Miami Beach Art Deco Segway Tour

Very FUN way to see Miami Beach and learn some history. Thank you.

The tour was fine until my Segway decided to have a mind of its own and sped up in a way that I had no control. The guide offered to switch Segway's with me which led me to believe they weren’t well maintained. I’ve done Segway tours in the past without any incident or safety issues.

We would have loved to gone on our tour, but our plane was delayed due to rain which delay with the Uber. I actually called the Segway company to see if we could delay our ride 30 minutes and I was told NO then the gentleman hung the phone up on me, I find this unprofessional and rude. This company did not want to seem to work with me in anyway.

Our family group of 5 had a wonderful Segway tour with Joseph. He made it so much fun and so interesting. We went out to Star Island and finished up along Ocean Drive. Sorry I didn’t catch the name of the other guy who gave us instruction and the safety briefing. He was really great. We all felt comfortable using the Segways. We would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them for other tours,

Our guide Josue was the best!!!! He was knowledgeable but more so, he was very personable! Weather was great!

Learned a great deal about the South Beach area and got to places we didn’t even know about. Our guide Moses was fun and knowledgeable of the area. Great tour.

I liked parts on ocean’s drive and into the island’s park. I also appreciated Abraham’s comments and kindness Segway are particularly easy to use I highly recommend that company

Ray the tour guide was wonderful. I was having a great time and doing well but ended up falling. He was so kind to tow me back to the store from where we were. And it was not close. Thank you Ray.

Oh My Goodness - this made my day one to never forget. Sandra the tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant, and just overall FUN. Thank you so much for making the experience unforgettable. Loved all the information on the difference architecture in the area. I rescheduled many of the different Segway Tours, and delighted that I choose this one. From the minute I called for the reservation, they were super friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this adventure to anyone visiting Miami.

We were a group of 2 + 3 others. Sandra was super patient with instructions on how to operate a segway. My dude picked it up right away, the 3 others were experienced. Saw the beautiful marina, she pointed out the details of art deco in the district, we saw Millionaires row (WOW how gorgeous and ornate!), and went down Ocean Blvd which was hustling and bustlin! I can't thank Sandra enough for all her care!

The best way to take in a new city is on a Segway tour. This is our 4th time, all different cities, and we have not been disappointed. Our guide Alex was very knowledgeable of the area, it’s architecture, and people. He led us to places we never would have known about and even took us to Star Island as a bonus. Great tour and great guide!

TC was our guide, what a great Guy, very knowledgeable, safe but great fun. Good company as well. We had a good safety brief, saw lots of the Art Deco & other sites. Great way to see that part of Miami

We enjoyed the tour as we saw a lot of interesting things in South Beach and we had a great guide. TC did a top job and was very engaged making the tour as interesting, enjoyable, and comfortable as possible. Every second we had the feeling to be in good hands. Highly recommended!

Four things I liked about this tour - 1) They took time to walk through the basics of Segway thus 2) good and patient pretraining, 3) took us safely through the city and added the star island, 4) Patient with me as I adjusted my clothes for the ride. Five things that I disliked about the tour 1) no communication 2) dangerous crossing of roads, 3) no adjustment for those that were exhausted on the tour 4) ancient segways that leaned to one side precariously and 5) incomprehensible tour guide who had no way to communicate with the entire team, forget his thick accent. I am unclear how this outfit got its current rating because they DID NOT live up to any of the hype whatsover!!!! I have ridden segways across the USA and this is the first time I thought " oh no! will I get back on time and safely?" in the future, I will need to ask questions about the machines, age etc, matters that until now I have left to the "experts"

SPECTACULAR EXPERIENCE!!!! an unforgettable excursion in a unique way and 100% recommended. Family business and approachable, we were guided by Sebastián, the owner's son, a GREAT GUY who made everything very easy for us in our first experience with a Segway...... DON'T HESITATE!!! And take the tour. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING!!!!.
