What a wonderful experience we had on AJ's pedicab ride! The history of Key West, the architectural details, the interesting places to visit, both on and off the beaten path, restaurant suggestions, stories of local characters and celebrities, two hours of touring passed by in a flash. And as he told the stories AJ navigated safely and smoothly thru Old Town. Best way ever to enjoy the sights, sounds and warm breezes of a late afternoon in Key West. Take the tour!!

Our guide, AJ, led us through the back streets as well as the famous places of old town Key West. He was so well-versed in the history and lore of the town, and he made us laugh, too. We'd spent a day on the Hop On Hop Off tour (3 different driver/guides) and we thought we might hear repeats of the same stories, but we had nothing to fear. Bravo, AJ!

We went to parts of the city that I’d never been to and the history (of the buildings and people) was fascinating. Highly recommended!

I learned a lot of interesting facts about Key West such as the meaning behind the architecture of the homes and about Sandy Cornish. My tour was supposed to start at 4 pm, but I got the time wrong and thought it started at 2 pm. Despite this, my guide, Alejandro, began the tour early, which I really appreciated.

AJ was our driver and he was great! Gave us a great tour of key west with bits of information we didn’t know about.

Our "driver", Alejandro ("AJ"), is wonderful. This is a perfect way for a couple or a family with a small child or 2 to learn the history, culture and architecture of Key West. It beats the crowded hop on hop off bus and train, and enables you to scoot around the crowded streets while seeing all the major sites. We also earned a lot about the trees and plants. AJ is terrific, and we phoned him at 3058795448 to provide taxi service after our tour.

Well worth the money!!! AJ was a phenomenal guide and took us all around Key West to unique, quaint areas and gave us all the history of each location. He stopped to take our picture, he had us get out at a few locations to walk and site see while he explained the history of that specific site. He took us to taste the most amazing Rum that’s made right in Key West and dropped us off right back at our hotel! He spend a full 2 hours taking us on a tour and gave us wonderful suggestions for restaurants to try or bars to explore. It was truly the best experience and totally worth it!!!

Was a great intro to the history and some of the quirky facts about Key West. AJ was simply the best. He knew tons of facts about Key West and made the entire trip fun. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

Kokomo keys charter captain Jordan was amazing, he got our group on target species fish early in the trip, the bite was on and over several spots we hooked up almost immediately. Very knowledgeable of the area and fish patterns, trip was amazing for smaller 4-6 people group. Highly recommend and we will use his services for our next trip in the keys!

DO NOT MISS THIS AMAZING TOUR - get the inside scoop of key west’s hidden gems! AJ is a great guide, hit all the highlights but also took us to many unique local spots including a beautiful rooftop view of the city. He is friendly, informative and courteous-even dropped us back off at our hotel at the end of the tour. The pedi cab has shade and a nice breeze, and was a great way to beat the heat in the middle of the afternoon while still experiencing all key west has to offer.

Our guide is a native Key West and gave us many interesting stories about the sites he took us to. Very good experience!

Thoroughly enjoyed our tour with Alejandro! We saw so many interesting things and even sampled some rum! He is a very safe driver in a very busy city. We also stopped to go into the Cuban Embassy, Tony’s Bar, and to see cigar rolling among others. Highly recommend this tour. Do it early on your visit because you will see many places you might want to visit later.

My husband and I loved!!! the Tiki Bike Experience with AJ. He was so friendly and took us via a covered Tiki carriage all over the old town of Key West. AJ was very patient with us as we asked many questions about the island and people of Key West, history, customs, etc. The Tiki was far more comfortable than I thought it might be. All in all this was my favorite tour in Key West.

This was a fantastic personal tour of Key West. Although initially we thought it a bit costly, it was totally worth it. As with other reviews, AJ was an awesome tour guide - his knowledge and information was unbelievable and any questions were easily answered. We even know the reason for all the chickens now!! The personal knowledge of tour guide made this an exceptional tour. We enjoyed learning so many new things about Key West. We were not sure what to expect and were very pleasantly supplied by how enjoyable and informative the tour was.

If you do nothing else in key west BOOK THIS! Saw all of old town including several locations only locals know about. Hemingway home, southernmost point, first distillery, Cuban consult, speakeasy’s, so much we would not of discovered on our own. AJ’s knowledge of the island and his relationships with what felt like everyone is amazing and definitely creates a sense of a VIP experience. So many jealous sweaty faces on the streets looking on in wonder of how they missed that. Don’t be those people book this now.

Al was very knowledgeable. He gave my wife and I an excellent tour of Key West. He was very courteous, knowledgeable about key west. He allowed us to request a few stops to do things or see things we wanted to see. I would definitely recommend him as a guide if you are ever in the Key West area.

This is one of the best ways to see and learn about Key West. A.J. is extremely knowledgeable on Key West, its history and current state. This was one of the most enjoyable tours my wife an I have been on. One of the best things was seeing and learning about parts of Key West you don't get to see on the other tours. Also, this being a very personal tour made it very special as well. This tour and A. J. as the guide is well worth it. Again, probably one of teh best tours we have been on.

We had an incredible time with AJ on this tour, it was the highlight of our trip to Key West. We saw EVERYTHING, the famous, infamous and the places tourists could never find and never know about. He is so knowledgeable and enthusiastic, not to mention hilarious. AJ was a great guide, having been in key west for over 20 years it seemed like everyone knew him everywhere we went. He has a warm and upbeat personality and knew the lay of the land and the history of key west like the back of his hand. You could tell he really loves the area and telling others about it. Alejandro was great! Not only did he provide behind the scenes experiences (Artist Museum, Artist House, Shel Silverstein’s home, Robert the Doll’s family burial plot, cigar making, rum making, and hanging tree in Sloppy Joe’s along with famous bar patrons. He also is super friendly and empathetic. Everyone knows him in town it seems and you just know he would be a great friend to party with because he knows all the places that would be fun!

We had a fascinating afternoon touring with AJ. He is clearly deeply knowledgeable and passionate about the history of Key West. He took us into off the beaten path places to show us unique features, showed photos on his iPad, answered our questions and was just all around amazing. Sometimes, when someone gives the same tour regularly, they can get robotic in their "spiel," but that was absolutely NOT the case here. AJ clearly spent hours and hours doing extensive research and he is excited to share all the interesting things he learned. I would recommend his tour to anyone visiting Key West.
