Key West Ultimate Watersports Adventure With Snorkeling Upgrade

The excursion itself was 10/10 loved, enjoyed, will do again, will recommend to friends. For trip advisor I don’t know if id book through this site again because the details of the excursions were slightly off. Especially with timing/duration of the excursion, and it was nerve wracking for my friends and I. However lesson learned for future experiences, double check details with company booked under do not trust that the details and entirely accurate.

Caleb and Xio were great staff members and made the experience amazing especially during torrential rains and storms. Caleb is genuine and has a great personality and interaction with tourists. I can’t say enough great things about him. The captain of the boat on the other hand is another story. We faced lightning strikes and thunder surrounding us with rain coming in the boat from all directions. If was safe at the bar serving pop! If you were not near the bar seeking protection you could not have heard him say we’ll give this 15 minutes to see if this clears or even genture if he calls this the dollar sign for losing money. He never communicated over a microphone what was going on at any point in time. One next to me was terrified because of the lightning strikes. In 30 minutes the storm did pass but parasailing was cancelled as lightning strikes were in the distance. The staff was amazing but the captain leading the ship was a terrible communicator.

Parasailing was so much fun that was my favorite part. The crew was fabulous. Everybody on the boat was so kind and wonderful. I had the best time and I would do it again in a minute.

Great time with the family! I highly recommend it. Staff was great and accommodating. My son is 8 and ended up not enjoying the jet skiing, they were totally understanding and let us come back and go change to the adventure park (slides and obstacles in the water). Family friendly for sure.

Without a doubt, the best day we had. It's also the best bang for your buck. We were able to do so many activities and it was awesome! Every crew member was professional but the vibe was chill. The whole family had a blast (and felt safe and relaxed.) We saw dolphins, a turtle, tons of fish and 2 of my sons swear they saw a shark and a barracuda while snorkeling. Highly recommend going with this company for any of your water sport adventures!

Overall, we had a great day with Fury and would recommend this excursion to families looking for a fun day on the water. To be honest, our first impression wasn’t the best due to the personalities and communication style of a couple of crew members (the younger man running the jet skis and the younger woman coordinating the banana boat). At times they came across as a bit harsh. That said, I also understand that working with tourists all day in the Florida heat has to be exhausting, so I can appreciate that it’s not an easy job. Thankfully, Riley (a newer crew member), Dana, Captain Wade, and the parasailing crew completely turned the experience around. They were genuinely friendly, checked on everyone throughout the trip, made sure families stayed hydrated, and created a welcoming atmosphere. Their customer service made a huge difference and is what we’ll remember most. Our kids had an amazing time, and their absolute favorite activity was the parasailing. It was definitely the highlight of the day! The only activity that fell a little short for us was the jet ski portion. If you’ve never ridden a jet ski before, it’s a nice introduction. However, if you’ve done guided jet ski excursions elsewhere (we previously did one in the Bahamas), don’t expect a tour. You spend about 12 minutes riding in a large circle rather than exploring the area. Personally, I would have preferred a guided ride or scenic tour, but it wasn’t a deal breaker and didn’t take away from our overall enjoyment of the excursion. Overall, we had a memorable day, and the outstanding service from Riley, Dana, Captain Wade, and the parasailing crew made this a fun experience for our family.

The crew was very friendly and helpful all day. The activities were awesome!! My family had a great time!! Definitely recommend this excursion for a day full of fun in the sun!

Absolutely amazing!!! Such a good value. Kids had a blast! Us adults had fun too. They provided sunblock, snacks, water, adult beverages after all the motorized activities were done.

Our experience was extremely disappointing. We booked this excursion online for a group of seven kids and adults. During the booking process, we clearly provided the ages of all the children, including 16-year-olds, 13-year-olds, and younger children. At no point were we told that a notarized authorization from the parents would be required for the minors. This requirement was also not clearly stated during the online booking process. The only information we found was that minors operating jet skis needed a parent present—which they were. We drove an hour and a half to get there, paid for gas and parking, and only upon arrival were we told that the children could not participate without notarized documents. As a result, our entire trip was ruined. What was most frustrating was the complete lack of effort to find a solution or acknowledge the inconvenience and expense we had incurred. We wasted an entire day, along with the money spent traveling and parking, because important information was never communicated before our arrival. If notarized documents are required, that information should be made unmistakably clear during the booking process and confirmed before customers travel. We would not have made the trip had we known. Very disappointing experience.

Capt. Ron is the best. He keeps everything going and organized... and he's funny? From Jet skiing to Parasailing and snorkeling. This trip is filled with fun... I can't believe I waited this long to do this adventure. It is fantastic.

Wow. This day was fantastic! The crew kept us busy and moving. We went from jet skiing to banana boat, then the obstacle course. Next was parasailing then we went off to snorkel the reef. It's was a blast. I can't believe I have never done this before. The food was good...the drinks were great. This one is a MUST. It

The half day option is fantastic with kids. Our 13 and 7 year old loved the adventures available. If you’re a lover of water and adventure/adrenaline, this is a great option to do it all. Families with kids who aren’t open to risk might feel it’s not worth the cost. My brave kids loved parasailing, banana boat and inflatable adventure course - I got to head out on the jet ski on my own and the crew entertained them with care. Bring cash to pay for the parasailing photos, totally worth it!!

Had a great time and the crew was amazing. In a time where service seems to be fading, they all did a great job. If you are fearful, don't be...it's easy and the crew is there to help make your you have a great experience.

Captain Ron did a great job - he’s been doing it for 30+ years. All the workers were top notch and helped to make it s fun day. We were unable to parasail due to the wind and they gave us a 18% refund or option to rebook. The fruit was perfectly ripe. This is our second time on the all day adventure and it’s still fun! Tips- bring a wetsuit if you have one/ the water in March is very cold or rent for $15. Bring a jacket or sweatshirt etc. b/c once you are wet- the speed of the boat makes you cold. The jet skiing is still fun- but not as fun as a lake -because you go in circles and you can’t really jump with the way the ocean waves go. It’s expensive but a good value for all the activities and food etc.

The banana boat was very hard to hold on to and the play area doesn't have a way to get up on it. Thank you.

Truly amazing! I would 100% recommend this to anyone especially people with kids. It was so nice to be able to do so many different activities without doing each all day long. Broken up into an hour or 30 minutes depending on the activity kept the kids and my attention a lot better and kept the day fun and moving along. We drove two hours to key west from Islamorada and it was 100% worth the day trip. Plenty of time to explore key west after you get back and then head back home. I definitely recommend booking the full day the snorkeling was really cool. Staff was amazing, very friendly and made the day fun while extremely safe. The food for lunch was light and perfect (maybe bring some snacks for yourself or your kids for before and after lunch).

We had a fantastic day on this excursion! The activities were amazing, and the staff (with one exception) was friendly, helpful, and made the experience enjoyable for both kids and adults. I originally booked the excursion for our children, but my husband and I ended up having just as much fun. The only less-than-positive interaction was with one of the parasailing crew members, Alex, who came across as a bit rude and sarcastic. I didn’t appreciate that one bit! Everyone else was phenomenal and went above and beyond to make the day great. One thing I wish I had known in advance is that the cost of the excursion does not include photos. Both the parasailing and catamaran crews offer pictures at $40 each, so we spent an additional $80 for photos. On top of that, there are expected tips for both the parasailing and catamaran teams, which added another $120. In total, we spent about $200 beyond the excursion price. Still, it was an unforgettable day filled with fun and adventure — just be prepared for extra costs beyond the base price. Would 100% do it again!

The crew is absolutely outstanding! They had it perfectly organized, and every activity was our favorite. We even got to see dolphins! I will recommend this to everyone, truly.

The half day tour was plenty of time for four action- packed activities! Everyone had a blast. The staff was kind, drinks were flowing, the snacks were great.

We did the ultimate adventure and it was great. It was my son’s first time snorkeling and jet skiing and he loved it. The trip is super organized so you get plenty of time in each activity. The crew were all amazing.

Great staff, great experience. The staff was warm and friendly, super experienced. For anyone agreed or insure of the parasailing, don't be. Once you're up there, it's unreal how calm, quiet, smooth and chil of an experience it is. The views are surreal. Just do it.

The snorkeling is not included in the half day the activities were all fine and fun and the staff was very very nice

All day adventure is where it's at. We played on a huge blow up water park, went parasailing, jet-skiing, sailed the catamaran, snorkeled the reef, had breakfast and lunch included then free alcoholic beverages all the way back! So fun for kids or adults

Ultimate H2O Adventure - we booked this multi-adventure option to enjoy with our 11 & 15 yr old boys. It included a large catamaran boat ride out to a spot not far offshore to do some parasailing, jet skiing, a banana boat ride, and a floating obstacle course / playground. It was an awesome choice, we all had a great time!! The banana boat ride was a twin pontoon inflatable towed behind a jet ski. It was fun but admittedly the experience was slightly lessened by the fact that the water was constantly splashing in our eyes. The jet skiing was definitely fun for first timers but more experienced riders might be disappointed by the fact that you must ride in a designated area, in an oval like track pattern behind each other. You can cut across the pattern to get in front of slower riders but this only gets you so far. Despite the limitations introduced by slower riders it was still a great deal of fun. The parasailing was definitely enjoyed by all - nice and smooth, with awesome views!! The crew provided water in between the activities which was nice. On the boat after the activities they provide water, soft drinks, chips, fruit, beer, and wine. While the experience was on the pricier side ($150+pp) we definitely enjoyed it and would recommend it to anyone seeking a little fun and adventure.

Great Adventure experience for those looking to have quality time at Key west. This is my second time with Fury

Parasailing was awesome, banana boat a lot of fun. The time on the jet skis was way too short and had to wait around for the other groups to finish using them. They should complete all instruction and paperwork before getting out there that takes up time.

Jet Skiing. It was only part we could do. We paid 300.00 and were only credited 129.00. very disappointing.

It was overall an ok experience because it had its fun as well as disappointing parts. The para sailing was great but they dont provide goggles for banana boat ride or jet skiing and you get splashed in the eye with salt water so much that you need to keep your eyes closed for the whole experience, so people can consider bringing their own goggles with them. One lady of their team in particular seemed very rude, when i asked her if I could have a life jacket for the water park experience replied with, don’t you know how to swim? You dont need life jacket for this if u can swim. Then after she finally agreed to provide life jackets, she goes on to ask me very rudely “ will you freak out in the open water?” And continues to explain how it will be an inconvenience for them if I get scared. Her reaction to me asking for a life jacket was totally uncalled for because everyone else except one person also proceeded to ask for life jackets, honestly it killed my whole mood and made the experience worse for me. The lady should learn how to treat people kindly if they are uncomfortable and not make them feel like they dont know how to do things or are causing inconvenience.

The experience was great, we had hell lot of fun. The crew were so friendly, they made sure everyone is hydrated and safe.

We absolutely had a blast! The check in kiosk was very easy to find (contrary to some reviews my husband and I read) and the staff was friendly and helpful. My husband and I wanted a little weekend getaway in the keys and wanted to experience multiple water sports in one day. This was the perfect opportunity! We especially loved the parasailing. That was a highlight for us. So peaceful and quiet up in the sky. Would highly recommend if you’re planning a trip to the keys! This experience won’t disappoint!

We did this excursion as well as Raggae and Rum. Can’t say enough good about this company. Staff was incredible! Safety was top priority. Boats were in tip top shape. Drinks were great!! Had lots of water ready for us at every turn. We had an absolute blast. Highly recommend.

This tour was well organized and exactly what was advertised. Everyone was split into groups and they had a clear plan where everyone got to do all the activities described. This tour is a great option, especially if you are short on time or not sure which of the activities you like. We got to jet ski, banana boat, parasail, and try out the adventure course on the water! We especially loved the parasailing! Great variety of drinks! Snacks are mostly fruit, we wished we had brought our own in addition. Staff was friendly and helpful!

Too many fury, water adventures, kiosk down by Mallory Square. It becomes confusing as to which one you’re supposed to be for your event. One kiosk sent us to another wrong kiosk and that one sent us to a second wrong kiosk therefore, we missed the actual adventure we were supposed to do. Parasailing catamaran with other activities. We called our person we purchased the tickets. We’re on our way there spoke to supervisor. She says I’m sorry I can’t help you. The boats already left and no refunds.

This was the best way to enjoy multiple different activities! I felt that we got the perfect amount of time on each thing. Most of the crew were very nice and helpful!

Perfect day! Love this with kids who had great variety of things to do. Staff was great. Well coordinated and lots of fun.

Main reason: We arrived for the trip at 9:30am and got off the boat around 1:10pm. Out of the 3 hours and 40 minutes, we were only doing something for ~30min. The rest was all just sitting and waiting. 1. Wind was >20mph so parasailing was cancelled. The length of the trip still remained the same, however, so we all just sat on the boat and did nothing. 2. Total length of activity: Banana boat 15min and Jet ski 15min (only 5min for my group, will explain later). They divided us into 6 groups, since there are only 5 or 6 jet skis. And there are only 3 activities to do, so most people were just waiting for the other group to finish, what a waste of time 3. Jet ski instructor extremely rude. It was my first time riding and I was slow to find the button to start engine. He started yelling at us because we were slow to start the engine 4. Jet ski area was so small, and we were only allowed to go in a circle following each other 5. At over 20mph wind and first time jet ski, water got into our eyes and we accidentally went over the buoy. They immediately made us go back and did not let us jet ski anymore. We barely finished the first lap and was only 5min in. 6. The inflatable water park was so tiny, only for kids to play on. Water was also cold, so we did not go on If you are looking for water activities, would recommend booking the individual experiences instead of this ultimate one. Also consider other companies since this one has rude crew. What a waste of our time

This day was amazing! We had a blast with the Fury group. We would definitely book this excursion again. The parasailing was the best and our girls loved the sea doo and the banana boat ride. We highly recommend this excursion.

Fury has a wonderful outing for the Power Boat Races (Championship races). This is our 3rd year participating on the Boat that serves as Turn 3 for the boat races. The food, drinks and incredible STAFF make this a treat and we return yearly to enjoy this event. So many interesting & friendly folks add to the adventure. Keep up the good work!
