There was a mix up in the departure location change. I went to the beach like normal only to run into delays from the boat show. Better communication should have gone out about the change. The experience is fun even in the rain. The water was a little choppy.
It’s a nice experience along with history piece of the ride. The employees on board we’re extremely pleasant and knowledgeable
The boat never came, and they updated us once saying they’d be “ a few minutes late” after already being 30 min behind the time they told their guests to arrive. They then never updated anyone, and proceeded to make everyone wait for around an hour altogether with zero communication whatsoever. It was a truly bad experience and I wouldn’t recommend this over the other tour boats in Fort Lauderdale.
We are Floridians over 24 years have always heard about the jungle Queen and was excited to take our family from Texas for this trip. Such a disappointment not only was the temporary launch very inconvenient. No parking King tide floods. The jungle queen was late over an hour for boarding. The narrated tour was cut short so overall was a poor experience. They did try to make up for it by offering a free drink however, my family doesn’t drink so a big disappointment.
A good fun cruise. We caught it from up-river by chance but it worked out well. The guide was funny and engaging and highlighted all the points of interest including mega-homes on the water front. Full service bar added to the enjoyment
Beautiful views, hilarious and informative commentary as well as a bar and bathrooms. What else could you ask for?
It’s a different way of seeing a part of Fort Lauderdale. It’s basically a loop around a short segment of the water way where you see expensive waterfront mansions. On our trip, we listened to music on the way out and had a narrated tour on the loop back to the meeting point. There’s a bar on board and plenty of available seats for everyone.
Viator customer service is horrible as well as in person. I won’t begin to explain the experience because by me doing that I am writing a book.
Great narration and experience! It's been many years since I've been on the Jungle Queen. I brought my brother for the first time and we both thoroughly enjoyed the River Cruise.

So much fun! The tour guide is great! Made some funny jokes! The boat was very slow almost didn’t feel anything.

I was hesitant to book a boat tour due to past experiences with motion sickness and headaches from the exhaust and rattling of engines. I was surprised how much I enjoyed the cruise. This is the most relaxing cruise I have ever experienced. The ride was smooth from start to finish. No smell of exhaust or loud engine that sounds like it’s about to break down. I was able to roam the deck and play paparazzi as we cruised along millionaire row- migraine free. The crew and captain were wonderful and did a great job to ensure our safety and enjoyment. I would definitely recommend this tour and would absolutely book again on my next visit.
This trip was really good, and the guide telling you about millions row made the trip good fun, telling lots of jokes along the way. There’s a bar on board to keep hydrated. Well worth the 1.5 hours.
Great experience on the River . However the boat needs some improvement . The smell of fresh paint , is not a good breather. The host was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. Some music and dancing would have been great. Overall a very good experience ..
The tour has very knowledgeable staff who point out all the interesting facts about the homes and homeowners visible on the cruise which makes it very enjoyable and educational.

A FLORIDA MUST DO!!!! The MC on Jungle Queen Mason was hilarious with jokes and real stories of the expensive mansions on the waterways of Fort Lauderdale. We got there 30 min early and was able to be 2nd in line to get on the boat, meaning we got front row seats and those were the best! You got the best view, I think sitting on the right side is better even though the boat does turn around and you get both sides, the breeze felt nice and there were drinks and a bathroom on the boat! We had the best time, laughing, enjoying the view and stories of the millionaires and history of Fort Lauderdale!!
The best way to see Fort Lauderdale is from the water! If you are looking for a fun activity one afternoon or evening I would definitely give the Jungle Queen a try!

The tour used to include the New River and Esplanade Park. This tour was 90 minutes and the last 30 mins were uninteresting and the boat seemed to just drift without a purpose. The owner should consider a re-route up the Intercoastal and put the segment to Esplanade Park back in. It is much more interesting than floundering around in the filthy dirty port. There isn't much interesting to see there.
This tour could be so much better if the boat went north up the intercostal. Too much time is spent languishing in Port Everglades with no narration. That part of the tour is the longest and the least interesting. Not long ago, the boat used to go further up the New River near Broward County Art center and turn around. It no longer does that. The price is right, but the operator should strive to make the tour more interesting. I’ve been on this boat twice now and some in my party thought too much time was spent in the Port Everglades with no narration and it’s not very attractive. Go north up thr intercostal and up the New River to the big bend.
This experience was enjoyable. Except there were no food on the cruise ship. For purchase or free. Only drinks for purchase.

We had a great time on the Jungle Queen river tour of Fort Lauderdale. Booking directly was a breeze and the cost for 4 was affordable. The boat is spacious and the guide was funny and informative. Our only regret was choosing to do the tour on the hottest day of the summer. It was 97 degrees on August 18th and we sweated like pigs after boarding. Maybe the operators can look at installing fans or blowers for use until departure since we board 45 minutes before. See you next time we're here.
It was a fun, lite cruise to see lovely waterfront homes in Ft. Lauderdale. We enjoyed the boat ride and Monica was a hoot!

Excellent, totally enjoyed it, and I would recommend . 10/10. Tucson bars in the middle of high traffic vehicles, people on the sun bars just enjoying themselves. It's just amazing.

It is a fun and relaxing boat ride. The tour guide was the best. He was very friendly and have a good sense of humor. All the Ethan’s good sense of humor. I learn a lot about Ft. Lauderdake from the boat ride. I would recommend it to everyone .
The vessel, commentator, island and staff were friendly and good. The show was spectacular, reminded me of my honeymoon in Hawaii. I wish I could say something good about the food...my husband got stomach upset within 30 minutes...in the bathroom on the ship back....and I was up all night with pain and diarrhea. The ribs were tender, but tasteless and the second batch had a smell.
Great experience learning about the history of of the ports and millionaires row. The captain was very friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
