it was ok overall but i didn’t understand why Taylor Swift(whose not as famous as Michael, Elvis, Beyoncé, MARILYN who wasn’t there or Rihanna) had her own room.. what has Taylor done to have her own room out of the presidents, LEGENDS?!?!?! it shows whoever made this museum set up is very biased and favors taylor. Michael Jackson just had a movie released and he’s a legend, he didn’t even have his own room. i won’t be back

This madame Tussauds is very small compared to others we've been to and the price does not reflect this. Very limited and overpriced.
I didn't know what to expect and I'm happy I didn't expect much because I loved it you also learned knowledge about each person that you didn't know. It was like a little bit of celebrity history. I would go back again everytime they added someone new.
It was fun lifelike and so much to to there i would definitely recommend it to others!l
Too much charges for a very short visit. I’ve been to waxing museum in England and there’s no comparison between this one and the one that is in England. Some of the statues hardly resemble the original Person.
My wife and I had a wonderful time at the wax Museum. The wax people looked so real some was taller than than the real celebrities that they portrayed but it was ok.
Enjoyed our time exploring all of the museum. So much more than we expected. The staff (that actually greeted us) was very friendly and willing to help us. That is rare these days. Mitzi helped us avoid a very difficult issue, and did so gleefully and very professionally. The hospitality industry could use more like her!
We had a great time at Madame Tussauds. The exhibits were fun, interactive, and entertaining for all ages. One of the highlights was watching the informative videos that explained the fascinating process of how the wax figures are created. It was interesting to see the amount of artistry, detail, and craftsmanship that goes into each figure. Of course, the best part was taking pictures with all the celebrity wax figures. The likenesses were incredibly realistic, making for some fun and memorable photo opportunities. Overall, this was an enjoyable attraction that combined entertainment with education. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a unique and interactive experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Very impressive and entertaining. I love the Wax of Celebrities. And the historical people. They look so real
The staff were extremely friendly and kind. We even received some fun facts throughout the tour as well! Highly recommend if you’re in the area.
If you're looking for something to do in the Orlando area a trip through the Madame Tussauds wax museum fits the bill. It is located in the ICON Park next to the Orlando Eye and Sea Life Aquarium. I expected it to be all movie stars, but it was much more. They had lots of historical figures, sports stars, important people and of course, lots of movie stars as well. Some of the wax figures look extremely real, I actually wondered if the real person was really there for the day, lol. I enjoyed strolling through all of the wax figures. It's a nice family activity to do to get out of the Orlando heat for an hour or so.
Don’t have anything bad to say the place was clean the staff was nice i even got to get my hand waxed with my son for a mold to take home
We really enjoyed seeing all of the sports figures, super hero’s, entertainers, and political wax figures. It was a little walk through history and we really had fun. I never knew that this madam was a real person in the 1700’s.
Great exhibit, more than I expected, better than the one in Las Vegas although a few more exhibits or a short 4d film like in Las Vegas would make this exhibit elite to others around the country. Expect to spend 30 to 45 minutes depending how many pictures you take throughout the exhibit.
Had the best time ever and Mickey helped me out a lot and treated me with such respect
I officially hate this company I purchased 5 tickets valued over 200 dollars for two attractions, and was turned around at one of the attractions due to them being closed for the day. I booked my tour at 5:30 pm and went to first tour but when I made it to the second attraction I was told they closed at 6pm Viator doesn’t care about refunding money if you didn’t get what you paid for.
The kids were so impressed by how realistic they were.
It was amazing every wax figure was just so cool and I enjoyed taking pics with all of them . I will definitely be going back
The attraction was amazong to see. I enjoyed taking photos of my favorite actors and actress. It was a great experience.
I really enjoyed Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum in Orlando. I scheduled through the Viator app but wanted to visit Madame Tussaud's earlier than scheduled. I was able to do this and that made the overall experience that much more enjoyable.
We've been to several Madame Tussauds around the world, but believe it or not, we had never gone to the closest one to our home. First of all, ICON Park is a fantastic area with bustling restaurants, music, and attractions. This wax museum is such a fun spot to bring your entire family! They look so real to the artists. It will take you about 1 hour to go through it all and take some awesome photos.
This was a great experience. I loved seeing the different entertainers in their wax form. The scenes we cool! You have to try the hand wax mold!
It's cool getting to see famous wax figures. It's always exciting to see who is around the corner. When visiting Orlando please visit.
We had a great time ! Took a lot of pictures with famous people! We found the experience very interesting!
We had a blast! I took a group of teenagers for my daughters birthday and they really enjoyed themselves. There was so much to see. I will be back it was definitely an experience.
It was great experience. Wax figures are so real. It located in Icon Park which is one of the coolest places.
It was very fun and it had all of my fave celebrities and my favorite soccer player! MESSI!!!!!! And I met more like the president!
We had never been to a wax museum and WOW was this fun! The figures were so detailed and their faces were like they were alive, lol. We were totally pleasantly surprised. We loved it. And kudos to the lady selling the tickets. We bought our tickets months ago online as a package deal (Wax Museum, EyeOrlando and SeaLife) for a different day visit than today. We forgot we booked it for a specific day. She nicely went into the computer and changed the date to today. She did it with a smile and we appreciate that! And YES! Buy the package deal. Its a bargain for this area and we really enjoyed ALL 3 attractions.
Fun little experience with family .room fun pics with great life sized wax figures . The art pieces look realistic and updated from what we experienced.
It was amazing to be surrounded by so many prominent American (wax) figures. I got to sit in the Oval Office, which was so cool.
Absolutely beautiful experience! Especially loved the Olivia Newton John and John Travolta figures! So realistic and beautifully displayed!
Loved the Rock and psycho feature. Had fun going through this wax museum. Lots of characters and themes that I have not seen in other Madame Tussaud locations.
This was okay. As part of a ticket for the aquarium and Orlando Eye, it’s better. I’ve seen a few of these over the years so was a bit underwhelmed. Location is Icon Park.
Great wax museum from singers to actors to presidents, inventors, and sports figures something for everyone to enjoy.
My daughter and I loved every moment of this experience! It was simply amazing and so much fun! I can’t wait to revisit and see what's new! Highly recommend!
All the family enjoyed visiting. Was worth it for the marginal cost of $10 as we were going to see the Orlando Wheel. It's much smaller than the one we've been to in London but had the big stars. We were in and out in just under an hour.
So many celebrities!Took great shots with all of them.I enjoyed interactive activities.Recomend !!!!¡!!!!!!!!!!!!
Will call got super sick and wasn't able to attend 😪 trying to contact customer service. Can't seem to find a number so submitting an email
- Enjoyable pace. Im officially an old geezer. So, the fast action and frantic excitement of Orlando that appeals to the young family types does nothing for me,... so this was a welcome attraction. This is also a darkened, cool INSIDE attraction, so it will be welcome when Florida's summer heat and humidity makes your dentures melt. - Famous people and characters. Most of the people portrayed in the museum are immediately recognizable to most Americans...maybe not so much to foreigners. But, it was a good learning experience for anyone willing to read the info plaques that accompany each display. - Amazing and lifelike. The figures were not always recognizable to me (who is Bad Bunny??), but they are all extremely lifelike. And I mean down to the last hair and skin follicle When you tale pictures, adjust the foto angle right so the character is looking right into the camera..., and people will swear you were hanging out with the real deal. - The Facility Clean and well organized, with a welcoming staff. Cons - Tiresome promotion I didnt like the sales hustle, and the constant upselling... for example, they hustle foto packages at entrance and exit, and they make you leave through an overpriced souvenir shop. I don't like that anywhere - this is no exception. It's an Orlando Tourist Trap, so I get it. But I turn a blind eye to it. - Pop culture The focus is on pop culture...I feel it could have less of that and a greater focus on significant contributors in history. But, yeah, it's for global tourists as much as anyone. And Jennifer Lopez is way more recognizable than Winston Churchill. - Price The full admission price is reasonable, considering what it takes to maintain such a venue. BUT, there is no senior, veteran or military discount. For me that's a deal-breaker. I will come back if they fix that. SCORE: 7.5 out of 10
As someone who was born ten minutes walk from Madame Tussards, London and who has visited it frequently, I was looking far more for $35.00 than I actually got. I can honestly say this was the worst visitor attraction I have ever been to in my life. Orlando is supposed to be America's premier tourist area. But what? Trump and Harris and a couple of other Presidents and that's it? You could have had a cavalcade of every President the US ever had. And then what? A few comic book characters, 'stars' few outside the US have heard of and NO BRITISH ROYALS! It was dire, just dire. I was in and out inside half an hour and it is the one place I won't bother visiting next time I am in Orlando.
Went here for private event for our meeting in Orlando and it was entertaining and fun. We also had VERY creative food and drink stations along the way as we toured the exhibits. Many exhibits allow you to interact and take photos which was alot of fun. We did not know what to expect but it turned out to be an awesome venue for entertainment, food and drink. Thanks ConnectWise and Madame Tussauds !
I always enjoy visiting Madame Tussauds in the places I've visited that have one but this one left me feeling a bit deflated. The wax models are of course excellent and very accurate as you'd expect for Madame Tussauds, however the place just isn't very big and for that reason it didn't feel very good value for money compared to some of the other Madame Tussauds' I've visited. It was a nice way to spend an hour but if you're on a budget and you'd like to do an activity where you're going to get good value for money then I'd probably suggest giving this one a miss - if you can afford it and don't mind the fact that it's not very big then give it a go!
The museum was an awesome experience! My wife got her hands coated in wax to create her own casting. The figures are so realistic, and really show you the true build of the actual celebrities, which is a real eye opener. Definitely recommend it!
This is my second time going to Madame Tussauds in Orlando with my mom. We had a blast like the first time that we came. They did have a couple new figures on display and had moved a couple of them around to a couple of different spots. Its so neat to see how life like they are and to see how much time goes into each figure that is on display. Worth going back.
Each attraction was great. A little confusion with VR Pods included in ticket but it was remedied eventually. Great sea aquarium for the location. Great Orlando Eye - the recording was interesting detailing points of interests from the top of the eye. Wax museum had awesome celebrities.
We all really enjoyed it here. It’s not the biggest MT in the world but it has a great selection of figures and some really nice scenes to take pictures with. Buy tickets as part of a package for the best value here.
Nice place to visit, have a lot of 😊 Definitely will come visit again, kids had a lot of fun visiting the museum and the acuariun
Everything was great. There were a lot of wax figures for everyone. I just wish they had wax figures such as Marilyn Monroe, The Rock etc.. The whole tour took about 1 hour and the Sea life Aquarium was about 45 minutes to 1 hour. My family had a blast. Everyone working there was nice. If you had a question, they were quick to answer. Would do again when in Orlando. It is in a nice location. It is located in Icon park. Free parking between the 4th and 7th floor. There are a lot of restaurants and souvenir Shops. Fun for the whole family.
Very impressive, staff very friendly and professional. Exhibit will blow you away.. will not regret the experience, very informative.
We had an amazing experience! The location has various things to do. The Museum itself is amazing - great wax figures and great layout.
