Shay, Finn, and Gannon were great. They took us to 2 spots and were very informative about what to do and not to do. The spots had lots of sealife to see. The good and free drinks were also great.
Great crew, great ship and amazing snorkeling! We were on a trip with only 20 or so people and it was great to get a more personal experience - get to know the staff, history of Key West and guided snorkeling. The food and drink were great. John and Gannon did a great job of making sure everyone was happy and having fun.
Dawson, Alexa and Captain Brandon were amazing. They made us feel safe. They were hilarious and they fed us well and let us drink an appropriate amount, there’s plenty of well liquor and some premade drinks when you go. Finally when we off boarded the ship, they gave us cookies! It was an amazing experience and we would definitely book again for our next visit to Key West!
We had a wonderful experience with our crew: Brandon, Alexa and Dawson! They made us feel safe, relaxed and literally waited on us hand and foot. Crew was knowledgeable as well as entertaining to relieve any anxiety you may have made. Being a non swimmer it was important for me to feel good about the journey. Dawson even offered to take me further out to see the coral.🥹 Thank you guys for an amazing time!

The crew was great. The boat has plenty of space. Just be aware you might get some partiers and people who like to drink. Myself and my son we are not drinkers but we just laughed at those who were! Overall good experience plenty of time to swim and see whatever is there to see. Plenty of time to relax and get some sun as well! Lunch was good!
One of our best excursions. Clean boat, and the crew was courteous and extremely attentive! We had a blast. The food was great. We have done these types of excursions before and they usually serve sandwiches which I don’t care for. Loved the shrimp, corn on the cob, potatoes and rice!
The crew, John, Gary and the captain were very welcoming and friendly. They were informative and helpful. It was a fun lunch snorkel experience! The boat is spacious and handled the water well. We were happy with the tasty shrimp lunch that hit the spot after snorkeling. This is a well priced trip and we would highly recommend this experience to anyone!
Our original trip was canceled and this one was offered. I wish we would have been able to get off at a beach but all in all this was a fabulous time. The crew was fantastic. They helped my friend who had a hard time walking get to a seat so not to hold up anyone else and was constantly asking if he needed anything which was not expected but VERY MUCH Appreciated. I'd do it all over again!
Beautiful boat. Crew was super friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. I did not snorkle, but had a wonderful time just being on the cruise.
Captain and crew were great very knowledgeable was a smooth ride food and drinks were great with music stopped at two different reefs it is a must do.
Our family visited Key West for the first time and we chose this tour because our concierge recommended it. We bought our tickets $80pp and went out the next day. It was pretty windy so the vessel bounced a lot!!!!! If you are prone to sea sickness you will not enjoy the 7 mile journey when windy. For those of you not it’s gorgeous!!!!!! Captain spoke to us but the 2 other staff members were super attentive to everything and worked hard the whole time we were there!!!! I saw them take care of the group, serve food, ice bags, drinks, help children, collect gear, etc We went out 7 miles and They tied the vessel to the buey and let us go snorkeling. If you are not a strong swimmer or haven’t swam in a while currents will be challenging and you MAY not enjoy it. There is a small lunch in between snorkeling spots. The food is ok. The spots we snorkelled were beautiful. Suggestions: - Don’t go out on very windy days. - Be experienced in swimming. - If prone to seasickness bring medication
Wonderful experience with Sebago! We've enjoyed several different trips out with Sebago but this one was my favorite. The 2 snorkeling spots the crew picked out were perfect! The food was great and highly worth the upgrade. Book this trip!
Other reviews are true! Great outing. Weather wasn't too hot and partly cloudy. Stopping at 2 snorkel spots was awesome as 1 is typically better. For us on this day, it was the 2nd stop. Full selection of drinks - water, juice, soda, wine, liquor. Food was excellent and a nice break between snorkel stops. We also had a small group -15 with 3 crew. Boat wasn't crowded at all. Crew was excellent. Captain Brandon, Bryan and the other mate (sorry forgot his name). Kept everything safe but casual. Very friendly and professional. Always checking if you were having a good time, that you were comfortable, and if you needed anything.

Boat broke down and we turned around in 30 minutes. Either they cant do preventive maintenance or to good for it.

Nice crew, clean, organized catamaran. Grace, Fin, and Joe were great. Snorkeling Equipment worked well. Children were taken care of and watched closely. We had a great time.
My wife and I had a great time snorkeling in key west. The boat staff was fantastic, looked and felt new. Very clean. The staff explained everything so well that I don’t think anyone had any questions about literally anything. One of the deck hands Dawson was hilarious and very nice. Food was actually really freakin good too! Fun drinks. Snorkeling was unreal. Saw a shark, barracuda’s, sea turtles, and tons of fish. Felt safe the entire time. I would 100% do this excursion again. This excursion was the highlight of our vacation. Strong work by all!
Great reef snorkeling. Crew member, Grace was amazing. She made the trip extra special. One cranky male crew member. Otherwise the rest of the crew and captain were awesome. Beautiful waters, cool fish, and great food. A must do for your trip.
Hats off to the great captain and awesome crew!! My husband and I have been on many snorkel & scuba excursions over the years, this outfit is one of the best! On boarding was organized, fast and efficient. They orated safety regulations succinctly,coming across as funny but you got the vibe they take them very seriously. The two snorkel destinations did not disappoint nor did the lunch that was served. Ample portions and good drinks. We will be doing this again when our friends come down to Florida.
So the boat was clean and beautiful. the staff was wonderful helpful and happy. The snorkeling equipment was great and worked well. The food was better than my cruise food. Such a great excursion and wonderful experience. The crew was so wonderful and just happy to share this experience with us and make it the best. Will do again
The info given said that we would have a 10 am depart. Nothing in the booking confirmation said anything otherwise. Once my family and I drove an hour and a half to get to the dock at 9:58 am we got to watch the boat we were scheduled to be on leaving. When we asked why they left without us the dock staff (who were rude and non helpful) told us that we should have been there at 9:30 am. When I asked to show me where that was stated in the confirmation email that clearly said 10 she quickly argued that since we booked through a 3rd party (Viator) that they were not responsible. The options she gave us were to go on a different cruise later in the day or reschedule for another day. This was our last day in Key West so rescheduling was no good. The one we booked was for 2 snorkeling stops and an ALL YOU CAN EAT shrimp boil. What we were forced to settle with was a sunset cruise that did not allow for snorkeling. This cruise was cheaper than the original we had booked and we were not offered a refund of the difference even after asking. After spending the entire day filling time until our new 6 pm departure we were back at the dock promptly at 6 expecting to board and be shoved off promptly at 6:30 like they did with the morning cruise where they left us. To our surprise boarding was slow and relaxed. 15 minutes after the scheduled time they shoved off and we were on our way for our sailing adventure and meal! Well once again we were surprised when the whole cruise turned out to be a 5 knot motoring of the boat out and straight back. Oh and the meal...we were served finger food the consisted of soggy crackers in fish dip, olives and cheese on toothpicks and for the final course, shrimp cocktail. This was 3 shrimp shoved in a tiny cup with some cocktail sauce on the bottom. We endured our over priced Disney float (honestly the it's a small world cruise at Disney was more eventful and a more genuine experience) and returned back to the dock with our now sloppy drunk crew mates and wondered how we got swindled out of hundreds of dollars and a waste of our time. This adventure was anything but that....it's not what's advertised, it's not what we got, and fixing the problem was not on anyone's mind at Sebago. It was by far the worst part of our 10 days we spent in the keys. Find better places to spend your money and with companies that are happy to provide great service and give clear communication. Seabago and Viator are not it.
Great service, fun crew, drinks kept flowing! We did the Ragin' Cajun" Seafood boil and snorkel was skeptical of selecting food included with the snorkel trip since I can be picky, but I was impressed with the food served. The weather was not that great, and choppy seas after a couple of rainy days in Key West, but that is nothing the crew can control.
The crew was great fun and a wealth of knowledge. The food and drinks were fabulous. Would do it again in a heartbeat!!!!!
The food and drinks were phenomenal.. we enjoyed this cruise the crew were amazing they served us drinks and Cajun food which was delicious I think they told us Maria had prepared it and it was definitely delicious they took us to 2 snorkeling spot Grace and Miranda were awesome !!

We had an amazing day sailing with the crew of the rajun Cajun seafood snokeling two stop adventure. The snokeling was awesome and shrimp boil and jambalaya was delicious. The crew was very informative and knowledgeable to put you at ease with snokeling. Had a fun day and love to do it again.

Captain Steve and his crew, Gary and Carley, made this experience fun from the beginning to end! Lots of laughter, engaging conversation, and we were able to see many beautiful fish...sharks included. The food was yummy and the drinks were plentiful. We had great weather, clear water for snorkeling, saw lots of fish including a 6’ lemon shark. Great food and nice crew!
Six of us took the Ragin Cajun Snorkeling Catamaran trip. We can’t recommend it enough! It was an all inclusive trip which included an all you can eat shrimp boil and open bar. The drinks flowed steadily and the food was excellent! The crew was outstanding and very attentive. If you are in Key West, make it a priority!
Kathryn and Anders we just a class act taking care of everyone and ensuring we had a great time! Captain Brett led the team and was very interactive with the guests. It's the little things on tours that can make all the difference. And the food was delicious, much better than I expected! I can't recommend this tour and this team enough. Real pros with loads of experience.
Someone spotted dolphins on the way out so we stopped to enjoy their show. Two great snorkeling spots, excellent Cajun food and cold beverages. A+. We saw lots of reef fish, good coral of purple sea fans, some stag horn coral, trigger, parrot, etc. Nurse and a grey reef too, yay! Great equipment and well cared for boat. Anders, Katherine and Brett are a top ten kind of crew for safety, snorkeling assistance and service. We certainly felt well cared for and appreciated. I'd do this again just for the food and the views. This is a big boat so the rocking waves are mitigated a bit but you still should keep your eye on the horizon to avoid motion sickness.
Funny crew, good food (rice, shrimp, corncob, potatoes- easy and good quality) Great trip. The upgrade ($10 for better quality alcohol) was not worth it for us.
We spent a very nice day on the boat, we had taken the formula with lunch which was absolutely delicious (paella, shrimp, corn, potatoes....). Good Mood on the boat, it was my birthday I have the right champagne at will , really top, the corals were very pretty , pretty wildlife also on both stops ., the staff is very nice and funny, very professional!!
