Manatee, Dolphin And 10,000 Islands Sunset Cruise!

We had a fantastic time. Our Captain Wes was phenomenal he pointed out all types of birds for us circled back to make sure we didn’t miss anything and was able to locate 2 pods of dolphins and get them to play in the wake of the boat jumping out of the water and all and we saw a beautiful sunset. We would definitely recommend this tour. It is something we will never forget

This cruise was nice. Needs a bigger pontoon. For the price I feel at least a bottle of water could have been given out. It was warm and a drink would have been nice

Only saw birds. Our guide tried to find manatees and dolphins but no luck.

I searched for a place near Fort Lauderdale, viator shows results of places that are hours away with no indication how far away it is. I selected a place not knowing that they showed results 2 hours away . This was not evident on the booking confirmation until i called for location. Unfortunately, it wS within 24 hour no refund window and thus wasted $250. I talked to.viator and business owner they were unwilling to acknowledge that the distance away from my search area should’ve been provided and thus did not give a refund.

(Went in July) would recommend bringing some mosquito or bug spray which I wasn’t aware of. There was a lot of mosquitos out on the beach we went to the for the sunset cruise, and picking shells, as well as quite a few mosquitoes once dusk hit and we would make various stops or go slower on the boat. Every booking experience is different. This trip we did not see any manatees, but did see a couple dolphins and various birds around the area, also a lot of aligators. Captain John made it a great experience. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the wildlife, and had a great sense of humor which made it a very fun experience. I would definetly recommend going on sunset cruise and requesting it with captain John if possible.

5/5 — Perfect family sunset cruise We had such a wonderful experience on this sunset cruise through the Everglades and Ten Thousand Islands. The scenery was absolutely beautiful — dolphins, wildlife, quiet beaches, gorgeous shells, and one of the most stunning sunsets we’ve seen in Florida. Captain John was amazing. He was incredibly kind and patient with my very talkative 5-year-old and made the whole experience feel relaxed and family-friendly. He was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and genuinely pleasant company for families with kids. My son had the best time exploring the little shell beaches and riding on the boat. One thing we really appreciated was that they allowed us to bring our dog for an additional fee, which made the trip even more special for our family. Not many tours are this accommodating. The tour felt peaceful, personal, and very authentic Florida — not rushed or overcrowded. We would absolutely do it again next time we’re in Naples/Marco Island. Highly recommend for families, nature lovers, and anyone wanting a memorable sunset experience. BUT!!! Put on bug spray immediately upon return and docking!!! Eaten alive instantly off the doc, hurried to shut my car doors and still had about 30 to kill on the drive home.

We had the best time with Capitan Wes! We saw three different manatees and so many birds, including ospreys and their nests! We also had a magical experience with dolphins riding in our wake and jumping around! Capt Wes was so knowledgeable and really made the trip great! Definitely recommend this tour!

The tour was awesome. Captain Chris was very informative. The sunset was amazing and the stop to look for shells was unexpected but awesome. Only wish the dolphins and manatees were more cooperative and come to visit with us. Highly recommended.

What a great 3 hrs! We saw manatees including mama & baby, alligators and the best part was the dolphins! Our captain,WES, made sure we would find them and we did. We even unintentionally came upon 2 dolphins in a feeding frenzy gobbling up mullet and the mullet were flying everywhere! Even the captain said this is a rare treat to see We highly recommend this tour with Captain Wes

Bring a Jacket. Gets a little chilly riding back. The manatees were really neat. We learned a few things we never knew about them. We did not see any dolphins on our trip but the experience was fun. Captain Chris is a great guide! We enjoyed our Valentine’s evening with some delightful people!

Wonderful experience, Chris was the best guide; very kind, even lent his jacket to my husband when the evening turned colder than anticipated. Saw a large group of manatee and some beautiful birds. The sunset was picture perfect.

We had our tour with Wes and it was incredible. We saw manatees, alligators, and dolphins! Wes got us so close to them and was great at spotting. Amazing day!

Cpt Chris was a great guide. Saw manatees, had dolphins swim along side the boat and then the beautiful view of the sunset over the gulf. Only issue, no washrooms available at the Ship Store. A great 3 hour tour!

Fun little cruise with Captain John. We saw manatees, a crocodile, many different birds and dolphins, too! We enjoyed relaxing a bit and collecting shells on the island. I found several small conch type shells. We brought a bottle of wine and really enjoyed the lovely atmosphere and sunset! We definitely recommend cruising with Captain John. He made the trip fun and interesting.

Excellent cruise for viewing wildlife. We saw a number of Manatees, an alligator and a number of dolphins who swam along with our boat and jumped out of the water.

We did this sunset cruise and it was hands down an amazing experience. Our captain Wes was phenomenal. He made it an all around great experience, with lots of fun and laughter. He was great at seeking out the sea animals for us to view. The sunset view he lined our boat up for was breathtaking. I highley recommend this experience and captin Wes.

It was a very enjoyable excursion. We are definitely planning on going again. The next time we go we will try to go earlier in the day. However, watching the sunset was absolutely beautiful.

We had a wonderful time exploring the region with Wes. The manatees proved bashful, but Wes knew where to find the dolphins and he got them playing in the boat's wake and it was magical. The 3:30 ride in December provided a gorgeous sunset. My father, husband, daughter, and I had a fantastic time.

We had a great time on our Manatee, dolphin and sunset cruise. It will be a wonderful memory of our trip to Marco Island. We were able to see manatees, dolphins, lots of birds and a beautiful sunset.

Gorgeous sunset ! Captain Paul was very knowledgable about the area , the history and pointed out local wildlife. He has a great sense of humor and ensured we had a wonderful experience. Pack your favorite snacks and drinks and bring a jacket or beach blanket as it gets rather cool after sunset.

John was exceptional and a wealth of fun facts. To no fault of his, we kind of struck out animal wise seeing a gator and some birds but no manatee, dolphins, turtles or sharks. That said, John is like a Disney Jungle Cruise guide spewing out one liners and puns faster than you can keep up while layering in loads of interesting information and stories. The sunset was gorgeous and picking up shells on the island was very cool!

This was an enjoyable experience and Captain John was very knowledgeable of the plant and animal life in the region. The trip was relaxing.

Our guide, John, was very knowledgeable and entertaining! He answered all of our questions and did everything possible to show us alligators, manatees, and dolphins. If he could’ve cleared the clouds to show us a sunset he would’ve. Highly recommend!

If you are a solo traveler on a tight schedule and want to maximize your Florida visit, maybe avoid the mistake I did and do not book this tour if you have only one day in Naples and can't reschedule. This tour requires a minimum of two persons, if you are unlucky and are the only one booked, they will cancel even if you offer to pay for a second person. It was handled professionally and I did receive a full refund. Good thing I found an alternative tour last minute.

The trip was fun and the captain was excellent. It should have left a bit later as the sun set was a long wait. We had excellent weather.

What a beautiful place to see and a fun tour! We had a wonderful time even though the manatees didn't show themselves. We were able to take our dog and he seemed to enjoy looking for manatees as well. The sunset was perfect. We will do this again.

It was a great sunset viewing but unfortunately we were unable to locate the fish. We saw a couple dolphins but no manatees. Maybe bringing fish on bard to feed them, may draw them closer.

They say there’s always a risk of no animal sightings, and they were right. Nice area. Tour guide not especially knowledgeable about marine biology

We did the 2.5 hour fishing trip with Jimmy and Virginia! It was fabulous. Our grandkids had a blast. We all caught fish. 3 Goliath grouper, red snapper, jack, catfish and even a hammerhead shark. It was a blast. We saw a bobcat swimming from one island to another and saw a gator. It was perfect!

On Valentine’s Day my husband and friends did this tour to celebrate valentine’s Day and my husband‘s birthday. We had Captain Brian. He was exceptional. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great trip. We were very fortunate to see a very large alligator within minutes of going out and then finding a manatee and having a really good view of it. And then a few minutes later, seeing some dolphins. This was about in the first 45 minutes of the trip. Phenomenal. Then we went out into the ocean to a sandbank and collected some shells. And then Captain Brian was able to position us in a great position to see a beautiful sunset despite the clouds. this was our second booking with this company, and I am going to be booking another one for a couple weeks from now. Highly recommend!
