Our tour guide. Raul, was fun and knowledgeable about history Cuba and Little Havana. We visited many areas a regular tourist might just pass by. It was an easy and fun stroll which I would recommend for all.
The walking tour of Little Havana was an easy stroll and our wonderful guide Raoul was very knowledgeable about history, Cuba and Little Havana. It was a very enjoyable tour.
Our tour guide Raul was terrific. He is a wealth of knowledge and continuously impressed us with story after story regarding the great influence of the Cuban culture in Miami and the significant role Cuba has played in the history of the United States. Peppered with wit and humor, his narration at each stop on the tour was informative and entertaining.
JoJo was an excellent tour guide. She was engaging, knowledgeable, and lots of fun. I highly recommend her to do your t
Enjoyable. Guide last name Castro. Cuban and very nice/ knowledgeable. Don’t really need a whole two hours but worth the time and $. I tipped $50 for two people. Yours are less booked later in day an even am limited to ten people
Raul conducted the tour in English and Spanish and it was fantastic! He took us to many interesting stops and weaved the story of Cuba into it. I especially appreciated his taking the time to address my Colombian companion in Spanish so she could follow along. In addition to the tour, we sampled pastries, sugar cane juice, and some very strong but good coffee. Highly recommended, especially if you can get Raul!
Lots of information but lots of time standing. Important Cuban cultural information and history with some humor as well
Raul helped me see Calle Ocho from a completely new perspective. He was knowledgeable, personable and I loved is anecdotes. I recommend this to anyone interested in Cuban history and culture (and food!)
Noel was a great guide. It was so interesting to learn about Cuban history and culture from a local person whose family had specific connections to what we saw and discussed. Incredibly interesting!
Me and my wife dont usually go for these history things but boy was we wrong about this one. Our guide Noel was a real hoot and knew everyone on the street like he was the mayor or something. We saw them old boys playing dominos at Domino Park and even got to see how they roll them big cigars by hand which was cool as heck. The coffee they gave us was tiny but man it kicks like a mule!. We also had these meat pie things called empanadas that was delicious. The best part was when Noel told us about his own family coming over from Cuba on a boat, it nearly made the wife cry. It wasn't too much walking neither so my bad knee didn't even act up.
Our guide was well informed and knowledgeable about how Little Havana became what it is today. I can recommend this tour.
Our guide Raul is from Cuba and he gave us so much interesting information about Cuba’s history and how it’s manifested in Little Havana in Miami. We really enjoyed ourselves! Highly recommend Raul for this tour.
Raquel was very knowledgable and energized and we really enjoyed him!!
You are on your feet for quite a while, but you can stop at any time to rest. I was about 2 1/2 hours long.
Our Tour Guide, Rahul, was excellent, very knowledgeable. We learned a lot about local culture and Cuban community! Highly recommend to anyone who is in town; you will enjoy it!
We enjoyed our afternoon tour of Little Havana! Hugo was a knowledgable guide, providing historical and cultural details of the area, and our stops at a number of the shops, clubs and restaurants - where he seemed to be well-known - enhanced our experience.
We had a fantastic time in Little Havana thanks to Jojo. She showed us many beautiful places and shared a lot of local knowledge. What a wonderful, vibrant part of Miami!
JoJo was an outstanding tour guide. She was extremely knowledgeable about the area! The additional restaurant and shopping recommendations she made were perfect fits for us. We highly recommend this tour and JoJo as a guide!
Great walking tour with amazing guide (Noel). We learned a lot about Calle Ocho and Cuba. You get to meet local people and there are some pastries and Cuban coffee included in the tour.
What an eye opening experience! I learned so much about the Cuban Diaspora in the US while enjoying the music and flavors of Little Havana.
It was a very interesting and informative tour within Little Havanna. Noël has been an outstanding and very charming guide and showed as all places with personal stories.
Our guide (Hugo) is educated in all topics around little Havana, he answered all our questions, we got our coffe, but we didn't get the pastry nor the juice. Still 5 started because of the tour guide.
The tour was extremely enjoyable. Despite the heat and humidity of July, we had a great time. Noel the guide was very knowledgeable and combined his family story with the history of the Cuban people and the United States. Highly recommended.
Jojo was a wonderful hostess! She introduced us to Little Havana with both interesting historical facts and tidbits from a local. The tour ended up just being our group, and Jojo was flexible and catered to what we wanted to do. We had a great time! Highly recommend.
Raul was an amazing guide! Me and my husband were the only ones to do the tour with him and Raul did an excellent job in telling us about the Cuban history in generel and about the Cubans living in Miami specifically. I would highly recommend this tour if you want to learn about the little havana distruct.
Raul was wonderful. He was very engaging and incredibly knowledgeable. We had a delightful time. He took us for delicious "pastelitos" and introduced us to a well-known charater who performed in Ball and Chain. He was super attentive and shared many interesting stories with us.
One of the best experiences in small group tours. The guide Raul was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable that the two hour tour ended with a good and fresh fruit juice while we spoke about the cuban culture
The tour was wonderful. Noel our tour guide was wonderful. He was knowledgeable, entertaining & so nice. I would recommend this tour you will not be disappointed.
Amazing tour! Noel was so informative and so much fun!!! We were all dancing and laughing along the way! We also learned so much! I loved the Cuban coffee and enjoyed stopping at Domino Park. I ended up buying Dominos to learn how to play. I will definitely do another tour when I come back to Miami with other friends!
Noel our tour guide was very informative, answered every question, made our trip to little havana fun and entertaining. We will be back soon with friends.
Thank you so much Noel. 😊 Fabulous, informative & exclusive tour. Felt pretty smug in comparison to the other generic looking tours we saw! 👍 Thank you for the follow up message regarding our question about a convoy we saw. We might message you regarding all questions we have from now on like a new & improved Google 🤣
Wow for Little Havana! We had an excellent tour guide, Noel, who is well versed in Cuban history. The tour offers a good overview of the US Cuba relationship over decades. We stopped in a number of shops for treats: cafecito in a cigar factory, chilled sugarcane juice, and a delicious pastelito at a bakery. Music and vibrant colors are everywhere on this charming street. The 2 hours pass by quickly and it’s all flat walking. Highly recommend.
Noel was our guide. He was very welcoming when we arrived for the tour and his high spirits and friendly nature continued throughout the two hours. We all learned something new about the area. It was informative not just for those of us from out of town, but also for a long-time Floridian who had immigrated years ago from Cuba. Noel is obviuosly proud of the neighborhood's history and the current small businesses that dot Calle 8. We enjoyed popping into so many places, including a great guayabera shop (that we returned to after the tour to purchase 10 beautiful guyaberas), a wonderful cigar-rolling shop that included a tasting of delicious Cuban coffee, a drink stand where we sipped a cold, slightly sweet sugar cane drink, the famous Dominoes Park, and a lovely bakery where we had delicious pastelitos. We all thoroughtly enjoyed the tour. Noel really helped us get to know Calle Ocho and its history, and his enthusiasm left all of us wanting to return. Highly recommend this tour to every visitor to Miami.
We enjoyed our tour of little Havana ! Such a rich cultural experience ! Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly giving us insight into how Cubans and Cuban Americans have come to be a wonderful part of the city !
2 hours with our guide Noël 2 hours of pure happiness Noël takes time to explain the different places, the history, to explain the music, the Cuban shirt, coffee, bakery - so good - and more... He's not just a guide, he's a wonderful guide ! That was the first time in Little Havana, we just want to come back.. Many thanks. Sylvie and John My English is not perfect, but I've understood everything (thank you !)
Outstanding and worthwhile walking tour. Noel, the guide, was excellent…knowledgeable and friendly. Two hours was sufficient to cover the entire Little HAvana in Miami.
Noel was a treasure trove of history and facts about Little Havana. He made the tour interesting for both adults and kids, and was very knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. He was charismatic and kept a nice pace. Highly recommend!
Noel is a great tour guide. He has a passion for telling the Cuban story. He is extremely knowledgeable about the history of the Cuban people while being entertaining with his storytelling. Really enjoyed this experience.
A perfect, enlightening two-hour tour, thanks to Noel and the interesting faces, places, facts, figures, tastes and sounds he shared with us in Little Havana. We learned a lot from his lived experiences and deep historical and cultural knowledge. His good nature and compelling storytelling made for a fun and absorbing stroll through this vibrant pocket of the world.
This is the second time I have been on this tour - Jan 24 and Nov 24. My partner is with me and I wanted him to experience the tour as it was so good. Noel was our guide this time and he was so knowledgeable and fun. We had a different tour of the same area and I loved both of them. That’s a really positive review!!
This tour was a great way to experience Little Havana. Noel did an awesome job bringing the history of the area to life and giving us a new perspective on its roots, definitely worth taking.
This tour was fantastic! From the second he introduced himself Noel felt like a friend. It didn't feel like a tour, it felt like we were walking around Little Havana with a friend learning about his culture and city, sipping coffee, eating pastries, and talking about Cuba. He was so knowledgeable, personable, and interesting. Could have spent the whole day and evening with him. Highly recommend! Ask for Noel.
Noel was our guide, and was exceptionally hospitable and well-informed. He spent a great deal of time with us and answered all of our many questions. We had great stops with superb coffee and pastries, and we saw all of the Cuban-American landmarks as well as several important local businesses. All in all well worth our time and the very reasonable cost. We would do it all again!
This tour was amazing!! We loved how our guide spoke from his own personal experiences while share the history of Little Havana and its connection to Cuba. I learned so much and also got to enjoy some treats like Cuban coffee, a guava pastry, and fresh sugar cane juice. This felt like a very "authentic" way to get to know the area. Highly recommend!!
Very interesting, lots of historical information. Our guide, Noel, shared Cuban history, culture, and greeted us as new friends. Amazing walking tour, with several stops along the way to get us out of the sun for a few minutes. We highly recommend this tour!
We took the Sunday 11am tour with Noel as our guide. Noel was extremely knowledgeable and gave us many details and insights about Cuba and Little Havana. I cannot recommend him highly enough. We sampled Cuban coffee, watched cigars being rolled, ate Cuban pastries, and learned about the history of the area. This is a must do tour if you are new to the Miami area. Our son will be a summer intern at a Brickell firm and now he knows so much about his surroundings.
Noel was so knowledgeable! We had a fantastic time getting to know the area, culture, history, etc. Thank you for a wonderful day!
The tour guide Noel was excellent, really friendly and engaging. He was also very knowledgeable about the area and the history of Little Havana. This small group tour of the area is highly recommended.
