Key West: All-inclusive Watersports Adventure With Lunch & Beer

I had a good experience. I feel the food could have been better i more so felt like I was on a school field trip. The staff was really nice. For the money that was paid for the experience I should if been able to have my own jet ski and not have to share. Also I under stand beer and wine was included but for the price liquor should have been included but numbered how many drinks. It was also wrong of the parasailing staff to delete an entire sims card footage of 2 passengers that had a slight accident.

We had a great day with our family. The parasailing was our favorite!! The jet ski experience was a bit stressful because we didn’t know how to operate them but the rest of the activities were entertaining.

It had everyone you could need in one day. The crew was amazing! We did all of the the options available. Well worth the price

Staff was great. I will contact the company directly with my concerns. Will not spend money on this type of excursion again due to the experience I encountered with my family members on this trip. Private charter is definitely the way to go.

My daughters and teenage grandchildren chose to Do It All with Parasail from 9 am to 4 PM and had a blast riding the banana boat, jet skis, parasailing, kayaking, and inflatables! Sunshine Watersports also provided lunch for everyone which was excellent. Crew members Alyssa, who coordinated the groups to parasail, jet skis and Kelsey who was responsible for the kayakers truly went above and beyond because many people did not know how to swim or speak english! A male crew member with blonde hair, who handled the guests on banana boats, parasailing and jet skis, was also phenomenal and was also the bartender and he, Kelsey and Alyssa assisted wherever needed and were very professional and personable! My family had a perfectly beautiful day!

The staff were very friendly but the overall experience was horrible. The boat was over loaded with passengers with very little sitting room. The staff put up the chairs and asked us to leave the inside, forcing us to bake in the sun on the upper deck. You only get 20 minutes on a jet ski which is a let down.

10/10 experience. You get so much for such a low price and it’s such high quality! Both the captain & crew are extremely kind and timely. I was able to enjoy every excursion, have a great lunch, swim, and still have time to relax all before docking. They recommend you get there an hour early, this is to avoid stress of lines. Do it, or don’t but we arrived 35 min before and it was fine. Definitely worth it solo, with friends, or with family.

The events themselves were fun. I hate that they put on the site were you order that you must check-in one hr early or you can’t go and then sent an email that said if you aren’t 45 minutes early you can’t go but we were supposed to be leaving at 10am and we were waiting on people to still get there. Several people up top were grumbling and complaining- myself included. Thought there was going to be an uprising. Plus side it was only about 25-30 minutes away from shore where as other places you have an hr or longer boat road to your event. Upon getting there the guy that was doing the scheduling for the events was distracted and flirting and wasn’t doing very good at orchestrating things. Several times they said come back your about to parasail (only 2 events are scheduled by said guy- parasailing and jet skis and you do the other things you want around these events) so we would go to the main dock to checkin for parasailing and then no something has changed. So we weren’t able to do as many other things bc we were in a hurry up and wait until it was almost time to leave. Despite being the second group of two to checkin we were in the second to last group to parasail and were told random things like the other family we were going with was on jet skis (25 minute adventure) and were told this for over an hr. The groups that went parasailing with us were actually on the jet skis the same time as us and in the first group. Idk what was with the fake information but was frustrating. I did read other reviews prior were some people claimed they didn’t get to do some events bc of over crowding but chose to go anyway. So that’s on me. But I wanted jet skis and my daughter wanted parasailing so we gambled with it. I heard the same complaints by several people on the boat about the poor scheduling and getting tossed around. The happiest people were the ones that arrived after the required checkin time….. The food was better than other places that provided lunch. Most of the crew were great. If you plan to leave a tip- cash or Venmo, no Cash App.

To many people on one boat, children crying, people scared of the water. People having standing in the way.

My best friend and I had an amazing time! We really enjoyed all of the activities and the entire staff made the experience even better. Kelsey was a fantastic bartender and always provided excellent service with a smile. Mike did a great job getting everyone safely to and from the jet ski activities, and Smith led the jet ski safety briefing and assisted in many other ways throughout the day. Alessya (hopefully I spelled that correctly!) was our itinerary coordinator and did an outstanding job keeping everyone organized, on schedule, and informed throughout the day. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish and would absolutely recommend it to others!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing given the price. I booked the “Do It All With Parasail” package expecting a full experience, but parasailing was not operated at all that day—which is a major part of what I paid for. On top of that, the jet ski portion lasted only about 20 minutes, which is nowhere near enough to justify the $161 cost. To be fair, the crew on-site was genuinely great—friendly, professional, and doing their best, which I appreciated. This review is not about them. The issue is with how the experience is structured and priced. Even after reaching out, the company only offered a refund for the parasailing portion, which still leaves me paying a premium price for what ended up being a very short jet ski ride. That simply doesn’t feel fair or proportionate to what was actually delivered. Overall, this felt overpriced and misleading in terms of value, especially if key activities don’t run. I would strongly recommend others clarify exactly what is guaranteed before booking—or consider other options in Key West that offer better value for money.

Trip was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We parasailed with a great duo of Lucas and Joey. The whole experience was well organized. Definitely would go again but I will stay off of the banana boat. Too rough for this chick! All on all a big thumbs up. 😊

Very bad experience, they did not help me in filling out the forms, terrible attention to tourism, I lost my tour and they did not return the money from the reservation that I made in advance. the attitude of the staff is very bad. I do not recommend it. SUNSET WATERSPORTS ARE VERY BAD

Captain John and his crew were absolutely amazing! Very well organized and very fun! From jet skis to parasailing, we did it all and loved it all! Even the lunch was good, especially the chicken nuggets! Thank you for the stories and memories!

We booked this excursion on our spring break vacation and we had the best time! Every single member of the crew went above and beyond to make our experience the best ever! The captain was awesome , the jet ski guys, the banana boat guys, the parasailing guys, and the interior crew we're just awesome awesome! I don't want to name anybody by name because I don't want to leave anybody out but every single person was amazing . The lunch was delicious the activities were on point and my family had an amazing time highly highly highly recommend!

Our adventure with Sunset Watersports was absolutely EPIC from beginning to end! We were a party of 9, celebrating a family member’s 50th birthday. Captain John, Sidney,Terrence - who was a new hire, and the entire crew made sure every single activity was safe, exciting, and unforgettable. Their energy, professionalism, and genuine hospitality took the whole experience to another level. Parasailing was breathtaking — soaring high above the water with those incredible views was something we’ll never forget! The jet skiing was pure adrenaline and so much fun. Kayaking with the snorkeling was peaceful and scenic, giving us a chance to really take in the beauty of the water. And the banana boat ride? Non-stop laughs and excitement from start to finish! The crew made sure we felt comfortable, explained everything clearly, and kept the vibes positive the entire time. They were attentive, fun, and truly made us feel like VIP guests. If you’re looking for adventure, fun, and a top-tier experience on the water, Sunset Watersports is the place to go. We can’t wait to come back and do it all over again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend!

Our crew showed wonderful hospitality from beginning to end of our excursion. They provided clear instructions for the jet skis, prepared a good lunch, and made sure our family enjoyed all the activities that we desired! Even though the water was a little chillier than what we’re used to, the boat was stocked with wetsuits that could be rented. It made swimming and snorkeling much more enjoyable! The snorkeling is not on a reef, so not much to see, but it was a good opportunity to let our 13-year-old son learn how. A bonus was being checked out by a small pod of dolphins as we were returning on the small transport boat after jet skiing. Overall, it was an enjoyable day!

Trip was canceled die to the weather but this questionable. Believe there was not enough people on the trip

Staff is great and the concept is also great, however there were a few things that took one star off: The jet ski and para sailing are time limited. You get a slot, and based on that slot, all the other activities are decided. Ours were awkwardly apart which did not leave enough time to go kayaking to snorkel for example. We got an estimate that we are up to jet ski in 20 minutes, so we stayed, and ended up waiting an hour, which did not leave enough time when we got back Which brings me to the second issue, when the tour is full, like we had, 105 people is just too many people on the boat, and also the reason we had to miss activities. They just put too many people on the tour. The boat is nice, the staff is friendly, and the food was decent

Took the all inclusive with parasailing activity. Did not feel it was worth it. Parasailing was fun. But we were told to JetSki in a circle and cannot go outside it. You only get 20 mins to JetSki and going around in circles gets boring. Snorkeling was nothing like the dedicated snorkeling tours. The location where they took us did not have any fish or coral reefs. And they didn't even give any instructions on how to snorkel. You just have to take the mask, kayak to a certain distance and do the snorkeling. Banana boat ride was fun, but because of their congested schedule, the trips were short, just 3-5 mins. You dont get time to do anything else much like paddle board or kayak, because it takes about 20-30 mins to get to the location where they halt the boat and then the instructions and form filling takes another 20-30 mins. And they stop all the water activities about an hour before, so you just get about 3.5 hours for the activities. Even after giving tips online, the parasailing people said they were not part of Sunset water sports and were literally after us to tip them separately The staff however were friendly and accommodating and genuinely tried to make the experience better

Horrible business. We showed up on site, checked in, waited around, went out to sea, and when we got to activities they said we couldn’t be out and had to go back. After 4 hours of time wasted, Sunset was unwilling to provide any compensation for their delay. I had only requested vouchers for us to come another time, a reasonable request. The manager and Katie were extremely rude about my request, practically unapologetic. Sunset staff was questioning managements decision while we were on the boat stating they knew this would happen. The captain stated winds came in 3 hours earlier than expected, so the original intention was to take us out and only give us half a day without even a refund. I made reviews on other websites and the owner has proceeded to blatantly lie and attack my character, I can’t believe an owner would ever resort to this. However it does explain why Sunset allows awful behavior from their staff. We also found out during our trip that Sunset was found legally liable for the wrongful death of 2 people. I’m glad ultimately we didn’t go out, I didn’t realize we were risking our lives, nor did we realize that the “all inclusive” was very structured and you get limited jet ski time. I’d avoid this business at all cost. I hear much better reviews about Fury.

We had an amazing all-inclusive sandbar and kayak adventure! Logan, Josie, and Ronnie were the perfect crew—professional, attentive, and somehow still made the whole experience feel like we were out on the water with family. The kayak ride through the mangroves was peaceful and beautiful, and the sandbar stop was such a fun highlight. The ride itself was smooth, the boat was spotless, and everything felt well organized. We left the dock at around 10:45am and came back a little after 4pm. Food and drinks were exactly what you’d expect from an all-inclusive setup—easy, convenient, and kept us going. Highly recommend this experience!

Our family had a great time on this trip. There was something for everyone to do and enjoy from banana boats to jet skis to parasailing. The crew was kind and helpful and we felt safe during all of the experiences. They were organized to allow us time to complete the jet skis and parasailing, and were always happy to take us on one more banana boat ride!

We showed up today to do watersports, today is supposed to be windy while a cold front comes in. We arrived and went out to sea. Upon arrival at our activities, the crew informed us we’d have to leave due to weather/wind. We woke up early, drove here, parked, waited to board and finally take off, just to do absolutely nothing! We went straight out and came right back in. The crew was even complaining about why did we go out, we knew this would happen. When we got back in they told us all to request a refund at the desk. Katie was extremely rude and was unapologetic. I requested a refund plus vouchers for us to come another time, as they wasted half a day of our Key West time with this. The manager was pretty unapologetic and said they can’t control the weather they can’t do anything but refund us. They wasted half a day of our Key West vacation because they wanted to try and sneak in a day not letting anyone know there was a potential for this. It’s absurd to me that they wouldn’t offer any sort of compensation for the massive inconvenience. I’d avoid this business at all costs, you don’t know if they’ll just take you out to feel sea sick and then come back without anything to make it right. Terrible!

I did the full day Do It All Cruise that included Parasailing and Jet Skiing. It was during Fantasy Fest week, so the boat was only 1/5 full (holds over 100 and only 21 ppl had signed up). This was a 2 story boat, inside for bathrooms, food and beverages. Full beverages (non-alcoholic and alcoholic) and a full lunch were provided. I recommend you bring snacks, if needed. Downstairs/inside was nicely air conditioned. Upper deck with bar got really hot. We rode out to the inflatable mini water park (climbing mountain, trampoline, and slide) and anchored there. Groups were sent to parasail and jetski. Activities: parasailying, jetskiing, kayaking, snorkeling, mini water park, banana boating- enough time to do it all! Weather was perfect. Crew were wonderful. Lunch was decent (recommendation to the team - grill beforehand instead of boiling the hot dogs). Some people did not participate with their family members. Others did all the activities. You can do as much or as little as you want. It was a lot of fun and the weather was great.

The excursion was fun, plenty of time to do everything, and the food was plentiful. Highly recommended for anyone with teenagers.

We went out with Sunset Watersports for a day at their water adventure park and we had the best time! From start to finish, the crew were fun and great to be around for the day, the activities were so fun and it was awesome to be able to have them all in one place. Lunch was amazing and very tasty, we would definitely book this again! We got lucky and even saw a few dolphins while we were out jet skiing! Special thanks to Daniel and Atticus, they were very attentive and helpful throughout the whole day.

It’s my first time in key west and did a solo excursion. The experience was worth absolutely worth it. The jet ski was my favorite activity. The crew were helpful and friendly. The captain was an eye candy. Definitely worth my time.

I’m so glad we booked this 6 hr. day trip. There was something for everyone. We got to jet ski, parasailing, trampoline on the water and other inflatables-kids loved it, banana boat rides, kayaking and snorkeling! Included lunch and drinks! We all had a great day! Amazing time! So much to do! Staff was amazing! A/c in the cabin was a plus for some in our group. “Clipboard Brandon” was hilarious. Atticus was super helpful. Cayden was great with helping kids with the kayaks. Captain was everywhere and helped everyone! Jetskis were fun!!

First of all, I was lied to about the excursion. Shaun Corcoran lied to us about the whole excursion. Right before giving my CC, I asked for the total and they told me $1,242 and then I got billed for around $1,500. I was told he snorkeling location varies but it is always at a reef. That was a flat out lie. Snorkeling is of a sand bar with a bunch of seaweed. There is no reef. Then I was told our 15 year old would be able to drive their own jet ski at the captain’s discretion but come to find out their insurance won’t let them drive if they are under 16. We paid $180 for parasail pics and were told we would get videos and pictures but never got videos. $180 for pics??!! That’s nuts. We have a person in our group that is in a wheelchair and were told he would be able to do everything he would be comfortable with, but that was also a lie. The whole excursion is unorganized and a complete mess. One very stressed girl is trying to organize each group going out to parasail and jet ski and is rude to everyone that asks her a question. Her job could be easily be substituted by a computer or an app which would make the whole excursion way more organized and enjoyable. This company and this excursion is not good and a waste of time.

We were very pleased with the amenities of this excursion! All the staff were very attentive to our needs, as well as the other guests! They were there to answer any questions and help us with any concerns. Loved the trip, the activities, food exceeded expectations, and I can’t say enough about the staff. Dave up top was spectacular and extra friendly. We will definitely book another excursion on a future trip. Probably will include a sunset dinner as well considering how tasty the lunch that was served! Thanks to all the staff for such a pleasurable experience!!!! Hats off to all!!!

We had a great day doing the Do It All trip. Swaimming, obstacle course, kayaks, snorkelling, banana boat, jet skis and parasailing. Everything is included in the trip including lunch and all drinks. This is incredible value for money and a great way to spend a day on the water. Would thououghly recommend!

This experience was top notch. It was so fun. The crew were so friendly and helpful they answer any questions you may have and were extremely kind.

The parasailing was great and the food was pretty good but that is where the fun ended. I spent a half hour filling out stupid paperwork and watching a video for jet skiing that could have and should have been done online before the trip. Half the people on the boat didn't speak English which made the safety presentation worthless. Everyone except for the bartender was completely rude especially the Captain. The jet skis were in poor condition and didn't have a latter on them so when my wife and I fell off we couldn't get back on and didn't and the trip was over by the time we got it back. They advertise free drinks but after you come on board they tell you, you can't have alcohol and go in the water, so if you are drinking you have to stay on the boat. After the jet ski incident I didn't feel like going in the water again so I went to the bar but no one was serving. The bartender didn't return until we were headed back and then of course everyone wants a drink at the same time so you couldn't get service then either. They advertise it is a full day but they don't leave the dock until 11 and they start coming back at 2. They tell you to show up at 9 but it is completely disorganized and no one to tell you what you need to do plus you have to stand around out in the heat with nothing to do until they started boarding at 10:30. We also had to listen to several speeches about how they need us to tip so they can pay their bills even though we spent over 300$ for our tickets plus the 75 for the pictures that we were pressure sold into. NEVER AGAIN!

This was a great way to experience all the fun water sports Key West has to offer. Captain Logan and crew were amazing! We look forward to our next trip.

Joey and his parasail driver were awesome! And the photo package was well worth it. Video and photos, once in a lifetime opportunity- why not record it! We had so much fun. Not to mention Noah and Kingston made sure we had fun at the bar! Great music and better conversation. All around wonderful time!

The trip was awesome ! We got to do all the water activities and the day was gorgeous. Lunch was delish and plentiful. The crew of the Party Cat-Captain Logan, Noah,Stephanie,Dave the bartender and a few others whose names I forgot made the trip so much fun . They were all helpful, charismatic and actually cared if we were having fun. Joey and Sean on the conch flyer for the parasailing made me feel so comfortable I actually did it! The photos Sean took helped capture an amazing family memory. I def recommend this adventure for anyone heading to the keys with their family.

The crew was friendly and helpful. Even a brief storm did little to deter the experience. My teen granddaughter loved the parasailing experience and the banana boat.
