Key West Hop-on Hop-off Trolley Tour

We had 4 drivers and all were knowledgeable and entertaining . Despite a muffler falling off one trolley, we were very impressed how quickly a transfer trolley arrived to continue our tour.

I’m 6’5” tall with long legs. I was jammed into a seat as the bus was full. I actually have bruises on my knees due to the seats being so close together. Was not a pleasant experience.

The Trolley was a very convenient way to get around and see the island. It's was great to be able to get on and off and to also hear some history as we rode. Thanks for the great time.

Very easy way to see Key West. Great driver with informative talk. We did not get of as it is much easier to do a drive around and then go back to the place u want to see further

This was one of the better hop on hop off tours I have been on. 13 stops, interesting history and stories, and engaging drivers. Great option for getting around Key West easily and quickly.

Unfortunately, due to weather conditions, we were unable to enter the port. We were unable to tender in from our boat as well. So we bypassed Key West altogether. I was very disappointed, but hope to go back there in the future. I hope they refund our money.

We found this a great way to see Key West - we chose this over the Conch Train as it had the hop on hop off option, however we didn't actually use this, and the route is longer than the train. Our driver Louie aka Nobody was brilliant, his commentary was excellent and he pointed out all of the major sights of the city in a humorous and friendly manor. We rode the full 90 minute loop and felt like we had seen everything we came to see without having to hop off. The queue for a photo at the southernmost point was quite long, but we managed to get good pictures from the trolley. After the tour we walked back to Sloppy Joes for lunch. Definitely recommend this when visiting the city.

Knowledgeable and entertaining drivers in open-air trolleys take you around the town. If you’re short on time, this is a convenient way to see the local area.

Wonderful open air tour trolley. We rode with driver Phillip first and then driver Vivian. Both were very knowledgeable and engaging. We will definitely take the trolley the next time we visit!

We always take a hop on hop off bus tour on vacations. It gets us oriented and helps us fine tune our plans for revisiting certain areas and discover areas we hadn’t considered. We had three drivers in Key West all were excellent our favorite was Louie Nobody for his sense of humor.

They hop on hop off trolley was amazing, i was able to visit so many of the attractions that I wanted to visit and the trolley made things so much easier not having to worry about parking or any of that, I was able to just enjoy the ride be entertained by the drivers. Louis was absolutely amazing and made us all laugh. I had him twice on my tour.. I most definitely will do this again if I come back to Key West in the near future and I will recommend it to all my friends and family.It just makes things so much easier getting around the island.

This option to get around the is a great introduction to the island. The main landmarks and attractions were included and the naration was informative as well entertaining. Our guide Vivian was really nice and offered helpful information and kindness. I highly recommend this tour to those visiting Key West.

Great tour! We had Manny and he was the best!!! Very knowledgeable of Key West with great stories. We were on a cruise however I booked through Tripadvisor because it was cheaper than booking through the cruise. We had no problem getting another trolley if we got off, like some reviews mention. Maybe it what the time of year or day (Friday). It's a must when visiting Key West!

The operators of this excursion were delightful from the get go. The lady we encountered at the ticket booth in Mallory Square was super friendly and full of enthusiasm that we came. Of course, her job is to also try to upsell other excursions to you at a discounted rate, but she was not at all pushy or annoying. The process was easy peasy! When we boarded the trolley we were greeted by Anthony. This guy was awesome! He was so funny, cheerful, and seemed to know everything about the island. He was easy to hear and it felt like he was enjoying himself as much as we were. The tickets are good for the entire day, so our intention was to do the entire tour on the first go round and then do some hops offs on a second trip around the island. When we got to the butterfly and nature conservancy, we ended up hopping off because I couldn’t wait! That is a must see and once you do it you’ll understand why. I never knew I needed to go into a butterfly museum until I went into a butterfly museum! What a relaxing and beautiful place! After that we had a great lunch at the pool bar at the Southernmost House. Then we walked through the house and finished up by taking our photo at the Southernmost Point (wouldn’t be complete without that!) When we hopped back on the trolley at the butterfly museum, Elijah was our guide for the last two stops and he was also a fun, vibrant personality! I would highly recommend this tour, especially if it’s your first trip to Key West. My husband lived in Key West 20 years ago and even he learned a few things he didn’t know! We will even do it again next trip!

The Keys is such a beautiful place our tour guide was able to give us and show us a beautiful trip he explained how we get on and off the pick up location time and place he also told us a lot about history it was a wonderful experience

We rode the Key West hop on hop off trolley while our cruise was docked in Key West. Overall, the stops on the route were very good. However, there was a part of the tour where we went outside the city area and that was a waste of about 30 minutes. There were several hotel stops there and nobody even got on. But overall, it was worth the money to see the key sites in Key West.

Louis was great funny and informative. Gracie was rude boring and monotone. Everyone on the bus were falling asleep. Tour bus is not a good fit for Grace

Great stories about history! The train allows you to get off where you need to be and get back on later too.

Very good experience with the knowledge of the trolly tour drivers explaining a plethora of information about the bars, restaurants, area, and other places of interest. It worked out wonderfully with the interactive real time trolly app/locator. And yes, we hopped on and off many times when we were at various places of interest.

It was a great way to see the city if you only have a day. The drivers were very informative with city history. If there were tourists who needed assistance getting on and off the Trolley the drivers were very caring and helpful. The ease of getting off at an attraction and getting on again was great. Would take the tour again.

Easy way to see Key West from a cruise ship. Just a less than 10 min walk from the cruise dock. Great way to see the island in an efficient way.

Start at beginning at stop one. There you get tram stops map and more info. Better than starting half way round

It was great! Our guides were very knowledgeable and friendly.

It started off very rough and not enjoyable. As my friend and were getting off at stop 5 we asked the driver for walking directions to Blue Heaven. She provided the directions, but forgot to mention that they were closed until mid October. We were, however, glad to get off because she was not a very good tour conductor. We got on a different Trolley with Louie and he was so much fun and we enjoyed the rest of the tour with him. He was extremely knowledgeable about all things Key West and even knew that Blue Heaven was closed. We enjoyed his jokes and banter with the guests.

Just had our second visit using your Hop on Hop off Key West tour. Your Drivers , Your Guides/History teachers are absolutely marvellous. We might have heard the info before but it sounded brand new this time. Keep up the good work/service. Thank you

The trolley was an uncomfortable ride as leg space is short and trolley is open air in the Florida heat.

We had Manny as our driver and tour guide. He made the experience so fun along with educational. He was one of the nicest people that we encountered.

I love to take a city tour wherever I go, to get a good overview of where I'm visiting. I booked the trolley and was ready to go! From Old Town, we ended up Ubering to the nearest stop and had trouble finding it (our fault, maybe?). The guides were mid, points of interest were good. I was expecting the trolley to be air conditioned, but it was open air (which was actually fine, but warm). I thought the price was a bit high, but what isn't? Trolleys came along fairly frequently, so never had to wait long and it was easy to track. All in all, it was a good overview of the island and I'd still recommend it for that reason.

This is a fun way to see the city and learn the history! Grace is a wonderful driver and very informative, knowledgeable, and personable!

Very friendly and informative guide. . Saw the whole area . Easy to visit things and catch next trolley. Ran every 25 mins on the day we went. Highly recommend!

Doc was a phenomenal guide! He taught us so much about the history of Key West and had a great sense of humor to go along with the expansive knowledge.

The trolley runs every 15 minutes. They also have a way to track the trolley which is really cool. Some of the tour guides are better than others. Not a lot of leg room in between the seats so if you’re going to need some leg room, use the seats all the way to the back of the trolley otherwise it was a great experience.

This was an unexpectedly great tour full of great information about Key West. All of the major sites were included, and a ton of information about the area was included. The tour really gives you very fun and insightful information about the eclectic history of the island. The tour was made all the better by out wonderful tour guide/driver. Manny was funny, informative, engaging, and comfortable. His knowledge of the area and familiarity with the history was immediately noticable and pretty remarkable. I'm sure that the company has a whole staff of great drivers, but if I were to do it again, Manny is the man!
