Friendly and knowledgeable crew, nice weather, started slow, but we ended up catching a fair amount of fish at a time when it's been very slow. The pool for the biggest fish is a fun addition (especially since I won it, lol). Overall, an enjoyable day. I'm a repeat customer and will be back

Worth the money. These guys made this a great experience for our whole family.

Boat was crowded, lines kept getting tangled.. there were only 2 guys working with 25 to 30 people to get fish off or help with lines breaking or what not. We were able to get on fish but was kinda chaotic and unorganized. In the plus side the guys were real nice and knowledgeable and knew where to catch fish.

We had a blast! Capt. Brandon and Mate Eathan did a phenomenal job! They got us on plenty of great fish, and we always available for help if it was needed. The price was right, the trip time gave you plenty of time to fish! Highly recommend! Those guys rock!

Didn’t know bananas were bad luck on a boat. Probably why we didn’t catch anything all day. When others around us did. Great first mate not pushy or loud. Calm relaxed. Lovely day. Little dog added a nice homey atmosphere. Good music lots of help w rods hooks bait.

Beware, booked my trip for my family vacation over a month ago. Showed up ready to go, the man cones out and says we are not fishing tonight, not enough people. They never called us to tell us . My boys were so disappointed. This is all my sons have wanted to do .

Very relaxing experience and we ALL caught fish. I actually caught a huge trigger fish and at the same time my husband caught a big grouper, which everyone was pretty surprised! Bryan and Captain Rick were very helpful throughout the process. We would definitely book again and recommend!

The boat is roomy and the staff is very kind and helpful. We moved around to a number of different places to make sure everyone was actively catching fish.

Expected to catch a lot of grouper and larger fish and they were only targeting the smaller ones barely left shore to go fishing could have got the same fish at the State Park or off any coastline was a waste of money

We had a HOT but fun day! Bring wet wipes and plenty of fluids. We took home 8-10 fish. We had a few slow moments but the captain was great about moving us to a new spot!

Had a great time bonding with my boy. We did get caught in some rain, but it came and went and the fun resumed. The crew was super friendly and made the experience enjoyable.

Fishing trip with experienced captain was okay. The sea was very rough, which wasn’t the crews fault, made for a difficult time fishing. Captain Brandon showed us lots of fish on the fish finder, but they just were not really biting. They held a competition for the biggest fish caught, and the two biggest were just barely legal (pretty tiny). Most fishing trips we’ve been on, the crew bait our hooks, but not this crew. The boat was pretty packed, shoulder to shoulder. All in all, the crew was the best thing about this trip. We probably won’t take this tour again.

Joe and Ethan were great, they were there immediately to help with everything. Lots of fish were caught , the ride to and from was nice and the weather was perfect. Every time I come back to KW I plan on going on this charter.

Had a great time fishing with Fishmonster. This was my family's first time on a fishing charter boat going deep sea fishing. We caught many fish on the trip. One group caught a barracuda, a 20lb Snapper, and even a shark. The crew was very helpful and experienced with fishing. We went to about 4 different spots and just about everyone caught something to bring home. Everyone had a great time and I would definitely choose this charter in the future.

The name a lie. You are not deep sea fishing. They take you northwest of Key West into about 35' to 40' of water. When I purchased a "Deep Sea fishing" trip ticket I expected to be taken out to deeper waters south of the island. Their boat did nothing but spew desiel fumes and smoke the entire time the motor was running making the air stink and contributing to many people getting sick. The fishing poles you pay to rent were in terrible shape with multiple reels being used by the people around me as well as the ones provided to my girl and myself also barely operating. I have been on many charters around Florida and others in the Keys. This was the worst. No other Charter i have been on had such misleading information. AVOID THIS CHARTER.

Enjoyed trip with clean boat and friendly knowledgeable crew! Highly recommend the 6 hour day trip! Will do again next time we are in the area.

The crew is very helpful, doesn’t matter if you are novice or expert. Their actions make it clear that safety is a priority. We always end up with plenty of fish. This is our 3rd go with them and will definitely stick with them in the future. We will be back next year at this time, and looking forward to seeing Ethan and the other crew members.

The Gulfstream crew were fabulous! They made the experience fantastic for all of us and did a lot of the fishing work, so we didn't have to. They fileted the fish we caught and recommended taking it to a local restaurant to have it cooked, which we did, and it made an incredibly memorable dinner! The weather was beautiful, and we would totally do this again on the next trip down to the Keys! Thank you :)

My family booked this charter yesterday. What a great day, for a family Christmas gift. The Capt and mate were awesome. Always helpful when we were stuck or had a fish. I would definitely recommend these guys if you’re ever in Key West. 5 star across the board.

The crew was great. They always made sure everyone what taken care of. It was our first time deep sea fishing, and now we want to go again. Could not recommend a better place.

So much fun and the crew were amazing and had a good sense of humor they explained everything and were very helpful to the beginners and kids onboard. Definitely recommend going. We will probably be going a second time while we are here.

Had so family visit us in KeyWest and they wanted to fish. Took them on t(e Gulfstream for a 6 hour trip and they had a great time. Captain Joe put us on the fish moved the boat around when things got slow and the entire boat caught enough for dinner. Ethan was our mate and he made sure everyone was geared up and ready to fish. Great day on the water.

My family (5 adults) had so much fun!!! We are not experienced with fishing, I don’t think I’ve ever caught a fish in my life before this!! Captain Joe was great, but I really have to say THANK YOU to Johnny! He was so attentive, but not overbearing. Again, I am not used to fishing. He celebrated my first ever fish caught and wished me luck catching more. I ended up catching 14 fish, and Johnny was there for nearly every one, giving me tips and took my fish off the hook for me, threw them back in, and re-baited my hook for me so I wouldn’t have to. My brother even caught a sharpnose shark and Johnny was right to there to help him reel it in and release it. Again, he was just really great. Made the whole day so enjoyable. Helping us untangle lines, put new hooks on our lines, telling us the best bait to use, helping us get unstuck from the coral…… we were complete novices and had great luck and a great time with Johnny’s expertise and help! Cannot say thank you enough to Johnny! Would highly highly recommend doing this, even if you are complete beginners like my family!

We had such a great time with Captain Joe and his first Mate Ethan. Both were so knowledgeable and helpful. We had a gorgeous day and caught lots of fish. Highly recommend if you’re ever in the Keys!

Captain Brandon and First Mate Ryan were awesome. They were very helpful with getting the fishing poles in place, pulling in fish, sizing and cleaning them. The boat was very clean and welcoming. There is a little galley for those who need to take a break from the sun. The bathrooms were surprisingly clean for a fishing boat. I have been on some pretty neglected ones but this was very good. We did the 6 hour fishing tour. Plan on paying the flat fee and if you need a rod and reel, you can rent one of theirs for a few bucks - it is worth it! The boat ride out to the fishing spot took just under an hour to get to. We moved around to a few different spots at various depths when the fish stopped biting. Overall there was a good number of fish pulled up including yellowtail, red snapper and grunts.

We had an amazing time. The captain and Matt did a wonderful job. We caught lots of fish and are thinking of doing another charter before we leave town.

It was booked for Sunday 6/21 and captain doesn’t run boat on Sunday. Got there and no one is there until 9:50am. Text captiain said we don’t run on Sunday and I don’t have any reservations for that. I send him copy of my confirmation email and then he re agreement with different captain. I did went for fishing with family but we were looking for deep see fishing for 6 hour but this one was not deep see fishing and only for 5 hours. I was despondent about it and my kids too.

The Captain and crew are great. I recommend bringing Dramamine if you’re prone to sea or motion sickness. Also sunscreen is a must! You can purchase waters/sodas and snacks for $1 each but bringing your own bag of things isn't a bad idea. We didn’t catch too much on our trip, but the captain was very helpful and handed anything he hooked to participants to reel in. Overall quite a long excursion, we would have been happy with a couple hours shorter as people just looking for the experience but if your goal is to catch fish to take home, this is the trip for you!
