Everglades good, alligator park was good, Biscayne Bay tour never happened due to bus driver never mentioning when or where to get off. Tour information had no mention either. Multiple people left on the bus that were as confused as we were. Told last stop and had to walk 1.9 miles to hotel. Request 1/3 credit for missing the third tour and only got half that. Pretty irritated.

It was a nice try to see crocodolis in the free nature. Unfortunately I did not see one. But this is nature. Pick up point was not really clear signed because there are many others with kiosks, but not gray lines. The driver was hard to understand because he mumbled, so I had to ask him again for my ongoing boat tour.
A bit too hectic at the holiday park and a better restaurant as well as childrens playground to spread the crowds out would have been great. Also a bit more information on the wetland ecology/birdlife etc would be great. OverLl though a great and worthwhile tour
Had difficult time with Island Queen staff at their ticket booth accepting the ticket provided by Graylines bus driver. Had to get their supervisor help. Evidently name not listed under Graylines. Listed under KWE Key West Express. Bus was late so had to get 4 pm cruise since 3pm cruise full and closed. The cruise was good when finally left. Best part of the combo tour was the airboat at Everglades. Difficult to order food art Everglades park since was overcrowded with long waits and had to be back on bus at specific time.
Had difficult time with Island Queen staff to accept bay cruise ticket. Had to get supervisor help. Evidently not listed under Graylines. Listed under KWE Key West Express.
Worth visiting Miami: Everglades airboat tours interesting, nice and knowledge people Gator Boy: Paul Bedard from Alligator Show was awesome, kick off our adventure, very scary and loving show Island Queen bilingual sightseeing cruise along scenic Biscayne Bay – thing to do in Miami magic experience , very relaxing and unforgettable vacation with our guide DJ
The trip was cancelled after we were waiting for 1/2 an hour for the bus. They gave an excuse for the 9.30 group and for the 10 o’clock that the bus was broken and due to a marathon on this weekend! First, there was not a marathon. Viator, you have to choose better the companies you partner with. Gray Line is not a reliable company and liars!
Uncomplicated booking via Viator. Pick-up location well marked. Ride in an older bus, but okay. Good information about destination, meeting point etc. Stay in the Everglades was fantastic, great boat guide with lots of information and great enthusiasm for his job. Alligator show was so-so, the animal husbandry of the various animals in the mini zoo not worth supporting. Photo with baby alligator with taped snout was offered - terrible! The return journey was pleasant. Unfortunately, we were the last ones on the boat (although we went straight away) and therefore didn't have a seat on the upper deck. What a pity! Nice boat trip, a little less talking from the guide would have been more pleasant. All in all a great day.
Loved the airboat ride and seeing the wildlife and a wild alligator in the grass ! Fantastic alligator presentation and a great Bay boat trip to end our day !
We had a nice tour to the Everglades and in the Biscayne Bay. The tour goes to the Everglades Holiday Park (!), which is quite touristic but probably the best way to see the Everglades if you dont have a car. Our boat driver was very enthusiastic and made sure everyone felt good and had a good view on the wildlife. The bus driver came directly to us to explain where we had to go for the cruise in Biscayne Bay, which we really appreciated. The cruise was very nice with great views on the bay and Miami. We can really recommend the combined tour. Its a long day but everything worked out as planned :)
Very enjoyable, good fun. The driver of the airboat was knowledgeable and friendly We got to see a Gator!! The boat trip round Miami was very good too.
The Everglades Adventure trip is great, not only the Airboat, but also the alligator show, and my daughter loves to hold the alligator and touch a snake.
THIS IS THE MOST WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE FACED WITH Everglades Airboat Adventure & Biscayne Bay Cruise also I am very much disappointed with the way Expedia is handling this. Expedia does not do anything except taking share money and just blame everything on the vendor, if the vendor is not right None of the things they said happened. They said they will pick me up from hotel, it did not happen. I have to drive to their pick up location. They put our family on bus and just roaming around the city for 2.5 hrs where the destinataion is just 30 minutes. Apparantely driver / organizer forget the route. We have requested them to drop us back as we lost all the time in bus itself. We chose this during christmas weekend After 2.5 hrs they took us to everglades tour which no one in the bus is interested. When we asked them to drop us back they did not do that. THey said you chose your own ride like Uber We are forced to board the airboat tour. By the time we come back we are supposed to get in to Biscayne Bay cruise as they are late we missed that cruise as well and there are no more Cruise Worst part is they are not ready to refund as well and Expedia also did not do anything Expedia should not support these kind of activities. If I Dont get my monney this is the last time I am going to use Expedia. Also I will make sure none of my friends circle book in expedia. Everyone should think twice before getting lured these vultures where they just take money and do not care about customer
The tour operator was terrible and the tour was poorly timed and no one informed us of what we were doing or where to be. Then we were yelled at and not allowed to finish our experience. Then we were misdirected and almost missed the 2nd experience
A great experience, a little chaotic when we got to the Everglades Park as our coach driver spoke very little English so we weren’t sure on what we had to do. Boat tour was great and the guide was funny, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. A must see your!!
We had a great time seen 8 alligators! They were great hosts! Need more woman's bathrooms would be my only request.
Really good combination tour but would help to have a friendly face/POC to direct you from one activity to another. The two activities are managed by different companies and we had a bit of investigating to find the cruise line. Older and less experienced travellers might get confused.
Had a wonderful trip to Everglades and cruise Biscayne Bay and Millionaire Row. Saw 3 different gators and numerous birds. Millionaire row was beautiful and tour was informative
Not very well organised, we were not given much information about the day. The bus driver could have been a little more informative on the way there about what to expect. We only saw one alligator and very little other wildlife. The after show was ok but found the request for gratuity rude as we had payed a lot for our tickets. We were told to return to the same location we started at to collect out Biscayne Bay tickets after the swamp board tour. The boys at that stand had no idea, they sent us to another stand who also had no idea and sent us to a third stand. They were a bit unsure but eventually found us on the computer. Overall it was a little over priced.
Long wait before bus pick up,long wait before ac tivities standing in sun, very dissapointed n could not do the second half of the activety I paid for due that it took so long and lots of time waisted, not really knowing where to go,not good, sorry.
The gator show was entertaining and the air boat tour was good. Could use a little better instruction as to what to expect when you get off of the bus. Once everyone figured out that we needed to wait a bit then it went well.
Went on Everglades tour to see alligators, saw one baby alligator. After that went to Miami Boat tour of skyline, star island, Fisher island. All in all a terrible tour. Dent waste your money.
Fantastic day out so well organised can’t recommend this trip enough All the tour guides were informative and friendly Thank you for great memories 🐊
The trip to the Everglades takes about an hour. The boat ride is about 30 minutes and we saw one alligator, which was fine. The best part was the 20 minute show. That was entertaining and informative. Then there is along lag time waiting for the bus to come back. There is no shade in that area and the driver takes every minute of his break. But this was all OK. The problem started when we got back for the boat ride. We were given some pink arm bands by Grayline for the boat ride. There are about 6 or 7 tour companies at the dock, and none of them had any idea what the band meant. I showed each my Viator reservation, still no luck. We walked the entire length of the dock to find the correct company. The last one even tried to put us on his boat, but couldn’t. I attempted to call the vendor but only got a voicemail. I left a message but was not called back. I emailed the company, but still no reply. The scheduled departure time was 30 past and we had given up hope when a manager from the second boat company tried to help. He had a better phone number to call—one where a person actually answered. Imagine that! Come to find out that we (three adults) were booked on his boat-though, he never received a reservation for us. Luckily his boat departure had been delayed, so we were still able to get the tour. The boat ride was OK. But, I find that Viator and specifically Grayline totally left us hanging. I wouldn’t trust them to be helpful if you get stuck.
Very disorganized from the moment we arrived! The best thing was that the bus allowed us to nap after the Everglades visit...BTW isn't there a better park in the Everglades besides Holiday Everglades Park? Not what I expected at all,,,so lame although we did see a few gators on the air boat ride. If I could do over I would avoid purxhasing the this tour and buy tickets on my own for both outings!!
We loved the Everglades Tour and Alligator Tour!!! The only critique would be our wait time for each! It would have been better if there was more structure in terms of knowing the schedule of when we would be doing both tours!
The transportation was horrible and overshadowed the whole experience. Weather was also an issue but the tour required that you stand in a downpour to get photos with alligator.
Totally recommended, we did it today and it was nice. Well organised, I recommend the experience to everyone
Meet here by, only to wait more. Told it was a 6 hour day. It was a 10 hour day, Everglades were boring. Alligator show with bad jokes and showing us how to hold open a gator mouth. Biscayne bay an hour too long. It was 90 minutes of seeing waterfront homes. Only about four they actually knew who owned them.
Unorganised and at Bayside close to chaotic. No bus to take us back to our hotel - so forced to take a taxi. Generally poor information
The boat trip was really nice. Lots of alligators. It was fun. Afterwords we waited half an hour for the gator show. When it finally started we had to leave, because our bus was waiting. Very disappointing. Unfortunately the agency did not even answer to our complain.
The ride to the Everglades took so long because the bus kept stopping. We were always running late and barely any communication or instructions once we got there. After the Everglades we had a boat ride booked at bayside market that was great but after it was done, the bus never showed up and we had to take an Uber back to our hotel
Ok, when I read that it was going to last 6 hours, I wondered how? Let me tell you how, the bus drives around and picks up the guests for the tours, yes two-1 the cruise of the bay and the second is the alligator tour, that took some time and then they take you to the pier for the guests to get off for the boat tour and we continue on to the alligators which is some miles away. The are was nice looking and clean the staff was nice, we had to wait for 15 min for an airboat. When one showed up we all boarded for the ride of our life or we were told this and waiting for the ride to start, and waited but I didn't think much of it if that was what they were talking about. The boats set low in the water so you are closer to the wildlife. The tour guide really tried to keep everyone in a fun mood and I am not sure he succeeded. We saw maybe 4 or 5 alligators the Haran and some birds. I do have to say the tour guide was very knowledgeable and did give us some info. The tour was maybe 30 to 45 min long then taken back to the dock. We didn't see the other items they had if any, it is mentioned they had a jungle path and demonstrations of what I don't know. We had some free time and we bought our lunch and waited for the bus, it was really hot out, when he got there we boarded and took off. I was not very happy to hear and then see we had to take all the guests back to their hotels before we went to the pier for the boat ride. Then the driver tells us that after the boat ride we would have to get an Uber or wait until 6 pm, this started at 9 am, to take us back to our hotels. Seriously??? We didn't go to the boat ride and I should have had a refund due to their schedule not actually being 6 hours long, it is much longer. I see the price here is for $79 and I paid $90 each. I bought mine through Costco Shore Excursions and I think they need to know they are not what they advertise. There are better companies out there that would do a better job, I know this because my sister and I took one a few years ago, I should have found out which one it was. Please don't waste your money here. The bus ride is boring and long. I know I always read reviews and wonder if the person is just someone who complains about everything, so I understand you maybe sceptic what I say. I wish you the best if you do take this tour and I hope you enjoy it. It would be nice to know someone enjoyed it. We didn't.
Rude car driver. After the boat tour he didn't picked us up. After one hour waiting, we took a taxi for USD 50 to come home.
We did see alligators. The air boat was all covered so that was disappointing. The guide was good and the alligator show was as expected
My husband and I booked this because we wanted to do an airboat tour in the Everglades and the millionaire cruise. While we enjoyed both excursions, I would 100% recommend booking them on your own and not through this company. Communication is terrible, and logistics were a nightmare. When we first arrived to the biscayne market, we couldn’t find where to board our bus. There was no sign, and when we stopped at the Island Queen booth (where we were told to go) she told us she didn’t know. We had to call the main Miami Gray Line office to figure it out, which took 10+minutes. Then, after our Everglades adventure, no one told us where to pick up our cruise. We were on the bus for more than two hours because the driver chose to drive past the port to drop people off in their south beach hotels. He kept breaking and gassing, creating a whiplash effect .. again, for two hours. When we arrived back at the port, we went back to the island queen booth. The woman told us my name wasn’t in the system. Again, we called Miami Gray Line again AND texted Víator. The lady from Miami Gray Line mentioned that the driver should have told us where to go. Clearly he didn’t (reminder: incredibly unpleasant drive). It took her 25+ minutes to figure it out (she kept telling me to find Terry — how am I supposed to know who Terry is??) Meanwhile Víator texted us back with the address we were already at??? And said Miami Gray Line sent me an email?? The address is for Biscayne Market, which has 4-5 cruise lines housed there. We were never told which we’d be on. Finally, the Miami Gray Line told us to GO BACK TO ISLAND QUEEN. The girl there finally scanned our ticket and we were able to board. Víator was ZERO HELP. It was also downpouring during this. We got the feeling they were trying to rip people off — most people would not have gone through what we did to get on the cruise. They would have either left or bought another ticket. Again, the excursions were cool, just save yourself the hassle and book a rental car to go to Everglades Holiday Park and buy your own boat cruise.
The Everglades airboat tour was awesome! Our boat guide was very knowledgeable and made sure we were going to see some gators before we left!! We didn’t tour the Biscayne Bay because, for whatever reason unknown to us, the bus driver was dropping people from our tour before the cruise. I’m assuming it is because it was supposed to be only 6 hours in length and it surpassed that time. The bus driver kept stopping on the busy turnpike to check out the bus and we felt very nervous about getting rear ended. He never told us why he kept getting out.
Everglades was ok. At least I got to know the Everglades but I wish the ride went further in. Boat tour was ok too. I was not completely happy nor dissatisfied.
The actual experience was unorganized and their was no direction from the leader. Then we were told the van to go home would be waiting on us. An hour later we finally took an Uber.
Did not adhere well to schedule. Bus had issues, driver did not work clutch well. Took longer than suggested time
Had an amazing time Captain Jeremy was great during the airboat trip. No much sitting area, had to eat stating up.
The tour was ver pleasant. Boat ride on the Bay was good. Very nice to cruise in hot weather. Everglades park was fun. Saw real alligator in the wild. Pick up and drop off was well coordinated. Bus to everglades was late but it was traffic accident so can’t blame the company.
This tour was Excellent.I would recommend .I enjoyed the cruise to the Millionaire homes. The tour guides were all friendly and made us feel very Comfortable.we really had a fabulous time
I am very disappointed with the company. my whole family was waiting for someone from the company to pick us up for a tour and they never showed up. the manager (according to her she was the manager: Rafaela ???) was very rude. We hired a service and I service was not fulfilled. At no time did we receive an email about the change of address from the starting point. In short, the company lied and disappointed a whole family, besides making us miss a day in MIAMI. I do not advise anyone to use any service from this company. I suggest that the manager be dismissed since she was extremely rude and at no time demonstrated to give a solution. She ended the call by saying that she had no more time to waste with us. absurd!
Communication between the tour operator (Gloria) and our initial bus tour guide greeter was pretty good. we were told that morning that because of some miscommunication we couldn’t get picked up at our hotel (it was in Midtown) so we had enough time to Uber to bayside market.. not ideal but they answered my calls in a timely manner and it worked out. The bus ride to the Everglades was alright- about 45 mins but we had to stop halfway to pick up a bus full of people in front of us because their bus broke down- so that made us late to the ever glades... we saw the gator show, and then took the Airboat on the water. Our water guide was great - and it was an easy 5/5 experience for that alone. But there was no time to eat- no time to use the rest rooms and the communication and organization of the bus driver was a 0/5. We were rushed leaving the Everglades afraid to be left behind and by the time we made it back to bayside for the cruise we had ten mins to grab a hotdog and head to the boat. The boat guide was friendly and informative- but 90 minutes for the cruise felt a little too long after such a rushed day. I think the best part of buying this day package was skipping the lines for purchasing the gator show tickets and airboat tickets that looked about 45 min- 1 hour wait time.
It was my first visit to Florida and the Everglades tour is a must !!! We definitely got a eye full of gators such a fun experience. Will be back soon
The bus picking us up was running very late. Thus, for the rest of the day, we felt very rushed. When we got to the Airboat, we almost missed our call because we got in line for food and then had to run down to the boat with food in hand and had no time to actually eat the food until be got off the airboat. The airboat ride was fun and informative. Then, rush back to the bus for the next thing. We had to rush down to the boat for the Bay Cruise. We got our tickets from the bus driver at 2:21 and the boat left at 2:30. He told us to be at the pickup place at a very specific time, which we were, but then he left us waiting for 15 to 20 minutes. It was all very rushed and disorganized and there was not time to eat. I don't know why he was soooooooo late picking us up and then not really able to eat without time to sit and enjoy our food.
Driver of your bus was texting and posting photos to social media while he was transporting passengers Including small children. We had to tell him to put his phone done. This is not a tour you want to book. This company has no regard for their guests safety. We reported them to the authorities.
Everglades airboat tour was cool, worth it. The alligator show afterward lasted for about 5 minutes and was really just a park guide feeding the alligators. You get the opportunity to hold a baby alligator, but he looks pretty out of it, limp, and drugged up. You also tend to feel bad given 50 people are about to hold this poor guy. The Biscayne Bay boat tour is worthless unless you’re into seeing the skyline for about 5 of the 90 minute tour. The rest of the tour is a guide showing you multi-million dollar homes of celebrities. If you’re into that, do this tour. Otherwise, this boat tour has nothing to do with Biscayne Bay, Miami, or wildlife. When they say, look at the “crystal clear waters” for wildlife like manatees, dolphins, and manta rays, it’s a lie. This was mostly dumb and I’ll be calling Viator for a refund of some sort.
Enjoyed the trip to the alligator park. The airboat ride was fun and we did see a couple of wild alligators. The show was short but informative. A major drawback for this tour was the time we spent in the coach picking up others from all different hotels- even a shopping mall! We were in the bus for at least an hour before we even started the journey to the Everglades. Totally unacceptable. We chose to do a combined tour which included the Biscayne Bay celebrity boat tour which we enjoyed. However when we were dropped at the harbour it was an hour before we could board the boat. Overall the trip which was advertised a 6 hours was over 8 hours- not impressed with that!
