We had a great time with Mangrove Mike. He was very informative, took pictures and sent them to us. We never felt rushed. We all had fun. The tandem kayaks are not tippy feeling and we felt safe.

This is a great adventure activity. Our guide was very knowledgeable about all the flora and fauna in the area. It was a relaxed pace suitable for everyone.
We had a great guided tour with Matt. He was very knowledgeable and told a few corny jokes. We were disappointed we didn’t see any manatees or wildlife other than a small stingray and a few birds, but realize that is out of anyone’s control. One suggestion, wish they provided dry bags to use on the tour. Overall a nice experience.
Our kayak guided tour was fun and educational. 2 hours was the perfect length of time to be on the water and experience wildlife. We floated with 3 manatees! Out guide Britany was exceptional! Her knowledge and paddling experience made our experience 5 star.
This was a fantastic experience! We saw a multitude of manatees, nurse sharks, birds, jellyfish, etc. Of course it’s going to depend on the day and factors outside of the guides’ control what wildlife you may see on your tour. We were very lucky. The guides were exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly and able to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend this tour! It was the highlight of our trip to Key Largo.
Great combination of a little challenging as we navigated the mangroves and easy enjoyment in other areas. Guide pointed out local wildlife, took photos of our group and kept us all safe. Fun time!!!
Brittany a d Michelle were amazing and we had a perfect day Saw lots of creatures and got a nice swim too
We saw ALL the Manatees! From the dock to the tunnel.
Matt was knowledgeable, fun and a great guide. We found a manatee that followed our group through the channels and it was awesome.
We had a great time enjoying exploring the waterways looking for wildlife and learning about the ecosystem from our excellent guide Matt.
Excellent, Jack our guide was very informative. We seen a dolphin and a mom and baby Manatee, they were right beside our kayaks. It was a great experience back thru the Mangroves.
My husband & I started our Florida activities with this kayaking event. We were fortunate enough to see a momma manatee & her baby. Matt was a wonderful guide, full of knowledge at a young age… he was super pleasant & fun, bad jokes included!
We had a great time! Matt was a very knowledgeable and professional guide.
We had a great experience kayaking through the mangroves. We saw several species of birds, dolphins, tree crabs and a stingray. Brittany was our guide and she was very knowledgeable on the variety of animals we encountered.
Didn’t see many animals but still had a good time
The tour was great, an easy paddle to the manatees favorite spots. Our guide, Matt, was very informative and fun to chat with. We were blessed, on our way out of a canal we found a mama manatee and her two babies, they hung out with us and posed for many pictures!
Matt was a great tour guide! He knew right where the manatees were and we got an up close experience with them! Very cool!
Great tour with Matt! He was very knowledgeable about the area and took us right to where the manatees were and we had an up close experience! Very cool!
Britney was a Great tour guide and we had an awesome kayak adventure. It was two hours and we loved every minute of it. Manatees, mangrove tunnel, fish, crabs and a swim area. Highly recommend.
We were in a canal that had boats and jet skis in amd out. No manatees and just paddle by the mangroves. Nothing as advertised or expected.
We had so much fun and got to save a sea turtle.
We had a great time on our eco tour with our guide, Matt. He was very knowledgeable about the local wildlife. Unfortunately we did not get to see a manatee on our tour, but it was still a nice way to see the waterways.
We had a great time! The guide was fun, the weather was nice. We had manatee floating around us, that was a bonus!
It was an amazing experience! I have never been kayaking before, but that didn’t even matter. I highly recommend!
it was amazing! our guide, keith, was very knowledgeable and made the experience a 10/10! made us feel like we were family.
Our guide Matt was awesome! We enjoyed a beautiful trip around the mangroves.
My wife and I had a great time on the water, kayaking through the mangroves. Keith, our guide, was great and shared his knowledge of the sea life we encountered along the way. Overall, it was a great experience.
Kayaking in Key Largo was a great experience. We went specifically hoping to spot manatees, but unfortunately we didn’t see any during our trip. That said, the guides were friendly, safety-focused, and explained what to look for and why conditions can affect sightings. The paddle itself was beautiful—quiet water, great scenery, and a relaxing way to spend time out on the bay. Even without manatees, it felt like a fun, worthwhile outing. We did see some dolphins at the end of our trip.
This was a great kayak tour. We got lucky and saw manatees! Jack was amazing and we loved every minute of it.
Annual kayaking tour! We love this experience, every year we’ve seen something new. Our tour guide, Matt, was great and has jokes, he was great. Can’t wait until next year!
This was an excellent two hour tour. Matt was an excellent guide, personable, knowledgeable, and even a bit funny. My wife and I chose SUPs and we very much enjoyed ourselves. We didn't see any wildlife and we didn't go into the mangrove tunnels because of the mosquitoes. Nonetheless with a terrific way to spend the morning! And all the rest of the staff at Paddle were lovel! 5 stars!
The tour was very informative in a very interesting manner. We learned a great deal about the mangroves and the history of the area. We also saw a lot of wildlife! Highly recommend this tour!
Murky water is scary. Definitely would not do it solo. Especially not that good at paddle boarding. Keith was a wonderful guide, positive and supportive. We didn't see any manatees cause it's nature, they're random. But was so fun!
We really enjoyed our morning kayaking through the mangroves with Matt today. The team looked after us and it was a great experience. Unfortunately we didn’t see any marine mammals but that’s nature for you! Highly recommend this trip 😊
Our guide Brittany was so nice and fun. She did an amazing job keeping us safe from boats as July 4 weekend was super busy
The kayaking was fun and the views and mangroves were beautiful. It was a little tough to paddle back because of the current and navigating around boat traffic was tricky at times. But our guide did a great job of making sure we were all good and giving us fun facts. We did not get to see any manatees which was sad, sounds like they are mostly there in the spring.
Everything was really great. We had good weather. We were paddling against the current on the way in and Against the Wind on the way out , but none of it was particularly difficult. Unfortunately we didn't see much wildlife, no manatees sadly. But you can't predict these things and just being out on the water was still delightful. Keith took us to a swimming hole where my son got to jump off of a mangrove tree branch a couple of times into the deeper water. Well worth it!
Even though the manatees were elusive, our trip guide, Matt, still made the trip fun. We paddled through a mangrove tunnel and saw the beauty of the "walking trees" and all they have to offer. We watched a cormorant dive for fish and baby green herons jump on limbs.
This was a highlight of our trip! Kayaking in the mangrove tunnel was great! Loved that we could jump in and cool off under the trees. Our guide was wonderful and you could tell he really enjoys what he does and loves the wildlife. We even caught a glimpse of a manatee. Highly recommend this for families. Our teenage son and 11 yr old were in one kayak together, and my husband and I each had one of our smaller children in our two person kayaks. Was great for all levels of experience.
Bring bug spray for the mangrove tunnel!! Matt was an amazing instructor & had tons of information about wildlife around!
It was a very convenient kayak trip. Easy to do. Our guide, Brittany, was very helpful and informative. It was very interesting kayaking through the mangroves and sing the sights.
Great tour. Seen a lot of wildlife. Keith was very informative and did a great job showing animals we missed and explaining info about them.
For our first time in the Florida Keys we knew a kayak tour was a must. So glad we went with Paddle! Our guide, Ryan, was stellar and provided so much information. The route was easy to navigate and Ryan took the plot twists of conditions in stride. Sadly we didn’t see any manatees but we are in their home and on their schedule. Saw many other cool birds and wildlife though! Don’t forget your water, sunscreen and bug spray! Thanks for this great family outing!
Tour was great. Seen a lot of fish, crabs, birds, and more. Keith did a great job guiding the tour and explaining the wildlife we seen and pointing out a lot we would have missed without him.
This was a wonderful experience. The kayaking was not difficult, and the scenery was amazing. We didn’t get to see wildlife. We went in late June. My husband and 4 year old shared a kayak, and the little one did great. No issues. My 17 year old loved it.
Paddle Mangroves and Manatee Tour was amazing! My husband and I are seniors who enjoy canoeing and kayaking who ended up in a family of 5 with three teenagers along with our guide Britney. She quickly learned our names and we started the tour on the dock where she coaxed nurse sharks that were living by the cast off area. At no point did we feel to have less ability than the younger people in the group. Britney was great in giving tips on the best place to paddle that would consume the least amount of effort based on the water’s current. She communicated safe practices and seemed to be always present when we needed her! I had a mosquito on my face and she was there with spray. When there were birds or fish to see she was there to point them out. When there was another family, not in our group, but who did not know they needed spray she stopped them and supplied bug spray because they needed it. Britany knew where the Green Heron fledglings were and pointed them out quietly so that everyone in our group could see them. Most importantly she heard that jet skiers were coming into the tunnel we were paddling in and made sure she would be first to see them in case they continued coming in to where we were. It did not happen but she was ready to protect us if they had. I cannot say enough about Britney - we had a 5-star experience!
Keith was an amazing tour guide who encouraged us to try new things and made sure we had an incredible time. I highly recommend going here to get the best experience for your money. It made my birthday trip so special!
Matt was great 5 stars! He towed me !
Nah. Boring. Go elsewhere. Do your research especially if you are beginner because you will be competing with boats and sometimes currents in the water. Guide was awful and left people behind.
Was nice took a paddle board and wish I would have taken a kayak. The paddle boards don’t have backs on them so I started to get sore as I can’t balance well to stand which would have been more comfortable once out of mangroves. The gentleman behind me I was worried wasn’t going to make it as he was so sore and uncomfortable and couldn’t paddle well on the paddle board . I would recommend taking a kayaking if you can sit and are ok ducking under trees a bit in the mangroves. My legs wouldn’t have cramped as much in a kayak. Our guide was very nice shared great facts with us.
