rows like sardines. Not accessible no middle row. Unsafe. Person taking my name scribbled it down vs checking if my name on a registered list. We looked over the situation and decided out to go. They will not refund outside of cancellation policy so choose your tour wisely.
A fun way to see several neighbourhoods in Miami. Our guide, Cito, was very friendly and full of information. We got several cold bottles of water, which was greatly appreciated. The route was in a different order than the itinerary, but we ended with time for lunch in Little Havana. It worked well.
The driver Danny didn't text instructions until 5:21pm causing us to be late at 6:04 and had to pay fee to reschedule. I would had appreciated the text a day prior to prepare at 5::30 and not 6pm.
It was very fun that God was very professional very knowledgeable and she had a sense of humor, which was very nice
It was a great tour and our guide Tommy was amazing. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a way to explore without the hustle and bustle.
Cito was a fantastic tour guide! I loved exploring Miami, Star Island, the Art District, and Little Havana with him. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience enjoyable. I learned so much and got to see some amazing places. Highly recommend Cito for a great Miami tour!
I appreciate all the knowledge that Tommy had about Miami and the time he took making sure everyone was comfortable
We were disappointed not to visit Key Biscayne. It was only shown from afar, actually from Hobies Island.
Anni the hair was very knowledgeable, welcoming and fun. Lots of local trivia shared and learning history across this vibrant city was worth it.
Tour was great! traffic made it difficult to get everything in but would do it again. Little Havana was fantastic!
Had a great time on this tour despite the wet weather! Got driven around star island and told a bit about who lived there and some interesting facts. Had about 20 mins at South Beach and got plenty of time in Little Havana to get dinner at somewhere the guide recommended. Had some time to explore the arts district also. Overall a very good tour to get an overview of parts of Miami, great if you're time restricted. Cito (sorry if spelt wrong!) was a great tour guide, very knowledgeable and friendly! Thank you!
Annie is very professional, everyone is packed into a small van, we thought it was going to be a bus with NO roof top, so we can get a view of the city
We visited top spots in Miami and got a chance to explore on our own a little bit at most stops while getting a bit a local perspective. It’s not a lot of time, just a few minutes for photo ops and a bite to eat in little Havana. Loved it! Cito was our tour guide and was great.
Annie was very accommodating & knowledgeable. Highly recommend tour for good value and interest. Small group.
Guide was knowledgeable and moved the group along. Some gaps in time when they allow “free” time. Overall, no complaints.
The tour was not as described. We had no tour of Little Havana by a guide. We were taken to a souvenir shop and given a taste of Cuban coffee. There was no demonstration of cigar making. We were on our own for 1/2 hour. There was no guided tour of Wynwood Walls. We were driven around with no explanations. The driver spent more time changing music in the van than giving any information on what we were seeing. He drove dangerously and aggressive, flipped off other drivers. His name was Tommy.
This was a great tour. Ani was a great guide and made this enjoyable. It was a great way to see Miami and learn parts of it!
We enjoyed this tour very much. It was a nice mix of humour and information about Miami. Cito was great as our tour guide and did a sterling job and made everyone laugh numerous times. He delivered the information in English and then Spanish. Would definitely recommend the tour!
Nancy fancy was amazing. Full of energy and knows her area. The tour was great. I would do this again and again
Great tour of the city. We saw a lot of interesting places and learned a lot about Miami. Ani was our guide and she was fantastic. Highly recommend!!
Fancy Nancy, our driver and tour guide was simply fantastic! She was so knowledgeable about the Miami areas on the tour! Loved her recommendations for eating in Little Havana! Thanks for the great tour!
This tour description is very deceptive. Don’t know if it was written by Viator or the actual tour provider. Written description states “Enjoy four walking tours along the way—including South Beach” There were no walking tours, only stops to roam free on your own. Narration was all on the bus. Also description under Itinerary says “Next, your Miami City Tour continues with a walking tour of the world-famous Wynwood Walls, guided by a knowledgeable local tour guide who brings the stories behind the murals to life. This isn’t just a photo stop — it’s an immersive look into Miami’s urban art scene and cultural evolution. …This walking tour lets you feel the creativity of Wynwood up close, with plenty of time for photos and questions. It’s one of the most colorful, Instagram-worthy stops on the tour and a true highlight for art lovers, photographers, and anyone curious about Miami’s street art culture” Drive by narrative provided some information, but no up close walking tour in Wynwood. Our group was dropped off at a car and guitar / coffee & snack shop and picked up. No walking tour. In regards to Little Havana, the Itinerary says “Your third hop-on hop-off stop takes you deep into Little Havana, the cultural soul of Miami. With your live tour guide, enjoy 40 unforgettable minutes walking along Calle Ocho, where Latin music fills the air and colorful murals celebrate a proud heritage. Watch a live cigar-rolling demo, explore local art galleries, and sip a free Cuban coffee on us from a traditional ventanita. This top-rated walking tour is fully included in your Miami City Tour — no extra charge.” We had no tour guide walking along with us for a guided tour. She parked the bus and lead us into a store for a coffee tasting. ( cigar demonstration was not available) . After that we were on our own for the hour on Calle Ocho. The tour wasn’t all bad though, it just didn’t provide what was advertised. Either tour guides need to provide walking tours or itinerary description needs to be updated. This experience is not as advertised.
Jay was a great tour guide! Local, born in Miami, he gave us a great overview, kept us moving and out of traffic and we learned a lot about the city. We really enjoyed the small group tour and seeing so much in a short time. Tour was a great value. Definitely recommend.
Amazing tour, Jay knew the city inside and out. He answered all of our questions and knowledge made the trip so much more special.
This is an excellent tour, because it hits several major sites at a very reasonable price. Ani was an excellent tour guide who had a lot of knowledge about Miami and its history. Highly recommended tour.
The tour guide was very knowledgeable. The group accommodated our luggage in the vehicle as we were on our way to the airport immediately after our tour.
We were sitting at our condo and decided to venture out and Little Havana was on our must see list, so we decided to book our tour. There tour consist of 6 other people we didn't know but became friends ✨️ The tour guide was very informative of Miami and all the cool places we went. We stopped at Wynwood what a incredible artist experience 👏 a must see in Miami. Then little Havana where the food, elders dancing on the sidewalk and all the happiness that lil community provided was so enjoyable 😉 The price was well worth this experience will do it again next time we visit 😀
This tour was well worth the money. Good tour for a first visit to Miami. Tour guide was pleasant and informative.
The driver Tommy was friendly and helpful. He entertained everyone all through the ride and entertained. He was polite easy going and fun. We took a tour of Little Havana which was amazing. He took us to places where we won't go on our own like winbrook. It was a graffiti City.We highly recommend his tour. Thank you Tommy for showing us around you're amazing City.
Great tour! Really enjoyed it and Tommy was great! We got to see more of Miami than we would have ourselves.
I enjoyed the tour and the Guide was very nice , funny, and showed us a lot of neat places. When I come back to Miami I plan on taking my family on this tour
Awesome tour for getting to know Miami on a short time. Gives you a clear idea of the best spots and some amazing views. Luis was such an amazing guide and took us to the best spots.
This trip was worth it. It was easy to book on TripAdvisor and when I got to the adventure the host LUIS…WAS AMAZING!! This guy knew Miami, it was only 4 of us on this trip but he did not let that slight us!! He toured the hell out of us, the music was great, the commentary was on point and he didn’t even ask for tip at the end, when he was so deserving!!!
Captain C was a terrific host. This tour is complete value for money to get a good overview of the main sites (and some hidden ones) of Miami. Thank you!
Great tour. Clayton was a great guide with good suggestions on what to do at each stop. Definitely recommend this tour
This was a OK tour. There were a few stops along the tour. Time in South Beach was perfect to walk on the beach and take a Miami Beach picture at the official spot. Would have liked less time in Wynwood and more time in Little Havana. Wynwood would be fine as a drive-by with maybe a photo stop. Guide share a few off-color inuendos even with kids on the tour. Found that distasteful. Too much music in the van. Would have liked to have learned more about the city and what we were driving by. Tour ended 30 minutes late. Overall, just eh for me.
This was a very nice tour experience to major spots of the city. Lots of picturesque sights and local history provided! 3.5 hours well spent. My friend and I were then able to book the boat experience right afterwards and that’s was a beautiful experience as well. Luis was a great tour guide. Highly recommend!
Good experience! I would do it again! They could make more stops for pics, but still a good choice for the price!
The tour guide spoke very clearly and gave a good introduction to Miami. The minibus was air-conditioned and comfortable. This is a great tour if you are short on time or for people who prefer to be driven around.
The experience was so much fun and very knowledgeable. The tour length was a great amount of time for everything that we seen. It was a great atmosphere and it was not crowded at all on the van. Luis the staff that guided us on the tour was very knowledgeable and helped so much for us to see everything
The tour before was 2 hrs late. Which when we arrived they said we had to start 2 hour late. We could not start 2 plus hours late They provided no information ahead of time and they agree up refund money but have not seen it
This is a great overview of various parts of the city. Our driver was super friendly and knowledgeable and it was nice to have a small group. Would have liked to have had more time in Wyndham and if we had more time in Miami would have gone back. Overall it was a great way to see the city ina short amount of time.
