Key Largo Morning Snorkeling Adventure To 2 Sites

We had a great time as a family snorkeling. Seas were a bit rough but we got to see the Jesus statue and the beautiful reef. The guides Emily, Sebastian and others were very friendly and knowledgeable. The captain, Kate, was nice and very attentive. They were very professional organized, and I felt comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommend!

My son and I had a wonderful snorkeling trip last week. The crew was very friendly and took us to Molasses reef where we saw an eagle ray, nurse shark, lion fish and so many beautiful fish! One of the best snorkeling trips I have ever been on. Thank you Merlin, Emily and crew…we had a blast!

Our trip to the reef was excellent! My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and birthdays and the staff made it a memorable day! Captain Dave, Jasmine, and Tony were very accommodating and they went above and beyond to make it extra special! Erica in the office was kind and so welcoming! You all made this a trip we will remember forever! Thanks for everything! We will come back next time we’re in the Keys!

Very proud to be a part of a diving center that goes above and beyond to rebook, coordinate and make things right no matter what. They are honest, transparent and let you know when conditions aren't the best to ensure that the experience meets expectations. The pricing is comparable and over a week long trip the crew never bends to be the best in the industry. Happy, encouraging and safe are all words I would associate with the Sea Dwellers Crew. The boat was full but with the bow space there was plenty of room to move around, store gear and the snacks were awesome! If you are looking for a great time out on the ocean with professionals that make you smile this is the outfitter you want!

I almost never leave reviews, especially not ones bashing something this hard, but our “guided snorkel tour” experience was so bad that i feel i have to. When we arrived at Sea dwellers dive center, that we booked through, they told us their boat was under maintenance and that we were meeting at a different location. okay that’s fine. after lots of not being able to find where we’re supposed to be, we see people gathering and it turns out they’re waiting for the same tour. after another 45 minutes, we finally push off 30 minutes after the scheduled time. the only redeeming quality about this trip was that the molasses reef was beautiful. the “tour guides” who did no guiding or touring at all, were completely focused on the scuba divers. i understand that scuba diving can be dangerous and that it’s important to be more vigilant with those diving, i really do. but if you’re a snorkler, DO NOT book with this company. you will be virtually ignored and there’s no guiding going on. there was no communication about anything that was happening, we saw multiple people throwing up and they were ignored just like us. you would be better off booking with quite literally anyone else. we’ve done around 10 off shore tours now, and this one is the worst one by a mile. i hate to leave a review this abysmal but i feel very strongly about how awful our experience was.

Emily and Captain David were well trained in their art and made sure everyone was safe while ensuring we all had a great time! The locations were like no other, and my friend and I had an awesome experience out with these two!

This was the best experience of my life. We saw a lot of new fishes! We had a good time. Epsecially with Emily and Marlin!

My Husband and I had such a wonderful time! We left the dock at 1pm and returned at 4pm. The price we paid ($140 for two people) was reasonable for a three hour tour! (Snorkel) Krissy, Erica and Merlin(aka, Jacob) were excellent hosts! We never felt rushed and they gave fantastic instructions on everything.

Had a great time and saw a bunch of fish! The first stop had a lot more to see than the second, but on the way to the second location we saw some dolphins! Erika was amazing with my older teen who was struggling with snorkeling and the whole crew worked to make it a good experience for her. She was smiling by the end!

Sea Dwellers was an awesome outfit!! Super nice people, very safety conscious, and helpful. Tony and Erica were especially great! The snorkeling was first class. We went 2 spots- a shipwreck and a lovely reef. There were both divers and snorkelers on the boat. I was concerned that the sites would too deep for great snorkeling but I was happy to be wrong! The visibility was so great it was easy to see everything. My husband and I really enjoyed it and thought it was one of our top snorkeling adventures- and we've done a lot! If you're considering doing this- do it!! Well worth it.

Awesome staff and Captain Dave was a very safe and competent (and funny) driver. We stopped at two deep snorkel spots but saw plenty of fish and even saw an eagle ray swim on by. Definitely a great company to trust for a fun snorkel trip!

My church used to come to this company to snorkel, every year before the pandemic. The price has doubled since then, and there were divers as well as snorklers. We had a nice experience, but i think they over booked the boat. My husband and I didn't have seats, and ended up sitting on coolers. It was NOT a comfortable ride. When we got out there, the water was pretty choppy. I can get motion sick, so my strategy is to get off the boat as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, they want all the divers off first, so there was an extra 10 minute wait while they got themselves together. The dive sites were great. I would never have expected to see a ship, and it made the whole trip for me. The second site had less to see ( less fish, just a bit of water plants), but it was still nice. It's sad to see all the reefs turning white because of the pollution. I remember a brite, vibrant colorful world, when I used to go.

The team was amazing calling us the day before to talk about weather conditions and make us aware of our options given the high waves. We decided to go and had a fun though challenging experience!

We originally booked a snorkel tour for 2 prime locations. Previous to leaving, the boat broke down. Instead of a refund, we were assigned to go with sister company to different site chosen for scuba guests. Heavy surface waves, distance to reef, several snorkel clients got sick including me. Lousy adjustments to keep my money.

Really great owners. Unfortunately our trip was cancelled due to 5 foot seas.

Wasn’t able to enjoy the weather was not suitable.

Water was very rough and hard to snorkel in if you were a beginner. Boat was difficult to sit on as 6 out of 25 people were getting sick. Seats were uncomfortable unless you had a diving tank on. Best part was when it was over. Crew was good

The crew was absolutely amazing. Even when the water got rough & some of us started feeling seasick, they were so patient, caring, & attentive. They checked on everyone constantly & made sure we were comfortable. You can’t control the ocean, but great customer service makes all the difference & this crew truly delivered. A great day on the water! The staff was professional and really took the time with both for the safety brief and experience, unlike some of the other places I have snorkeled with. Friendly staff, and experienced. Clean building, clean boat.

I took my niece on this trip and we enjoyed it very much. From the moment we checked-in at the dive shop to the moment we disembarked at the end we felt we were well taken care of. Captain Dave and Emily were kind and professional, and were very helpful to everyone on the trip.

Amazing experience. We got to see a shark. Turtle and lots of fish! Would definitely recommend and emily and team were very informative.

The business to snorkel with in Key Largo. Took us to Molasses reef. Captain Jeff and crew were safety focused but still all about us having a great time.

I have snorkled before, and this trip does not disappoint. Emily was so helpful on the boat and made us feel totally comfortable. The water is clear, and fish life abundant.

We had an amazing experience! We saw so many beautiful fish and sea creatures, and the area was beautiful. Very simple for first time snorkelers. The crew was amazing as well - kind, professional, helpful, and fun! Keep in mind that most trips include divers and snorkelers, so the boat can be a little full. All of the gear was in great shape. The weather for us was great, so we had a very easy boat ride and clear waters. Overall, one of the best excursions I’ve done on vacation. So thankful for this opportunity!

We had a full experience, we had a great time. We saw many turtles, colorful fish, corals and sharks. The crue are helpful and great, they explained us everything we had to know, we where a lot and had some issues going in to the water or got sick on the travel, but they where whit us and helpt us in everything. We loved it. I hope i spell it right Emily, Sebastian and Jasmine where a great coordinators and captain patient with us. I feel bad bc i think we where a lot but they did not show any of it. They had everything you need. Only bring some jackit or towel other than that everything provided. Thank you again.

First off, the staff are incredibly kind and outgoing. We had no issues with them, despite a hiccup in the check-in process. However! If you are snorkeling, the experience can be a little underwhelming if you are on a boat of mostly scuba divers. The spots to see are pretty different for the different passengers and we ended up at two spots that were just not ideal for snorkeling. It would be a better experience, especially for kids, if at least one location on a trip was more snorkel-friendly. Length of trip and price are fair and solid. Again, we had a good time and the company was great… just a little underwhelmed because of dive sites on the day we went.

Due to adverse weather expectations our trip was cancelled. But event hough it was a disappointment happy that they have safety first in mind

This snorkeling tour is definitely for divers only! Waters are too rough, deep and made for divers only. I saw MORE fish and actual coral reefs in Hawaii in a shallow 10' area. They make it sound like you will see beautiful reefs and sea life, but it is out in Atlantic and you need to be diving in order to be able to enjoy the areas. Waters too strong for snorkeling!

The captain really worked to make sure we had a good experience despite the crazy wind. It did dictate where we could and could not go but we didn't get skunked. We saw nurse sharks, a sea turtle, barracudas, and tons of beautiful coral and reef fish. They did good supplying all the things. I used my own snorkel because theirs doesn't have the splash guard. It was a bit annoying to have to wear the inflatable life vests - despite ability etc so they can see you. I get it but would much rather have not. It drove my husband crazy. Also would have rather gone with only a snorkel crew instead of lots of Scuba divers as well. I think if this was your first time they would be good to do it with because they instruct much more than most. Still good crew, good price and good trip.

We had a blast, 10/10 recommend booking this tour over the other options! Emily was amazing and very personable. The team at the shop and on the boat were very transparent about the conditions due to it being rough that day and did offer us to rebook. We didn’t and had a blast but we loved that they gave us an option. Will be return customers!

We had a wonderful time, enhanced by great service from the friendly check-in agent to the crew of our boat. The Captain took us to two different parts of the reef and gave us plenty of time at each. Unlike some experiences, I didn't feel rushed. We saw tons of fish, 2 rays, and a curious sea turtle! It was so beautiful. Sebastian (Sea Bass) and Merlin were our mate and guide, and they were both so personable and lovely to talk to. It was a wonderful tour and we would highly recommend!

We went on the morning trip. Great company. They are super thorough and helpful. The trip included snorkelers and divers. The crew was amazing. We snorkeled and had First Mate Merlin as our guide. Super knowledgeable and helpful. The Captain was also the best and found great spots! The weather was most perfect and the visibility was so good. 💛💛💛💛

This was not just a snorkeling tour this was mixed with Divers as well. This was not mentioned on the advert. So one had to wait whilst divers kitted up first. Emily on the boat was excellent. It's a pity that those at the centre were so rude and unhelpful. After the experience in the shop where signing the waivers. They made you so uptight that by the time you got on the boat you were ready to right this trip off The two guys in the shop should be sent on a course on how to deal with clients. Their rude attitude chases away clients. Had I not booked and paid on line I would never have taken the trip with these ppl. Never again.

Two reef sites snorkelling trip exactly as described. Myself and teen daughter really enjoyed it, and she lost any trepidation she had before about snorkelling out at sea. All instructions were clear, the crew were enthusiastic and the reef sites were teeming with marine life, unsurprisingly. I fully recommend Sea Dwellers.
