So much fun! Even though the rain kept us from stopping at a few places, we saw so much of Miami and learned about the areas history. Al was great truly enjoyed the tour and the experience. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to see Miami and the outskirts in a more private small group session
Fantastic trip but don’t do the raffle it’s a time share
I think it makes a big difference when your tour guide genuinely enjoys their work and the city they’re showing you. Al was a great tour guide who was knowledgeable and passionate about the place he calls home. This tour was a great way to see the different parts of Miami and we had just the right amount of time to explore the Art Deco District and Little Havana. Al drives you around those neighborhoods before dropping you off to explore and that was really helpful and appreciated. We booked this tour as a way to see Miami the day before we cruise and I would absolutely recommend it to everyone.
Absolute must! Had a fabulous day out with Al, So informative throughout the whole day. Saw sights we never would have if we’d have tried to do a day around Miami ourselves. First class air conditioned vehicle, the water and snacks were a fabulous idea. Communication from the start of the day was good even giving us his number when we had time out of the vehicle to explore. Actually would give a 6 out of 5 stars if possible! .
Friendly, knowledgeable guide. Showed us places we did not know existed in Miami. Great experience for all family.
Excellent way to begin our 1st trip in Miami. Our tour guide was Alli and he made our experience one our of our vacation highlights!
I had a great time and truly felt like the experience was worth it. The atmosphere was amazing, the vibe was great, and overall it was a really enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend it to others, and I’d absolutely go back again!
It was a great tour and Al was awesome. He did make a difference. You also have time on your own as Al will drive you to the location and you can then do what you want and not have to spend the time with the group.
Al was excellent. Thank you all. Always made sure we had fun, were hydrated and had snacks. Thanks for bringing the good vibes.
The best way to see Miami and all the different aspects of what this city is all about. Our guide Ali was absolutely amazing! Extremely knowledgeable and full of fun! We just loved the way he tailored the music to the tour. An extremely enthusiastic guide who made this trip a memory to cherish. Would most definitely recommend and if you are lucky to get Ali you are in for a treat!!!
From pick up to drop off our guide provided excellent service. Cold beverages and snacks were available. The guide was knowledgeable and personal. Th time flew by and we wished we had more time.
Amazing day out, saw the whole of Miami and really enjoyed the tour guide knowledge of the area, we did a full day due to going on a cruise the following day and the minivan took you to areas larger buses wouldn’t have gone to, highly recommend! Nice size group so didn’t have to wait around too long to go to the next place and saw the iconic sights!
Throughout the tour, the drive-tour guide provided detailed explanations regarding the history, characteristics, and interesting anecdotes of the city and each attraction. His service was enthusiastic and attentive. The tour covered Miami's major sights and was well worth the money. We were very satisfied.
Ali our tour guide was amazing! He was fun, energetic and excited to show us Miami. He even played music indicative of the area! Lots of historical information as well as fun facts. Two snacks/water were provided. Extended stays on South Beach and Little Havana. Highly recommend!!!
What a great day, a knowledgeable tour guide Ali who made the day interesting and fun. Definitely well worth it as we were on a whistle stop tour of Miami and it gave you a great overview of the city.
Oh my gosh, where to start? First of all our tour guide Al was magnificent. He went above and beyond for everyone, so kind hearted and fun to be around. Throughout the tour he provided us with snacks, water and stacks of knowledge. Getting to learn about the history of each place and the city of Miami as a whole throughout the tour was equally as interesting as the places we stopped at. Despite the sweltering heat, being able to get back into the sprinter van with AC was a huge convenience. From South Beach and Ocean drive, learning about Tony Montana, Gianni Versace, to Wynwood’s street art, the Art Deco District, Star Island, Coconut Grove, Coral Gables and Little Havana. I learnt a lot on this tour and im probably forgetting some things but the value for money is 100% worth it. My favorite parts were definitely Coconut Grove/Coral Gables and Little Havana, we spent about an hour and a half in Little Havana so we were really able to soak it up. Coconut Grove and Coral Gables was much shorter but luckily I explored that the day before, I recommend checking it out on your own as well as learning about it on this tour. Al’s food recommendations and light hearted comedy also just really added a wholesomeness to the tour. I could feel he was passionate about guiding us and showing us around Miami. If i am ever back in the city I will not hesitate to reach out to him. What a great guy, what an amazing city. 10/10.
We did not have a large group, which made it a little more personable. The tour guide was wonderful! He gave us a TON of information and showed us so many different places! He was really knowledgeable about the history of Miami and it's beginnings. Because the tour was so long, we brought snacks, but they provided them and you have an opportunity to eat at a local restaurant. If you take this tour you will LOVE IT!!
Excellent experience. Our guide Sonja was super knowledgeable and interesting. Ride was very comfortable with A/C and big windows so we could see the sites. Stops were timed well and just long enough to walk in South Beach and have lunch in Little Havana. It really gave us a great overview of the city. Would definitely recommend.
In spite of how hot it was, it was a very good tour. We had plenty of time to do whatever we want. The snacks and water was nice The tour guy and driver were very good even though I did not have a seat belt. I felt very safe and the way guide from English to Spanish was excellent.
Be prepared to walk but the tour was well worth it!! Ali was the best ever and he had water and snacks for everyone. If for any reason someone was late he was patient and waited.
We had an amazing experience with our Miami tour guide, Ali! From start to finish, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire tour enjoyable. The tour bus was neat and a cool escape from the sunny weather. He shared interesting facts about the city’s history, culture, and hidden gems while keeping the tour engaging and fun. He offered us some light refreshments, helped pose us for pictures and took them for us. We never felt rushed, and he was happy to answer all our questions and offer great local recommendations. Thank you Ali, for helping make our trip so special!
Excellent choice. For few days trip to Miami, was the best decision we made.
See most of Miami that others miss, hear about the history of the neighborhood in style of a huge Mercedes Benz.
He was very knowledgeable about his city. I enjoyed every moment. He provided refreshment for his crew and had a smile on his face every time. He seem like he enjoyed his job and definitely love his town.
This was a great experience if you have limited time in Miami we saw so much and our guide was great.
It’s worth every penny. The tour guide Sonya was amazing as well as the driver Renee. She was very knowledgeable, personal and professional.
I loved Sonja the tour guide and Rene the driver. Sonja was very nice and informative. We had a small group which made it more enjoyable. Everyone was on point from the beginning to end. Loved it.
We are seasoned travelers and take excursions almost everywhere we go. This tour is in our top 5! Al, our guide, is fabulous and knows his city incredibly well. He had so much information to share it is impressive! The Sprinter van is comfortable and very clean. Side note: it has great air conditioning on hot Miami days. Al served drinks and snacks which helped keep everyone happy. I really liked the fact we had a good mix of driving around as well as time on our own walking. Lunch in Little Havana was wonderful and Al gave us all sorts of suggestions on places to eat and sites to walk to when we were on our own. Do this tour, you won’t regret it!
Best day ever! We saw so much of Miami in one day!! Our guide, Mimi, was fantastic and our driver was so smooth and easy on the busy roads. Really enjoyed seeing the different parts of Miami i.e., Little Havana, Wynwood, Coral Gables etc.
The meeting place was changed at 9am on the day. We had already left our hotel and did not receive the message until later that morning. The guide contacted us approximately 10:10 and redirected us to a new location 15/20 mos walk away
Sonya was great guide. Driver was very safe. Enjoyed more than expected. Great 6 hours!
The entire tour was excellent and very professionally handled. The regular starting place was blocked due to the world cup and we messaged the new location the previous day. Mimi, our guide loves Miami and that made the tour more enjoyable. Worth every penny.
Very comprehensive tour of Miami - awesome to be about to spend time in the various parts of town and beach! Well planned musical tie-ins made it very lively. Alian was a super kind tour guide, very accomodating, had excellent recommendations, and thoughtful in helping celebrate my husband's bday with a delicious, freshly made cupcakes!! We loved our time in Miami Beach, Calle Ocho, Choral Gables, and on Fisher Island! The drive through Windwood was cool, Coconut Grove gave us new places to go back to, and the drive thru Star Island was interesting. Alian gave us a good overview of the history of Miami and we enjoyed learning about Julia Tuttle! He also had plenty of cold water bottles, snacks ready for us after vearious stops throughout the day! Highly recommend the VIP tour.
I had an amazing tour of Miami in June 2026! The guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience both fun and informative. We visited iconic spots like South Beach, Wynwood Walls, Little Havana, and enjoyed stunning views of the city skyline. The transportation was comfortable, everything ran on schedule, and there was plenty of time to take photos and explore. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to experience the best of Miami in a single day. Definitely a 5-star experience!
Ali, the tour guide, was so amazing!!! Highly recommend this 6 hour VIP Miami Tour for an exceptional and rewarding tourist adventure. We are grateful to learn so much history as well as to visit all of Miami’s glorious sites included within the itinerary. Thanks, Ali! We had a wonderful time because of your entertaining contributions!
Its very interactive and walking is involved so keep that in mind if you have disabilities or with anyone that has a handicap. The whole experience was AMAZING, very entertaining, I learned ALOT. It was 6 hours well spent. Al was great, knowledgeable, attentive , informative GREAT PHOTOGRAPHER very engaging. Smooth drive to each location. I recommend times 10.
This was one of the best tours ever. I highly recommend it. Worth the money. You get to see all of the best places in Miami. Our tour guide Ali was knowledgeable and very entertaining. 5 stars!!!!!
Our driver Allie was so wonderful. We were a little late because we couldn’t find Ben’s Pizza (allow extra time or go in advance to see the Bayside area). We were taken to several districts with Little Havana being the fav for our group! GO to Alfaro’s and enjoy a sampling platter, get Mojitos, and enjoy the Cuban Culture!!
We really enjoyed our tour which could not have been done without a guide. AI was fantastic, no dull moments even though we had a little rain that disrupted our Havana stop but all was well. Highly recommend this tour company.
Excellent tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and funny. Great time seeing things and experiencing Miami.
I really enjoyed this tour. Ali was great , the mini van was clean and very comfortable. We got to see a lot of Miami including places that a normal hop on service simply couldn't access . It was a great way to spend the day and I can highly recommend.
This is a must do on your list of things to do! The cost was worth every penny. We live in Miami and still learned a lot about Miami through this tour. Al, our tour guide was so friendly, humorous, and knows a lot about Miami! Our tour included Wynwood, Ocean Drive, along with Little Havana. We had never spent much time in those places and are so happy to have experienced them with Al. We are considering doing another one with Best In the Biz, especially if it comes with Al as our tour guide.
Perfect overview of key sites in Miami. And we loved our guide, Al!!
These folks were so professional and thoughtful. I had a wonderful day and got to see Miami with ease and no stress. Would absolutely recommend to all!
This was the most informative and entertaining tours I have ever been on! The transportation was top notch and the ease of experiencing many locales was excellent. Kudos to our tour guide and to our driver.
We had a wonderful experience on this tour. It was a perfect length and we felt like a VIP. Al (our guide) was very knowledgeable, and kept us entertained. We saw everything that we wanted to see, and the van was very cool (it was a hot day), clean and nice. Highly recommend.
Al, our tour guide, was entertaining and very knowledgable. His love for this vibrant city spilled out as he enthuiastically shared interesting details about Miami's history, art, celebrities, food and robust culture. A great six hour tour.
First time in Miami and the tour guide was great. Loved everything especially the Little Havana stop. I would have loved more time in this area .
