Avoid Sebago Watersports at all costs. We booked their advertised 2.5-hour trip a day in advance (plenty of seats were still open) only to be taken out into active lightning and thunderstorms that were already occurring before we even left the dock. The entire “experience” lasted about 45 minutes. No partial refund was offered. This was not a sudden change in weather. Storms were already in the area when we arrived. Instead of delaying, canceling, or offering a full refund/rebooking, they chose to depart anyway. Being out on the water with lightning is a serious safety issue, and the decision to proceed felt reckless and profit-driven. Once underway, the trip was cut drastically short with no meaningful explanation or compensation. We paid for 2.5 hours and got a fraction of that, under dangerous conditions, with nothing back. The contrast the next day made it even worse. We booked a snorkel and sunset cruise with Fury. Their customer service was excellent. They proactively called us 2–3 times, clearly informed us about conditions and boat status, and moved us to a later departure when needed so we could still go out safely. They communicated like professionals who actually cared about the guest experience. We would highly recommend Fury instead. Bottom line: Book day-of if you somehow still want to risk Sebago (they had open seats the day before, so last-minute is clearly possible), but you’d be better off skipping them entirely. Prioritize safety and basic honesty—Sebago delivered neither.

Wonderful staff! Gary and Alexa were the best, very entertaining and informative of surrounding area. Must mention the Sangria was quite delicious too!
Very relaxing and comfortable adventure with Captain Joe and Nick. We DID see dolphins even tho there were windy conditions! Their persistence paid off for those of us on board!
High winds made our outing get delayed twice BUT they did everything they could to accommodate us while we were here and upgraded us to the Captain’s sunset dolphin sail!! It did not disappoint!!! We saw dolphins!! Very relaxing!! Captain Blake and Tanner the bartender were phenomenal!!! I highly recommend this especially for families!!
This sailing was so fun, we saw a few dolphins, the ocean breeze felt great, and the crew was wonderful! A perfect way to spend an afternoon in Key West!
Didn’t even get to see a single dolphin. It was waste of money and time. I don’t recommend this experience
The crew were very friendly and welcoming. The boat was in great shape. Had a wonderful ride and saw about a dozen dolphins. Great day!
Finn and brett were amazing saw so many dolphins finn was so knowledgeable and kind food was great
The company advertised a Dolphing sightseeing, and that is not the case, they take you on the boat around and around under the sun and that is it. No one explains or say anything.
Didn’t get to see many dolphins they wore not jumping out of the water and the boat never moved around to try and find more
Loved the fact that we got to see many dolphins on this just wish we could have stayed longer to watch them and when they drove around they would have pointed out what we were seeing. But would highly recommend going on this to see the dolphins
Was looking for a nice relaxing excursion. Got to see a bunch of dolphins. The staff on board were awesome.
Amazing experience. Saw the dolphins. Boat was very clean. Crew were very friendly throughout. Would recommend.
Excellent experience. Staff top notch and very friendly!!! Highly recommended!!! Saw dolphins and turtles!!!
We took the 2 hour dolphin boat ride. Saw several dolphins. The free drinks were definitely a bonus. Areas on the boat for shade and lots of room for sun and getting great views of the dolphins and harbor
We had a nice time on the afternoon dolphin watch, and the crew was friendly. We did see a school of dolphins on three or four occasions, which was exciting. However, the boat never got close enough for us to really see them. Most of what we saw were their dorsal fins briefly breaking the surface of the water. While I understand the importance of respecting the dolphins and not disturbing them, I was hoping for a closer view. Overall, it was an enjoyable boat ride, but if you’re expecting close-up dolphin sightings, your experience may vary.
Fabulous time captain and crew were sensational and we had many dolphin spottings! Was a little to long but we really enjoyed
Brice and Gary were awesome guides and very personable. We truly enjoyed seeing the dolphins, and the boat itself.
What a blast! The crew knew exactly where to find dolphins and they delivered! The boat was spacious and clean.
We all had a great time . We were very lucky that we found dolphins pretty fast and hung out with us for a long time. The captain and her assistant were very good, knowledgeable and able to explain every question they were asked. Everybody in our party of 7 were very satisfied with the experience. Will definitely recommend it.
Great experience! Loved it, definitely recommend!!
I use a cane and arrived 90 minutes early, confirmed with very helpful kiosk agents that the boarding process would include a ramp with handrails. They were wonderful, showed it to me, showed how it set up when the next Sebago boat came in and used it. I was happy to wait and eager to go on the dolphin watch. When our scheduled boat showed up, the capt and crew had no interest in being helpful and ignored requests: instead they set down a flat wooden board less than 30” wide (no rails at all) that even a number of the mobile/agile participants hesitated to use. The kiosk people approached him and he waved them off. You know what? I’d brought $60 to tip the crew and regularly leave glowing recommendations on Yelp, TripAdvisor and Google. I had waited 90 minutes in the heat, happy at the prospect of seeing dolphins. Now, I appreciate the refund, I do, but is this really the way this company treats people with a disability who have paid in advance and are eager to join in? It made me feel like my presence was meaningless. And no, I didn’t go up in front of the whole crowd and announce that I needed them to switch to the ramp with handrails that was sitting not ten feet away… and very few handicapped people ever would do so when the captain showed zero interest. By the way, I was sitting right there in the bright red mobility scooter that I’d already made arrangements to leave onshore, I saw the kiosk person speak to the captain twice (he was paid no mind), and so? If that’s how you all do business, you’ll never get mine again and I will make sure that other mobility challenged people never feel the same regret and embarrassment.
This was the best experience ever. Captain Brett and the first mate Robin made sure that everyone on the cruise had a great time and experience. He was able to find at least 15 dolphins which made the trip so special. Thank you to both of them for the AWESOME experience.
Enjoy the trip immensely. Joe and Finn were great. Will highly recommend the tour.
Weather was VERY hot and humid. Boat had no place to get good ventilation or air movement in the shade. No fans. Multiple passengers (inc us) were using wet napkins to cool themselves and drinking large quantities of cold water (which was provided). 2 person crew were good, but unable to offer any relief from the extreme heat. We did see a few dolphins. If any one in your party doesnt handle extreme heat well, it's a definite pass. Its borderline heat exhaustion territory (possibly heat stroke depending on the person) and was pretty miserable (for us).
This trip was so awesome! If you love dolphins (like I do) you MUST take this trip! Also, the captain and 1st mate were so cool!
We had a wonderful experience. The captain and bartender knew exactly where to take us to see dolphins.
The boat ride was so nice and relaxing. We saw plenty of Dolphins and it was a perfect day. Bonus was drinks were included!
The cruise was enjoyable and the crew friendly. We saw dolphins up close. The water was beautiful. I recommend this cruise
Both the Captain and his crew were awesome and made the trip worthwhile. It a must sonic haven't done it before
90 degree day and not enough seats in the shade so we did not board. We are requesting a refund and hopefully they provide one.
We had an amazing time on our dolphin cruise! We were lucky enough to see a pod of around 25 dolphins swimming and playing all around us. The water was calm, the weather was absolutely perfect, and there was plenty of room on the boat to relax and enjoy the ride. Fin, our deck head, was fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even better. Definitely a trip to remember and highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing day on the water!
Very enjoyable. Heat can sneak up on you. Captain crew were amazing! So much fun. Drinks provided. All around good time
Pleasant relaxing beautiful afternoon with a wonderful experience of seeing dolphins
We had a great time! Went out at 10 am, only a handful of us on the boat. We watched dolphins playing, swimming right up to the boat, and splashing around. The captain knew right where to take us.
It was worth the trip. Relaxing. Two great guys that had an answer to every question. Take video even if they aren’t out there.
We did see a ton of dolphins, which was awesome but for a two hour tour, we didn’t need to watch them for an hour and a half of that I think sailing around the area would’ve been better maybe a half hour of looking at dolphins
We had such a great time on this trip. The staff were genuinely amazing, super friendly and really made the experience special. They took us to the best spots and shared cool stories about the area and the dolphins along the way. We also had drinks and music on board, which made for such a fun, relaxed vibe. It didn’t feel rushed at all, just really enjoyable from start to finish. I went with my parents and they absolutely loved it too. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting.
Trip was incredible. Saw a pod of 14 dolphins. Brandon and Grace were awesome!! Had a great time!!
We had the best time and were able to find a pod of dolphins. The captain and bartender were great and helped us enjoy our time. Great experience.
The boat was spacious. We saw plenty of dolphins thanks to the captain’s knowledge. Drinks flow freely and the captain and first mate (Grace) made you feel very welcome. You could clearly tell they both loved what they do. Grace was amazing She spent time with everyone, answered questions
The Captain knew exactly where to go to see the dolphins. I can’t even guess at how many we saw. The ride was math and the atmosphere was great. Best of all the crew was amazing. Grace was the first mate and bartender. She walked around and spoke with everyone. Simply put - she was amazing!
Fun time! Our two year old granddaughter enjoyed the boat ride and was super excited to see dolphins! The captain got us really close and we all enjoyed “the show”. Highly recommend!
The trip put did not disappoint. We were fortunate enough to see several dolphins! The crew was phenomenal, informative and nice. Highly recommend.
Amazing and relaxing 2 1/2 hour boat ride with an exceptional crew! Getting to see dolphins...priceless!!
Very enjoyable. Crew was extremely friendly. They offered beverages and were very helpful. We saw several dolphins.
Wonderful crew kept us engaged and entertained and we managed to see lots of dolphins. Sailing back was fun
Very good experience. Very reasonable cost, perfect amount of time, not crowded, was a very relaxing atmosphere. Very enjoyable. The two men that took us out (unfortunately I cant remember their names) but they were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and made the trip very enjoyable. I'd definitely recommend if you're looking for something to do while in key west!! I think boat was named "cubed"
Loud incessant music, open bar definitely not a ECO TOUR. The boat just kept circling the harbor . The dolphins were smart to stay far far away from the onslaught!
Absolutely incredible experience. Great boat, great crew. Our captain found a pod of dolphins and we spent an hour with them. Once in a lifetime experience, highly recommend
