We had so much fun on this tour learning about Miami, eating incredible food, and hearing about the history as well as the endless photo opportunities. We ate enough latin food that we didnt eat until the next morning! Greg was the best and he was very accommodating and we strongly will recommend him to any future visitors

My family and I did a private Miami City Tour and it was great. We saw the different neighborhoods of Miami and even stopped for lunch in Little Havana. The food was amazing too! Definitely do this tour!

Our driver was friendly and knowledgeable about the Miami area and Florida history. Traffic was terrible and allowed us to make up the difference lost while in Little Havana.

Elias was a great guide for our group of 14 to the Everglades! I booked the day before and they were accommodating with picking us up from our hotel which wasn’t on the list as well as adding some last minute guests. I would highly recommend going with these guys to the Everglades!

We booked a private tour for a family of thirteen (13) and was able to customize it to our wishes. We were able to work in a great dinner at a lovely restaurant. The tour guide had a great attitude and was very informative about the history of Miami. He also threw in some wisecracks that made us all laugh and just further deepened the tour experience. This is my 2nd private tour through Viator and each time we've had a wonderful guide.

We had a tour of the Miami highlights with Mateo. We had just completed a cruise with three other couples. He picked us up at Port Everglades took us on a tour of Miami and dropped us off at the airport in Miami. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend it.

I would definitely recommend the tour. It gave me a great overview of the city and great suggestions for things I would like to see more of. My tour guides were very friendly talkative and incredibly knowledgeable.

I was so glad I booked this! My driver was not only so congenial but so informative and it was a lovely introduction to Miami. The suv was cool and comfortable. He stopped at some fun places for photo ops and we stopped twice so I could explore a bit. We saw some fabulous houses! Would definitely recommend for an overview of a fascinating city.

I reached out and made the reservation for this tour before arriving Miami. The bus came about 15 minutes early and it was more than we expected. Our driver and tour guide Raul was fantastic. He made it a lot of fun. We had so much fun we extended the tour by 2 more hours. The bus was clean and well air-conditioned. And Raul gave us a royal treatment. Three people in our group took information of the company for future trip, including one of us from London UK.

Antwon is from France BUT you would think he was a proud native from MIAMI. He knew so much history. He took us to the most private neighborhood where not just anyone could get into. He allowed us extra time at Little Havana which was our favorite. My niece and I have traveled Globally in the past and he is probably the best tour guide we’ve ever had. I would highly recommend this tour. It was just my niece and I on this tour. He made our trip special.

We were staying in South Beach but knew that there was much more to Miami than just that area. With a short stay we found this a very efficient and enjoyable way to learn about Miami. We got so many great ideas of places to stay and things to do on future trips. Our driver and guide Alex has outstanding knowledge of the history and current events in the city. He personalized our tour, and we had a great time exploring!

This private Miami tour was an amazing personalized experience. The driver/tour guide, Max, took us to all the sites we requested in addition to all the sites that he knew were interesting and significant. He had a wealth of information. We couldn't have seen so much of Miami in a relatively limited time any other way. The car was very comfortable and clean. It was well worth it.

This private tour was amazing. My husband, his sister, and I chose a private tour because we prefer individual attention as opposed to being on a tour bus, and we wanted to see as much of Miami as we could in a relatively short period of time. It was perfect for us! Our driver/tour guide, Max, was extremely accomodating. He took us to all the sites we wanted to visit, as well as making bathroom and snack stops, as needed. He had a wealth of information about every site along the way. The car was comfortable and clean. We couldn't possibly have seen and learned as much on any other type of tour. It was well worth it.

Dear sir I am writing you to express my extreme disappointment regarding the Miami City tour I had purchased from your company on the 7th of April 2023 for my wife, my daughter and myself. I have hesitated a lot before I decided to write a review since it is the first time I face such an amateur uncoordinated and uncomfortable service throughout my entire 40 years of traveling and specially with Viator Tours The reasons behind this dissatisfaction are as follows: - We were picked up in a jeep that is meant to hold 4 people, yet there was already the guide herself (Federica) and another lady (Simona friend of Federica) who planned to attend the tour with us under pretext of training which left us sitting all 3 behind and causing myself and my wife an extreme backache for a week to follow, not ro have to mention the discomfort itself. - We were not really sure if the tour was for us or if it were a training session for the other lady since most of the times the guide was explaining to Simona, the other lady, in Spanish which is a language we do not understand well. - The first stop after 50 min in the car touring coconut grove she made for us was in the Old Havana street whereby she asked us to go around walking and exploring the area and that she will wait for us in a cafe for 30 minutes. We asked if she would go around with us to explain, she refused. At that moment, taking into consideration how uncomfortable we were in the car since I already am big guy, and we were barely fitting behind in the jeep, we asked her to drop us off at Brikell Mall whereby we took a taxi and finished the tour ourselves. So the 4 hour tour we booked was ended after 2 hours with extreme pain and discomfort. The ladies were nice but unfortunately very inexperienced and unprofessional and will never use viator tours again as Viator should have a screening process for the agent they choose

The half day tour covered the listed spots, however there were only few spots where there were stopovers. The driver was very occupied with the use of his phone... Wish the tour was more like what others had described.

Being a Floridian for the past 15 years, I had the pleasure of exploring Miami with my family a number of times. For the life of me, I could never understand the hype and excitement over Miami - so when my parents, who are visiting from a different country, asked for a tour in Miami - I was not looking forward to it... Boy, was I up for a big surprise! We scheduled to meet our tour guide/driver Max at 11am at the point of meet and he was right on time, in a very luxurious, clean, and comfortable Chevrolet Suburban. For the next four hours, Max, who is one of the most knowledgeable tour guides I have met, shared so much about Miami and its highlights. Max's English was perfect, clear, and he impressed us with his worldwide history knowledge! Seriously, this guy is really amazing! We journeyed through Bayside, Wynwood, Miami Beach, South Beach, Art Deco, Brickell, and more! To end our tour, we enjoyed an authentic Cuban (late) lunch at Little Havana. Honestly, I never thought I would want to - but I am now looking forward to going back to some of these places with my wife, so we can further explore them. :) Thank you, Max, for a beautiful day!

We flew in and needed to do something to kill a few hours. We were picked up in a large Mercedes touring van that seated 12 people. But it was a private tour for 2. So it was odd. It was difficult for our guide to maneuver and would have been better to be in a suv or car. He hit all the high points in the beach and city. Let us walk through Little Havana which was neat. The main issue is that the city is just not that interesting to tour. Suggest you just go to the beach, museums, shopping etc and do it yourself

Our half day tour was lovely. Not only did our driver stop and let us get out to experience the Little Havana Street festival, art district, and South Beach but also he gave us a wonderful overview of the history of Miami. I strongly recommend this private half day tour.

We had already taken another tour with Wide Angle Tours, so we expected the best, and that’s exactly what we got! I went along with friends from out of town and they loved it! Fabio took us all over town - South Beach (stop), Downtown, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, Little Havana (stop) and Wynwood (stop). The stops were great, we got to see a lot, grab a bite and do some shopping. We were very comfortable and enjoyed the ride around town. Highly recommended for out-of-towners to get a taste of Miami. BTW their staff is fluent in English, Italian, French and Spanish.

I am extremely unhappy with the driver you sent. He had not been vaccinated and was proud of it. I did not find this out until approx 2.5 hours into the 4 hour tour. I immediately called a halt to the tour and asked the driver to take me to my ship, whicj=h he did,. was going on an expensive cruise the next day whereby I had to prove I had all three jabs and had to take a PCRtest which, if failed, I would be prevented from boarding. Furthermore if I caught covid from the driver I would have put all 1200 people on board at risk. You, as a company, are not taking covid seriously and are endangering people's lives.. Furthermore he did not follow many of the Travel safe during COVID-19 items listed on the TripAdvisor listing. +

Our tour covered a lot of areas and our driver gave us great information about Miami's history. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

This was a truly great tour. Our driver/guide, Fabio, arrived at our hotel before the arranged time and transported the 4 of us with all our cruise ship luggage all over Miami and then dropped us off at the cruise terminal, saving us a lot of money in transportation fees which e greatly appreciated. The big van was very comfortable and the tour itself was wonderful. We went to all the areas identified in the description and spent an adequate amount of time in each place to get the feel of the area. Fabio gave us good descriptions of each area as we traveled, told us many things about the area we did not know, and he even courteously made a couple of unscheduled stops for photos. All of us felt this was the perfect was to start our cruise adventure and would recommend it to anyone.

This tour has very flexible schedule based on our request and guide Fabio had a lot of knowledge. We recommend this tour to friends.
