Key West's Morning Jet Ski Tour Special

My first time jet skiing was awesome with this company. When we got there, they immediately checked us in and answered all of our questions. We were in a small group with Eric leading and three other jet skis. We started on the gulf side and had an enjoyable ride, but when we hit the Atlantic side, it was little rough. Eric gave us the option to continue in the washing machine conditions or head back to the gulf side. We all agreed to go back to the smoother side. Eric made it fun and flexible so we will be doing it again.

Rude staff and overall poor communication skills

Don’t recommend. They were so rude. Demand a tip which is we would give but our money was in the car because we didn’t take it jet skiing. Rudest people- you’re in the hospitality business dude- get it together

My wife and I book a private jet ski tour around the Keys. Tyler Knight was our tour leader and made the experience for us amazing. Tyler was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and showed up some of his favorite places to explore. It was a very relaxed and enjoyable experience and Tyler went above and beyond, with a photo session and a few stops along the way with interesting facts of specific areas within the keys. We would absolutely go again and request Tyler!

This is not any type of tour. It is a ride! I would suggest everyone ride their own Jet Ski. Those who rode double did not appear to enjoy as much as those who rode single.

The Jet Ski was fun. Although, the wind was strong and the water and ride was very rough. So course directions were alters for safety reasons. I appreciate the attention to safety; as for seeing hoped for sights on the tour, that really didn't happen. Next time I will check the wind conditions the day before to determine the best experience. The staff and guides were great, friendly and knowledgeable.

Super fun! Guides (Eric and JJ) were awesome! We did the 9:30 tour and it was fantastic. Highly recommend if you want an adrenaline rush!

A great water experience around Key West with knowledgeable staff! Whether you’re a first timer or experienced rider, they will tailor the experience to your comfort level. Designated break areas along the way give you the option to take a quick a quick swim and some photos as well. Would definitely repeat next time I’m down in the area!

When my party of three arrived at parrot key resort, 8:30 am .parked golf cart by arrow sign pointing down to the dock got to office at dock first thing i ask was where to park golf cart was told to park between Walgreen's and home depo walk back to cart about two minutes later and was told by resort person cart was getting tow got on cart and relocated still didn't see any signage parked cart just had to hope i was in the right spot. returned to office at the dock was told i needed to fill out all these form i told that person that i filled out everything that was asked online, he told me this was additional, not happy by now competed all the forms ,then was told that all the guides work off of tips and was told there was mandatory 20% gratuity per Wave runner which was 96dollars and i could pay with card on file .This is BS what a scam paying gratuity before ever receiving service , this all happened before ever getting on the Wave runner and the tour was ok but nothing like other jet ski tours in the key west area. I don't recommend this company, I received a message from Joe ? at sunset watersports to leave a review and if i had a negative experience to call .305-296-2554 so i called and talked to a lady and she said she would relay the message to management. And i have not heard from, she ask for my number that i gave it to her. so i guess they got my money and that is that. What Bad Experience for my Grandson who just graduated from high school and his dad my son, and myself!!!

The staff was very friendly and informative. The jet skis were much faster than anticipated but my husband was up for the challenge. Really secure your items on the tour because I lost my hat (that I had buckled to my life jacket) and my hair clips. We had 3 staff members with us throughout the tour which made me feel very safe.

We went out of COW KEY 🐄 channel on an “early bird” 10 AM jet ski trip. Our guide was “Sparky” who was very knowledgeable and accommodating. We were riding the jet skis the full 90 minutes, much of it full speed with turns and interesting paths. We live in South Florida and come to Key West several times a year - but he showed us a few places we had never seen. Not going to ruin the surprise and tell you where - you just have to go see for yourself - I highly recommend going to COW KEY and riding with Sparky!

The tour and the tour guides were amazing. I would definitely recommend them. They knew all their information and were very friendly.

Barret, ben, Dakota and Sparky we’re our tour guide and they were great. they were entertaining and a great bunch of characters 10/10 recommend.

Fun trip but we didn’t get to go around the island due to wave heights. It’s not easy to navigate the watercraft if you’re a beginner. Be prepared to be shaken down for a large gratuity beforehand. They want 22% of the cost which is a lot.

Absolutely the best jet ski tour ever - with the best tour guide ever… Mr. Sparkles. He showed us an amazing time and are super grateful to have had such a great guide that loves what he does. Choose sunset and request Sparkles! He made our experience 11/10.

Great ride with Bracken. Just myself and another couple. So, real nice. Made a few stops to chill. The high-speed zig zagging was fun on the less rough water but I would have liked to have had a little bit of free form riding instead of "follow the leader" all the time. I'm an experienced rider so that would have been better. Other than that, the guide did a great job.

My family and I just finished the 9:30 am jet ski tour with Bracken and he made the trip! My son is celebrating his 9th birthday and was a little nervous but with Bracken and team cheering him on by the end he was yelling “faster!”!! 10/10 recommend this tour! Thank you all for making our last day in Key West an amazing experience 💕

We had the best time on the morning jet ski tour! Bracken was an AMAZING tour guide. I was a little nervous about jet skiing and they made me feel so comfortable and safe. Bracken was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor! My family and I had the best time. I highly recommend this tour and we will be doing it again!

Awesome trip with my family, the guides were great and accommodating to all skill levels. Machines are very new and in good shape. We spent most of our time on the ocean side and even saw a dolphin!

Ben, Eric and Marshall totally set the standard for hosting us on the Jet Ski tour we did. Super friendly and fun, they added so much value to the whole experience. We took a jet ski tour around key west with sunset watersports while staying at Parrot Key. The whole experience was amazing. We’ve done a lot of activities during our stay in the keys but my teenage sons voted this the best! The guides were very friendly and professional, explaining everything very well. There were some riders in the group who had not been on jet skis before but they were taken care of very well, and as you can control which speed you go it’s also as thrilling a ride as you want it to be for more experienced riders. We went around the island on a an hour and a half tour, and were even lucky enough to see some dolphins swimming and playing near us! Absolutely a must do. You’ll love it!!

Marshall was the best! We hung out with a pod of dolphins and saw a new baby dolphin. The water was a beautiful blue. Marshall pointed out many scenic spots along the way. Did not want to leave. Amazing tour!

My wife and I had a great time during our jet ski tour. Our main guide, Ben, was great at assessing everybody’s level of jet ski driving experience, explaining the rules of the road and the basics of handling a jet ski. Once we got out there, he and Chris, our other guide who was riding herd on our quarter-mile line of jet skis, were excellent at making sure everybody was doing great and having a good time. We tested the Atlantic side but Ben displayed great judgment and quickly decided the water was too rough after a recent storm, and we headed back to the north (Gulf) side of the island. Great all around and we highly recommend it! An extra plus: doing this tour gives you access to a great poolside drink and swim afterwards at the Parrot Kay Hotel, where the drinks are great and the music even better!

What a great way to start a morning in Key West! The instructions and safety guidelines were clear and the tour guides Eric, Stephanie, ands Excelsior kept a good eye on us for the 28 miles of thrills and splashes and bumping along the waves that we experienced. We even stopped on a sandbar and got to get off the jet, skis and get cooled off in the warm water. I was smiling the entire time and got my JetSki up to 44 mph which was so exciting! I highly recommend this experience

My family had been looking forward to our jet ski adventure and once there, all the excitement was withering away. We parked 2 6-seater golf carts on the property and was met by a polite gentleman that said he has to charge us $10 ea. I said I've paid over $150 parking the last 2 days, I'm not doing it. So, we parked at the Walgreens next door. Once we arrived at the sign-in hut for the jet ski's, we had to all fill out paperwork. No big deal - expected. All of our kids, ages 22 to 33 had to complete a boaters course. Again, not a big deal, but they had to pay $14 ea additional. Once we all took 30+ mins to complete necessary paperwork, I was informed that because I had a group of over 6 that I had to pay a gratuity of 20%. Total gratuity was $256! What? I have no problems giving a gratuity and I do so generously, when deserved. BUT $256? We didn't receive a private tour. We weren't treated any different than anyone else in the riding tour and there were plenty of additional people. Nothing we did out of the norm deserved such a gratuity. The guides with the group were overly friendly and they weren't rude, but I was immediately in a different mindset before I went on my ride. I stayed back at the end and went at my leisure around the island. I was not happy at all and my experience was not joyful. All we heard is how hard they worked. Heck, we all do! My family didn't know of what I paid or they said we would've canceled. Over $1250 for the initial booking, $84 boaters course, $256 gratuity - totaling almost $1600 - for less than 90 min jet ski ride. ABSURD! We will never book with this place again. We've booked with this place over 9yrs ago and it wasn't to this degree of costs. I gave a 3 rating, because they were nice (i would be to if I received that kind of gratuity). I'm sure ill get a heartfelt response of how they work so hard for us and give them another chance... blah blah blah... I work hard as heck for my money and if it wasn't for trying to give my family a little excitement fir the morning, I definitely would've canceled this "adventure". Never Again!

Phil, Ben and Erik were great! Showed us all a good time even though we had a wide variety of experience levels in our group. Our kids wanted to go again the next day!

Had a great guide named Eric who was fantastic at showing and teaching how to drive a jet ski. He was very nice and informative about everything around Key west. Would definitely recommend to do the Jet skis!

Ben and O Cyrus (I think is how it’s spelled) were great tour guides. Really put up with me being a terrible driver. I also fell off a lot.

According to the info on the website, it said 27 miles around the entire key. We were not told that we would not be going around Key West island. Yes, it was rough seas, bit all they did was take us under the bridge to the east and back. This was not a tour at all. We just went fast, stopped at a sandbar and then went back. Absolutely no education on this tour whatsoever. I can go fast on any jet ski and pay more than half the price. This was absolutely the worst tour I've been on.

It was a very wonderfull and exiting trip. The guide Stefanie was awesome. We did a complete surrounding of Key West with stops at interesting points including a sand bar. When were back in Key West we will do it again. By the way, Stefanie is the only female JetSki guide in Key West.

Incredible views and we were able to go around the entire island which was awesome. Would totally do this tour again!

Amazing fun. A highlight of our week in Key West. The jet skies were new and reliable and fast!. Our guide was very helpful. One person on our group was a first timer and he did a great job helping her learn and keep up with the rest of us wide-open riders rip along.

Guides and Jeff at check-in treated us with spectacular customer service. Made everything easy and provide a great tour. I recommend. I called these guys rather that book through the cruise ship. They didn’t disappoint. Also, very convenient shuttle from the cruise port also. Driver was super cool.
