Luxury Powerboat Dolphin/manatee Watch In Daytona Beach

Very nice slow pace cruise on the Halifax river. We did see a few dolphins playing and Capt. Randy turned around and stopped for us to watch/take pictures. Only disappointment was that I expected a tour guide experience pointing out the history of the river and historical sites along the route. Capt. was very friendly and polite, just quiet.

We had a great time! We saw a bunch of dolphins and the scenery was beautiful. Free water and soda was a pleasant surprise.

Everything was wonderful, we saw dolphins playing which was amazing. Great experience highly recommend. The captain and crew were excellent they located the dolphins and put us as close as possible. My grandchildren were amazed as well as excited.

The marina is easy to find and well maintained. The boat was clean and comfortable. The two boat captains were personable and professional.

Do not waste your money. Unfriendly hosts. It was boring, we went very slow and back and forth in the same area of river. Out there long enough for me to drink one beer. Seeing some dolphins was cool, but nothing was mentioned about manatees.

Captain Randy is a very calm and pleasant person. Our catamaran trip was perfect for us - just a nice cruise on the outstanding Howling Owl with no fanfare. We saw several dolphins and one sea turtle which Randy pointed out to us. The vessel itself is comfortable and clean. I recommend this cruise if you're interested in a quiet and relaxing experience.

It was a nice cruise up the river. We saw some dolphins right when we got back near the dock and the captain turned and went back across the river, so we got a better view!

Staff was very nice. We saw no sea life except for one manatee. actually saw more sea life back at the hotel. Very overpriced for a boat ride, which is basically what we got. would recommend the morning booking I think that’s when you probably would see more sea life.

Captain Randy’s catamaran was the perfect way for us to see the Halifax River with our 8 year old grandson.

We loved the tour. It was so beautiful and we got to see a dolphin and a manatee. Our host was very nice..Thank you so much.

It’s a wonderful experience. A private tour. Didn’t see the Dolphin because of the weather but we saw the manatees at the dock and that’s neat

We were disappointed. The sails were never put up on our trip. We saw two dolphins from afar. That was it. Can’t recommend this trip.

We enjoyed their trip from start to finish! It was relaxing with perfect weather. We had one other couple with us! The captain and crew member were very nice and helpful pointing out when we did see some dolphins!

This trip was so worth it!! We saw so many dolphins and the boat was really nice! The staff was great and I loved that the group size stays small so there’s plenty of room for everyone.

This was a nice and pleasant experience. The weather was good and being on the catamaran was a neat experience. I will say that the event is billed as an opportunity to see dolphins and manatees and it may be over sold in that regard. They made no attempts to see manatees for some reason. We did see some dolphins out in the distance and got a little closer to them. But you could barely see them and it was nothing that I could not have seen from another boat or even from shore. So that part was lame. But I did enjoy just getting out there on a sail boat for a few hours.

I was greeted by the captain with a very cheerful and enthusiastic hello. That eased any negative thought I had as this was my first catamaran experience. The boat was beautiful, clean, and did I mention beautiful??? After our brief safety meeting we were allowed to move along the edge to get seated in the front of the boat. This was the best part as when we went over waves you get a bit wet. On such a warm day, it was very much welcomed. While we only saw dolphins off in the distance, the experience was still a 10/10 for me.

This was a friendly, and fun sail down the Halifax River with Captain Ken. The boat was clean and "Shipshape and Bristol fashion." We saw a lot of dolphins. It's always interesting meeting the other guests and talking to them. A beautiful sail. We got back to port just before the rain even though it was supposed to rain all day. A great experience.

Had a very enjoyable sail on the Halifax River. Definitely recommend if you want to have a relaxing afternoon. The dolphins were wonderful to see.

It was a great activity to do even on a chilly and windy day. They have a warm enclosed area and they offered blankets for those who wanted to sit outside in the wind. We saw a sea turtle on the doc and a few dolphins on the river. Great boat adventure would recommend to anyone. I was even on crutches and no issues. The sailing team was friendly and fun!!

It’s a fun trip up the Halifax River (intercostal waterway) from the Seabreeze Bridge up to Holly Hill. It’s not too long, so you can plan for other activities after the trip. The catamaran is spacious. Plenty of room to stand or sit inside. You can also sit up front or lie on the webbing if you’re adventurous. We did see some dolphins in the water. Bring binoculars if you can. Lots of birds diving in the water (I watched a cormorant do some serious fishing.) The price is quite reasonable.

Captain Randy was great! He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions with a smile. He maneuvered the catamaran expertly, allowing us to see numerous dolphins. The catamaran was very clean and comfortable. Even though the day was chilly, we were in an interior section that was protected from the weather. Cold water and soft drinks are provided. We recommend this trip very highly.

We experienced a nice trip on the catamaran. The weather was cool but the trip was a great trip. We sat on the front with the wind in our faces enjoying the views!

Very relaxing. We saw some dolphins which made the kids day. The captain was nice and answered any questions. It was nice to have the entire boat to ourselves!

The sail was great, the catamaran was very spacious with a very intimate group. We didn’t see any dolphins, but we had a great time enjoying the weather and conversing with one another.

Such a great experience! CPT Randy knee just how much to engage in conversation and let everyone enjoy the experience. He played great music that didn’t overwhelm conversation. It was perfect.

Very nice gentle ride. We were lucky enough to spot a pod of 4 who played around and under the boat for quite some time!

This said it was a manatee and dolphin watching trip. We saw nothing but mansions on both sides of the river. The captain only spoke once pointing out the mansion belonging to the creator of nascar. When it was over I asked about the manatees and he said they were gone for the winter. I said I thought that should have been made clear in the ad but he disagreed. It was a pleasant ride but I would never have paid that much for just a 90 minute ride up and back down a bit of the river. The only good that came out of it is he told us about Blue Springs State Park where the manatees go this time of year. We went the next day and it was wonderful. $6 to park the car is the only cost!

We had an awesome time. Our sunset cruise included three generations from 50 to infancy. Captain Andrew provided life vests for the two youngest and when they became uncomfortable in the vests he suggested they move inside making them very happy. During the trip the kids got to steer the ship and we got some great photos. Speedy was exceptional including the kids in the trivia game and providing prizes when they got the correct answer. Dakota was new to the crew - she will be a great crew member as well. The crew were very knowledgeable about the lagoon and wildlife. Highly recommend!

I messed up and scheduled the wrong date. When I realized this and called them to change the date they were very accommodating! And haf a wonderful time!

WONDERFUL experience! We spent 90 minutes on the water and saw several dolphins playing - it was difficult to get good photos because they pop up and back into the water so fast, but it was so relaxing. The boat is clean and the perfect size, limiting passengers to 6 allows plenty of room and it's fun to get to know others in such a relaxing atmosphere. Communication about where to meet, etc was perfect. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful experience on our boat ride along the Halifax River! The seats were very comfortable, and we loved that there were both shaded areas and spots to soak up the sun. The weather was absolutely beautiful, which made the cruise even better. The captains were friendly, welcoming, and made the whole trip feel safe and relaxing. It was the perfect way to kick off our day in Daytona — we stayed at Caribbean Jacks for a super tasty lunch and cocktails—highly recommend booking this boat!

The trip was great, we saw a few dolphins and just had a great time on the water. The wasn’t enough wind to sail but the boat was very comfortable and had plenty of room.

Sunny skies and nice weather. Very little wind so it was more an enjoyable boat ride with a nice Captain (Randy). Great music and it was very nice to be offered beverages.

Super relaxing experience. We traveled with a child and two teenagers, everyone enjoyed it! We saw several dolphins including a baby! Definitely recommend!

The captain was very nice and the co- captain was very helpful. They were there on time to take us to the boat and we really enjoyed the boat ride. It was fun and we saw manatees and dolphins. They had cold water and soda which was nice on a hot day. The breeze was wonderful so it made the trip better. Overall, great experience!

It was along the river so it was much calmer than expected which was great for kids. They were a little bored though until they saw the dolphins.

This is a highly recommended boat to take out for a dolphin and manatee watch. The guide was amazing. The boat was perfect, so relaxing and saw a lot of dolphin pods frolicking in the water. The babies were super cute. They came very close to the boat. It was an hour and a half ride and well worth it. This will be something we do every time we go to Daytona. It it fantastic!

This experience was the perfect touch to my Father’s Birthday weekend. We enjoyed our time and Randy was a great as well! Whenever I’m back in town, I’ll be booking again!

We were able to see dolphins within the first five minutes. Captain Randy was knowledgeable and friendly. The boat was very clean and the experience was relaxing!
