It was a great time! We were going to go on the Ferris wheel but it seemed so expensive and a nice woman approached us to offer us this experience for $10 more ($60 total). She included 2 free margaritas. It was a great way to get on the water and the length of time (about 90mins) was perfect for the price. You see sides of Miami you may have never otherwise seen. The crew was friendly. I would recommend arriving a bit earlier than departure time to get seats up top, however, below is not bad at all.

We had an amazing experience on the boat tour in Miami! It was incredible to see some of the most beautiful and luxurious mansions in Miami from the water. If there is another company with a similar tour book it and pass on this one. While we waited to board, it started to pour. The windows on the boat slowed rain to soak the seats on the lower deck and the upper level of seats were also soaked. Only one person tried to help paying customers by wiping off some of the seats. The sound system for giving the tour could barely be heard if you sat on the upper deck. If you were on the lower deck it was garbled and drowned out by the noise of the engine. Also, this boat has seen better days and needs to be cleaned between tours and updated.f
Not a good experience. The company does not do refunds or cancel a tour unless it is an extreme weather emergency. Like I said, if there is a similar tour offered by another company try that tour.

Oct 22, 2026, 10:09:28 AM The tour itself was very nice. We saw a lot of celebrity mansions. However, the tour started over 20 minutes late waiting for people who were not on time. An entire boat of people was kept waiting for one group. I'm sorry but if you can't be there on time then you should be left behind. So I wonder if our trip was then cut short by 20 minutes because it did not last an hour and twenty minutes from the time it actually started.

My wife and I had a really great time. The tour was really nice to see Miami lights in the night on the boat and to get a glimpse at the celebrities homes on the tour. The tour guide did a wonderful job. Next time play Rick Ross, but other than that the tour was great.
