Very good at texting back and communicating, help out fixing an reservation I set up a day early,fixed it with no hassle so I can have the best experience.

Went for my first time jetskiing and had so much fun I learned from our guide and slowly got better we could go whatever speed we wanted (I wanted to go really fast while my brother wanted to go slow) tour guide was realy friendly anf I had a lot of fun

It was very fun to get back on the jet skis again. Haven’t done so since I was a teenager. This was a very fun experience. And the fact that my new license lasts for the rest of the summer is awesome to know.

Bobby & Edger were an amazing team instructors they explained & executed the rules it was very easy to handle and lots of fun. Bobby took us out and we saw great landmarks it was an amazing experience definitely worth every penny.. celebrated my 50th with a bang!!!

We had a great time and beautiful weather for it! Were lucky enough to have the entire tour to ourself, just me and my 10 year old son. The guys were very accomodating, from slowing down a bit to bringing us to a little less windy side of the water. They also walked us through how everything worked without it being a tedious and long session on boter safety, definitely liked the practicality there! One word of consideration to families - if you are not used to being out on the ocean and you have kids who are a bit more reserved, you might want to try to arrange an inidividual tour. Like I said, it was just us so our tour guide slowed it down and was very considerate, I don't know how that would have gone with a bigger group. Also due to the wind there was a good deal of salt spray hitting us in the face. Not a problem for me, but the little guy wasn't digging it.

We had such a good time out on the water! I booked this for a group of old friends celebrating a bachelor trip and it did not disappoint! Bobby and Phillip did an amazing job taking us around—they were very knowledgeable and helpful, even giving extra help to one friend who never rode a jet ski before. I would highly recommend this experience! Plus you will leave with some great pictures on the jet skis along with maybe a new joke or two from Phillip.

Great jet ski tour with amazing views of the city’s skyline! We had a very small group (2 jet skies in total) and the guide Bobby was amazing making sure to stop multiple times to make sure everything was ok and to make amazing pictures of us with the stunning views in the background. Would definitely recommend and will surely book again in the future

On the day, we has excellent tution by Bobby, who looked after us very well. Total novice made to feel comfortable and above all, to have a great time., which my god we did! It wasn't necessarily all of the tour guide's fault but it was super windy the day we went so it was very choppy. My main complaint was I thought it'd be a tour and we'd get to see homes, islands and such and learn some about the area but the entire time all we did was ride jet skis fast in the bay and not get any additional info from our tour guide so I was slightly disappointed. The ride was fun, but I could have done that solo. I did appreciate the photos that were taken for keepsakes that he sent us later.

Very fun experience! Edgar, our guide was really cool from the beginning till the very end. He explained everything there was to know and made sure that we were safe and having fun all the time. The jetskies are as good as new and they are really powerful. I strongly recommend the experience for everyone who want to ride the waves of Miami.

It was so much fun, the team is awesome they made sure all the trip was safe. Before we go it was raining with lightning and thunder so they told us to wait until it was safe, that was very important, also they provide all the equipment to be safe during the trip. The guy took photos and videos very pretty. Just bring mosquitos repellent bc there are mangroves. I’ll do it again and again!

My instructor was awesome took me to some pretty decent spots and was alert and helpful also went to see Scarface house and hot boys crib was pretty cool

(and 90 photos) We started my boyfriend’s 30th birthday celebration with jet skis and it was the most perfect experience. Highly recommend riding in the morning while the heat is bearable and waves are smooth. It was our first time riding but with Phillips guidance and instruction we didn’t fall while still hitting high speed. If you’re an over thinker and reading every review like I did on “which jet ski company” this is your sign!

At one point my wife 76 and I 70, when sideways into the water. I had no problems getting back on but for my wife was a little difficult; however their assistant was crusial for her to get back on. It was fun😂 will do it again😎

Yo it was really freaking awesome man Philip took hella pics of me posing infront of a lot of iconic settings for Miami and he’s a great dude and tour guide to talk to. Yeah you’re gonna have to pay like 10 ish dollars to have a temporary boating certificate but I promise you everything else is a breeze my friends I definitely reccomend this.

Came here for my girls birthday, if you ever come here book with John and Phillip amazing funny gentleman’s , customer service spot on amazing and the pricing it was cheap for Miami but experience was fantastic very professional and I don’t know how to swim so after I got comfortable fast 😂 riding like a pro , i definitely will be back when I come to Miami ❤️

Very smooth process and guide was great. We saw some fun things on the shore and spent a lot of time riding around. They took pictures for us and it was a fun way to get out on the water.
