Miami Beach Jet Ski Rental With Boat Ride

We were in a storm and it was the scariest situation of my life we did not get a chance to ride the jet skis a waste of money

I had a great time! The captain was so sweet and patient. The weather was a little rocky but we still had a great experience will come again!

Didn't send the address until 30 min before after I asked over and over. This meant we would miss the activity. I asked to reschedule them before the new time changed it again

we booked jetskis, they changed our times 1 hour before. didnt inform us. they communication was poor. when they make a mistake they dont care because they have more clients to worry about. rubi and alice were awful.

We made a reservation for me and my 11 year old son to have a jetski experience at 4 PM. At 2.15PM we got a text message "we are in the process of closing our schedule, can you come in tomorrow"... As this was last day of our holiday this was not possible. Despites several attempts they refuse to pay us back. So be carefusl : if you make a reservation and you pay in advance : THEY can cancel 2 hours before and will not pay you back.....

Amazing family event. They cared deeply to ensure everyone 17 to 85 could safely participate. What a thrill! 11 out of 10 would do it again.

I arrived at the place at the time I scheduled, as the tour staff were already rushing to get to the place quickly. The surprise was that the boat was broken and I lost the trip that I paid for dearly. I don't recommend it and I don't do it, but I do business with this hard rock team

They never showed up or respond to my direct messages. I definitely was at the meeting point prior to the actual meet-up time.

Me and my cousin booked for 1:15. Time got pushed back until 2:30. Then get there and once they got us set up we got in jet ski at 3:02. Was already back at the pickup/drop off by 4. I did speak with the lady about us not getting the full hour we paid for which was $140 then the $50 extra for pictures to be taken. So she called the instructor who we was with and she told them like 40/45 min we was only on there which isn’t true it was 30. She offered to have them take us all the way back out there but we have already had something else planned especially when we already changed stuff and inconvenience ourselves to fit they schedule. I felt like partial refund should have been refunded. They was very unorganized. Wouldn’t recommend using this company.

guides were super nice and the jet skis were super beginner friendly. Just wish there were less jet skis at a time in the same place as it made it difficult to go at an enjoyable speed. Also they were charging 30 dollars per jet ski for iphone picture which was a bit crazy.

We were really looking forward to this but the quality of the Jetski’s ruined it. We opted for 2 Jetski’s and my partner’s was broken. It would not go past 20 kph whereas I was doing 60 on mine plus the seat was completely overheating and the engine did not sound well. He could barely get it moving. When I asked him to swap with me he wouldn’t because he was worried the Jetski was unsafe for anyone to use. Upon telling the Jetski guide about the issue, he completely disregarded it and told my partner “they’re rentals I can’t do anything”. At that point he should’ve given my partner his working Jetski as a paying customer, but he didn’t, he wanted him to ride out the 60 mins on a barely moving Jetski. My partner and I ended up sharing a Jetski 10 minutes before the ride was finished, and the staff that took us out to the bay didn’t care at all. Very disappointed as it ruined my time as well as I was worried about my partners situation. This company need to test their Jetski’s and have a better protocol when this type of issue arises. Not impressed at all.

Shocked at the quality of the jet skis, spent $270 only to spend an hour trying to get the jet ski to go beyond 20km. Instructor was just as valuable, shrugging his shoulders when I said my engine is overheating and making unusual noise. Plenty of better, local options for rentals. Save your time and money

Such an amazing experience. It was my first time doing it and they taught me everything very well. They were patient and accommodating and kind. They show you that they care about your safety. I’d definitely recommend this to anyone.

We were in Miami for a bit and this company had some of the best Google reviews we could find, so we chose them over the competition. Upon arrival they gave us a call and we met them by the marina — the representative airdropped us a waiver form and we filled it out on our phones. The waiver required a photo of our ID, but you were able to upload it from your camera roll, so you didn’t actually need it on hand. The waiver website was EXTREMELY laggy, so it took some time to fill, but after that we were all set. Expect to sign away any sort of rights to sue if you encounter any loss or harm. Then we were ushered to a small boat which took us to another small boat that was acting as a platform in the bay. We switched boats and were given life vests and a container to leave our belongings in. They showed us onto our jet skis and showed us where we were permitted to ride — and that was it. An hour of speeding through the bay. The water was pretty calm, fairly clean and didn’t smell off. The jet ski itself was well-balanced, fast, and in good condition. After our time was up, they called us back to the platform boat and we transferred into the other one to take us back to the marina. They gave us some cold water and we were on our way. Very friendly staff and absolutely zero complaints. The only thing I would improve is the waiver process — I think that should be texted or emailed before arrival, and ideally use a provider that has a smoother website.

The jet ski ride was so fun. Initially I was nervous but it was a BLAST! Riding as a passenger is much scarier than driving yourself. You are riding on the gulf side and taken out by boat so prepare to arrive on time

The guys were great and was really helpful in explaining how to operate the jets because this was our first time on one. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed the experience.

We took a family day on the 40ft yacht. The experience was awesome! Stephanie kept in contact and made the whole process easy. Our Captain Raul was super cool. He pumped up our jams and made us feel at home. He stopped for us to swim then took a nice trip around the island. He even bobbed his head to some of our tunes. The entire day was so much fun! We will DEFINITELY be back next time we’re in town. If you want a good time, this is the place to rent from.

Absolutely great experience! Laz was very helpful, patient, friendly, and gave us good confidence that he knows what he is doing. We had 3 first timers in our family party but Laz guided us well. All in all, a great experience and I would highly recommend!

It is the second time with jet ski in Miami for us but this experience exceeded our expectations. Lazaro made us take a stupendous guided tour, also going to the areas we requested and making us take a bath in an incredible sea. Throughout the guided tour they took amazing photos and videos of us. To be repeated absolutely

Captain Ryan and Raul were AHHHH-Mazing! I was worried about getting the permit to jet ski but they helped make it an extremely easy process. The water was warm and beautiful and they were so easy going, patient and helpful. The scenery and time allocation was perfect. My friend was nervous and I bought this activity as a gift for her bday, and as SOON as she got on the jet ski, she didn’t want to do it any longer. However, Raul swooped in calmed her nerves and now she feels confident enough to do it again. This was my first time and it won’t be the last!!!

My husband and I are so happy we booked with this jet ski company. We had a blast, thanks again to captain Ryan and ninja Mike for one of the best jet ski experiences so far! You guys were very professional and ensured we were safe throughout the whole tour.

Had the best experience with my hubby for our anniversary. Stephanie was so nice and made sure to accommodate us last minute. What a memorable day to celebrate our love- on the water, soaking up the sun and going full speed ;)

My boyfriend and I enjoyed the experience. We were advise to arrive 15 minutes earlier than our scheduled time. One you arrive at the dock, you’re transported on a small boat to where the jetskis are in the harbor which was a plus for us. The jet skis are in great conditional. You’re also welcomed to go as fast as you’d like as long as you’re not on the shallow area, which is explained upon your arrival at the jet skii. Will Deff be booking again upon returning to Miami
