Troy gave us an intimate tour of the sights around Bahia Honda, Deer Island Key and Key West. He’s very knowledgeable and brings out information you don’t find on a website.

Our driver Troy was fantastic! We all had a great time seeing all the sites in and around Key West. I would definitely recommend this for a group of friends.

Troy was absolutely the best! The four of us had the best time on our private tour of the Keys. We left Duck Key and stopped a couple of places on our way to Key West. We let Troy know what we wanted to see and do and he added a few other adventures that added to our journey! Troy was very informative about the Keys and surrounding areas. We were able to check-out the local sights in Key West with out having to find a parking place or how to get around. We would highly recommend Troy as your private tour guide in the Keys!

We had an incredible private tour from Marathon to Key West, and it was truly one of the highlights of our time in the Keys. Troy is incredibly knowledgeable and brought the history of the islands to life with fascinating stories, fun facts, and great local insight. Our tour guide/driver Troy was amazing. He gave us several options for stops on our way to Key West. Then he gave us specific detailed options based on what we were interested in seeing. He also narrated the history and unique facts about the areas we were driving thru. He was very easy going which was great for our laid back comical group of friends. He had multiple suggestions for good restaurants and bars. It was a fun, interactive adventure for our group and we would not hesitate to use Up The Keys Tours again.

We just got off the Virgin voyage and had DiDi as our tour guide. She was knowledgeable and took our group on a delightful tour. I especially enjoyed the neighborhood she took us to with the active airstrip the center of the neighborhood (got to see a small plane takeoff from this private airstrip). There were several hidden treasures she got to show us. We enjoyed our time with her immensely. A lot of people come looking for an affordable tour, you can’t go wrong with this one!

Troy was our driver and was the best! He made sure that he gave us information so that we could make choices about where to go and what to see. His knowledge of the Keys and Key West was so entertaining and helpful. Hands down, book this tour! We ranged in age from 4 to 64 and everyone enjoyed a wonderful day of sightseeing and adventure!

Great experience and a lot of fun. It started with a great tour guide who drove us from Marathon to Key West. Our driver Troy went out of his way to make the trip a great experience and shared a lot of history and general information about the keys. Everyone had a great time and would do it again.

This was our first visit to the Florida Keys. We wanted a private tour to get the lay of the land and to get knowledge about the area. Troy picked us up at our rental in Marathon. Troy asked what we wanted to do. Troy offered to show us his favorite things. This turned out perfect for us. We spent more time on our trip to Key West than actually in Key West. Which was exactly what was best for us. We stopped at Troy's favorite restaurants in the lower keys and it was fantastic! We asked Troy to arrange a sunset cruise. Again, it was perfect. We could not have asked for a better day. Thank you, Troy!

Troy was lots of fun and so obliging. He was flexible and knowledgeable. He knew the best spots and swimming in the Atlantic Ocean was a highlight of my holiday in America. Exploring Key West with sunset photos to end the day was magical. I want to come back and explore more of the Keys. You can tell that Troy loves his job!

Our day trip to Key West was perfect for us. Troy arrived at our residence at 11am in a very comfortable van. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and funny. He was available for questions even before the tour started. He provided suggestions of places for us to see and allowed us to tailor the trip to our needs. Whether you’re looking for a low key experience or a lot of big excitement, this is a great tour option I highly recommend!

Scott did a wonderful job keeping us entertained and educated during the entire trip. He was always available at a moments notice to take us to the next location. I would highly recommend and will use them again if we get the chance!

Scott picked us up at our accommodations mid morning and proceeded to WOW us all day. He gave us many options for our trip down to Key West. We had a terrific water front lunch, saw numerous Key deer and loved the bridge view vistas on the Overseas Highway. We toured Key West and had time on our own for shopping and watching the Mallory Square antics. We were four couples and we managed to wear our selves out. Scot was available to assist us at a moments notice and we enjoyed spending time with him and his stories during the drive and during the meals. After our busy day, we were thrilled to not have to drive back to Marathon on our own! Highly recommend this company. We spent a fun afternoon with Maddy. She introduced us to places that we had not visited, despite this being our 4th trip to KW. She is a gracious, typically nice Canadian who aims to please. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to give you a tour of the area. We saw many key deer, a couple of huge alligators and walked the historic bridges of the Keys. She also offered some recommendations of other things to see, restaurants, etc. we were offered cold water and granola bar during the tour. The van is comfortable and very nice. She offered to stop at a local coffee shop to grab some coffee but we had just eaten lunch before the tour. Put this tour on your to do list, especially if it’s your first trip to the Keys.

We booked a private trip for 10 of us from Key West up to Marathon with 4 other stops on various keys for our own personal booze cruise. Maddy was awesome helping me choose some fun sites for our group. The van was prompt on pickup and was very open to letting us navigate our day if we wanted to make any last minute changes. I would definitely recommend!

This was a private tour, meaning just the two of us were on the 15 person van. We rented a car for our Keys trip, so it was kinda odd that we did this. I thought it was more of a "party" trip with others. For some reason, I also thought beverages were included; they are not, except water. The driver was wonderful and knew lots about the Keys and Key West in particular. You don't actually stop anywhere though. You get driven past the sight seeing highlights in Key West, which helps you get the lay of the land. Hours of free time and sun set watching on your own. Key West is plenty walkable so it was fun. I just wouldn't spend this much money to be driven anywhere again. To be clear, although I was confused on what the tour involved, the tour company called me the day before and made it clear we would not be stopping anywhere, just driving past sites.

Meghan was so friendly and informative. We learned a lot of local history from her. Her tips of where to go on the island were spot on. Mikey was very accommodating and friendly. He got us home safe and sound. Highly recommend!

Kim is AWESOME!! She took a large group of us from Key West up to the two Breweries in Islamorada. We made a lot of pits stops along the way and back ... She kept us on task and told us a lot about the areas and sites as we made the drive. I HIGHLY recommend contacting Kim if your needing a tour guide/driver. KIM ROCKS!!!

Kim is the best. She picked up our group of 10 adults and took us to our choice of breweries and bars up the Keys. She was entertaining and kept us informed of where we were and lots of great information.

Even though UTK is based in Key West, the driver kindly agreed to pick us up from our hotel in Marathon. He was knowledgeable, kind, and fun to chat with throughout the tour. He made sure that we got to see all of the cool stuff the Keys has to offer, including the history of bridges, finding Key deer in the backroads of Big Pine Key, and pointing out the gator at Blue Hole. This is a great trip! Even though my husband and I were the only two who booked that day, they still did the trip no problem. Highly recommend to get a little taste of the Keys out in nature.

On Jan. 15th our party of 4 used Up The Keys to transport us to Key West and give us the opportunity to sit back, relax, and drink some adult beverages. Riding with Kim was a great find. Kim is very personable, knowledgeable, and made our trip quite enjoyable. Thanks Kim! We may see you again on a future trip.

Kim was an excellent tour guide and driver. She explained everything we asked and things that she thought we would be interested in. She took us off the route along the way to show us a cul-de-sac that has airplane hangers instead of car garages with a very small take off strip down the middle. Who would think of that? She was friendly and enthusiastic while driving us from Marathon to Key West including the awful traffic in Key West. All 8 of us would do it again! It's worth every penny!! Thank you Kim for safely and entertainingly getting us to and from Key West!!
