Dating back to 1935, Ball and Chain used to be a famous jazz club that hosted Louis Armstrong and Billie Holiday. Today with different owners, it is as famous as it was before. *Until restrictions are lifted due to Coronavirus, we will not be able to serve alcohol and therefore we lowered our ticket price.
Be debriefed on the various art pieces such as the Damas De Blanco and other artists as we explore together some of the paintings, murals and breathtaking works of art specifically on the facade and across to this location.
Learn about the art of cigar rolling at our favorite cigar factory. Watch live how master rollers craft a cubano right before your eyes. We will cover how cigars are made and why it is such an important aspect of the Cuban culture

This is a must-see when you visit the neighborhood of Little Havana. Celia Cruz, Gloria Estefan and many other Latin celebrities have their own star in Little Havana.

This was a great way to spend a few hours. Some of the food was not our cup of tea… but everyone else really enjoyed it. Toni, our guide, was so concerned about us not enjoying some of the offerings at the stops. We assured her it had nothing to do with the overall taste and quality… it was just our personal preferences. The empanadas were great. Passion fruit juice… great. Everyone knows a Cuban sandwich has mustard… and I’m just not a mustard guy. So I didn’t eat the sandwich. That had nothing to do with the tour or restaurant. The other 12 people in our group seemed to enjoy it. I was taken by Toni’s obvious passion for the history of not just Little Havana… but the stories of Cubans coming to the US. If you find yourself in Miami and have a few extra hours… this is worth doing.
It was a great experience and enjoyed all the food. Our tour guide Danny is awesome. Definitely recommend to anyone coming to Miami.
The food was wonderful, large portions left as feeling very full.
Mariela is the real deal! She was born in Cuba and has family in both America and Cuba. She takes you on a trip to Havana both with history and food. All the food is delicious and there is plenty. We had our teenager with us and he got a virgin mojito and he really enjoyed the fresh sugar cane juice and the cars. Mariela was very informative and friendly and we had a wonderful time! Come hungry!
Toni! She was an absolutely amazing guide! She shared the culture and food. The tour and food was amazing! A must do!
Tour guide Orlando was nice and funny but we only got half a sandwich, an empanada, shot of coffee and a pastry. We had to go get dinner afterwards because we were still hungry. For the price, I would recommend to just explore little Havana by yourself.
Orlando was THE BEST tour guide. He was funny, very knowledgeable and easy to understand. This was definitely the best tour we have been on. I recommend!
We had a great experience with Mariela. It was informative and the food was very good.
Absolutely a fantastic tour, a must do for a deeper understanding of Little Havana’s history and the oh-so-delicious food you can find here. Mariela was a font of knowledge and did an outstanding job of bringing the area all to life for us, she was wonderful. And the food? Puh-lease, just so authentic and incredibly delicious, and don’t get me started on the portions. H-U-G-E, COME HUNGRY. Highly recommend this food tour, so good.
Very informative, food was fabulous and our tour guide Orlando was amazing, informative and entertaining.
Our tour guide, Orlando, took us to a cigar factory, where I decided to purchase a cigar. While making my purchase, I placed my money directly on the counter. To my disbelief, the cashier picked up my money and put it inside her shirt! She then had the audacity to demand an additional $20, attempting to convince me that I had never given her the money in the first place!! The manager came over and reviewed the surveillance footage in front of everyone, which showed the cashier (an older Argentinian woman) This was not a misunderstanding or a simple mistake. I witnessed the cashier take my money, put it in her shirt, deny receiving it, and then attempt to collect even more money from me. My family and I were absolutely disappointed. I paid for an enjoyable birthday experience with my daughter, not to be subjected to theft, dishonesty, and public humiliation. What makes this experience even more upsetting is that our tour guide, Orlando, brought paying customers to an establishment where this type of behavior occurred. As a tour guide, I would expect him and the company to carefully select reputable, trustworthy businesses for their guests. Instead, we were taken somewhere that left me feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and completely taken advantage of. The entire incident ruined the atmosphere for everyone and I wouldn’t recommend itZ
Hoji was a fabulous guide. We learned so much about the Cuban culture and history. The food was outstanding and a good variety. We were stuffed by the end! Come hungry! I would highly recommend this tour with Hoji.
Orlando was a fabulous mix of funny and informative. He was a fabulous tour guide! We stopped at a great selection of places not far apart from each other.
Really informative and good value for money. A wide range of food and drinks, and other places to see during this trip. Orlando was brilliant.
Love Bianca! Had a great tour and learned a lot about Cuban dishes and history. Highly recommend!
A wonderful tour. The food is amazing. Our guide Orlando shared many of his experiences of growing up in Little Havana. This is a walking tour of a little over a mile. Even with 3 back surgeries and a total knee replacement, I did the tour with the help of my walking sticks. THANKS ORLANDO.
My wife and I loved every minute of this tour—it was easily the highlight of our trip! The food at every stop was fantastic (do not miss the Piccadillo Empanadas). The Cuban sandwich was a close 2nd. Our guide, Orlando, was hilarious, informative, and shared a powerful personal story at the end about his journey to the U.S. that we'll never forget. 10/10 recommendation!
Toni was a great guide, very energetic and engaging. Well organized, lots of cultural and historical information.
Toni was an amazing tour guide. Just the right amount of history and food choices. We had a great time!
We had an amazing Cuban tour! Orlando was an outstanding tour guide—knowledgeable, friendly, and truly made the experience special. The food was absolutely delicious, too! Everything was wonderful from beginning to end. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a great Cuban experience. Thank you, Orlando, for making it so memorable!
We were thrilled to experience a Little Havana through the eyes of a true Cuban! Orlando was outstanding as our tour guide for our 2 1/2 hour tour! He was very communicative early to ensure no one in our two couples had allergies or dietary preferences. I failed to mention that one of my friends was vegan, yet Orlando was very quick to resolve it with the restaurants as needed. All the while, he maintained a smile and enthusiasm! His knowledge of the area, and the culture, added with the appropriate humor, made for a most memorable experience! All of the business owners were very receptive and engaging, which to me showed that he is as personable with them as he was with us as a group! The food, coffee, and cultural tutorials were outstanding! Orlando was by far a blessing for us to have for a true Little Havana Cuban experience! Thank you!
We had a wonderful time on our tour in Little Havana. Orlando did a fantastic job showing us to the Cuban Culture and keeping us entertained with tidbits of Cuban History. Highly recommend this tour!

‘Great orientation to Little Havana, ideal since we were staying a block off of 7th.
Our Guide, Bianca, was fantastic! She was professional, friendly, & took us on a walking tour of the most amazing Cuban eateries where fresh food was deliciously prepared. (A “real” Cuban sandwich & empanada was out of this world!) We also saw a demonstration of Cuban cigar rolling, visited museums, & historical sites. Highly recommend!
