Great experience and the sunset is beautiful. Great live music, snacks and drinks. The amount of time on the boat is perfect.
Food and snack is great. The sunset view is absolutely stunning. Music never stops during the course.
Great time. Bartenders and music were great.
Sunset cruise was great not too many people plenty of space on the boat crew was super nice food plus drinks were good. Would recommend
It took forever to find the check in office tucked away pretty well once everything was taken care of all went smoothly and it turned out to be a lot of fun
Boat was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of space to sit or stand. We booked for the time on the water, not really for the included drinks and snacks. I would not consider the drinks and passed apps to be a substitute for dinner. Time on the water was just under two hours. Crew was friendly and attentive, also seemed capable and knowledgeable when it came to operating the vessel. Music was great. Bathrooms exist.
It’s so worth it . Great vibe, smooth ride. Just a beautiful way to experience Key West. And we saw some dolphins!
We enjoyed the ride and sunset. The crew was good. The food (which was appetizers) was on the small size. We upgraded on the drink package to get Tito's and IPA'S. Not a good choice.
The crew is great!! The music was great!! The food was great!! Cloudy night so just saw the sun set from behind the clouds and it was still beautiful!! A night to remember in Key West.
We had a great time - the crew was friendly, fun and helpful. The musician played a fun variety of songs. The hors d'oevres were delicious - a smoked fish dip, shrimp cocktail, a skewer of olives/cheese and a tiny cheesecake for dessert. There was plenty of room for everyone to sit if they wanted to. I recommend this one.
We had a fabulous time! Staff were so friendly, sailboat clean and drinks were great! Gorgeous was to see a sunset!
Beautiful sailing boat, the crew were very professional and entertaining, drinks and musical entertainment were great
Great atmosphere. I rated five for that 100%. Don’t go for the appetizers - they are average - you go for the music and atmosphere. Many places to eat thereafter. Great hosts - they don’t pack the boat to the gil - so you can move around, sit down, etc. Good value!
We were on a family vacation, most of us had never been to KW before and decided to do the sunset sail cruise. It was a beautiful evening, lovely sunsets and we had a great time. We chose this cruise because the sailboat was a bit smaller, allowing less patrons, than the other one we were looking at. After seeing the other boat with people crammed on the night before, we were happy we chose this one. The people that upgraded their drink package were allowed to board, get first dibs on the seats and get their drinks first, which we didn't care for. The cruise comes with unlimited drinks, which was great, but for liquor drinks, you really need to order doubles to have a good drink. The staff was great, very friendly and efficient, they came around to everyone with hor'dourves which was nice so you could stay where you were. The dessert was mini key lime tarts which were FABULOUS!! Overall, it was a wonderful evening!! Thanks to all.
Great vessel for a sunset cruise!! Capt Brice was great and the crew of Eve & Jordan were awesome hosts. Michelle was so entertaining with the music and had everyone dancing and swaying. Only thing that was any type of downer was the clouds that hid most of the sunset. I would highly recommend this cruise. The food was really tasty, especially the mahii fish dip and key line tarts. We would very much take this cruise again. 5 Stars.
The views were amazing. Great crew.
The cruise was beautiful. The crew so friendly. The food was delicious. Drinks flowed freely. Sunset pretty.
Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Organization and Customer Service We had a group of 23 people celebrating our wedding anniversary on this sunset cruise. We actually paid for 25 tickets, as two members of our group were unable to make the trip, but did not ask for a refund and were fine to eat the cost. We got married on this boat, so this celebration was especially meaningful to us and our past experiences were good. And we have taken this cruise every five years witih a group this size and annually ourselves. Unfortunately, this experience, especially the boarding process was horrendous, as they clearly can't effectively handle large groups and everyone in my group was miserable and confused. As were the other two groups. The boarding process was chaotic and poorly organized. Our group was left standing in the hot sun for 20 minutes with no tent or shade. There were no tickets or any system to keep track of our group. Although strangely you had to stand in a large line to "check in", even thought it was already done on the phone earlier. Instead, staff simply counted people as they boarded, which inevitably led to confusion and incorrect counts. It was a very crowded cruise. After we had already paid over $2,000 for our group, they had the audacity to tell my husband that we were short a ticket and that he needed to go back and purchase another one to get on with us. This was absolutely ridiculous. We had counted our group multiple times, and two people hadn't even made it to Key West, meaning we had actually paid for more tickets than we used and booked! When I requested a refund for just the one extra ticket they forced us to buy when they miscounted, despite having three unused tickets, my request was denied in a very rude and dismissive way. Their explanation was that the captain had counted us and determined we had 26 when that is NOT possible. When I replied that was not possible they ghosted me. How they could accurately identify and count our specific group on such a crowded cruise, especially without issuing tickets or providing any organized boarding process, is beyond me. The lack of organization, accountability, and basic customer service was astounding. Rather than acknowledging the confusion caused by their own boarding process, they expected us to accept their count and pay more money. Refusing even a partial refund after such a frustrating experience only made matters worse. What should have been a special anniversary celebration turned into a stressful and upsetting experience for us and many of our guests from the start. Even though the cruise once we took off, was nice, the front end experience and the unbelievable response to me when I reached out as a recurring client with a genuine overcharge, has lost them a client and will lose them more. We will never use this company again, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering a sunset cruise in Key West to look at other options. There are plenty of other quality sunset cruises available, and I recommend choosing one that values its customers and knows how to manage group bookings properly. Save yourself the frustration and choose another sunset cruise.
The sunset was gorgeous. Lots of color.
Sunset was gorgeous! The live music was not so good. Hors d'oeuvres? I saw 2 trays carried by a rude young lady the whole trip. Bar , we each had 1 margarita which was fine. They asked before boarding if for an extra cost, to get better seating. Don’t do it. There isn’t such a thing. It didn’t make a difference. We got some great photos. We could have achieved that without paying for music and Hors d'oeuvres.
We enjoyed our time on the sunset, cruise very much! From the minute, we boarded the boat, we felt tended to, welcomed, and taken care of. The bartenders literally did everything! They were fun and generous and cute! I highly recommend this experience.
The musical accompaniment was comically bad. The food, while good was limited. The staff was good. The sunset was spectacular.
It was a beautiful cruise. Crew was very friendly. Music was very nice. Nice verity of drinks
Great experience! Well worth the money.
It was a beautiful tour! The wait staff were amazing, the guy at check in was so cool. The captain was rude and disrespectful toward the guests, he scolded us on check in and we were there 20 minutes prior to check in; he was really rude to another guest who was awaiting a friend for the launch, it was fine that he needed to leave on time, but he was very inconsiderate towards her.
It was beautiful. There were a lot of people on board though. I thought there would be more food and there were only two - the mahi dip was good and then two shrimp cocktail and mini dessert pastry. I was just hungry when I left. It was overall a great experience though.
The boat was lovely and comfortable. The crew members were personable. The beverages were what was expected. The hors d'oeuvres laughably scarce, less than a toddler snack. The food wasn't the selling point, so didn't ruin the whole thing. But it shouldn't be listed as a perk. It would have been a 5 in not for disappointing food.
Very enjoyable despite the rain and stormy weather. We did not get to see the sunset but the music, atmosphere and drinks were great.
We had an awesome time! We would highly recommend.
I thought this was a great experience. We had great weather and lots of fun people on the boat. Great music, great staff and the appetizers were fantastic!!
2nd time doing this tour, its well organized easy to get on and off the boat. Staff was friendly and live music was relaxing. Great sunset views and smooth ride. We did pay for the upgraded drink package separately upon check in since that was not an option when booking on TripAdvisor. Everyone was very friendly on the tour, great relaxing evening. The snacks could be slightly improved with more handheld friendly options..but its a boat and you have a drink or phone/camera in one hand and limited seats. The focus is the sunset, water and the views.
First class all the way! This was an absolutely wonderful sunset cruise in every way. The captain and crew were outstanding, the musician was awesome and the food was amazing! Thank you for an extraordinary evening!!
This cruise is always a fantastic time!
The sunset delivered, and the view from the water was genuinely beautiful. Unfortunately, the rest of the evening made it difficult to enjoy. This cruise was not inexpensive, yet at the beginning, we received a shouted lecture asking us to tip the "servers" 20 to 30% of the ticket price because they earn "less than minimum wage, like servers on land." That comparison doesn't hold up. The staff on a passenger vessel are crew members responsible for passenger safety during emergencies, not simply waitstaff. Florida law guarantees tipped workers the full state minimum wage, currently $14.00 an hour, and allows employers to count only $3.02 an hour of tips toward it. The suggestion that crew pay depends on passengers' generosity shifts an obligation from the operator to the guest. If the operator values that role, the compensation belongs in the ticket price rather than in a post-purchase appeal to guilt shouted before departure. The requests didn't stop there. We were also expected to tip the musician separately. We don't have a specific objection as we support live music and perform in it. Got that. Should have been more transparent. As for food, we received three very small appetizers, one of which was shrimp. For the price, this felt closer to a sampling than a served hors d'oeuvres experience. Nobody objects to tipping good service, but expecting guests to offset your crew costs is not acceptable. Book this one knowing the true cost is considerably higher than the listed fare and you should plan on dinner afterward. The boat was handsome and clean. It was a fine enough experience, but left me feeling duped.
I have to be honest. Probably the worst part of our trip to Key West. I knew I made a mistake boarding the boat and looking for a seat. Many people could only stand. The boat is not very comfortable and the bathrooms/heads were dreadful and wouldn’t flush. Free beer if you like Landshark lager, or weak well drinks. The staff were not bad and they walked around and handed out 3 different mini hors d’oeuvre bites. Guitar player was trying. Bring cash because they line up with tip buckets as you debark the boat. Would I do again? Absolutely not. Maybe at $20 a person but for what 2 people cost after tickets plus tip you could cover dinner and watch the sunset from any of the restaurants especially the Tiki Bar we found just steps away.
Booked this for my mother and I, it was a perfect way to end one of our days in key west. It was a relaxing, fun, energetic experience with professional staff, just as described. 10/10!!!
Although our trip was cut short by impending storms, it was a pleasant evening for a sail. The food was decent, the drinks were good and the music got better as the sail went on. The crew worked their tails off for the duration of the cruise and were always friendly and did things without question.
The sunset cruise was a great experience. Staff was great, food was good and cocktails were perfect. Despite being an overcast day, the captain positioned the boat so that we had the perfect sunset views.
Great experience! The staff was great and so friendly, music was chill, and the view was amazing! Highly recommend!
Great time on the sunset cruise. The captain was fun the staff kept the drinks flowing. I will definitely do this trip again
The staff is friendly and helpful . Three appetizers and a dessert appetizer was served. Continuous live music. There are bathrooms on board.
We enjoyed this sunset sail! Great music, great vibes and the crew was fastasic! Drinks and appys were spot on!
Crew was friendly and fun. Musician was fantastic. Food and drinks were good.
It was amazing ! The crew was superb. One suggestion, sit on the shady side heading out as it is very hot this time of year. The food and drinks were delish!
The idea experience for key west, open bar, good food and great music with employees that go above and beyond to make your trip as memorable as possible. Will do it again!
This was a great experience! Great cocktails and food! It was awesome seeing the sun set with all of the sailboats on the water! Great music as well!
Sunset cruise with Sebago catamaran was very nice which included drinks, appetizers, and music well worth the money. Would recommend to anyone looking for a Sunset Cruise.
