Miami City Tour - Per Guide, Small Group, Includes Pickup

We had an amazing tour guide Abril. She was very communicative, knowledgeable and brought an energy unlike other tours we've done. Great value, small group size and great experience. Highly recommend and enjoyed the happy hours 😊.

Myself and my son had a brilliant trip with Abril today. We got to visit lots of great places travelling in a comfortable, air conditioned van. Abril was very professional and friendly and provided excellent insights during the tour as well as well as adapting the trip to meet the needs and request of the wider group. Every location we stopped at Abril gave us great tips on where to go as well as recommendations on where to go for food, entertainment etc in future. It was a great way to get a broader view of the city with plenty of ideas and tips for making return trips. I'd recommend this tour and definitely feel it was great value for money.

This was our first family trip to Miami so we were looking for something that gave us a general look of the area to give us an idea of places that would like to visit. The tour hit every location that we had looked into when researching our trip. It was well worth the time and the fact that the tour was a small group and picked us up from the hotel was even better. The tour had plenty of stops to get out and check some of the attractions. I would highly recommend.

Throughout our trip around the US we have done a number of city tours. This was terrible. The spending which we drove around for the guide to tell us as we are passing significant sites it was too late to take any photos. His commentary was poor and driving through the poorest parts of the city like these people were a spectacle was in bad taste. 12 people were crammed into a poorly AC minivan so anyone sitting in the back couldn’t hear or see anything. Would NOT recommend

Amazing tour!!! We did a last minute booking and they were able to pick us up and drop us off at our VRBO. Russ did an excellent job taking us around city and is very knowledgeable. We had such a great time seeing everything!! Highly recommend the tour.

Christian was a pleasure to experience this tour with. Was very knowledgeable,friendly and attentive to his guests. It is clear he has great love for the city of Miami.He catered to all personal cultures within the group. I would thoroughly recommend this tour, especially if you end up with Christian as tour guide is an added bonus 🙂

We did our tour with Hagen, who is a fantastic tour guide. He made it easy to join the tour, circled the block to pick up other tour participants while we were stuck in traffic getting to the parking lot. He was very pleasant, accomodating and full of information. You can just feel how interested he is in Miami itself and how motivated to share that information with you. He told us about the history of the city, how it was founded and developed, took us to great stops and planned the route in a way so that lunch and desert were local specialties as well and could easily be integrated into the schedule. The tour was over 4 hours long and very enjoyable. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to get a good overview of Miami in a short timeframe and especially to any German speakers vacationing in Florida.

Was a very enjoyable and informative tour. Learned a lot about the history of Miami. The guide was excellent and it showed he enjoyed his job.

I wish I could say we had a good experience but we never got our tour. We received an email the night before out tour to tell us their bus broke down in Key West. We were asked to change our tour from a Saturday to Sunday. The email stated that if we couldn’t they would issue us a refund. We had a flight to catch on Sunday & the change of date was impossible & I sent an email reply right out for the refund request. I have yet to hear back or get a refund from this company. They don’t answer any phone numbers I have found & called. I’ve sent out more than a couple emails with no response. The tour was scheduled for April 20th & it is May 17th without any contact or refund of our money.

Great tour. Our guide, Hagen, was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable about the history of South beach and Miami city. Took us to many different locations. Financial district, Stars Island, the wealthy part of town and not so wealthy and many other spots. Had a great time. Tony

Enjoyed the Miami city tour. On-time pickup and our guide Hagen was the best! Toured most of the major landmarks in Miami, making for a very pleasant experience overall.

Christian was fantastic & he showed us so much. I would highly recommend. I would definitely go back again👏. We had him as our private guide. The van we rode in was also very nice & had time to do sightseeing & shopping, eating a snack, a glass of wine or beer.

We had the best tour of Miami with our guide and co-founder of the tour company, Hagen. He not only had a wealth of information on Miami history, culture, people, landmarks, cuisine, and more, but his genuine passion for this area, his family's home, really shines through. Our tour van was very nice and comfortable, and Hagen gave us ample opportunities to stop, take pictures, walk around, grab food and drinks, and use the facilities. We would recommend this top quality tour to anybody!

Our guide was wonderful. He was so knowledgeable and told us so many things. We enjoyed learning so much about the different areas of Miami. He left a lot of choices up to us and did what we wanted to do. We had a wonderful rainy afternoon with Christopher.

Terrible way of communicating with me. We were not able to go because ride showed up at hotel at 745am to pick us up. I didn't know we ha a confirmation. I tried to call company twice and left 2 messages to call me as we wanted to try the next day. I also sent a message thru their website asking to rebook. Never heard from them. I'm expecting a refund.

I booked this tour a month ahead of time specifically for the hotel pick up. The ad stated they pick up from ALL hotels in Miami and surrounding areas. During checkout a drop down box listing several hotels with an option “my hotel is not listed“ with an additional drop-down box where you enter your hotel info. Day before Miami tour I was in the Everglades and did not have cell service. That evening I received messages from the tour operator asking if I could change the date of my tour due to their lack of guides. At that same time their messages stated “ your hotel is outside our pick up area“ therefore, you will be picked up between 12:45-1 pm. I messaged them to try and clarify two hours before the start time. I did not hear back from them until 12:50 stating the tour was leaving. I contacted Trip Advisor who was not helpful. I contacted the tour company asking if I could rebook for the next day, no reply. I recommend the tour company and Trip Advisor revamp The ad stating pick up from SELECT Hotels, eliminate the option of “my hotel is not listed here” and clearly stating that if your hotel is not listed we do not offer a hotel pick up.

We loved the e whole trip. Our guide,Christian, did a wonderful job pointing out all the major sites in Miami.

I was a solo female traveller from the UK. I chose this trip because it was listed as a small group and hotel pick up. There was an issue prior to the trip as I booked a 9am start as given as an option when booking. But this trip is only run in the afternoon... So be aware when booking that there is no am trip only pm. This is an error by the third party booking agents. After some communication for the correct pick up time, I was picked up on time from my hotel. Hagen was our guide. From beginning to end he was professional, friendly and very informative. My tour was very small... Just me and another lady from New York. We visited all the main areas in Miami... Apart from Little Havana... Hagen did explain why and I understood the reasons, but was a little disappointed. (my misunderstanding when booking the tour, I thought we did visit it). We had stops along the way for opportunities to take photos and spend time walking around. South Beach was lovely and not what I was expecting. We did a tour of some celebrity homes in the gated communities. This was a good surprise. The time passed quickly and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour. For me as a solo female, this was by far the best way to see and experience Miami. Hagen was amazing and definitely made this trip worthwhile. Thank you Hagen for making Miami special.

This was a perfect way to spend an afternoon learning and touring the different neighborhoods of Miami. Our excellent and very good driver Christian was fun and knowledgeable on the history and facts of Miami. It was a perfect way to spend the day before boarding our cruise the next day. Christian was also very thoughtful and offered to take our pictures when we stopped at the different stops.

We loved the tour. Selections of route and places we visited was excellent. The guide was very well informed and provided us with interesting insights. The tour in a small group was very appreciated as we could ask questions and discuss whatever was interesting to us. We saw many different places in miami and got a wonderful overview. Loved it and would recommend to everybody!!

As a Miami native, this was a well-executed tour of greater Miami. I was impressed with the areas visited, the knowledge and background behind each area, special stories (ex. Graveyard behind Michael Jackson's inspiration for the song "Thriller" in Coconut Grove) and much more.

Very thorough tour. We saw so much of Miami in a relatively short time. Our guide was very nice and accommodating. Great for those who want to see a lot of neighborhoods without doing a lot of walking.

I took a Miami City Tour with Hagen and was extremely impressed. Hagen is professional, personable, knowledgeable and fun at the same time. I work in tourism and have traveled quite a bit and couldn't believe how much I learned about Miami (and the US) in 5 hours. Hagen is extremely organized with our time and the Miami traffic without you even noticing. Chapeau! I had been to Florida many times before, but it was only after this visit and Hagen's tour that I understood the lifestyle and mentality better. We saw downtown Miami, the beaches, the port, Wynwood, Coral Gardens and much more, including Star Island, since Hagen is so well connected. Hagen's diction is very clear and the volume in the car is perfect. I understood every word, even though I was sitting in the back. We hopped out many times, so that we could all take pictures and set food on the different locations. A big plus for me is that the A/C was kept to a minimum, which is usually preferred amongst Europeans, thus not having major temperature changes. I HIGHLY recommend this tour and you should definitely ask for Hagen. Thank you for bringing Miami closer to me.

Its was a little challenge to arrange the pick up from the Cruise Port - but it all worked out. Kristin was a superb guide / driver showing many aspects of the city that the big buses couldn't even begin to access. Especially the estates on Star Island - perhaps the highlight of the day. Price very competitive to the big bus guys also. Highly recommend if you want something out of the ordinary. As a photographer, she would also accommodate stops to allow me to get out and take real pictures. A great day it was.

Hagen was our guide and he was fantastic! You can tell he really loves what he does and loves Miami. He instilled a desire for us to return and stay longer. Great knowledge of the area and the area’s history. Well organized tour with stops for photos, refreshments and strolling. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting Miami for the first time!

Paid viator for tour and then heard from the tour guide that it was sold out. Very disappointed as i received email from viator and confirmed my booking. Host refunded me.

One of the coolest tours we’ve done. We actually did the jet ski 2.5 hour tour with Hagan as our guide. Hagan picked us up right on time from the hotel. What we weren’t expecting was his amazing wealth of knowledge. The drive to the marina was filled with interesting facts about the city as we went through different areas. The jet ski tour was thorough, safe, and incredibly fun! Hagan picked us back up and continued to showcase the city. We discovered new areas to explore, drink coffee, and some of the best eateries! Definitely worth the money!!
